God has a chosen people and you are not it. Well unless you are Muslim or Islamic. God gave his people dominion over all the people of the earth and over all Nations. Praying to their God for help is ludicrous. Actually it is dangerous because if a God derives power from prayer you are giving God’s chosen people power over you and our country. Thanks a lot idiot.

You’re pretty well factual in that Soetoro will laugh it off. It is also conceivable the judge will “die naturally” as an indicator for other judges to mind their own business. The only way out is they way most tyrants are removed from office.
One of three things will happen,. The judge will be threatened and he will give some excuse for a bad ruling, He will have an accident and die. Or he will give a good ruling and the Boon will ignore his order just like he ignores the Constitution. The Law of the Land. Either way nothing will happen.
Strangely military officials get fired or transferred and others get killed and all to protect the empty chair. Sick, sick, sick and our Congress does nothing because they are part of the problem and not part of the solution. The solution will be US!
Yes, I fear for the Attorney and the Judge. You can be sure if threats don’t work, Chicago thugs have other styles. These are the people that need the Secret Service Protection. Not the snake oil salesman. And, since Sheriff Joe and Trump have been going after these facts, along with Mike Zullo (sp?) and a few others I could name. And “Zero” knows you all have been digging up the facts. Do you not think that he and his Chicago buds haven’t thought about this for the last 4 years, and have now had time to cover his tracks even more so now, than ever? I don’t want to sound like a pessimist, honest. But we are not dealing with any sort of “normalcy” here. I hope this judge can get obama removed from office, by force, before it’s too late. We need to pray for the judge and all people involved so nothing happens to them. We need to pray for the removal of obozo from office and his arce put behind bars where all crooks should go.

How I wish this scenario could be played out. However, there are just too many evil forces in place to make it possible. No matter how a judge might rule, Obama will ignore it, lawyers and the DOJ will confuse the matter, the press will cover for Obama or paint the judge as a nutcase and the American people who were so stupid or evil to cast their votes for this fraud will probably not even realize and definitely not understand what is going on. One man, John Roberts, could have saved the country from Obamacare and didn’t. “…[T]he most High ruleth in the kingdoms of men, and giveth it to whomsoever He will, and setteth up over it the basest of men.” (Daniel 4:17) America’s sin has caught up with her and I fear the Almighty has weighed her in the balances and found her wanting, cursing us with Obama.
I do not know this man that has these videos but I know I resepect what he is doing and I hope that something can come from his videos. Obama and all of his mob need to be removed and we need for America to get back to what it was and can be again. Obama and his Muslim brotherhood hate America and our freedoms and our right to speak what we feel which is what this column is all about. You have people calling others stupid and you have people who think nothing can be done but it can and it is the citizens who will do it.
I can’t believe how many people believe in the Hitler of the 2000′s and they believe in any and everything that he does. How many voted for him will never be known because of the crooked election, votes switched to Obama when they were for Romney and so much more. Obama is a illegal Muslim who I pray to God can be arrested, tried and sentenced to life in prison for all of the fraud he has committed. Skygirl_123, thanks for the nice compliment, I try to educate people on things that they might not be aware of. Unless the courts stop Obama, he will remain in power, I believe forever. He will not leave in 2016, he will change the Constitution and use the argument that Roosevelt had four terms and he will eliminate the two term limit of presidents. The people need to demand that he be removed from office since he is not a Natural Born Citizen, he is in fact a British citizen and is therefore not eligible to be president. Congress knows that and they are afraid to do anything and are unwilling to protect the American people.

I was in judge Lewis’ courtroom in Tallahassee. I agree with you that if the judge were to do as you say and demand that Obama present documentation to be subjected to forensic analysis for purposes of authentication that Obama could be ruled retro-actively ineligible, but it will never happen.
For judge Lewis to have already performed such legal gymnastics to arrive at his original decision–that he could not make a ruling because Obama was technically not yet the official nominee of the Democrats–should be sufficient enough a demonstration for you to arrive at an understanding, as I did when leaving the courtroom, that the judge is going to construct another explanation as to why he cannot reject Obama’s name having been put on the Florida ballot. It will be a gymnastically contorted explanation employing the farthest reaches of literary license and legal word games.
Chris, I sure hope that you are wrong, the future of America could depend entirely on his decision to have Obama produce those documents. I really fail to understand what the issue is, his father was a British subject and according to the British Act of 1948 so is Obama a British Subject, and the Constitution is specific that only a Natural Born Citizen that comes from parents that are both US citizens can run for the office of the president, PERIOD. Congress needs to wake up and start protecting the American people, otherwise they are not with chicken s**t.
Maybe every person charged of any crime in America, should plead that the court has no authority. As per the actions and statements of our beloved president barack hussein obama, America’s laws are no longer the law of the land. Until congress comes up with a new set of laws, America is a lawless country. By order of our president, or as many think of him, our dictator.
…and, Judge lewis will be made an offer he won’t refuse or end up in the nearest landfill.
I pray every day that Justice is served, but I do not think any of this will come out and if it does, it won’t matter.

Zolna….as much as I would like to see this happen I must be a realist here..it never will…there is absolutely no judge that will ever get anything from Obama that he request, they will defy every court order even if it is a court order from a Federal Judge or the Congress of the United States. He will just ask, “what are they going to do..” all I can say is let the Judge try, he’s just that arrogant. No, there is only one sure fire way to get this many out of the white house and we all know what that is now, don’t we…..
It was nice to see this man speak his peace. In the speaking he simply says that this Judge Lewis could bring the matter back to court. No mention of this being on the docket. It would be nice if the process were started and completed before the Jan. 20 Inauguration. I doubt there would be any answer from the White House. “O” will just thumb his nose at the whole thing. He might send his team of lawyers to squash whatever subpoenas come from the bench, if any are actually signed. I would still expect some “redneck” or “Ruby Ridge” sharpshooter to come after him before any Judge. This would be a sad day because of the rioting and killing in the streets of the major cities. I like the Judge idea better for keeping stability in the nation.
