Although cameras were not allowed into the meeting, Tom was able to sneak in a recording device. In the video Ballantyne asks Arizona Republican Congressman (and Senate hopeful) Jeff Flake about his views on ForgeryGate, the controversy revolving around Barack Obama’s forged birth certificate and selective service card that the mainstream media on both sides seeks to hide. The results aren’t pretty…

R. 1497 as did most others and the Senate on their own bill to give the secret service power to determine who should be charged federally for speaking out against anyone they are protecting or demonstrating against. Why are all the repubs quaking in their skivies at the thought of holding O accountable? Have they forgotten that Congress is one third of the three branches of our government? The court system has already let it be known they will not be dissed by the executive branch. If you Arizonians do not defeat him in November and elect a better Republican, you will be stupid and deserve what you get, which is another politician who does not uphold the Constitution. For those who think this is an aberration, Jeff is considered one of the most “conservative” members in all of congress. He has the best record in the House of Representatives for voting against spending bills…and yet he won’t fight to defend the Constitution. Had I been allowed another question – after asking what his oath “to defend and protect the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic” meant to him – I would have asked him if he could give an example of what such an “enemy” might undertake to do…but I digress!

Flake should watch what Obama is trying to do to our Supreme Court just today. Obama is preparing us for his coronation as king just as soon as there are enough “Jeff Flakes”, John McCains, Jon Kyls and so many others that do not possess the brains to know when their extinction is staring them in the face. History shows what happens to these gutless wonders after it is too late to stop communists from taking over a country. Keep score! Tom, I appreciate all you are doing here in Arizona. Flake is now running for Jon Kyl’s senate seat. I would have voted for him, that is, until I saw your video. Now there is no way he’ll get anything from me but a hard time. We have finally gotten rid of Giffords here in CD 8. Hopefully we’ll get someone who will stand up for the Constitution and against obama. But I’m not hopeful, because once they get to Washington, they join the slimeballs that have gotten us into this crisis. This election may be our last chance to stop this bus from going over the cliff, after this our only chance will be the point of the gun.

FYI…..one of my REPUBLICAN SENATORS from South Carolina replied to me in a letter just last week that Obama was eligible to be president because he was born in Hawaii. That senator is LINDSAY GRAHAM!!! So if there’s any South Carolians reading this….BE SURE AND REMEMBER this, if Senator Graham comes up for re-election again.

He states, “Since the election, several public officials – including Republican Governor Linda Lingle – have viewed and certified the original document. The consensus is clear that President Obama is a natural-born citizen.” We have no leaders!!
Where he was born is not the real question. His father was not a CITZEN OF THE USA.
The American people want a congressional investigation into why Obama’s has (beyond dispute) submitted phony documents; such as, a forged long-form birth certificate, a forged selective service identification, and why he is using (to this day) a stolen social security number of a long deceased individual (a most reasonable expectation)!
And finally, why is he still fighting so hard to hide the rest of his documentation???

