Muslim Brotherhood Wins In Egypt Thanks To Obama

When the so-called “Arab Spring” reached Egypt, when huge crowds called for Hosni Mubarak’s head, our Community-Organizer-in-Chief was quick to call for Mubarak to step down. Never mind that Mubarak had been a friend to Israel and the United States for decades. Never mind that the Muslim Brotherhood, who openly vow to annihilate Israel and any friends of Israel might gain power.

Many conservatives screamed a siren song that this “grassroots democratic uprising” was no such thing. That like the Left’s Occupy movement, it was orchestrated from the top down to destabilize the country and bring radicals into power.

CNN, ABC, MSNBC, etc. silenced the nay sayers of a possible Muslim Brotherhood power grab, individuals such as Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity, citing evidence that only 5% of Egypt’s population identified themselves with the Muslim Brotherhood; that it was virtually impossible for the Muslim Brotherhood to gain power.

But lo and behold, Muslim Brotherhood candidate Mohammed Morsi won the presidential election. How could that be if only 5% of the Egyptian public identified with these radical Islamists? Like Obama’s Leftist allies, radicals are extremely well-funded; extremely organized and connected, and are masters of voter fraud.

But unlike the United States, in which Obama has supported and emboldened the Occupy movement, who have turned out to be nothing but socialists and anarchists and are confined to riots, rape and rehab, with Islamic radicals gaining power in Egypt, now we have a group that openly declares that Israel should be annihilated. Openly declares that they want to set up a global caliphate.

Flash to Obama: 1. The Muslim Brotherhood’s global caliphate does not include the United States 2. With a couple of well-placed nuclear missiles, the Muslim Brotherhood could do in a matter of moments what it took Hitler several years to accomplish.

With Obama leaking Israel’s possible date of an attack on Iran; with Obama leaking the Stuxnet virus attack on Iran’s nuclear program to embolden his own election campaign—literally leaking top secret information—with Obama enabling the Muslim Brotherhood to come to power in Egypt and threaten Israel with annihilation, Americans have cause for great concern. If he will expose millions of Jews to annihilation, we have an individual on the throne that makes the worst dictators in history look like children compared to him.

God help Israel. God help the United States if this man is not removed from office before he not only precipitates Israel’s destruction, but the United States as well.

Is There A Right To Vote?

VotingRights40243 216x300 Is There A Right To Vote?

Obama’s latest stunt, unilaterally granting back door amnesty to nearly a million illegal aliens, is obviously nothing more than cheap politics aimed at gathering as many voters (legitimate or otherwise) to the polls for him this November. Initiatives such as voter ID laws are ridiculed as racist despite the fact, repeated incessantly by conservatives, that it is nearly impossible to perform any number of daily tasks without some form of photo identification. Additionally, the left blatantly insults minorities by implying they are somehow less able to attain an ID, a relatively easy task despite spending an afternoon at the DMV with government employees.

While the left is intent to increase the number of fraudulent votes, since nearly 100% of fraudulent votes are cast for Democrat candidates, I subscribe to the view that the Constitution was written as it was for a reason. An increasingly permissive society should not be able to change it at any time and add neverending ‘rights’ not specifically enumerated in our nation’s most important governing document.

Chief among these imagined rights is the “right to vote.” I challenge anyone to find in the U.S. Constitution an all-inclusive right to vote. I’ll give you all day. Anyone?

I didn’t think so. The authors of the Constitution and several subsequent amendments thereof were careful to detail instances in which “The People” cannot be denied the opportunity to vote – gender and race, for example – but beyond that, it simply states that officials be elected by the aforementioned “People.” Exactly who is included in that group is left to each individual state’s discretion.

I, as well as most of my conservative counterparts, have always held the position that power is best managed when it originates locally while liberals will inevitably tout the importance of a centralized, federal government over all others.

In my opinion, local representation works for two reasons. Briefly, a politician from my neck of the woods is going to know what citizens here need most and locals are more immediately responsible to, and dependent on, voters in the community. It’s a constant ultimatum: Look out for my interests or look for another job!

