United States Secretary of Defense, Leon Panetta caused quite a stir last week when he took the position that no approval from Congress is necessary to take offensive military action against Syria. He indicated the administration would make international approval a priority, with consultation with Congress a secondary consideration.
Every day, it feels more and more like we live in what comes very close to being an elected dictatorship.
Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) asked the Secretary specifically, “Do you think you can act without Congress to initiate a no-fly zone in Syria?”
He was visibly quite taken aback when Panetta responded.
“Our goal would be to seek international permission, and we would come to the Congress and inform you and determine how best to approach this — whether or not we would want to get permission from the Congress…I think those are issues we would have to discuss as we decide what to do here.”

We all were taken aback – especially the little people out here in America who still believed that the constitution still mattered – that it was the cornerstone of America. Well we are awake now. And still believe. No I don’t believe in Santa.
panetta is an A*****E like obama and is so out of touch with the American people it’s pathetic. He’s another one that took the oath to protect, support, and defend the Constritution, and like many others in DC, have no intent to honor his oath.

Hopefully, after BHO gets vetted good and proper and gets taken out to the woodshed, we can start going after all those commie lovers in BHO’s admin. that are commie lovers too. This has nothing to do with anything but destroying the Constitution which will destroy the United States of America in order to bring us down to implement the One World Order, which Panetta, obama, and how many more of our elected are a part of the scheme to do it. Look at what the elected have done over the years. Our founding fathers tried to make sure that we would not become European and we failed them by ignoring where we have been led because we became complacent and thought our lives were great while these evil men and women were working in the background to destroy us.
About the only thing one can do at this point in time is protect yourself, keep your weapon handy, because he federal government has become tyrannical and can not be trusted. However, when 40% of the American people still think Obama should be granted a second term, how much longer can we survive without another civil war? The next one will be not North and South but Liberal and Conservative. I firmly believe that is why conservatives have been so ridiculed, discredited, and humiliated while the liberals are continuing to use every tactic to disarm citizens. The Constitution and the Bill of Rights means nothing to these lawless people, and nothing will change until the right wing decides “enough is enough”.
Are we the people going to allow Obama get away with this treason? If I remember right, Obama took an oath to Defend and to Protect the Constitution of the United States of America, and here he is by passing it with the intent on destroy it. I hate to say this, but if this man win’s re-election, we are either going to have to allow him to do whatever he want’s to do or, we are going to have to stop him one way or another, and I can only think of one way, and I can’t say it over the net without the possibility of being arrested along with others. In the mean time, God help us, because we will need it.
