Allen West Mocks Chicago Dems: I Came Here To Open A Chick-Fil-A

Yesterday, Congressman Allen West appeared on CNBC, from Chicago. I appreciated the jab he took at the mayors who are targeting Chick-Fil-A for their religious beliefs.

Has Catholic Church Backed Off Fight For Religious Freedom?

Obama Pope Birth Control SC Has Catholic Church backed off fight for religious freedom?

Last week, the Holy Father, Pope Benedict XVI, named Bishop Salvatore J. Cordileone as the new bishop of San Francisco, the capital of Gay America. It is no coincidence that  Bishop Cordileone chairs the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops Subcommittee on the Defense and Promotion of Marriage. The bishop comes to his new position as an outspoken and persistent critic of Barack Obama’s efforts to nullify the Defense of Marriage Act. He vigorously opposes any movement toward recognition of gay marriage.

Bishop Cordileone was a strong advocate of California’s Proposition 8, which when passed in 2008 prohibited gay marriage and was subsequently overturned by a federal court.

Since 2008, he has been hated by the liberal press and gay activists alike.   A 2009 article talking about the Bishop said, “As an auxiliary bishop in San Diego, Cordileone played an indispensable role in conceiving, funding, organizing, and ultimately winning the campaign to pass Proposition 8. It was Bishop Sal and a small group of Catholic leaders who decided that they had to amend the state constitution. It was Bishop Sal who found the first major donor and flushed the fledgling campaign with cash. It was Bishop Sal who personally brought in the organization that took the lead on the petition drive. And it was Bishop Sal who coordinated the Catholic effort with evangelical churches around the state. Bishop Sal even helped craft the campaign’s rhetorical strategy, sitting in on focus groups to hone the message of Proposition 8.”

The piece went on to quote Bishop Cordileone as referring to attacks on marriage as diabolical and an existential threat to society. Unafraid of honesty in his fight to protect Christian marriage, he uses the phrase “The Evil One” and states, “If you take marriage apart, everything comes unraveled. It’s been frayed at the edges, and now moving more and more toward the center. But you take marriage out, it all comes unraveled. It all comes tumbling down. And again, the Evangelicals, they understand that. They understand this is an attack of the Evil One at the core institution.”

When asked about his position on marriage, Bishop Cordileone answered, “…my stance is marriage can only be between a man and a woman, and I don’t see how that is discriminatory against anyone.”

Is this a direct response to Nancy Pelosi’s persistent attacks on Catholic doctrine? In a word: Absolutely.

Whistleblocking: Obama Pays Billions To Keep Secrets Out

US security agencies have acquired even more powers under president Barack Obama – that’s despite his pre-election pledges to make the government more open to ordinary citizens. Instead, his administration is spending record amounts to keep its secrets – and is cracking down on whistleblowers.

Obama Takes Credit – I, I, I, I And I… But Not You!

President Obama takes credit for many accomplishments, but he recently said that business owners can’t fully take credit for their success. Contradiction?

Anti-Obama Film Director At National Press Club

Earlier this month, “Dreams From My Real Father” director Joel Gilbert appeared at the National Press Club in Washington, DC to talk about his documentary.

Assume The Power, America

Obama Feeds America SC Assume the Power, America

In 1776, 52 men signed a document declaring their independence from Great Britain. In doing so, those men assumed the power that was naturally theirs. They had a natural right to do so. The right and the power came from Nature and Nature’s God.

Today, we have a temporary tenant in our house at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, DC who is assuming power to which he has absolutely no right. Although he was hired to be the Executive of the government of our nation, he has failed to show any leadership whatsoever. When a fool tried to blow up Detroit, Michigan, our tenant was vacationing in Hawaii and playing golf. He has been named “The Fearless Golfer.” During any crisis, he can be found at a golf course under expensive and heavy guard. During the oil “spill” in the Gulf of Mexico, he played golf. He has taken many long and expensive vacations and played at least 100 rounds of golf in less than 4 years.

We know not his origin, nor much of his background, and what little we know is in doubt. He is something of unknown origin. According to Webster’s Dictionary, that defines a bastard.

Through executive orders, he has put the military more strongly under his control with the power to order the killing of American citizens on American soil. We now live under a military dictatorship. Over the years, the local police and fire departments have come under control of the same military overseers. By accepting federal grant money, local governments and their police and fire departments have come under control of the federal government.

We had three branches of government until Franklin D. Roosevelt expanded the number of Justices on the Supreme Court in order to have laws that were clearly outside the parameters of the Constitution declared constitutional. He won some, and he lost some. The stage was set completely by that nefarious crippled old man. The first part of the set was put in place by Abraham Lincoln when he denied the right of some of the States to secede from the Union. It was and still is the absolute right of the States to secede, but Lincoln interfered with their power to exercise the right. Act Two was the enactment of the Federal Reserve Act by the College Professor, Woodrow Wilson. Roosevelt was the author, director, and producer of Act Three.

Act Four is unfolding as we head to the end of the great experiment called The Republic of the United States of America. We the people can write our own ending if we choose to stand up and reclaim the power that is ours naturally.

We must assume the powers that are naturally ours. The State tells us that “driving” is a privilege. That may be true as far as the State goes. Traveling, however, is a natural right without any limitations as to the mode of travel. If one decides to purchase a self-powered cart and use it to travel, it is none of the State’s business. Especially if one has paid an excise tax and excised the machine from the public domain and paid for the construction of the paved paths on which we travel. Find a good legal dictionary and find the legal definition of “driver”. You might be surprised at what you will find. This is a prime example of the lies told by the State’s agents.

