According to the article, “A Former Hawaii records official is sending shock waves through Washington, D.C., by revealing there is absolutely no birth certificate for Barack Obama.”
The Globe continues:
“I had direct access to the Social Security database, the national crime computer, state driver’s license information, international passport information, basically just about anything you can imagine to get someone’s identity,” says Timothy Adams, who served as senior government records clerk in Honolulu in 2008.

In their first of two confirmations, the officials in Hawaii said that there was an original birth certificate in Obama's file. In the second of the two the officials said that the original birth certificate VERIFIES that Obama was born in Hawaii.
It has been four weeks now, and what Adams claimed has not been confirmed by anyone.
The birth certificate was not forged. The McCain campaign looked into the allegation of forgery and found it false. No official or former official has ever said it was forged, no member of Congress has called for an investigation of the document. Only two guys who will not give their real names claimed that it was forged.
There two types of certificates. A Certificate Of Live Birth which are relatively easy to obtain and a Birth Certificate which list the attending physician or midwife and the location of the birth. I just don't understand why Obama doesn't produce his BC if he has one. After all you have to produce one to play little league sports and many other mundane situations. Why not produce one to run for president?

There is something fishy going on here that could be settled very easily with producing a single sheet of paper that has the hospital he was born in, with the attending physician's signature. I had to produce the same certificate to renew my expired Virginia driver's license. What is the big deal? Let two or three ranking Republicans see the document and the issue is over! Why would Obama make a speech about illegal immigration in such generalities to say that where you are born is not an issue. You have to be a NATURAL BORN citizen to be PRESIDENT!

If there is NOTHING to hide, then all the documentation should be released by the President. Passport, school applications, and the list goes on and on. Nothing to hide, then release it.

No other president has shown his passport to the public, nor school applications, nor complete transcripts (George Bush's Yale transcript was leaked by a source at Yale, but it was not posted by Bush). I've been waiting for a long time to see Obama made to prove what he has claimed. This story actually was started at World Net Daily and reads almost word for word as theirs. The Globe has consistently broken anti Obama stories for two years now and no one has listened. If half of what they have written is true he's far worse than we could ever imagine. And if they were lying, wouldn't you think someone would have them shut up or worse? I've always believed Obama was a total fraud and I can't wait for the day that it is proven. I find it interesting that the Globe ran a similar story last August and no "defamation of character" suits were brought against it. It is my understanding that people in the spot light DO read these magazines looking for false stories so they can sue. One might wonder if obama has NOT sued because he can't win that legal argument?
If this case ever does see the light of a court room and obama is found to be falsely in the oval office, all the people who "have gone on record" to declare his Hawaiian birth could be charged with fraud and possibly treason…
Because of New York Times v Sullivan it is virtually impossible to sue for defamation. However, if one of the people who claim that the officials in Hawaii were to go to Hawaii and say there that the official was lying and guarantee not to use NY Times v Sullivan or any other defense than that the statement is the truth, then the official would sue and win.

I don't read the globe, but who knows, when someone spends millions to cover their tracks, from birth and school records, then attends Occidental college as a foreign student, has two known Social security numbers ,one of which was issued to a CT, person born in 1880. then what are we to think. The President could clear it all up by releasing the proof. Until he does, there will always be doubt.
Obama has not spent millions covering his tracks. There were no lawsuits just for the birth certificate or just for documents. By far most of them tried to stop the election or to stop the Electoral College from voting or to stop the Inauguration. The remaining lawsuits asked courts to declare that Obama was not president. ALL sixty or so lawsuits were thrown out. In our system, you have to defend against even stupid lawsuits. But, if there had been a lawsuit just for the birth certificate, then Obama would have shown the court his Certification of Live Birth because it is the official birth certificate of Hawaii.

Unfortunately the C.O.L.B. on Obama's website is an obvious forgery. I have worked in computerized digital imaging since the mid 1980's with the U.S. Air Force Academy computer graphics department and within minutes I spotted numerous ways in which the document was blatantly altered. The artifacts around the altered areas, the "ringing artifacts" in the jpeg image, the helvetica fonts which weren't published until much later, the artifacts around the cut and pasted borders, information boxes, the use of the term African instead of Negro, etc . are dead give-aways. If they are standing by this document then they have commited document forgery which is a felony. It makes me sick that this is happened but we deserve better than this.

