The Obama Strategy Of Straddle, Jump, And Ride Like Hell

Angry Obama SC The Obama Strategy of straddle, jump, and ride like hell

Obama’s “strategy” is akin to a circus rider astride two horses – one with currency manipulator George Soros, whom he has further enriched with the Gulf oil spill fiasco evicting rigs to Brazil offshore along with a billion taxpayer dollars to drill in Soros-controlled leases. (Note: only Republican people of wealth are the evil rich. 16 tons of gold Soros is just an international patriot the French would like to get their claws in.)

The other horse is obviously his love of Sharia Law. He told Putin that the Constitution was dead in 2009 – and now he has the flexibility he assured the Russians. Expenditures of American blood and treasure in the Middle East have resulted in Sharia-based constitutions and the murdering and driving-out of Christians.

Would the title “Supreme Caliph” suit him? The Pakistani Minister of Industry thought so.

In the meantime, leftist pundits praise his every stroke on the golf course while right wing pundits wring their hands, hoping he’ll finally figure out he’s destroying the country.  (No kidding!)

It’s called spiritual warfare, and we’re playing by Luciferian Saul Alinsky’s “Rules.” I now sense the Arab satisfaction of throwing a shoe at my TV when our leaders forget the Constitution they swore to uphold. It’s an idiot’s game as they ponder the next move to the phony fiscal cliff.

Which horse will Obama jump to when the scimitars start swinging? George better duck.

Economist: Obama Has ‘Put A Pistol To The Head Of The Middle Class’

Economist Peter Morici had this to say about Obama’s fiscal cliff “negotiating” tactics:

Evidence The Next Generation Will NOT Be Better Off

Kids Sc Evidence The Next Generation Will NOT Be Better Off

The gap between the earnings of those below 35 and those over 35 is now sufficiently large to say that the younger generation will NOT live better than their parents or grandparents. This generation, tagged Generation Y,  is seeing its window close and a growing likelihood it will be the first generation in American history to live less well than previous generations.

Generation Y men and women with skills and educational levels that should have been gateways to at least an upper middle class life are finding that the positions they trained for in various professions either don’t exist or are so rare as to be all but impossible to secure.

One recent law school graduate has bitterly commented: “I had a lot of faith in the system, the mythology that if you work really hard you can achieve anything, and the stock market always goes up. It was pretty naïve on my part.”

Generation Y professionals have seen their average incomes fall by 8% since the beginning of 2008, and their unemployment rate is consistently higher than the general population.

A Rutgers University survey of 2006 college graduates found that only 20% even expected to live better than their parents, a level of pessimism that is well-founded in light of their almost 50% unemployment rate. Moreover, only 20% said that their current job was part of their long-term career path.

Realizing they have been fooled

After just a few short years, a 33 year old 2009 law school graduate is now saying that her belief that the education she was receiving was valuable was “…pretty naïve on my part.” She is a plaintiff in a class action lawsuit against the San Francisco School of Law, from which she graduated. The suit alleges that the school overstated available positions and graduates’ potential earnings. The National Association for Law Placement Inc. in Washington has acknowledged that the Law school class of 2011 has experienced a 49.5 percent placement rate, which is the lowest since Jimmy Carter was in office.

Generation Y was one of Barack Obama’s strongest supporters. Now they are learning a hard lesson about paying attention when they vote. They are our next generation. They are our children. They wouldn’t listen, and now they have made a mess they might never outlive.  This is too sad for words.

Fox News Parody About Gun-Free Zones Stopping Crime

We figured we would inject some humor into this so-called “debate” over “gun control”…

Al Negro, Not Al Qaeda, Cause Of Chicago Murder Rate!

Chicago SC Al Negro, Not Al Qaeda, Cause of Chicago Murder Rate!

“Al Qaeda didn’t kill 500 Black people in Chicago- Al Negro DID! ( Excuse my candor family). Where’s Black outrage? #tcot “

I just tweeted this frank assessment of what I call “chocolate Klansmen’s” (inner city thugs) war against Chicago’s Black community (and, by extension, American Blacks.)