i post here fairly often and sometimes I am sent to moderation if i am pointed in my commentary. Well, having served my country and taken an oath I will never violate, some peoples’ feathers get ruffled if you call oath violators traitors. Well, sadly that’s exactly what they are and should be arrested and tried for treason. These representatives, like the one who is the topic of this report and video, is blessed with a very important surname, FLAKE! This guy couldn’t even describe what the oath means, has no respect for the Sheriff and his impeccable record of over 50 years in both federal and state law enforcement. Just who does he think he is? Well I know he’s a traitor and a coward who is paid by the people to represent them, not the Muslim usurper in the White House. Flake is a criminal because he is stealing from the public by lying to their faces and not investigating the crimes proffered by law enforcement. That’s theft of public funds as far as I’m concerned. Granted it’s not just him but he has the responsibility do what he is told by his constituents, not lie to their face or resign! His actions in this video are patently criminal as he, by his lack of action, is an accessory to a crime that he has been informed of by his constituents! Call his office, don’t let up and raise millions to support whomever opposes him and make whoever that is sign an agreement to expose this massive fraud in DC! I feel sorry for Flake’s family knowing he’s a turncoat and a liar who has breached his sacred oath of office!
Tom McClintock (R) calif also is selling out the Constitution of the United States. He stated in a town-hall that he is convinced that Obama is legal as his birth was listed in the newspapers. In a later meeting with some people he said he would look into it when improprieties were proved in birth listings. Later I sent in an email and he used that excuse on me again. I will be bringing top guns into the next town hall and if he still believes it I will call him a traitor to his face in front of the meeting ———- after I ask for hands up from people who have grave doubts on obamas legality. I am scared to death if he manages to get re elected so I will be contacting the United Nations for them to audit the elections. When I joined the Service in 1970 I took an Oath to Protect America from all enemies foreign and domestic. Obama is definitely a domestic enemy!!
Obama is the key hole for other countries to take advantage of the changes he is behind. The USA ‘s hands are tied in energy, economic growth and health futures while he opens the door for other countries he fancies. He talks tough about Muslims and it is wildly reported but behind close doors he is conducting a barrage of plans, laws and favors that always helps the Muslim countries. It is the Muslim way.. lie, steal, betray, deceive, even kill as long as the end results will push the Islamic faith, culture and give it more control and opportunity to move the Islamic (Muslim) Brotherhood forward.
The U.S. is being tricked, out maneuvered, domestically insulted and lead down a path of destruction at all levels while dividing the people to weaken any blow back from the masses when they see what he is doing and has done… but it may be to late by then. At that time time he has his Army which is already funded and partially in place that answer ONLY to him and shared power by a select group of czars.
Everything else is nothing more then smoke and mirrors to distract and direct your attention to the BS that he and his administration spews out each day.
I wish one of these cowards would come out and say why and what the higher ups are telling them to not persue this investigation. They investigate everything else but won’t give this a second of time even though We The People want to know. The republican party has the info they need to take obuma down but won’t. This is crazy.
A video is out where Clinton was going to expose obama’s elligibility to be president, but Clinton was told that if he exposed obama, then Chelsea would be targeted, so Clinton shut up. The Supreme Court has stated that they will not touch obama’s elligibility issue, with Justice Thomas saying that “We are avoiding that issue.” So I believe the Supreme Court was threatened as well. And with the House republicans refusing to look at the elligibility issue, it appears they have been threatened as well. Or maybe they are ignoring the issue, because there are a couple of junior republicans, the party elites want to run for president, but these individuals have their elligibility issues as well. Or maybe they want to destroy the Constitution as well as the democrats. Either way we have two parties, the evil party and the stupid party and I’m sure you can figure which is which.
We have another one in Virginia. I wrote my rep two weeks ago about this issue and received a letter practically word for word to the flake’s comments. All Virginians in Virginia’s 9th district …. Morgan Griffith is of the same cloth. Griffith beat long-time democrat congressman Rick Boucher. Looks like now he is asking to be retired also. I have informed him that he will NOT get my vote and that I will work for whoever will challenge him!
I am a resident of the state of Arizona and sadly I must say that our Republican leadership in Congress is pitiful. We have 8 congressional districts in our state. Five of those districts have so-called “conservative” Republicans. Two districts have Democrat representatives and one district is vacant at this time (Gabriel Giffords). Jeff Flake is the only representative to my knowledge that has openly voiced his opinion that Obama is an eligible president. Representatives Trent Franks, David Schweikert, Ben Quayle, and Paul Gosar have been silent as has been Senator John McCain. Senator Kyl has also publicly indicated that Obama’s presidency is valid and he sees no reason to pursue Sherriff Joe’s findings. I have read a number of articles lately that Mitt Romney, if nominated is considering Marco Rubio as a running mate. Rubio is not a natural born citizen and is just as ineligible as Obama. Apparently the Republican establishment has given the order not to pursue eligibility since it would destroy the chances for a Rubio VP candidacy. It is quite clear that we must make all of our Republican congressional members face a primary and remove them all as none of them take their oath of office seriously. Jeff Flake has been the ultimate RINO not only on this issue but on illegal immigration as well.
How mmany of you bother to go to his FB page? That gets more attention, not saying this isn’t good, but found by accident. Most of you have right phylosophy get it on his page where his campaign staff cover for him. Do it on all available FB pages. it’s fun.
I believe virtually all elected representatives get vetted by “the committee that really runs the world” as soon as they announce to measure their pliability, and very few of the ones who don’t pass muster actually get elected. Don’t be too hard on Rep. Flake over this issue. How many elected national figures have you heard express doubt about B.H.O.’s eligibility? Right, and that won’t change until the doubt becomes so widespread that it cannot be ignored, which won’t happen before Nov.
We need Jeff Flake’s conservatism on other issues, where he has been more or less steadfast.
On eligibility, our best hope is the courts. (sigh)
I have no doubt in my mind that every single one of these people in DC from Obama to Allen West to Flake to Pelosi are all on the same team. They are nothing less than traitors to the United States Constitution. All one of these cowards has to do is investigate the issue and if he’s afraid or gets threatened, there are thousands and thousands of us who would stand side by side with him and defend him/his family. Instead all 535 sit back and act like we’re stupid. All of these people think they are royalty, they do not fear us any longer, that’s the problem. 150 years ago these pieces of crap would have been dragged into the street and tarred/feathered if they pulled something like this.
There is only one single source on eligibility requirements to hold the Office of President. That is the US Constitution. Nothing in the Constitution requires a Certificate of Birth from a candidate for President to prove eligibility.
Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 is the only source on Eligibility to hold the Office of President since President Martin van Buren.
“No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.”
> Striking the words that are no longer applicable it reads because time has passed since adoption:
“No person except a natural born citizen, —, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.”
> A natural born citizen is one born in the United States of America (and in some cases born outside the States) to American Citizen parents (female mother and male father). This “natural born citizen” phrase links to Common Law before the adoption of the Constitution.

