Sen. Dianne Feinstein rolled out sweeping legislation that would ban more than 150 types of military-style semiautomatic rifles on Thursday, kicking off the congressional debate on a new assault-weapons ban that both sides say faces a steep uphill climb on Capitol Hill.
The measure is by far the most ambitious of the number of gun-control bills introduced in the wake of the school shootings in Newtown, Conn., last month.
“This is hard to do. It’s not easy to do,” Mrs. Feinstein, California Democrat, said. “I think if the people in [a] red state want their representative to vote for this, they should weigh in, and the representative should listen.”
Her bill seeks to reinstate and expand the ban on assault weapons that was first enacted in 1994, but which lapsed in 2004.
It would prohibit semiautomatic pistols that can accept a detachable magazine and have at least one military feature, such as a pistol grip or telescoping. Purchasing the AR-15 Bushmaster rifle, which was used by the shooter in Newtown, would be illegal under the ban.

They have NO authority to do this. The Constitution specifically PROHIBITS it. If congress passes this illegal, unconstitutional, intolerable act, I will not comply.
Feinstein, Schumer, Obama, Holder, Bloomberg, Cuomo, and their whole gang are tyrant wannabes. To them, anyone who does, or might, oppose their control over every aspect of our lives, is “a criminal” because they said so.

These same people through DHS and other alphabet agencies have recently purchased over 1.8 BILLION rounds of ammo – enough to shoot every man, woman, and child in the country 5 times or more – ammo that’s illegal for military use under international law. Considering that you and I and all of the other US taxpayers are paying for all of this ammo, it’s frighteningly reminiscent of the story of political prisoners’ families being forced to pay for the bullets used to execute them … isn’t it?
If we allow these leftist control freaks to ignore and ultimately gut the 2nd Amendment, history will inevitably repeat itself. These “gun control” proposals have NOTHING to do with preventing crime, but EVERYTHING to do with CONTROL.
Hitler disarmed the Jews and others, then murdered about 15 million.
Stalin disarmed the Russians, them murdered about 40 million.
Mao disarmed the Chinese peasants, then murdered nearly 100 million.
The Turks disarmed the Armenians, then murdered 1.5-2 million.
Pol Pot disarmed the Cambodians and murdered millions.
Rwanda disarmed its ethnic groups, then murdered millions.
The list goes on … over 170 million people murdered BY THEIR OWN GOVERNMENTS in the 20th century – AFTER they allowed those governments disarmed them.
They ALL thought “It can’t happen here” – until they were disarmed and it started, then it was too late. Don’t make the same mistake. Don’t EVER let your government disarm you.
The Founders knew that government, if not constrained at every step, will continue to accumulate power and control until it becomes tyranny. That’s why they feared standing armies and insisted that the “right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”

Senator Feinstein said that at one time she was trained in weapons, and actually carried one around with her, when she felt threatened. She said that, “if someone wants to take me out I am going to take them with me,” interesting comment for a Senator to make.
I suspect that she was trained with a bee-bee gun, and not a real handgun, since if she were trained with a real handgun, she would have known that every semi-automatic handgun has a detachable magazine, otherwise they would either be a revolver or a single shot weapon.
The problems with most of or Senators is as I have shown in many of my video’s, is that they tend not to have ever lived in the real world, and as such they have no idea what their constitutes go through, on a daily basis, to simply survive.
Senator’s and Congressmen, receive $175,000.00 plus in a direct deposit, they receive millions of additional dollars to pay for, and support their multiple offices, and staff’s, that idolize them. One might wonder why they have such extensive staff’s, and multiple offices when they can’t even get something as simple as a budget done, in over three years? That by the way is one of the Senates key requirements.
They even receive allowances for their haircuts, free cars, and have a full expense account for travel, accommodations, and meals, and as such, as I stated above, they do not nor have they ever in most cases lived in the real world. How can they possibly relate to what the average middle class American, has to deal with on a daily basis, to simply survive.
The majority of Senators that I have made video’s of, have never worked outside of feeding at the public trough, in one capacity or another. For the most part, they all live a life of luxury, with only having to work as a legislator less than 100 days per year, and even that number has I believe, been reduced, so they can spend more time with their constitutes, to try and insure that they get re-elected, so they can continue to feed at the public trough, and have the cycle of dysfunction continue.
The truth is, that the American people have no one other than themselves to blame, for the state that our Nation is in, because we re-elected these elitist, to continue their cycle of dysfunction. Diane Feinstein has spent more than half of her life at the Public Trough, as have individuals like Barbara Boxer, Charlie Rangel and many, many others.
This gun craziness is nothing more than a diversion, to distract our attention from the real important issue that our country has to uncover, which is Benghazi, and by taking the focus off of Benghazi, this Administration will do anything and everything to deceive us, just like they did over operation Fast and Furious. When Congressman Darrell Issa got too close to uncovering the truth about AG Eric H. Holder Jr; participation in Operation Fast and Furious, Obama protected both of themselves, by exerting “Executive Privilege.”
Try and imagine what the families of all of the murdered American’s that were killed in Benghazi, and Operation Fast and Furious are going through, when they all know, who caused their loved one’s murders, and not a single person has been held accountable.
Benghazi, if investigated properly, and honestly, can bring this fraud in the White House, along with his accomplice, like Hilary Clinton, the less than Honorable AG Eric H. Holder Jr; Leone Panetta and a host of others to justice.
Knowing that a crime has been committed, and knowing who committed the crime, and trying to cove what you know up, by talking about a video that had nothing to do with what happened on September 11, 2012 in Benghazi, makes those that knew the truth, participants in the crime as well.
This Administration will keep our attention on banning our guns, and chipping away at the 2nd Amendment, as nothing more than to distract, divert and to deceive the American people, as they have done throughout this Administration during their tenure.
The way to try and to save America for our children, and their children’s future, is to call your local Congressional representatives two or three times a day, and demand that Congress conduct a complete and thorough, and honest investigation, including having Obama testify under oath, as to where he was , what he knew, what he did, and what he did not do, during the attack on Benghazi.
One of the most critical questions that Obama needs to be asked, is who, and just as important, why were the three stand-down orders given, to Tyrone Woods, and to Glen Doherty, along with General Ham? We know that General Ham was fired, because he refused to accept the Secretary of Defense, Leone Panetta’s stand-down order, and we also know that when he was fired as General of AFRICOM, one minute after refusing to accept Panetta’s stand-down order, he was told that he was fired, because he refused an order from his “Commander In Chief” to stand-down, I only know of one person that calls himself “Commander In Chief,” and that person is the usurper, playing president, in the White House.
What more would a Jury need to know other than what we all already know, that there was a plan in place to have Ambassador Chris Steven’s kidnaped so that prior to the 2012 presidential election, Obama would become a hero by saving Ambassador Christopher Steven’s life by trading him for the Blind Sheikh.
The plan would have worked perfectly, if only Tyrone Woods, and Glen Doherty, would have obeyed their “Commander In Chief’s,” three separate stand-down order’s. The American people need to demand that they receive the truth about what happened that evening when four American’s were savagely murdered and the people responsible both Muslim radicals as well as within our own government need to be held accountable and punished accordingly.
