Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives special agent John Dodson is suing Time, Inc., The Daily Caller has learned, alleging that its Fortune Magazine libeled him in an article it ran this summer. Dodson is the ATF agent who blew the whistle on Fast and Furious, exposing the failures of the operation to the American people.
The article, authored by Katherine Eban, claims that a “Fortune investigation reveals that the ATF never intentionally allowed guns to fall into the hands of Mexican drug cartels. How the world came to believe just the opposite is a tale of rivalry, murder, and political bloodlust.” The article was headlined “The Truth about the Fast and Furious Scandal.”
In his libel lawsuit complaint, obtained by TheDC, Dodson said that “predicate is false and deceptive in that it leads readers to erroneously believe that it is the only accurate account of these events.”
Dodson also alleges “the article is fictitious in the sense that it contains facts that Defendant knew to be false prior to publication. Further, the contentions made in the article have been eviscerated in the public domain.”
“[T]he article generally concerns the United States Justice Department’s ‘gun walking’ operation known as ‘Fast and Furious,’ which allowed firearms to end up in the possession of Mexican drug cartels,” Dodson said in the lawsuit. “Despite the admitted and unquestioned Justice Department directive to implement this program, known to Defendant prior to publication, the Defendant nonetheless characterized the ‘public case’ of this program as being ‘….. replete with distortions, errors, partial truths, and even some outright lies.’”

I think when Romney gets into the White House he will grant a pardon to o, Holder, and anyone else involved in this debacle.
They are Politicians – no one will pay once they are out of the white house. It must be done while they are in charge by the American people and the brass-less Republican Congressmen.
By now the TRUTH word has almost totally lost its real meaning, thanks to the Obama use of same, and the profuse lies by the “liestream” media, such as MSNBC, for example. Not convinced anyone? When Obama invented the “Humanitarian War”, something that simply can not exist, in order to “free” the Libyan people from Muammar Gaddafi, the unique leader in the world who achieved the BEST QUALITY OF LIFE for his people, without poverty, the only Islamist nation where women and men enjoyed the same status, free education, etc., The Humanitarian War took 8 months of total war, and the social destruction of the Libyan infrastructure, including the death of, reportedly more than 100.000 innocent citizens´ lives, and the Islamist brother Obama, imposing an AlQuaeda and Muslim Brotherhood on the destroyed nation, which thankfully eliminated one of the.responsible guys. Not enough? So how about the invention of “a Working Place ACCIDENT” (now changed to Working Place “Violence”) where an Islamist brother of Obama, while yelling “Allahu Akbar” shot around 50 of his un armed US Army buddies, killing 13 plus an unborn baby, and wounding 36. Thanks to Obama´s definition, the murderer is still being paid and cared for, while the victims and their families haven´t been duly taken care of, and the Terrorist will walk free. Of course, all of the TRUTH has not been duly reported. BUT, maybe, just maybe, he should be indicted for the shooting of the little policewoman who he shot, after she stopped him from killing more of the American un armed
