On March 1, 2012, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office held a formal press conference regarding their investigation into the identification documents of President Barack Hussein Obama II. At the press conference, it was announced that the MCSO had developed sufficient evidence to indicate that Mr. Obama’s Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth and his Selective Service System registration form were criminal forgeries. To say the least, the findings were shocking.
Many citizens contacted Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett’s office to request that Mr. Obama be kept off the November 6, 2012 ballot as the authenticity of his identification papers were now in question. At Mr. Bennett’s request, the State of Hawaii sent a “Verification of Birth” notice in May of 2012. Surprisingly, the one most critical piece of information that was conveniently missing was Mr. Obama’s date of birth. Secretary Bennett, apparently satisfied even with the lack of this critical information, notified the public that Mr. Obama would be on the November ballot (assuming the Democratic National Committee provided the proper nomination form.)
On September 10, 2012, the Arizona Secretary of State received the DNC nomination paper for Barack Hussein Obama. On the document, Mr. Obama swore or affirmed that he is “a natural born citizen of the United States and [he] is at least thirty-five years of age…..and meet[s] all other constitutional requirements to hold the office of President of the United States.”
The people of Arizona deserve truthful answers to the predicament that we currently find ourselves in. Is Barack Obama eligible to be president? Are his identification documents forgeries? Has a crime been committed in Arizona? And if a crime of fraud and forgery and possible conspiracy has been committed, who would be the one to most likely benefit from such crimes? The answer is obvious.
I think it is now time for you, the Maricopa County Attorney, to come to the aid of Sheriff Arpaio and take the MCSO findings to the Maricopa County Grand Jury for review. Let’s turn Sheriff Arpaio’s findings over to the people who have been assigned the task of determining whether a crime has been committed (and ultimately who the beneficiary is of such criminal behavior.) Lets take the evidence out of the hands of the politicians and let the citizens in the Maricopa County Grand Jury decide the validity of the MCSO findings, prior to the November elections.
Arizona Revised Statute, Chapter 23, Sec. 13-2311 states in part, “…any person who, pursuant to a scheme or artifice to defraud or deceive, knowingly falsifies, conceals or covers up a material fact by trick, scheme or device or makes or uses any false writing or document knowing such writing or document contains any false fictitious or fraudulent statement or entry is guilty of a class 5 felony.”
In the words of former President Richard Nixon of Watergate fame, “people have got to know whether their President is a crook.”
Mr. Montgomery, please request Sheriff Arpaio’s findings about President Obama’s identification documents and submit them to the Maricopa County Grand Jury, and let the jurors decide if Mr. Obama benefits from a criminal scheme and should be kept off the Arizona November 2012 ballot. We have the right to know.

Is there some reason we can’t be shown the alleged document?
He was born in Topeka, Ks and i filed an affidavit with the State of Ks which is posted on my face book on 9/14/12. I also spent over and hour and 1/2 on the phone with them as they checked data bases for his records. I also gave them the name of his real dad AIs i knew it second hand from his mother. This has never been in the media. Here;s what they volunteered after checking under Forbes Air Force base hospital :We don;think he knows.: with reference to the name of his real dad.. I was there. By Fall of 19653 a cover story of events had been concocted by family members. The marriage to Obama Sr was arranged by my dad and they were married in Topeka Ks about 6/1/61 due to death along with two other in a vicious racial hate crime that could have cost his mother her life also along him as unborn child. The gossip frenzy in the community and at Topeka HS got so bad it went deadly. NO investigations as it was covered up and all the authorities wanted to do was shut up this 15 year old pregnant girl from searching the river bank for a body. There were no witness protection programs and Fred Phelps wham her mother had left her with had parted ways after graduation form Capper Jr HS. She didn’t even know her dad;s real name was not Dunham and had no way of finding any one. It was the Ks authorities that tracked down the real Stanley Dunham who knew about the teenager, Daniel Wayne Pope , who had worked with him and stole his ID and wallet to go off to war when too young years earlier. He referred them to her paternal grandparents in Holyoke Co and they back to my dad, her great uncle in Topeka KS. (Obama Sr and Ann never lived together.). My Mom, Florence Hardy ,took her to the hospital. all the details are on my face book starting 7/26/12 and in daily recaps since of details. I’m hundreds of miles from Topeka, Ks and everyone seems scared to death-remember murderers may still be alive and free. I;d tried for over a year to get some of the birther groups to use their donations to check all the various official records around this and they only ant to pursue a fraudulent document in Hawaii or Kenya. One has to prove he has known. As I said in my affidavit with the Sec of State Of Ks: I have no proof he knew he was born in Topeka, Ks or name of real Dad which I told them. I am not publicly sharing this as it is second hand from his mother, but whole city and Topeka HS aware of relationship. I do know that by Fall of 1963 Hawaii birth had been concocted by his maternal grandmother and assume she filed this. She also stopped me from saying anything to him in 1/71 about Topeka, Ks. if this is a recent forgery then someone needs to be accountable and law enforcement should investigate just as they should have investigated three murders and attempted murder of President unborn and his mother on banks of the Kansas River

