We just ‘celebrated’ the 40th anniversary of the Supreme Court’s murderous decree in the Roe v. Wade case.  Since that spiritually satanic ruling, a number approaching 60-million murders has occurred.  The most damning reality is that this Supreme Court decision has made the murder of the unborn legal.  When President Obama’s former spiritual leader of 20 years, Jeremiah Wright, uttered the words asking that “God damn America,” had he been preaching about the killing of our most vulnerable – the unborn, including the partially-born-I might have been one of his cheerleaders. The wrath of God deserves to be poured out on a nation that professes to follow Him yet condones the killing of our most innocent – the unborn.

Way back forty years ago, the issue was a “woman’s right to choose.”   OK, whether or not I agree with the ‘wisdom’ of the legal decision, it became the ‘law of the land.’  But, as the title of my article states, liberals are never satisfied.  They always want more – at the expense of us all.

Had this moral issue stopped with a woman’s ‘right to choose,’ it might not have become the mega-moral nightmare it has become thanks to our current President and his progressive administration.   This President and his goon squad are forcing American employers to pay the cost of providing contraceptives and abortive procedures as part of their employee health insurance packages.  For business owners with religious or personal convictions that oppose the murdering of unborn babies, this is a sin against their God and their conscience.  But, the Obama goons say, “You will do it, or we will crush you with daily fines.”

The tidy liberal name for abortion or killing has always been “pro-choice.”  That, of course, means pro-murder, pro-killing, pro-infant slaughtering.  Excuse me for caring about the most defenseless among us, but I find it repulsive that all of those who are champions of ‘pro-choice’ are probably the same individuals who would spit on a person wearing a fur coat.  ”How dare you selfishly condone killing an animal so that you can wear a coat made of  fur,” they would hiss.  Hypocrisy just doesn’t get much bigger than that.

If a woman wants “morning after” pills, they are legal.  She can either take precautions the “night before,” or she can buy her own pills.  Makes sense to me.

The insanity of this administration’s threat to put companies that do not comply with this Godless mandate out of business defies logic.  They fine a company to the extent that the company finally closes its doors, putting all of the employees out of a job.  That sure doesn’t sound like compassionate governing to me.  It sounds like the outer edges of a dictatorship.

And all of those employees who will suddenly find themselves unemployed will add to the tax burden by applying for unemployment, food stamps, and an endless list of freebies.  Hey, maybe that is really what King Obama wants; but he and the rest of his elite crowd are too dumb to ask this question: if they reach their goal of having everybody at the public trough, who will be left to provide the dollars to buy feed for that trough?

Can one be a Buddhist, Hindu, or Muslim believer of Jesus? And can they do this without persecution?

A growing number of Christians and church leaders are stopping to consider that this idea may actually be possible, thanks to “Insider Movement” groups that have been pushing this idea forward for the past decade, especially in the Muslim mission field. Now those ideas are gaining ground in the West, as Christians embrace these controversial methods.

The most recent issue of Christianity Today is giving a whole lot of print space to Insider Movement (IM) proponents, who believe that it is not necessary for believers to convert to Christianity, a term often associated with baggage and most certainly persecution if outed as “Christian.”

This should immediately send you running for your Bible and asking some key questions about what Scripture has to say about the blending of two very different and opposing faiths vs. a full conversion to Christianity.

“Therefore go out from (among unbelievers), and be separate from them, says the Lord, and touch no unclean thing; then I will welcome you.” (2 Cor 6:17)

The January issue of CT contains the headlines Why Evangelicals Should Be Thankful for Muslim Insiders, arguing that “Insider followers of Jesus may not have changed religions, but their lives have been changed by Christ,” and the provocative headline Worshiping Jesus in the Mosque, in which a reporter interviews a “Muslim follower of Isa.”

But instead of comparing what IM-ers teach to what the Bible says and asking questions, Christians are saying, “cool!”

“Where is the outcry of pastors in America because of this? Nobody is challenging these methods, and it boggles my mind that churches subscribe to this,” says Elijah Abraham, a born-again Christian who was raised a Muslim believer in Iraq, and today is the founder and executive director of Living Oasis Ministries, reaching Muslims with the Gospel.

Abraham is part of Biblical Missiology, the think-tank group that recently petitioned Wycliffe and its partners for removing familial terms like Son and Father to describe God and Jesus from Arabic Bible translations used to reach Muslim communities.