This body count represents a 38% increase.

The N-Word and all its varieties are phrases I’m loathe to put into print. Silence in our community from the White House on down about these Black males spurred throwing diplomacy to the winds.

Opposing inner-city thugs is central to my life’s work. Their rampages bop to a hip hop beat with accompaniment from elected officials, clergy, and civil rights organizations who should know better.

They kill while apologists mouth off about how the overall murder rate has gone down. Chocolate Klansmen remain the number one mortality risk for young Black men, so “down” still isn’t far enough.

I called them “Al Negro” last night for the first time because they don’t deserve respect. Killers are not my brothers and should be denounced in the strongest terms.

White conservatives and Blacks passionate about equal opportunity safety have called attention to liberal silence about chocolate Klansmen for decades.

Recently, President Obama’s self-imposed gag order on inner-city homicide has been loudly and rightfully questioned.

Color him vanilla (to paraphrase Cornell West’s debatable description of Newton elementary school shooting victims), change his party to Republican, and Black liberal silence explodes into national marches and rioting.

This goon squad roams Chicago and America proudly calling themselves ” Ni$$as ” and shamelessly acting the part. All I’ve done is openly call a spade a spade.

Until Black Democrats cut ties with them as family and friends, help police catch them, form more street patrols against them, hold 1960s scale rallies against them, and stop middle class enablers from pampering them, all cries of abuse from others ring hollow.

You discriminate against yourselves by allowing children to think it’s OK to terrorize our neighborhoods and not turn them in afterward- preferably before lives are lost.

It’s not the GOP doing this.

It’s not foreign spies leading street gangs.

It’s not Al Qaeda squeezing inner-city triggers.

Al Negro is the cause of Chicago’s murder rate, and he’s no brother of mine!

I apologize for using the old-school base of the loaded N-Word, but not for calling out these heathens for their daily evil!

Third Term For Obama? Absolutely!

If Obama remains in power and not removed due to his ineligibility, I don’t think he will ever leave…

Supreme Court Nominations: The Implication Of Obama’s Reelection

Obama Remodels Supreme Court SC Supreme Court Nominations: The Implication of Obamas Reelection

This past year’s Presidential election may have hosted more apocalyptic rhetoric than any of those preceding it. Partisans from both camps leveled threats of impending American insolvency and promised immediate expatriation to foreign climes should the other guy be elected. In fact, should the wrong man be raised up, they warned, the very moral fabric of the United States would surely unravel.

Of course, most of this was undoubtedly hyperbole, as the odds of right-leaning Americans fleeing the President’s “Obamacare” policies to Canada and socialized medicine are probably comparable to the world’s richest and most powerful nation being brought to utter ruin by one man in four years. However, there is one score on which Obama’s detractors’ fears of fundamental changes resonating beyond the President’s tenure are arguably more justifiable- Supreme Court appointments.

Supreme Court assignments are consistently one of the most important and actually consequential decisions any American president makes for a number of reasons. Among the foremost of those reasons is the tenure of that President’s appointment or appointments. The average Justice serves 16 years, although Associate Justice William O. Douglas sat for nearly twice that- 36 years (1939-1975). So a Justice can generally be counted on to serve the nation’s highest court for four full presidential terms.

And perhaps unlike a single Senator or Congressman, a single Supreme Court Justice can have an exceptionally profound and lasting effect on America’s political and legal landscape. Apt examples are too numerous to list here, but they include: the vote that put George W. Bush in office for a second term in 2004, Roe vs. Wade- the national legalization of abortion decision, the recent ruling that upheld the Constitutionality of the aforementioned “Obamacare” legislation, etc. In fact, all of the cases mentioned were decided by a single vote. (Although, there were two Roe vs. Wade rulings: the first was 7-2, the second 5-4 to uphold the legality of abortion.)

