The answer, according to the 2nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution is yes. That trumps all the mayors and L.E.O.’s of all the cities combined. In actuality, we have the Constitutional right to own every weapon used by law enforcement and the military.
I agree nesmond! Doesn’t matter who doesn’t like them! They have the right NOT to buy or use any weapon of their choice, just as we have the Constitutional right to own any firearm we so choose to defend ourselves from a TYRANNICAL GOVERNMENT! The 2nd Amendment has nothing to do with hunting rights or “personal” protection! It was put in place by our Founding Fathers because they knew this day was going to come and without it we would have no way to defend what They fought so hard for! FREEDOM! I personally intend to purchase as many of these weapons as I can possibly afford! I’m a Well Trained Army Vet and i hope that the people that come for mine are a better aim than I am! I hope to GOD that it doesn’t come to that , but if it does……………..FREEDOM or DEATH! GOD BLESS THE USA!
Why doesn’t she come out and just say she wants to ban all guns, but exempt the elite politicians because they feel they are above the laws. Lies, lies, lies, NRA is no different than there Super PACS. The NRA is a special interest origination who’s purpose is to defend the Second Amendment. This liberal cow should be put out to pasture, and someone with intellect to replace her.
The eyes are the windows to the soul…..oh, wait her eyes are empty. She can try all she wants, but gun sales are up, NRA memberships are up and Ammo is being bought up at the speed of lightening. Not only by our government, but by American Citizens. I bought my first one a few months back. It freaked my family out!
Our Constitution is the law of the land,thats why they hate it so much and are trying to get rid of it.
Some people like to keep their name in the news so it will look like they are earning their salary.
