On February 27, 1933 at about 9:25 PM, a fire in Germany’s Reichstag building was detected. The Reichstag building was the assembly place for the German Parliament. After a brief “investigation”, Adolph Hitler’s Nazis, who had already begun to take control of Germany, arranged the arrest of a Dutch Communist who was charged with the arson.

The fire and the destruction it brought was blamed on this handy scape goat, and Herr Hitler then pointed to him and used the fire as a reason for demanding dictatorial powers over Germany. Civil liberties soon started to disappear, and mass arrests of Hitler’s enemies were carried out. Soon, Herr Hitler and his Nazis had absolute power.

“Cui bono” is Latin for “Who benefits.” Germans quickly saw who benefited from this convenient fire, but their freedom was gone. The fire gave the Nazis the excuse they needed to grab control of a frightened German people, and their nightmare began.

On September 11, 2012, the Islamists in the Middle East smashed their way into the American embassy in Libya and killed four Americans, including Ambassador Christopher Stevens. Just as Herr Hitler did in 1933, our government has issued vague and contradictory explanations about the attack in Libya and other American compounds in the Middle East. This whole thing smells like a Reichstag fire.

Herr Obama has found his scape goat. The American government has identified a man who made a  brief crude video about Muhammad several months ago and now insists the film incited this violence. The fact that these animals need no particular reason to attack Americans because they hate us means little to these accomplished liars.  In truth, no one, save for a few avid Youtube surfers, had actually seen the video before Herr Obama’s henchmen decided to blame their scape goat and draw attention to it.  Unfortunately for him, their target is a Coptic Christian, so he is not a member of a protected group. He will have to remain in hiding along with his family forever. What advantage will Obama gain from this? No one knows; if we are not careful, this could turn into Herr Obama’s “Reichstag fire”, and he will demand dictatorial powers to “protect us.”  He has already barred the media from asking any more questions about how this has been handled.  What’s next? Will this be his October surprise?

Pamela Geller told Fox and Friends’ Tucker Carlson that Barack Obama was literally “…sanctioning the motives behind the murderous Muslim riots by trying to silence the Muhammad filmmakers.” Geller is right. The clear and perpetual purpose of Muslim jihadists is the intimidation into silence and submission of all who dare express any view that operatives of the cult of Islam consider contrary to the will of Muhammed or the “divine” call-to-global-murder he manufactured 1400 years ago.

After the attacks on the American Embassy in Cairo, Barack Hussein Obama acted precisely according to the dictates of his Marxist-Islamist upbringing as his Administration issued a string of heartfelt apologies to Muslim terrorists for the inexcusable exercise of 1st Amendment rights by a Coptic Christian who made an obscure film in the United States. “The Embassy of the United States in Cairo condemns the continuing efforts by misguided individuals to hurt the religious feelings of Muslims…” wrote Obama’s Cairo Embassy. A short time later, the president’s Ambassador doubled down on his Morning apology with the now deleted Tweet: “This morning’s condemnation still stands,” referring once again to the actions of those “misguided individuals” who injure Islamist sensibilities.

Then, incredibly, on Thursday morning, after the murders of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and 3 members of American Embassy staff in Benghazi, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton issued the following statement: “The United States deplores any intentional effort to denigrate the religious beliefs of others. Our commitment to religious tolerance goes back to the very beginning of our nation. But let me be clear: There is never any justification for violent acts of this kind.”

Americans had been murdered and reportedly raped (in that order), with their bodies paraded through the streets of Benghazi, no doubt to the cheers of Muslim masses. Yet the primary concern of the Obama Administration was to apologize yet again for the insensitive treatment of Islam by the maker of a 15 minute home movie!

And to make an even more pointed display of regret for America’s insult to the Prophet and his murderous minions, the man responsible for the making of the film was picked up at midnight at his California home for a little chat with the FBI as his name and address were prominently displayed on television and throughout the media.

Then, lest any foolish American still believe his 1st Amendment rights should actually rival the political ambitions of the Obama Regime as revealed during its 3-year world tour of apology, regret, and contrition, no less than the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Martin Dempsey, phoned Pastor Terry Jones asking that the preacher withdraw any support he may have lent the filmmaking project.

A President of the United States has directed federal law enforcement officials to harass a private individual for having the audacity to exercise his 1stAmendment right of free speech! The highest ranking military officer in the United States telephoned a private citizen asking that he “correct” thoroughly legal, constitutionally protected behavior because it had been deemed offensive to the Administration and the most brutally corrupt and murderous “religious” cult on the face of the earth!

The White House even contacted YouTube, asking that the internet organization review the content of the offending film for a possible breech by the filmmaker of YouTube’s terms of use agreement!