It is absolutely impossible for Barack Hussein Obama II to be “a natural born citizen of the United States”, and I’m shocked that the Arizona Secretary of State can be so stupid.
A Natural Born Citizen of the United States is one in which he or she is Born in the United States (with rare exceptions for John McCain and Barry Goldwater). The key to being a “natural born citizen” is that both birth parents are Citizens of the United States before the birth.
Obama (1) has never provided verifiable proof he was born anywhere in the United States, and (2) his birth father was born in the British Protectorate of Kenya and always was then a British Subject at the time of Obama’s birth “somewhere”. On about Dec. 14, 1963 (after the alleged Obama birth date of Aug. 4, 1961), Great Britain gave the people of their British Protectorate of Kenya freedom. On one-year to the day later in 1964, they declared it the Republic of Kenya AND it has been such ever since. Thus Obama’s birth father inherited Kenyan citizenship and perhaps his son did as well – - we shall see when Obama leaves office in January 2013 if he relocates to Kenya.

10 Signs That You’re Fully Awake
Isn’t it obvious that there is a significant global awakening happening? Just as the Mayans predicted so many years ago, the apocalypse would become apparent in 2012. But many misinterpret the apocalypse to be the end of the world, when in fact it actually means an “un-covering, a revelation of something hidden.”
As many continue to argue the accuracy of the Mayan calendar, it can no longer be argued that a great many people are finally becoming aware of what has been hidden from them for so long. Of course this awakening is not an overnight process. It takes time to peel away the many layers of lies to get to the core of the ultimate truths.
It would be beyond pretentious for us to claim to know all of the secrets of the universe. We don’t. Everyday we are humbled by what we don’t yet know.
However, it is becoming clearer by the day what isn’t true. And by that measure alone, it is possible to determine if you’re one of the people beginning to wake up.
Here are ten signs you may be fully awake:
1. You know there’s no meaningful difference between major political parties (Democrats and Republicans): It’s so easy to get caught up the left-right debate and believe there’s a difference between the two major political parties. However, debate is one thing, while actions are another. By their deeds you shall know them, and it is indisputable that there is no significant difference between political parties when it comes to action on the most important issues. Even hardened ideologues like John Cusack are beginning to wake up.
2. You understand that the Federal Reserve, or international central banking more broadly, is the engine of our economic problems: Debt slavery is the totalitarian force that threatens all of humanity, not some temporary political puppet or some greedy Wall Street trader. When a small group of people have the ability to create wealth out of nothing and charge interest on it, they have the ability to enslave the planet to their ownership despite what type of government a country claims to have.
3. You know that preemptive war is never necessary: When we realize that self-defense is the only acceptable form of violence, then we become awakened human beings. To suggest war because someone is different from you, or they may pose a threat in the future is simply ludicrous. And when did the idea of bombing civilians become humanitarian? No one wants war except for the immoral creeps that benefit from it.
4. You know that you’re being systematically poisoned, how, by whom, and why: Admittedly, there’s a lot to learn in terms of how we are secretly being poisoned. But the fact remains that we are being systematically poisoned, and it is likely for the deliberate purpose of dumbing us down and, ultimately, culling the population. Who could believe anyone is so evil to do that to innocent people, you may ask. Well, once you begin to seek the answer to that question, you’re one step closer to enlightenment.
5. You understand that government can never legislate morality, nor should they: When you realize the role of government is only to protect your liberty and work for the well being of the citizens, you’re awakened. There should be one simple law regulating morality: Do no harm. Thus, it’s impossible for the government to enforce morality with guns, cages, and taxes because those clearly cause severe harm to your liberty and our well-being.
6. You know that the mainstream media is wholly owned and manipulated by the ruling elite: A dwindling number of people still actually believe what they hear coming from the establishment media as if it’s gospel, even when they already accept that they are bought and paid for by the elite controllers. Yet, recognizing that they are nothing more than a propaganda machine and a form of mind control are the first steps in being able to critically think beyond the scientific messaging they broadcast.
7. You know that your neighbors are not your enemy even if you have fierce ideological disagreements: This is perhaps the most difficult thing to overcome in the awakening process. But it’s vital to understand that your neighbors have been indoctrinated and hypnotized like the rest of the us, until someone helps shine a light on inconsistencies in our thoughts and beliefs. Most of their ideas are not their own. They are suffering just like the rest of us. It’s okay to condemn their actions if they’re harmful, but those who are awake will not give up on spreading information that can enlighten those who might still be in the dark. None of us were born “awake” and all of us can learn even more.
8. You know that the endgame is one-world control of planet Earth: Once you understand that the endgame for the ruling elite is to have complete control of all vital facets of society through a global government, one-world currency, international armed forces, and so on, it is simple to see through the lies and propaganda surrounding even the most confusing world events. You will never go back to sleep when you fully accept this reality.
9. You recognize that there are esoteric powers manipulating our physical world: Whether you’re a religious or spiritual person, scientific or just plain curious, there are many theories about an invisible force at play in all of this. Obviously it’s impossible to prove exactly what it is. You may not want to believe it, but the ruling elite takes their occult rituals deadly serious. And they likely know something we don’t. Just by keeping an open mind about this possibility, you’ll forever keep an open mind about the things we can actually see, hear, taste and touch. Current science has shown that we can only “see” what the visible light spectrum reveals, which amounts to the tiniest fraction of all that can theoretically be seen within the full spectrum of energy. Part of any awakening is realizing that there is much more that is possible than impossible.
10. The power to change the world rests with you and you alone: For too long people have believed themselves to be weak, or relied on others to change the world for them. You’ll know that you’re fully awake when you realize that you have infinite power to change the world by simply living the change you want to see. First, you have to identify the principles that you believe in and then go out and live by them. If just a small minority took steps to do this, it would shake the establishment to its core.