Abraham points out that John Travis (the writer of Why Evangelicals Should Be Thankful for Muslim Insiders), is one of godfathers of the Insider Movement. Abraham encourages readers to examine the IM leaders through the lens of a video he highly recommends titled Half Devil Half Child, in which even the Muslim Imams say these teachings are not Christianity.

We know that Christians in Islamic nations are being brutally slaughtered simply because their identity is in Christ. Persecution is on the rise, and that’s risky for Muslims who embrace Christ yet want to stay within their Islamic community. Yet the core doctrines of belief, repentance, and preaching Jesus Christ and HIM crucified (not the Muslim “Isa”) for the forgiveness of sins is not the focus of IM methodology.

CT conducted an interview with one insider named “Abu Jaz,” a key leader in a movement that describes itself as the People of the Gospel. CT reports that this group represents several thousand Muslims in eastern Africa who have converted to faith in Christ during the past decade, but who have remained in their Muslim communities.

Abu Jaz describes his conversion after dining with a guest in his home, and their sparse meal of macaroni began to multiply in the bowl.

Afterward I lay down on the bed, and as I slept, Isa came to me and asked me, “Do you know who multiplied the macaroni?” I said, “I don’t know.” He said, “I am Isa al Masih. If you follow me, not only the macaroni but your life will be multiplied.”

He didn’t tell me that he was God; he didn’t tell me that he died on behalf of me; he didn’t say, “I am the Son of God.” He didn’t talk to me about any complicated theological issues. He only told me that if I followed him, he would multiply my life. Isa al Masih came to my home with the kingdom of God. He didn’t completely explain theological issues, he only said, “If you will follow.”

Abraham, who has interviewed hundreds of converts in many nations, doesn’t doubt Abu’s story of dreams and visions. In fact, he says true converts do have dreams and visions; and they’ve paid a heavy price. But the Jesus they encounter is never confusing or vague about who He is. And the fact that Abu maintains a Muslim rather than an African identity troubles him. “You would think after Bible school, Abu would reject Islam,” Abraham says. “Abu never contradicts the Qur’anic version of Isa, and the interviewer didn’t even challenge the convert to ask if the Allah he was talking about was the triune God of the Bible or Allah of the Qur’an.”

He points out that the title, Worshiping Jesus in the Mosque is very misleading, since the reporter does not mention anyone actually worshiping Christ in a mosque. “The Christianity Today title is only intended to persuade the readership that it is possible to worship Jesus in the mosque. Three problems: Any mosque will be offended if Jesus is worshiped inside its walls. Second, any Christian from a Muslim Background will tell you that the mosque is not the place to go to worship Jesus. Finally, if you go to a mosque, you have already denied Him.”

But, a church isn’t a building; it is people. Abraham contends that the so-called Muslim-culture church is an oxymoron.

“Muslim-culture church? What in the world does that mean? If their identity is Islam, and not Christianity, are they really set apart?

Abraham says insiders who say they are converts are the most confused individuals he has ever found. “They are confused in their theology and identity, and they’re still loyal to Mohammad, so you’ve got problems there.”

As for Christian churches embracing these methods, he says there are many missionaries and leaders who will try to cover up their IM connections from their congregants so as to diffuse critics. He says church members who do question the Insider Movement methods in their churches are often met with a guilt trip for criticizing them for not actually traveling overseas and meeting Muslims.

“To that I would say, ‘you know, you are right. But I read your article and compared your methods to Scripture, and it does not line up.’”

Protect All Life, Mr. President

Last week, our President surrounded himself with a group of children to discuss his administration’s plan for gun control. He tried so hard to make you feel that this whole situation was about them. He urged you to consider the implications of not acting while engaging the children and reading parts of their letters. He tried to lecture us on the importance of keeping them safe and out of harm’s way. He was charming as always, yet serious, and at times, even a slight bit emotional. He did his best to persuade us to believe we need to do this, and there is no better time to act than now.

The 40th anniversary of Roe v. Wade was this past Tuesday.  I would ask you to also think about the well-being of all the unborn children whose lives have been cut short in the past 40 years. I ask you to think about whether or not they deserve to be taken out of harm’s way. He spoke about protecting our children, but we must remember that this man is an ardent supporter of infanticide.  We cannot forget that he has voted for partial birth abortions multiple times; and now, there is even talk of it being brought back to the table in his second term. We must remember that if this was really about the safety of our children, then he would vow to protect all life and not defend Planned Parenthood or even allow them prominent roles at the Democratic National Convention.