We hired agents to represent us at the seat of the Federal Government. But they have failed us completely. They are afraid to stand up to a skinny, half white narcissistic fool with a devil of a messianic complex. The Congress was designed to protect the rights of the States and the People by keeping the executive within the bounds of the Constitution. The Judiciary was to be the arbiter of any disputes, a check and a balance. The three branches were not designed to be in collusion against the people, but to be a check on the lust for power of those in the seats.

Our Fearless Golfer has given himself the power to interfere with our right to self defense, our freedom of speech, our freedom of religion through the business license laws, our right to enter into and be obligated by contracts, our right to our own method of health care and to choose our own doctor, and many other natural and inherent rights.

We must assume the power that is naturally ours. Our agents at various levels of government are not keeping their end of the bargain. They made promises they did not intend to keep. False promises are sometimes called lies. One goes to hell for lying, and the liars know that and they provide a hell here on earth for us until they start shoveling coal themselves.

Understand that you have Natural and Inherent rights rather than the privileges that the evil men and women in the government say that you have.

Learn what those rights are and the power to exercise those rights. It only takes a few. It took only 52 men out of a population of 3 million to bring about the Republic.

If every business owner in your city failed to buy a business license, how long would it be until a business license would no longer be necessary? A week? A month?

Homeschooling has become so common that it is now accepted by the government. At first, however, the homeschooling parents were arrested or threatened with arrest, and the enforcement became overwhelming to the government. There was no leadership, there was no national group, and there were no local groups that fought the government; the requirement just was not met. The local homeschoolers got together and exchanged information and books and lessons, but one would be hard put to find an organized group that challenged the government’s powers. Moms and Dads just did it. They assumed the power. And the government went away. Students now taught at home actually learn something.

Assume the power; it is yours.

Learn your rights and from where they come. Learn how to exercise the power that is naturally and inherently yours and mine, and use it to the full extent. It is easier than you might think. Shy away from watching the next five games on television, and use that time to learn your rights and your powers. You will be better off, and so will your children and the unborn generations to come.
Thank you.

The Futility Of Gun Control

 The Futility of Gun Control

“A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.” — The Second Amendment

Whether it is college campuses, Amish communities, or other gun-free zones, bloodthirsty maniacal men will find a way to quench their cravings. Therefore, gun control laws do not work — because they are based on the erroneous assumption that criminals will obey the law. They don’t and won’t, hence leaving law-abiding citizens defenseless in the face of danger as so happened that tragic July evening at the Aurora, Colorado movie theater where guns were not permitted and a man who called himself “The Joker” went on a shooting rampage.

In addition to the need for self-defense, our Founders understood the bearing of arms was essential to protecting this country from tyrannical governments. Fresh on their minds was the revolutionary clash between the tax-happy British government and a population of armed and ragtag citizens with the dream of freedom burning in their souls.

Much to the dismay of gun law activists who claim the Second Amendment pertains solely to “militia” (military) service and who predictably crawl out from underneath their rocks after every mass shooting, the 2008 Supreme Court Case District of Columbia v. Heller ruled the Second Amendment indeed secures an individual’s right to possess firearms, regardless of military service. Nonetheless, these activists continue their march ever forward in an endeavor to infringe upon that which “shall not be infringed.”

It is really about perspective. Every life is precious. Each of the 12 lives snuffed out in that Colorado movie theatre is 12 lives too many representing untold numbers of family members whose lives are forever changed. No amount of gun control will bring them back, nor will it stop the next psychopath from taking his rage out on society. Zip. Zero. Zilch. If every last gun was shipped across our borders fast and furiously, murderers would still find a way to kill.

This conversation is not about gun control; it’s about people control. Gotham City, er, Chicago, has one of the strictest gun laws in the country–so severe that the laws were deemed as unconstitutional by the Supreme Court awhile back. But that didn’t stop former Mayor Richard Daley and current Mayor Rahm Emanuel from attempting everything in their power to maneuver through the gray areas and around the red tape, God bless them. According to the Chicago Sun-Times, over Memorial Day weekend, 12 people were killed by gunfire, and 45 were shot and wounded. In the time it takes to play a major league soccer match (90 minutes), 13 people were shot. By mid-June, murder was up 35 percent from last year with 228 people killed. Statistically speaking, our troops are safer in Kabul, Afghanistan than in Chicago. Where was that story in the national news?

Less might be more when it comes to gun regulation. According to the Washington Times, violent crime peaked 25 years ago when just “a handful of states” had conceal-carry laws. To no coincidence, gun sales have increased over the past four years, and currently 41 states have differing versions of gun-carrying laws. Yet violent crime has decreased according to the FBI in June. According to Pajamas Media, “States with the highest gun ownership have the lowest firearms homicide rates” and “States with the lowest firearms ownership average the highest firearm and non-firearm homicide rates.”

Gun control activists have it all wrong because they make incredibly naive assumptions about human nature. Given the chance others were packing heat in theater number 9 at the Century 16 in Aurora, Colorado, the story may have ended much differently for the cold-blooded killer.

Scalia: Guns May Be Regulated

On Fox News Sunday, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia expressed his opinion that, while the Second Amendment does secure the right of the individual to keep and bear arms, there are certain reasonable limitations upon this right.

TSA Tracks Down, Harasses Citizen Journalist

TSA agents tracked down and harassed Julio Rausseo, a citizen journalist who had previously filmed their activity in Union Station in Chicago. Unfortunately for them, Rausseo not only held his ground, he also managed to film their harassment.