Without venturing further off track, my point is that, on the issue of voting, states should be more active in determining who should have the privilege, not right, of casting a vote. Who do I think should be added to the list of non-citizens, felons and juveniles in the group of people prohibited from voting? Those citizens currently receiving welfare checks.

“How heartless,” I can imagine the bleeding heart elite saying after such a preposterous statement. “You want to keep the less fortunate out of the election process!” It’s interesting how one can be identified as a liberal by the overuse of the phrase “less fortunate.” As though anyone with a decent income is lucky, leftists think all wealthy citizens won the lottery or inherited millions from their evil capitalist granparents.

Hard work is the catalyst for wealth in the vast majority of cases. America offers the best environment to achieve success, but not guarantee it, especially without dedication and perserverence. So we are left with a segment of the population completely reliant on government handouts to make it through each day.

Each of these people are allowed to negate the vote of someone who believes in individual responsibility.

I have absolutely no problem with temporary assistance for struggling families. This is the greatest country on earth and I don’t wish to see any American without basic necessities. Temporary assistance, however, should be a far cry from a way of life. When someone gets back on his or her feet and no longer rely on government money, the privilege of voting should be restored. Welfare is a drug for so many, with liberal politicians playing the role of pusher. They tell all those hooked on their product that the next hit will only cost one vote.

I know Democrats welcome votes from anyone, living or dead, but I find it ridiculous to think that anyone, no matter their circumstance, automatically gets to vote simply for reaching the age of 18.

‘Fast And Furious’ Whistleblower ‘disappointed’ One Year Later

GREENVILLE, SC – More than a year after ATF Special Agent John Dodson first blew the whistle on the scandal known as Operation Fast and Furious, Dodson says he is “disheartened and disappointed” by the congressional investigation and Attorney General Eric Holder’s handling of the botched gunrunning probe.

“I am here today because it’s been a year since the first hearing and Brian Terry’s family still doesn’t have answers,” Dodson said from his living room in Greenville, S.C.

In his first interview since February 2011, when he first revealed the U.S. government was helping run guns to Mexican cartels, Dodson exclusively told Fox News he has no regrets.

“We did it. I was there. I was part of it. You don’t get to lie about it. That is not who we are,” Dodson said.

According to records, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives operation sent some 2,500 guns to the Sinaloa Cartel from September 2009 to January 2011. Agents asked American gun dealers to sell the weapons and report the transactions immediately to the ATF. Despite their misgivings, most firearms dealers went along. When the guns began showing up immediately at crime scenes in Mexico, Dodson warned his supervisors their operation was going to kill an American law enforcement officer, not to mention hundreds of Mexicans.

Plouffe Asked: Why Does Obama Want Special Prosecutors When Republicans Are Target?

The Obama administration is fighting the appointment of independent special prosecutors, but Obama pushed these same prosecutors as important tools to fight corruption during the Bush years. Finally the media is asking some questions about the double standard.

More Troubles At Obama Stimulus Green Energy Company

More trouble is uncovered at the A123 battery firm. Recalls, layoffs, and now the company may be headed into history with even more stimulus money wasted.

Spineless Congress Won’t Save Our Republic

American Flags SC Spineless Congress Wont Save Our Republic

I am sure that at this point in the history of our American Republic, one thing stands out. The Congress of the United States of America is nothing more than a group of  SPINELESS COWARDS. We the people have elected this select group to represent our values and to protect and defend the United States Constitution, as well as uphold it.

Thanks to their inaction to do the job that WE hired them to do,we now have a communist wanna-be dictator running roughshod over America and everything that she stands for. From the day that they take their place in their seats in our government’s three branch system, they start their re-election campaigns. The American people who put them in office have simply been hung out to dry.