I can’t stand the 2 party system and I registered as an independent. Ron Paul taught me about the corruption of the Fed and why it must be audited and ended. I’m a Vietnam Vet that served my time in hell for 2 years, so I understand why these fake wars on terror must also end before they bankrupt this nation and kill off our youth. I reverse osmosis filter our water to remove the sodium fluoride and other toxins. I no longer buy processed foods and refuse all vaccinations from Big Pharma drug pushers. My daughter was in severe pain for 2 weeks after a doctor recommended HPV shot. She will never get the next one. The media, networks and Hollywood are now all owned by Jews that only push the agenda on us for big brother. They clearly want us all divided into opposing sides, constantly fighting and never forming a unit to oppose them. This divides spouses, children and parents and friends. Just the way they want it. We must all become activists and march together to DC and burn the place down if we have to. I’m awake and so must everyone else be as well, or we are doomed.

This whole thing is sickening when you think of it, there being the most likely case that the greatest fraud ever has been committed on the American people and there is so easy of a way of reconciling the matter. All that has to be done is for Hawaii to present all of their records to a governing body and Obama releasing all of his hidden recordss. Under the circumstance, there should be no question as to the release of records. The bottom line is that the constitution is more important than a persons legitimate right to run for the highest office in the land.

AZ, at least Maricopa Co. should not allow his name on the 6 Nov ballot. Kansas has been an off/on/off rumor and I’m not exactly sure where they currently stand. It’s NOW or NEVER to pull the rug out from under him with the advanced warning that he may do more than arm twist a few Judges to over ride/over rule the Grand Jury should the proceed and offer a finding with motion to formerly charge BO.

I’ll get right to the point. Sheriff Joe Arpaio has demonstrated beyond reasonable doubt that the current President of the United States has provided forged identity documents in order to be placed on our state’s ballot. This was determined over a now eleven-month criminal investigation by the Sheriff of your (our) own county. Why is it that you have not formed a grand jury in order to bring charges against him and the DNC who have fraudulently certified him?
There is only one answer, Bill, and that is that you and every other public official in the country (apparently) are afraid to enforce the law and stand up for (“support and defend”) the Constitution, as you have sworn an oath to do. God will not be mocked, however, nor will we the People who hired and now pay you. I was/am one of them, and I and tens of thousands of other AZ citizens are awaiting the fulfillment of your oath “so help [you] God.”