The same politicians who want to take away your constitutional right to own any kind of firearm are the same ones who condone the killing of innocent life. It has become socially acceptable now for women to choose whether to end the life of their unborn babies; but yet it is becoming socially unacceptable for responsible law-abiding citizens to protect their own families (and in the process are shamed, harassed, and called “extremists” all because a few powerful people want to change the conversation and now talk about morality.)

This administration is not doing what is morally right. They would like you to believe that of course but have shown time and time again that it’s really only an illusion. They are not trying to protect the children; they are only pushing an agenda that has been years (if not decades) in the making. Those 23 executive orders were not written this past week, or even this past month; they have been ready to go for a long, long time. The news conference was not about keeping our children safe or about keeping guns off the streets or even stopping the violence.  It was purely about control.

If this president was really serious about protecting our children, he would have held his press conference in front of a Planned Parenthood in, say, Chicago or New York; and he would have told the American people that all life is valuable, all life is precious, and we need to do everything we can to put an end to this practice.

Sadly, we know this will never happen. But as the discussion for gun control rages on in the coming days, weeks, and even months, think of all those precious lives we lost through the past 40 years and say a prayer for them and all those who will sadly follow.

Student Reprimanded For Possessing A Piece Of Paper

Several young students have recently been suspended for making hand gestures playfully depicting a gun; but apparently, school administrators thought that such overreactions were not quite draconian enough.

An elementary school administrator in Pennsylvania recently showed how insane a zero-tolerance gun policy can be when he reportedly yelled at a student for having a piece of paper.
The folded paper, made the previous day by her grandfather, was believed by the administrator to resemble a gun; and he proceeded to castigate the young girl in front of her class.
The student was attempting to throw the paper away after realizing she inadvertently left it in her pocket, but a classmate saw her and reported the apparently punishable behavior of discarding trash.
A school official “yelled at me and said I shouldn’t have brought the gun to school,” the girl said in a subsequent interview. “I kept telling him it was a paper gun but he wouldn’t listen.”
Reports indicate the administrator even threatened to have the girl arrested, as if a fifth-grader brandishing a piece of paper is somehow a crime.
The student’s mother is keeping her out of the school until the ordeal blows over, though she is entertaining the idea of removing her permanently.
Children are constantly being told that all instinctual adolescent impulses are wrong by moral relativists who see evil behind innocent child’s play and a victim of our supposed “gun culture” in the most reprehensible of killers.

It makes a huge difference, and I will explain why. President Obama and most in his Administration would like us to believe that we are winning the war on terror. He has repeatedly told us during his campaign that “Osama Bin Laden is dead” and “Al Qaeda is on the run”. In order for the American people to believe this, they needed to make sure we were not attacked again, especially so close to the election. Unfortunately, we were. And four Americans were murdered, so something needed to be done to keep up the facade. They chose to fabricate a story about a video and some random protests to mislead the public and keep up the illusion that we are winning this war instead of having an open and honest discussion on what the real threat is.

This is not only a military war; this is an ideological war that has been going on for centuries. The jihadists believe they are superior and want to bring back the caliphate. They are patient. They see no rush and honestly do not care if it takes hundreds of years to accomplish. They believe it is the will of Allah and will continue to attack us at home, abroad, and even by infiltrating our own government. In their own words, we are the “Great Satan”; so it really should come as no surprise that they would plan an attack. And it would be very foolish not to realize more are on the way.

This Administration refuses to recognize this threat and call it what it is. Instead, we have outed dictators by arming Islamic militants. We have bowed to the Muslim Brotherhood and groups like CAIR by changing our rules of engagement on the battlefield and rewriting handbooks to appease their needs. We have even put our enemies above our relationship with one of our strongest allies, Israel.

All of this matters because our national security is at risk. It matters because we were lied to. It matters because our government is being infiltrated by an ideology that is a clear and present danger to our way of life. It matters because there is an all-out attack on our freedom of speech. It matters because Americans died to save a campaign slogan. It matters because men and women are still in harm’s way and are giving their lives to keep the rest of us safe. And most of all, Madam Secretary, it matters because if we do not identify this enemy for what it is, we will lose in the end.
