Balogna Bill. You ask for 60 million but we all know it’s going to cost 10 times that. once you get it in and the price tag hits then you say, “Well aren’t our children worth it????” Train, arm and issue teachers the concealed weapons permit. You would be surprised by how many Annie Oakley’s are out there that would leap at the chance to pack a heater in school as they would not only protect students but also could be protected “from” school bullies too!
The government would not have so much all the time if they were to put a chain link fence areund the schools to keep the rif-raf out.
Remember when Bill Clinton put policeman on the street for a hundred million dollars and when the money ran out, they were lay off.
Due to the fact an armed guard at a school is not able to be at more than one place at a time and would not be able to respond in time if the the shooter entered at a different area it would be better to arm the teachers. If a person knew all teachers carried guns and were trained on how to use them I am sure the shooter would choose a gun free zone to commit his crime.
Can anyone reading this tell me how gun control will stop mass murder or bring crime rate down. So far it never has..never will!!!
Thre have been armed Police, ( sherrifs) in a school , patrolling the halls for over 20 years , in Upstae NY! No problems before or after!
I meant if the school has only one armed guard.