Obama’s father was born in the British Protectorate of Kenya, and never was nor wanted to be an American Citizen. His mother was born in Kansas.
This is the primary and only reason of significance that Obama is not “eligible to be President”, and every member of Congress had to know this especially Senator Obama. The fact he was nominated and the topic never was raised in the Senate Judiciary when they clearly did challenge Senator John McCain’s eligibility because of his birth in Panama (later the Senate passed a resolution declaring he was eligible and a natural born citizen because of birth to two American Citizen parents; a vote of 100 to 0).
First the lack of being a natural born citizen requires no certificate of birth since the Father was not an American Citizen at any time.
The lack of proof Obama was born in the USA simply compounds charges against Obama “if he had knowledge” of the lack of a Certificate of Birth. It can happen since there is no secret that his Mother divorced Obama, Sr. at the speed of light after learning he was already married and lied to her.
If Obama knew he was not born in the USA or any US territory, he has committed an Act of Treason subject to the Death Penalty for the fraud of gaining access to the Office of President and Commander in Chief and ALL OF THE MOST SENSITIVE US CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. That is “TREASON”.
There seems to be a large support lobby for Obama that comes from the Black segment of American Citizens. I’ve personally brought up the issue of Eligibility to test their reactions. They are very upset and are supporting Obama as though he is a bro of African American descent.
Not true. African Americans is a reference to those descendants of former Slaves capture somewhere in African and brought to the USA to be sold as slaves. Not a shining mark in history. That is long gone and done forever in our country.
Obama is a descendant of a father born in the British Protectorate of Kenya. Eventually Great Britain gave them freedom on or about December 14, 1963. One year to the day later they declared themselves the Republic of Kenya.
In the Days of Slavery in the US, who were the ones that helped capture “Africans to ship to America and be sold as Slaves”? Ponder that one if you dare.
We must remember that Obama is the result of the spotlight, although he is in it big time. The ones behind the scenes are the real criminals, but that statement is not to say I do not believe Obama is innocent.
We need a House cleaning, and while we’re at it, the Senate and other sections of our dirty home legislation.
Although congress is intended to be accountable to us, they have become so arrogant that they no longer believe it. Next, since they are arrogant and have no concern other than getting elected and re-elected so the party will be in “power”, anyone who expects an election to make any real difference is being delusional. The fact is our system is corrupt from top to bottom. How else can you explain that not ONE member of congress has had the nerve to stand up and challenge the eligibility of Oscuma even though they all KNOW he is not eligible? Sadly, congress is looking out for congress and no one else. The only thing that will make any permanent, significant change is to restore our Constitutional Republic, starting by putting charging BHO with fraud and TREASON. Next, we charge every congressman with being complicit in Obama’s fraud for allowing him to run unchallenged. It is time to either force them to take their sworn oath to defend the Constitution seriously and ACT accordingly, or they are LIARS and deserving of being in prison, not in congress. Are we going to be a government “for the people” OR for congress? It cannot be both ways because congress, including the gop, has proven by their actions that they are NOT willing to defend the constitution but would rather not be “distracted” by questions of constitutional matters so they can focus on important things like getting elected. It disgusts me beyond words and I will not apologize for calling Obama and congress TRAITORS for that is what their actions prove them to be.
I went to a town hall meeting last night with my GOP Congressman. Fully half the questions asked were about Obama’s eligibility and usurpation of power. I wish I had seen this video before attending. If I would have asked the audience to stand if they wanted Obama investigated, I am sure the entire room would have stood. This is a great visual way to bring it home to these politicians.
I also think that since they all seem to have developed pat answers on his birthplace and citizenship, we should STOP making those arguments and stick strictly with an investigation into FORGED DOCUMENTS.
For the record every repub USRep. and US Sen. are obfuscating the issue of barry soetero. Personally been to each office numerous times, faxes, phone calls with staffers, they are traitors and have violated their oath.
Wil Cardon is running against Flake the flake, to qualify if he (Cardon)is a worthy candidate we must make barry soetero investigation THE issue of every candidate’s vettiing. If a candidate doesn’t stand with conviction that an all out vetting must be conducted on barry soetero (aka obama) then that candidate is NOT worthy of consideration for votes.
This is one of the 544 cowards that wants to continue to ride the exclusive taxpayer funded gravy train of: perks, money, pensions, status, healthcare, privilege, caste, and insular stupidity and therefore will do NOTHING about this most fundamental threat to our nation’s survival. (535 members of congress+ 9 supreme court justices). HOWEVER, when the scam is finally over, WE the PEOPLE have every RIGHT and SHOULD demand retribution from ALL of these 544 for their failure to perform their duty. It will be extremely fun to watch them try to proclaim their innocence!
This is the way I see it based of my observation of the “stone wall” against investigating Obama which Congress has in place.
Staff members at my Congressional offices have told me this more than once, “The leadership of Congress had a meeting and decided not to pursue Obama’s eligibility..
Duh…no kidding? The leadership of Congress? Those involved in the biggest fraud/scandal in history don’t want to investigate themselves? Pelosi is probably the prime example, but others also, including Republicans, are up to there necks in having knowingly gotten an ineligible candidate on the ballot and elected.
Any investigation by Congress would land some members of Congress in prison for a long time….and all of them are guilty of, “misprision of treason”, for not speaking out on this subject. They have been told not to speak out by Congressional leadership.
The involvement of Congress makes it impossible for them to investigate Obama, and also impossible for them to impeach Obama…either way would put them one step closer to revealing the complete truth about Obama…and they will never allow that to happen if they can prevent it.

