Detailed technical analysis of the PDF file the White House released April 27 indicates it is not a scan of the original document, as claimed by the White House, but instead is the final form of an electronic file used to forge the birth certificate on Adobe software, according to reports by experts.
Failure to demonstrate how a simple computer scan can produce the effects observed in the Obama birth certificate PDF lends support to arguments that the Obama birth certificate is a forgery, the experts contend.
The radical Obama supporters known as OBOTs have repeatedly asserted that experts cited by WND have ignored evidence that the effects observed in the White House-released PDF can be explained by utilizing various tools, such as running Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software and by optimizing the PDF.
Frank Arduini, an OBOT who works at CareFusion and frequently posts argumentative pro-Obama comments on WND forums, made the charge in a recent WND-published article, as seen in Exhibit 1.
Arduini’s LinkedIn.com profile lists him as an IT Business Partner at the health industries company CareFusion, headquartered in San Diego.

You should notice that this article doesn't refer to Obama's birth certificate. It only refers to the PDF IMAGE of the birth certificate. That should be a clue.
WND has the right to ask to see the legal birth certificate itself, the official paper copy that Hawaii provided to Obama's lawyer. And WND could then take this document to one or more respected, certified document experts. But WND has not even tried to do this. (If it did, it would have reported the fact).
If it got a copy of the official paper copy that was given to Obama’s lawyer, it could take it to a recognized document expert (not a software expert) who could authenticate the real document. Or it could bring the document expert to the White House to authenticate the document. But WND has not tried to do this?
Why not? For the obvious reason that if the document expert authenticated the document, all the discussion of the PDF image would fade away.
And, by the way, there were notices of Obama's birth in the newspapers in Hawaii in 1961, and these were generated by THE GOVERNMENT OF HAWAII in 1961. That is because the newspapers in Hawaii did not accept birth announcement ads at the time; they only took the official notices that the government sent to them.
Could the government in Hawaii have been fooled by the relatives of Obama lying about his place of birth and claiming that he was born at home? No, because in those cases Hawaii insisted on witness statements.
The issuance of a birth certificate in Hawaii, would produce a birth announcement in the paper.. That's true. But that certificate does not mean the child was born in Hawaii.

The government in Hawaii could have been fooled by the relatives of Obama because the government only took "the word" of relatives, or others having knowledge about the birth. Ellen, whether the long form Birth Certificatte Obama presented on 27 April being authentic or not (and many software experts say it is a forgery), the fact remains that he (Obama) tacitly admits by presenting that form that his father, Barack Hussein Obama I (One), was from East Africa and was not an American citizen. Therefore, Obama, if truly born in Hawai'i or wherever for that matter, was born a Dual-Citizen of Great Britain and the United States. Jean Claude Tremblay, noted Adobe PDF expert speaking to WorldNetDaily: “First, I never thought that what I saw in the Birth Certificate PDF was a proof of its authenticity. For me, what I have seen does not prove that it is legit, nor that it is a fake, nor that there has been any tampering whatsoever.”

Who told you that dual citizenship at birth has any effect on Obama's Natural Born Citizen status? (A birther site, of course). Well, there is no mention of it in the Constitution, or the Federalist Papers, or the writings of any of the writers of the Constitution or the writings of any other American leader at the time. And it is not in Vattel, and it certainly isn't in Blackstone. And, in fact, Thomas Jefferson actually was a dual citizen of the US and France when he was president, having been made a full citizen (voting rights and the right to serve in government) by the French National Assembly during the French Revolution.
And the meaning of Natural Born Citizen at the time that the US Constitution was written referred ONLY to citizenship due to the place of birth. No mention of parents, no mention of dual nationality. Here is an example from 1803, shortly after the Constitution was written:

And, no, the Minor v Happersett case is not a precedent in this matter. The Minor v Happersett ruling specifically said that it would not rule on the issue, and it didn't rule.
However, the Supreme Court did state in a ruling after the Minor case, that every child born in the USA (except for the children of foreign diplomats) is Natural Born. It said in the Wong Kim Ark case:
"It thus clearly appears that, by the law of England for the last three centuries, beginning before the settlement of this country and continuing to the present day, aliens, while residing in the dominions possessed by the Crown of England, were within the allegiance, the obedience, the faith or loyalty, the protection, the power, the jurisdiction of the English Sovereign, and therefore every child born in England of alien parents was a natural-born subject unless the child of an ambassador or other diplomatic agent of a foreign State or of an alien enemy in hostile occupation of the place where the child was born.
III. The same rule was in force in all the English Colonies upon this continent down to the time of the Declaration of Independence, and in the United States afterwards, and continued to prevail under the Constitution as originally established."