How many times has the communist Obama circumvented Congress now in the past three years? Their inaction is very telling as to what the state of our great Nation is at this point. They are nothing but spineless cowards. I am sure that the majority of Americans share the same feelings at this point. We are paying for a SERVICE that we have NOT received.

We the People must stand and unite and DEMAND that our “hired help” start doing their jobs. If this group of do-nothings was hired in the private sector, they would all be on unemployment benefits by now, alongside the millions of Americans they were elected to represent. Instead, they get a lavish lifestyle, insider stock trading deals, large expense accounts, and a golden benefits package. All at taxpayer expense. It’s no wonder why they live in a bubble in the shining city on the hill.

The time has come for the American people to stand up and hold these people accountable. We need to give them a choice. Stand up and do your jobs, or you’re FIRED! Enough is enough. Stay safe and always be aware of your surroundings.

Allen West Rips Obama’s Amnesty

Congressman West appeared on Fox News yesterday and openly speculated if Obama‘s new immigration rule is a backdoor path to allow illegals to vote.

Ten Things The Federal Government Does Well

Congress Ten Things the Federal Government Does Well

Quick, name ten things the federal government does well. Let me be clear: not the state or local governments, only our federal government. And I’m not concerned if it is right or wrong, but how proficiently they are able to perform a given task. Go ahead, try it. I’ll wait.

It’s not too easy, is it? I was recently asked this by an old friend from up north, and I have to admit it stopped me in my tracks. I had to do some real soul-searching to dream up a list, and frankly, it took me some time to do. Nonetheless, here is what I came up with (in no particular order):

1. Pay entitlements – we do not seem to have a problem paying out unemployment, food stamps, or whatever. I suspect we’re probably too efficient in this regard.

2. Collect taxes – beyond income taxes, it’s amazing how the federal government picks our pocket, be it at the gas pump, tobacco, etc. Even business taxes are ultimately passed on to consumers through increased prices.

3. Enforce taxes – The IRS is certainly a force to be reckoned with. I’m told even the smallest IRS agent can rip a telephone book in two with his bare hands.

4. Operate our park system – I don’t think I have been in a federal park that wasn’t well maintained with courteous rangers.

5. Strong military – the smartest, best trained, and best equipped in the world.

6. Strong intelligence services – the NSA, FBI, CIA, et al. may not get it right all of the time, but thank God we’ve got them.

7. Print money – they may not know how to earn it or budget it, but they do a superlative job of printing it.

8. Pay foreign aid – I tend to believe we’re charitable to a fault, including those countries who undermine us.

9. Assemble statistics – just about every department knows how to crunch numbers to justify their existence.

10. Take care of themselves – the salaries and benefits for government workers is probably the best in the world.

The fact that we cannot enumerate this list off the top of our heads is indicative of the problem we have with our government; we perceive it as a bloated inefficient albatross hanging around our necks. In contrast, I’m sure we could quickly name ten things the government does poorly, such as policing themselves over spending, preparing and adhering to budgets, protecting our borders, delivering the mail, utilizing our natural resources, combating drugs, maintaining our infrastructure, performing medical research, etc. There are probably dozens of inefficiencies we could name with ease.

If we honestly believe that the federal government is the poster child for inefficiency, no wonder taxpayers think they are being fleeced. It’s one thing to give money to support your government, quite another if it is a system desperately in need of repair. One last question for you; as a taxpayer, do you truly believe you’re getting your money’s worth out of the federal government? I thought so.

Why Is The “Blame Bush” Strategy Working Again?

Obama Bush SC Why Is The Blame Bush Strategy Working Again?

I heard about (and then saw) a poll the other day that said 60% of those surveyed believe President Obama’s mantra of “it’s all Bush’s fault” for our current national mess. Really? Obama has put this country, in less than four years, in more debt than we had accumulated from our founding until now (236 years), and it’s Bush’s fault? Are we Americans that easily deceived? Two things account for where our country is today: The Neighborhood Reinvestment Act signed into law by President Jimmy Carter and the complete abdication of oversight with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Oh yeah, their is a third thing: an artifical housing bubble caused by the SOCIALIST PROGRESSIVE agenda pushing an artificial “level playing field” for housing.

