Liar, killer, and convicted 1978 “Speedway Bomber” Brett Kimberlin is engaged in a part-time career of using police to harass, intimidate, and even facilitate the death of conservative bloggers across the nation. In what has come to be called “SWAT-ing,” Kimberlin and a number of suspected associates make bogus calls to 911 in order to report a serious domestic crime–in one instance, masquerading as a husband who admits to the brutal murder of his wife. Police respond with the dispatch of a SWAT team to the address provided in the call only to find, after breaking down the door and training nervous sights on the first male in view, that the whole thing is a hoax. By choosing prominent conservative bloggers as victims of this life-threatening scheme and other criminal escapades, Kimberlin hopes to intimidate into silence those who have reported to the American public the odious past and current criminal exploits of this George Soros dependent and devotee.
In 1978, Kimberlin engaged in an 8 day bombing spree in Speedway, Indiana–bombings which resulted in widespread panic and the death of one man. It has been suggested that Kimberlin began the Speedway crime wave in order to divert attention from the fact that the grandmother of an underage girl with whom he had started a “relationship” was found murdered in her garage. It seems the disapproving grandmother had attempted to remove the young girl from Kimberlin’s clutches. It is altogether possible that she paid for that insolence with her life.
A short time later, Kimberlin was arrested and served some 17 years in prison for a number of offenses, including participation in a marijuana ring that supplied 4 states with the drug. Like many other incarcerated losers, Kimberlin studied law while in jail. Nothing serious, of course, just enough to assist in the filing of fraudulent, nuisance suits against anyone with sufficient resources to finance Kimberlin’s way through the remainder of his psychopathic existence.
In the most recent of these adventures, Kimberlin falsely accused “Allergic to Bull” blogger Aaron Walker of assault. Kimberlin then won a restraining order in the Maryland District Courtroom of Judge C.J. Vaughey, a low-grade moron who literally told Walker—a Yale educated, practicing attorney—to “forget” the Supreme Court’s decision in Brandenburg V. Ohio (a seminal First Amendment case.) Rather than rule according to Supreme Court precedent, Vaughey decided his court would “go by Vaughey right now.” And in the judge’s twisted mind, that meant REVERSING the Supreme Court decision in Brandenburg in order to trample Walker’s first Amendment rights by ruling he would NO LONGER BE PERMITTED to blog the truth about Kimberlin! Adding insult to injury, as a result of Kimberlin’s persistent harassment of Walker and fearful of the sociopath’s vicious past, Walker’s employer terminated both the attorney and his wife.
According to tax returns of two “non-profit” organizations, Kimberlin literally runs out of his mother’s basement. George Soros’ Tides Foundation, Barbara Streisand and John Kerry’s wife (the wealthy widow of John Heinz) have donated from tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars to keep Kimberlin gainfully employed in his businesses of blackmail, perjury, and terroristic threats. Though it has been suggested the contributors are unaware of Kimberlin’s criminal behavior, it is reasonable to wonder if that knowledge would have lessened or INCREASED the donations of Soros, Streisand, and Heinz!
The real question is, why has no one taken the trouble to put this dangerous sociopath out of business? He has threatened the families of his victims, filed patently fraudulent legal actions, and lied with impunity both in and out of court. He has destroyed lives and homes, yet somehow continues on. Have we become such a nation of milksops that even the most aggrieved invariably allow the well-being—even the very lives–of family members to depend entirely upon the increasingly questionable integrity of the American judiciary? Such overwhelming “timidity” is perhaps a more pointed disgrace than the human pustule which is Brett Kimberlin.

You’re right on the money. It will take coast to coast exposure of this thug to put him out of business. The more aware of his criminal exploits, the fewer potential future victims.
Regardless of how practiced or dangerous, sooner or later bullies and con artists try their scheme on the wrong person. On that day we’ll hear no more of Brett Kimberlin.
Yes, but let’s not just stop with Kimberlin. Let’s have a grass roots effort to bring Soros, Heinz-Kerry, and Streisand to justice. They are all traitors to America in my book.
I’m entirely in agreement with the “timidity” of the society. I am at a loss of words to fathom how most of the SHEEPLE, of what is fast becomming AMERIKA, are like zombies when it comes to addressing the ongoing tyranny that the Muslim-Marxist and his communist minions, with the propaganda of the state-run media, are ramming down the throats and up the ^sses of what appears to me to be a zoned out electorate! The country has become a police state and the left continually bullies the right into submission. Are they really that stupid, God help us if they are. I heartily suggest that the states align and start manning militias to warn this regime that we will not have our freedom taken away by them through the FDA, EPA and the court system. The irony of this incremental takeover is that the lilliputians enacting the tyranny haven’t the guts to fight their way out of a paper bag if their lifes depended on it, and yet, here they are robbing the dumb-downed sheeple of their freedom without any consequences – that has to change. Unless and until they are made to fear us, the electorate, just a wee bit, they will continue their onslaught against the freedom of a people that are unwilling to save their own asses! FREEDOM ISN’T FREE, and I think a downpayment is due!
There seems to be a point that is not being addressed here. If the “authorities” and legal eagles know who and what this guy is, why is he still allowed to run free? Filing a false police report and conduct of that nature is a FELONY. in most cases.
It seems to me that the guy is given a free hand not by the Liberal-Socialists but by society in general. Something is very wrong here that allows him to continue doing what he does.
It seems symptomatic of modern Ameristan. We DO have the power but refuse to use it. Crazy. Suicidal.