All real Conservatives take note: this is common information on the Birth Certificate, so why hasn't "concerned" Republican Leaders taken this information and demanded positive proof of Obama's birth in the United States? The answer to your question is along the lines of how do we know that "John Adams said X when he is dead?"
If his words were taken down by someone who took notes, or they were delivered to Congress, etc–we know that he said them. Actually, he never said any such thing. He said that he could not release it. And two Republican officials had stated in writing that they had seen the long-form birth certificate in the file, and the current director of DOH of Hawaii stated in writing that she had seen the original long-form birth certificate being copied and that the copy was accurate.

Considering that we've heard that I don't work on the weekends (though I've probably posted at least as much then as during the week), I'm not sure how I'm supposed to have the time to develop and maintain so many alter egos, even if there were some reason to do do.

Excellent, no electronic equipment, the cell phone was out of range and I think I found a cabin in the woods that I can pick up for just about nothing. It is on the North Carolina/Tennessee border with a nice trout steam near by for fly fishing. It was also refreshing to get away from the never ending doom and gloom 24/7 news channels. Its no country club but it is peaceful. Had to ad that one to keep the pot stirred.

Sounds like a great trip. I spent a couple of years in NC, and it's a beautiful state. I've made a couple to the Idaho mountains this summer, complete with a couple of days of successful fly fishing, and have plans to visit some area lakes and streams in the coming weeks.
Even at home, though, I've been mostly avoiding the 24-hour-talking heads and spending a lot less time online–with a garden, golf (admittedly at public courses, no country club), baseball to watch, etc., it's good to be reminded that what happens here doesn't much matter beyond trivial entertainment.

See Alexia I am preparing for my retirement and I have a very small but nice home in the north, now I am going to buy a nice small but nice cabin in the woods in North Carolina. When the snow fly's I shall go south and north in the summer. I know and can tell by your amazing rich life that all that money has made you such a pleasant individual to be around. But becuase I am such a poor lower class you would never quite find time to understand my struggles. Both of my children are grown, gone to collage and are working now and I do not need such a large massive Country Club to pretend I belong to. Moreover, WND has not even asked to see the official physical copy of the birth certificate. It is simply pulling birthers chains by discussing the PDF image. Well, the image is not the document itself.
The document itself did not make the image. Several images were edited and used
to make the document. There lies the problem.
There is no evidence of editing. Others who are experts at the field (not me) have said that all the changes are accountable by use of the optimize key in PDF. But, you are focusing on an IMAGE of the birth certificate. It is not the real document. WND is leading you around by the nose. The real official document is the two physical copies that were given to Obama's lawyer. IF there were something wrong with that, there might be evidence of a forgery. Well, why not ask to see that?? It was handed around in the press room (both copies, I guess). So a member of the press could ask to see it. (If WND asked and had been refused, it could report that fact). And WND could take the document to a expert, or bring an expert to the document. An expert such as one from: the American Board of Forensic Document Examiners or the American Society of Questioned Document Experts or the Association of Forensic Document Examiners.

Our investigation of the purported Obama birth certificate released by Hawaiian authorities today reveals the document is a shoddily contrived hoax. Infowars.com computer specialists dismissed the document as a fraud soon after examining it.