Obama has NEVER posted his 'Official Birth Certificate' from Hawaii anywhere! He has spent millions covering-up any details of his birth, his college career, his professional career (which is non-existent anyway) and any other details of his past. The piece of information being used to confirm his US Citizenship is a 'Certificate of Live Birth' which has absolutely no foundation in legitimacy for confirmation of his birth. He and Michelle had to give up their law licence. Nobody does that unless they are caught lying about something on their application. Now could it be that Obama had used aliases and Michelle was going along with it. They resigned from what I read before they had to be disbarred.
I am amazed by the weird confabulations in responses 1, 3, and 4, which don't even make sense to most of us–perhaps none of us. It suggests to me that they have no logical, understandable means to truly defend their pro-Obama point of view and thus have resorted to some sort of mystical nonsense. If it is supposed to mean something to ordinary people, how about translating into language we understand? If not, obviously you did not mean to be understood, perhaps because you yourself do not understand why you must resist a rational position, whether true or false, and how to explain it in rational terms!
It is really very simple. Adams has made an allegation. No one has confirmed it. Obama has shown the official birth certificate of a US state, Hawaii, and the officials in Hawaii have confirmed it repeatedly, as has the governor of Hawaii (a Republican). Adams is therefore claiming that the three officials and the original clerk who filled in the form all are lying. But he has no evidence and his allegation has not been confirmed. In addition, there is a witness who recalls being told of Obama's birth in Hawaii in 1961, and there is his Kenyan grandmother, who said repeatedly that Obama was born in Hawaii.

I am truly amazed at the amount of questionable items, statements and events that surround this man and yet so many people think it's perfectly okay. Our president represents us to the rest of the world and should be held to the highest standard of integrity, honesty and morality. I was very ashamed of Clinton and his lack of all three, and am even more ashamed and even enraged over obama's blatant lack of all three. Has our country's integrity and morality become so degraded that so many think he and his administration is above board?

The June 29 date was the date at which the court tentatively scheduled oral arguments, but it changed its mind and issued its opinion based on the briefs, and it ruled–like the 65 or so other cases—that the defendants had no standing to sue. This is what they concluded:
"The Court stated that because plaintiffs failed to show they have standing, it need NOT address plaintiffs’ contention that “the original common law definition of an Article II ‘natural born Citizen’. . . is a child born in the country to a United States citizen mother and father.”
The fact that obama is systematically taking away our freedoms, giving aide to our enemies and alienating our allies, fighting our own states to prevent us from protecting our borders and siding with law breakers such as the new black panthers, makes me wonder who's side YOU'RE on. Since in about 66 cases the courts have thrown out the birther cases for lack of standing it is clear that that is the law. It is both legal and moral for people to use the law when they are being sued. In fact, John McCain used the same provision, lack of standing, when he had the Hollister case against him thrown out.
Obama has not hidden his past any more than Bush did. He has shown his official birth certificate. And since no other presidents have shown their college transcripts (Bush's was leaked by Yale, but Bush did not show it), parents' marriage license, kindergarten records, high school records, law client list and all the other blather that birthers list, he doesn't have to either.

Natural Born at the time of the writing of the constitution meant what Native Born means today, and native born was rarely used then. Natural Born was used all the time, and no American leader at the time can be found using it to mean 'two citizen parents" or for that matter "once citizen parent.' They always used it to mean "born in the country." And that is why the US Congress confirmed Obama's election UNANIMOUSLY.

Article II of the U.S. Constitution requires that the President of the United States be a "Natural Born Citizen."
When the Constitution was drafted in 1789, Emerich de Vattel's Law of Nations, published in 1758, was the accepted authority for the definition of the term "Natural Born Citizen." Emerich de Vattel was a Swiss Diplomat and a recoginized authority on International Law. Under De Vattel's definition of a "Natural Born Citizen," both the parents had to have been citizens of the country at the time of birth and the child, and the child had to have been born in the country, i.e., both parents had to be American citizens at the time of birth.
Vattel did not say that a Natural Born Citizen requires two citizen parents. He said that an "indigines" (whatever that is) has two citizen parents. The phrase Natural Born Citizen was not used in a translation of Vattel (who wrote in French) until ten years after the Constitution. The accepted authority on what Natural Born meant was Blackstone, and he and all the American leaders at the time used the phrase ONLY to mean "birth in the country.' Not one of them used it to mean "two citizen parents."