Barack Obama has not simply sanctioned the motives of Jihad. He has willfully brought to bear the standards of blackmail and intimidation exhibited by fellow, America-hating, Islamic thugs in order to manipulate the sensibilities of the American people and undermine the basic, God-given liberties guaranteed by the Constitution. It is a treasonous and despicable course of action through which an American president seeks to forge an unbreakable suicide pact between the nation which bears his lifelong contempt and the Islamic killers he hopes will complete its destruction.

If the United States is to survive, Barack Obama MUST be removed from power.

Please don’t believe the “news” coming from the Democrat Cheerleaders in the media when they report on polls.

The Romney-Ryan campaign is not in disarray. Mitt Romney is not short on money, but Obama is. Romney has people like the  Koch brothers and  Sheldon Adelson ready to spend “whatever” is necessary to win. Obama burned through $120 million attacking Romney. Has anyone even heard the word “Bain” lately? How about “tax returns”, “he’s a felon”, or “offshore bank accounts” – not one of those words and phrases laid a glove on Romney – and Obama can’t get that  $120 million back.

Here are the facts:

Barack Obama is not winning any group he didn’t win in 2008; he is not doing better with any group he did win in 2008; not  Jews, not young voters, not Hispanics, not blacks, and not women.

Even CNN’s latest streaming pile-of-dung poll found Republican enthusiasm 6 points higher than Democrat enthusiasm. It found that Independent voters favor Romney by 14 points, and this agreed with Carville and Greenberg’s Democracy Corps survey.

For the first time ever, black ministers are telling their parishoners to stay home on Election Day.  A May poll in North Carolina – yes PPP – found 20% of blacks ready to vote for Romney over Obama’s gay marriage position. A  Georgia Gallup poll in May found the same 20% of blacks ready to vote for Romney. A late August poll in Michigan found that 23% of blacks would vote for Romney, and an unreported NAACP poll in Florida (I have a very reliable source but no link) found 23% of Sunshine State blacks lining up behind Romney.

Catholic support is at 27%, exactly half of what it was in 2008. No Democrat has ever won the presidency while losing the Catholic vote, and Obama isn’t even close.

As per Rasmussen, Republican registration has grown since June and is now at its historic high. At 37.6%, it is 4.3% higher than the Democrat registration, which is less than one point above its lowest point ever.

For prospective, the spread in registration was 1.3 points just before the 2010 election. The spread is more than three times larger now.

Can any one of our “conservative” heroes please stand up and say these things?

Authorities Continue To Intimidate Bible Study Leaders

The news of an Arizona pastor jailed and fined more than $12,000 for hosting a Bible study group in his home rightfully outraged a great number of freedom-loving Americans. Granted, some facts emerged later in the case that seem to paint the pastor as less than upfront on some peripheral issues, but the fact remains that his first brush with the law emerged from his desire to increase the faith of his friends and neighbors.

It would be bad enough if this had been just an isolated incident, but prosecution (and persecution) of practicing Christians continues, as chronicled in the recent charges against one Florida couple.

The couple invites up to 10 people into their home on Friday evenings for prayer and Bible study, which local government decided warrants a $250 fine per day for code violations. The targeted hosts framed the hypocrisy perfectly, saying nothing is done when just as many individuals converge on a residential location to view a football game.

Technically, oppressive officials claim, the practice of reading God’s word and invoking Him in prayer makes the home in which it takes place a “house of worship.”

Do we have free speech in America? When churches face the possibility of IRS retribution for politically incorrect sermons, and private citizens are afraid to mention the name of Jesus in their own homes, my contention is that today’s liberal elite views the First Amendment as little more than irrelevant words written by out-of-touch white people.

To be fair, many on the left view everything our founders did as irrelevant, but freedom of speech (and with it, freedom of religion) is the cornerstone of our republic – a right without which liberty becomes an impossibility.

Thank God for informed citizens, even in the liberal hotbed of California. After local officials in that state caught significant flak for fining a couple who hosted a Bible study identified by the city as “a regular gathering of more than three people,” they reversed course and adopted state legislation allowing such small meetings to continue without expensive permits and inconvenient regulation.

For every victory such as this, though, how many dictatorial officials are spying into the living rooms of believers across this nation? The truth is that there should be no need for citizens to fight for their right to pray and fellowship with other Christians. That right should never be threatened in the first place!

Just out of curiosity, I wonder how much manpower is being directed toward every home three or more practicing Muslims happen to occupy at the same time. It’s disturbing we only hear of Christians being subjected to such blatant and overreaching religious intolerance.

NBC News: Obama Admin Lying About Security At Libyan Consulate

UN Ambassador Susan Rice claimed this weekend that security had been increased at the US Consulate in Benghazi, Libya prior to the horrific attacks on Sept. 11. She even claimed “tragically, among those four that were killed were two of our security personnel.” However, NBC News reports that “multiple US officials and other sources contradict that account. They tell NBC News that the two former SEALS Glen Dougherty and Tyrone Woods, who died trying to repel the attackers and who undoubtedly saved lives were not in Libya to provide personal security for the Ambassador or for consulate personnel.”