Upon first inspection, the document appears to be a photocopy taken from state records and printed on official green paper. However, when the government released PDF is taken into the image editing program Adobe Illustrator, we discover a number of separate elements that reveal the document is not a single scan on paper, as one might surmise. Elements are place in layers or editing boxes over the scan and green textured paper, which is to say the least unusual.
When sections of the document are enlarged significantly, we discover glaring inconsistencies. For instance, it appears the date stamped on the document has been altered. Moreover, the document contains text, numbers, and lines with suspicious white borders indicating these items were pasted from the original scan and dropped over a background image of green paper.
Let’s assume the state of Hawaii scanned the original document and placed it on the green textured background. This does not explain the broken out or separate elements. There is no logical reason for this to be done unless the government planned to modify the document and make it appear to be something other than it is.
There are two elements of interest, as shown in the image to the above – both entries for the date accepted by the local registry. This appears to have been modified in an image editing program.
The media was quick to dispel the fact the document was modified. “Our analysis of the latest controversy: The original birth certificate was probably in a ‘negative’ form, and someone at the White House took it upon themselves to doctor it up so the form can be readable,” writes Joe Brooks for Wireupdate.
Nathan Goulding, writing for the National Review, tells us anybody can open the White House released PDF in Illustrator and it will break out into layers. “I’ve confirmed that scanning an image, converting it to a PDF, optimizing that PDF, and then opening it up in Illustrator, does in fact create layers similar to what is seen in the birth certificate PDF. You can try it yourself at home,” he writes.
Indeed, but this does not answer the question why in the Obama birth certificate PDF the layers or elements contain dates – which appear to be modified – and the signature of the state registrar. If the document was acquired from state records in whole, why was in necessary to add elements? Goulding and Brooks do not address this issue.
As Market-Ticker.org points out, it may prove to be significant that two of the boxes appear over both of the “date accepted” boxes, as well as the “Mother’s occupation box.” Was there a need to tamper with the dates on the document or other areas? The recent stamp date and issuing signature of the state registrar also contain an edited layer.
Questions have also been raised about the number at the top of the document issued by the Department of Health, number 61 10641, as one part of the number is in a separate layer when viewed in Illustrator, as demonstrated in the video above. This may prove to be significant. A long form birth certificate obtained by the Honolulu Star in 2009 from a female born one day after Obama and whose form was accepted three days after Obama’s document contains a Dept. of Health number that is lower, 61 10637. There are others subtle differences, such as the use of “Aug.” for the date rather than “August,” and the use of “Honolulu, Oahu” rather than “Honolulu, Hawaii” (seen also in the 1962 certificate below) which may or may not be significant.
More to the point, this certificate and others, like the one posted below it, have visible seals. No issuing seal can be seen on the document released today by Obama.

So much for your expert Nathan Gouldring pertaining to Obama's birth certificate.
Nathan Goulding, writing for the National Review, tells us anybody can open the White House released PDF in Illustrator and it will break out into layers. “I’ve confirmed that scanning an image, converting it to a PDF, optimizing that PDF, and then opening it up in Illustrator, does in fact create layers similar to what is seen in the birth certificate PDF. You can try it yourself at home,” he writes.
Indeed, but this does not answer the question why in the Obama birth certificate PDF the layers or elements contain dates – which appear to be modified – and the signature of the state registrar. If the document was acquired from state records in whole, why was in necessary to add elements? Goulding and Brooks do not address this issue.
Infowars will continue to analyze this issue as more information comes in. It is significant that the Obama Administration was pressured into responding to this controversy, whatever the final analysis of this document. However, the administration still needs to release his other records which have been sealed at great expense. Is there an issue with his being naturalized in Indonesia? Why are his college records at Columbia and Occidental sealed, and what do they contain? Did Obama travel to Pakistan on a foreign passport? These questions and many others have not been properly answered.

NEW YORK – The computer graphics expert Fox News relied upon to claim the birth certificate the White House released April 27 was legitimate insists that the network must retract the story, claiming it deliberately misquoted him and continues to ignore his repeated requests.
Jean Claude Tremblay told WND that that none of his comments would permit the conclusion that the Obama birth certificate is an authentic document.
"I no longer trust Fox News," he said, expressing anger verging on distain for the way he feels the network treated him. "Despite my protests, Fox News will not allow me to correct their story."
The controversy traces to a Web story by Fox News reporter Jana Winter two days after the White House released the birth certificate, titled "Expert: No Doubt Obama's Birth Certificate is Legit."

we have been anxiously awaiting just to see if any books or documentaries would pop up around the alleged obama forged birth certificate provided by the white house. john woodman of obamabirthbook.com has done just that. washingtonamerica has put in a request for an interview with mr. woodman to outline his work and his quest.
we salute the bravery of anyone willing to pursue the truth in this media tabooed subject. it seems as if this country has come under a spell of censorship/misdirection, for it has become somehow unamerican to question authority, or to challenge the integrity of the executive branch.
the birther controversy is taking flight once again, as new evidence hits the only honest airwaves we have now, the internet. since the mainstream media has sided with the protection of our corrupt "president", we must rely on ordinary expert citizens to compell the truth. obama's past is so murky and filled with so many lies and inconsistencies, the only hope in exposing the truth will come from the continuation of evidence by qualified contributors such as john woodman. stay tuned….