When Bush proposed the TARP program (an enormous bailout plan for financial institutions caught in the housing scheme perpetuated by Congress), one Senator Barack Obama supported the idea, but now, it’s all Bush’s fault? Instead of cutting back on spending to buy votes and repay political cronies, Obama opened up the spigots of the United States Treasury and tried to buy financial ability. Obama basically screwed private investors in both Chrysler and General Motors in order to turn over both entities to the unions. It cost thousands of jobs to do that, but remember, it was Bush’s fault!

Obama spent tens of BILLIONS of taxpayer dollars to “jumpstart green energy”, only to see most of these companies go out of business and take our money with them….but it’s Bush’s fault? Obama’s Environmental Protection Agency is shutting down coal plants left and right, causing energy prices to “necessarily skyrocket” and hurting the people in this country who can least afford it. It will cause a lot more unemployment….but it’s Bush’s fault. Obama has placed a halt to oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico because of the BP oil spill and in spite of a federal judge’s order to resume drilling. This action has caused hundreds of thousands of layoffs in the Gulf coast region and the loss of billions in oil revenue and lost wages……but it’s Bush’s fault? Oh yeah, Obama’s decision NOT to allow the Canadians to pump their oil to us through the Keystone Pipeline has initially cost America about 20,000 good paying jobs. Obama’s decision made even the unions angry…..but it’s Bush’s fault? These energy decisions hve made us MORE dependent on the Middle East countries that really don’t like us……but again, it’s Bush’s fault!

We are borrowing 40 cents of every dollar we spend in this country because Obama and the SOCIALIST PROGRESSIVES refuse to stop spending money we don’t have. Obama refuses to put forth a workable budget (as does the Democratic Senate) because they don’t want to be held accountable for the limits on spending that a budget would impose….but that too, is Bush’s fault.

Obama and his progressive minions in Congress are pushing their power grab of our economy…er sorry, their Obamacare health plan that scars the bejesus out of businesses because of what it will eventually cost them. Contrary to what the President and progressive boosters have told the public, their health care plan will cost EVERYONE more money and add a TRILLION dollars or so to our deficit…….but it’s Bush’s fault?

Obama keeps pushing for his “jobs plan”, citing over and over again the country’s “need to hire more teachers, police, and firefighters” (which isn’t even a federal concern.) It is a local issue since it is the local municipality that has to determine its own individual personnel levels and be able to pay for the extra employees. It is NOT a federal concern unless you’re a politician concerned about the union vote……but that too is Bush’s fault?

This man, Obama, ran for the presidency of this country promising hope and change. He told everyone who would listen that HE was capable of changing the way Washington D. C. does business, but now, after failing to live up to his rhetoric, it’s Bush’s fault? It seems that Mr. Obama is not willing to take the blame for any of his failed policies but is more than willing to try and take the credit for what others have done. Obama denigrates the wealthy as some kind of slimy evil incarnate, yet thinks nothing of running to them with his hand out for campaign cash. He wants to level the”playing field”, but it costs on average about $35,000 to attend one of his fundraisers. Seems like the wealthy pay MORE than their fair share just to get a picture taken with him. His insatiable appetite for campaign cash is Bush’s fault, somehow? Personally, I’d rather have someone in the White House who doesn’t keep blaming other people for his failures to both listen to sound advice and act in the best interest of the American people instead of a few special interest groups. Obama says the economy is fine, so why then doesn’t Bush get some of the credit for that?

My solution is simple. Why doesn’t Mr. Obama take up running , get away from the White House, and find out what’s really going on in the real world……like Bush did? If the American people are going to believe this BS and let Obama get away with taking absolutely NO responsibility for his presidency and it’s policies, what are they going to do if he gets re-elected and really doesn’t care? Or is that Bush’s fault too?