A single appointment, therefore, can establish the political/cultural/social alignment of America’s highest legal authority for years. Right now, there are three Justices that are presumably approaching retirement age- Anthony Kennedy (76), Antonin Scalia (also 76), and Ruth Bader Ginsburg (79). (Stephen Breyer- a Clinton appointee- is 74 but is considered less likely to retire.) Kennedy and Scalia were both appointed by President Ronald Reagan. Scalia is one of the most consistently conservative sitting Justices. Kennedy, however, while generally right-leaning has disappointed his conservative base on a few occasions by siding with the opposition. Kennedy is widely considered a “swing vote”- not a presumable shoe-in for one political set or the other.

Obviously, if all three of the Justices over 75 were to retire, it would be quite a political/judicial coup for the Obama administration and left-leaning Americans in general. While John Roberts is Chief Justice, a conservative and President George W. Bush’s appointment, Antonin Scalia is generally regarded as the nerve center of the current Court’s Republican base. As such, if the Democratic/left wing constituency had their druthers and could wish just one retirement-age Justice out of office, they’d undoubtedly select Scalia for the honors. Kennedy would be the second choice, and Ginsburg the third.

As a member of the Democratic Party, a perpetually staunch supporter of women’s rights (particularly those of poorer women), on the American Civil Liberties Union’s board of directors (and volunteer advocate lawyer for them), and Clinton appointee, Ruth Bader Ginsburg is considered a firmly-liberal Associate Justice. She’s also considered the most likely to retire before President Obama’s second term ends. While replacing Ruth Bader Ginsburg with another presumably Democratic Party-friendly Justice may superficially seem like a lateral move, it’s still a win for the President.

Ginsburg’s replacement would be (almost certainly) a good deal younger than the sitting Associate Justice. The installation of a younger Justice would effectively seal the seat on America’s left (or at least the moderate left) side for, if the average holds, at least 16 years. Although in all likelihood a term will be longer than that because while the aggregate mean for all the Justices’ tenures is 16 years,  the average term since has been 25.6 years.

However, making accurate predictions about the predilections and appointments of future Supreme Court Justices is often an exercise in futility. Oliver Wendell Holmes retired two months shy of his 91st birthday. With modern technological/medical advances, comparably advanced ages of Justices are far, far more common than they were in the past. If Holmes’s time on the court is a yardstick to measure against, Ruth Bader Ginsburg could serve another 11 years. Similarly, despite scientific advancement, life’s unpredictability is always a factor to consider. A younger Justice (or an older one) could be compelled to leave the court due to illness, accident, scandal, or any number of other intangibles. Basically, we’ll just have to wait and see.

Flashback: Diane Feinstein Draconian Gun Ban Plan In 1995

Lawsuit Alleges IRS Gives Churches ‘Preferential Treatment’

Atheist SC Lawsuit alleges IRS gives churches Preferential treatment

The godless left consistently ignores the unique role of the church throughout America’s history.

At the head of the pack in almost any attack on believers is the Freedom From Religion Foundation. The group recently sued the Internal Revenue Service, alleging “preferential treatment of churches” by the government in providing tax-exempt status for houses of worship.

According to a press release, the lawsuit contends that churches should be forced to file the same tax forms as non-religious groups — including FFRF.

Much to the chagrin of the nation’s believers, groups like this seek to put churches on equal footing with any other non-profit organization. Such false equivalency is a common tactic among moral relativists and should be recognized as such.

The FFRF lawsuit ostensibly seeks accountability on the part of America’s churches.

A spokesperson for the group asked, “Why should churches be exempt from basic financial reporting requirements? Equally important, why would churches not wish to be accountable?”

In my estimation, this and other attempts to scale back the freedom of religious practitioners is, at least in part, aimed at outing those with politically incorrect views.

If successful, the lawsuit will require churches to reveal “how [they] spend donations,” the press release explains. One can imagine the calls to strip the tax-exempt status of churches who support traditional morals that fly in the face of secular humanism.

While championing the free speech rights of those who spread hate, leftists seem intent on stifling the expression of spiritual leaders trying to spread God’s love.

Church, representing the safest of all remaining harbors for freely expressing one’s faith, is continually criticized by those who worship at the altar of liberalism.

FFRF has used tax policy as the basis for litigation in at least two other instances, including a suit filed just months prior that sought to roll back housing tax breaks for clergy members.