Neither Tremblay nor Woodman said that the document was forged, only that you cannot tell whether it is forged or not. That should be obvious because the image is not the document itself. It is only an image. But WND and other birther sources have not asked to see the official legal copy, one of the two that was given to Obama's lawyer and shown around the press room. There is an obvious reason. The reason is that it is highly doubtful that an accredited document expert, such as one from the American Board of Forensic Document Examiners or the American Society of Questioned Document Experts or the Association of Forensic Document Examiners would say that the physical document is forged.
The following document experts continue to say that there is nothing wrong with Obama's birth certificate:
Dr. Neil Krawetz, an imaging software analysis author and experienced examiner of questioned images, said: “The PDF released by the White House shows no sign of digital manipulation or alterations. I see nothing that appears to be suspicious.”

There are now several other people on the case. You keep saying that. But you have no proof whatsoever. I have shown many document experts that have stated that Obama's birth certificate is valid. Neither WND nor any other birther site has quoted a single document expert from the following organizations: the American Board of Forensic Document Examiners or the American Society of Questioned Document Experts or the Association of Forensic Document Examiners
The reason that dozens of senators and congressmen have sent letters saying that Obama was born in Hawaii and none is calling for an investigation of his place of birth, and the reason that all the declared Republican presidential candidates say that Obama was born in Hawaii, and the reason that Ann Coulter, Glenn Beck and Bill O'Reilly call birthers crazy is that the evidence that he was born in Hawaii is overwhelming.
1. Obama has now shown both his short-form and long-form birth certificates, which THREE Republican officials in Hawaii have stated are accurate regarding the place of birth.
2. There were notices of birth in the Hawaii newspapers in 1961. The claim that the notices could have been placed by lying relatives turns out to be false because whenever there was a claim of a birth outside of a hospital, Hawaii insisted on a witness statement.
3. IF a child is born outside of the USA, the US insists on either a US visa on a foreign passport or the child being entered on his mother's US passport before being allowed to enter the USA. If such a document existed for Obama in 1961–PARTICULARLY if the birth was in Kenya–it would have been filed away, and the application for it would have been filed away–and the document itself or the application for it would have been found long ago.
4. WND reported that the US Immigration and Naturalization Service checked on Obama's place of birth TWICE, with five years between the two checks, and each time it concluded that Obama was born in Hawaii. WND then asked how the INS concluded that fact. The answer to that question is obvious. What does the INS normally do to check the place of birth? It asks for the birth certificate. So the US government, the US INS, in the 1960s and 1970s asked to see Obama's birth certificate, saw it, and concluded that Obama was born in Hawaii.
Obama's Kenyan grandmother said repeatedly in the taped interview that he was BORN IN HAWAII, and she said in another interview (Hartford Courant) that the first that her family in Kenya had heard of Obama's birth was in a letter FROM HAWAII.
NO WONDER all those congressmen and senators and Republican presidential candidates think that Obama was born in Hawaii. They think that the world is round too, and that 2+1=3.

Notice where it says that there is an original birth certificate filed. Well, in 1961 foreign birth certificates, even those from other states, could not be filed in Hawaii. So the birth certificate in Obama’s files must be a Hawaii birth certificate.

Notice where it says that the document in the files VERIFIES that Obama was born in Hawaii. So, not only is there an official Hawaiian birth certificate in the files, but it says right on it that Obama was born in Hawaii. Hawaii has never allowed the Department of Health to issue a birth document of any kind that says on it that anyone was born in Hawaii unless there was proof that the child was born in Hawaii, and that is what the officials in Hawaii have confirmed twice.
And here is the confirmation by the former governor of Hawaii, Linda Lingle, a Republican, that says that Obama was born in Hawaii, in Kapiolani Hospital

Mass media "news" has become an Orwellian factory of cover-up and outright lies. Far bigger than the obvious forgery is the cover-up. Donald Trump Duck quacked his way onto stage left to insist on seeing the birth certificate. His lines spoken, he left, stage right, not to be heard from again on this obvious forgery.
The bigger issue is: WHO are behind the cover-up?
For one, my Senator, Claire McCaskill instructed her staff to tell me, "The matter of the birth certificate is settled." End of story (NOT). Senators McCaskill, Obama, H. Clinton are on record in the time leading up to Obama's nomination to run as having sponsored legislation to alter or eliminate the natural-born requirement. Can you say "criminal conspiracy" and "treason"?