I want to add as I have posted and commented many times there are too many people, I believe, who have been bought, bribed, blackmailed or threatened and more on the list. If this statement is not true this illegal, phony, lying POTUS would not be in office. He does not care about Congress, the Constitution or the Supreme Court. The people are on the verge of rioting. If they do them BHO will declare martial law, cancel the election and remain in power until his string pulling puppet masters have no more use for him. I think when there is some evidence, one way or the other, that it should be investigated regarding any politician or government agency. I wondered from the time he was running, why would Obama be so reluctant to produce an original copy of birth certificate. I respect what Sheriff Joe is doing and am upset about Congress ignoring it. It seems like they only take up issues that won’t hurt them. I say Flake is imcompetent.
Every one in Congress, even those elected in the 2010 election, and all of those not directly involved in actually getting a know ineligible candidate on the ballot and elected in 2008 , are now guilty of, as a minimum, “misprision of treason” for continuing to participate in the coverup of the biggest fraud/scandal in history. Misprision of treason is punishable by a fine and/or up to 7 years in prison..
There is now an ongoing full fledged investigation into the online long-form birth certificate and the Selective Service registration card………and that is only the tip of the iceberg. It should infuriate all Americans to have Flake and the others refer to this massive fraud as a “distraction” while they supposedly try to deal with the ” issues” after effectively being told by Obama that Congress doesn’t matter.
For America to survive this issue MUST be fully revealed, investigated and those found guilty appropriately punished.
It we do not do this, America is finished.

Sounds good..but when the politicians say vote him out they mean so his crimes and ineligibility can be forgotten…not to be prosecuted, ever, at all. If Obama was charged and prosecuted for the crimes he has committed, at any time, now or after the “election”, most of Congress would be in deep poop for their involvement in getting a known ineligible candidate on the ballot and elected and their participation in the on-going cover-up.
The possibility of prison orange for much of Congress explains why they are behaving so foolishly and seem so afraid of Obama.

The Republicans (like everyone else) hae taken an oath to support the United States Constitution and to protect our Nation from all enemies Foreign and Domestic, but in three years they have not taken any action what-so-every against Obama, and they too seem to be unafraid of any consequences. Why?
I believe the answer is that ALL of these politicians have committed themselves and our Country to the United Nations. I think people are asking the wrong questions at these meetings. They should be asking for the revelation of any and all Organizations that these people belong to and what Oaths they have taken.
You can’t serve two masters and it’s obvious they are not serving us!