Obama does not qualify as a "Natural Born Citizen" of the United States, because his father, Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., was never at any time a citizen of the United States. He was a native of Kenya and a British Subject at the time of Barack, Jr's, supposed birth in 1961.
A Birth Certificate for Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., is immateriel, whether he was born in Hawaii, as claimed, or in Kenya. In accordance with the definition of the term as intended in the U.S. Constitution, using De Vattel's Law of Nations as the defining authority in 1789, Barack Hussein Obama does not qualify as a "Natural Born Citizen" as intended by Article II, U.S. Constitution. He is a fraud, and the persons who certified him as a "Natural Born Citizen" violated the Constitution by lying.
I think the Birth Certificate is the most important thing to look at initially. If he does not have a valid long form Birth Certificate, nothing else needs to be looked at because it would then be clear that he is not eligible. In this case he would not be a "Natural Born Citizen". However, if he can produce a valid long form Birth Certificate, then this issue would not be so clear, and unfortunately it would demand a decision by the U.S. Supreme Court. They would have to answer the question: "Can a person born in the U.S. be considered a "Natural Born Citizen" with only one parent who is a U.S. Citizen. I believe that if they follow the Constitution and the implied definition of "Natural Born Citizen", they would have to rule against eligibility.
In Obama's case though, I don't think he can produce a valid long form Birth Certificate, and therefore I don't believe he should ever have been certified as eligible to run for POTUS. The most important question for the country is: "Will the truth come out in time to force his removal through resignation or impeachment before America is destroyed by his radical agenda?" If he has intentionally violated American Law or committed any treasonous acts, then the best punishment for him is imprisonment, only then will he suffer the embarrassment of decades behind bars.
ALL US citizens who were born in the USA are natural born citizens. The meaning of Natural Born at the time of the writing of the Constitution was simply "born in the country."
That is why such prominent conservative Senators who are also lawyers as Orren Hatch and Lindsay Graham say that a Natural Born Citizen is simply one who was born in the USA:

By the way, good luck for anyone trying to find the "Vault Birth Certificate" of Obama born in Hawai'i. It is not there. The Certificate of Live Birth for Obama posted on his Web Page during the political campaign does not prove he was born in Hawai'i. Any U.S. or foreign nationals could have requested the State of Hawai'i for a Certificate of Live Birth, if requested. Please note that the attending physician's (or midwife's) name, the place of birth, the baby's weight, the occupation of the parents, their race, and other essential elements of a true Birth Certificate are missing from his Certificate of Live Birth. In all of the discussion on the Certificate of Live Birth I have yet to see anyone do a careful examination of that document. Here are some issues:
There is no name of the registrar on the document.
The signature is a stamp that is on the BACK side of the document (Normally, to be legal ANY document needs to be notarized or signed on the FRONT side.)
The issue date was stamped on the back side as Jun 6, 2007. (This date bleeds through to the front.) What did he use for a birth certificate prior to 2007 to get his SS #, Passport, driver's license, etc.?
The form itself was revised in November 2001 (see lower left corner). There is a statement along the bottom of the form stating, "This copy serves as prima facie evidence.." It claims to be a copy, but of what? What document was used to get the information to complete this form?
If it is a copy of some other record, we do not have any references to the original record. The number in the top right is only a number for this certificate, not the original record.
The raised seal is in a blank section of the document. Usually a seal is placed in an area that prevents tampering with the form. (By the way, the frontal copy shown on the Obama web site has no evidence of a seal. There is no distortion at all.)
Most people tend to just look at the form and accept it without careful examination. This is only some of the problems I see with this Certificate of Live Birth.
It is the facts on the document that count, and the officials in Hawaii have confirmed them twice and so has the governor, and there is even a witness (http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2170432/posts) who recalls being told of Obama's birth in Hawaii in 1961 and writing home about it.
The Certification is based on the original document in the files, which the officials in Hawaii said in their first confirmation included an original birth certificate. In Hawaii, the official seal is on the back and it is supposed to be on the back.

I am by nature a skeptical person. I teach science here and challenge most things that cannot be proven. So I went to an official registrar today and pulled up the picture on the web. They magnified it and determined it to be authentic. There is even a plaque with Registrar Lavenders name on it as he was a Brit and was in charge of the Registrar office from 1959 until January of 1964.
The reason the date on the certificate says republic of Kenya is that we were a republic when the "copy" of the original was ordered. I stress the word "copy". My copy also has republic of Kenya.

The Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."
Some of the lawsuits question whether he was actually born in Hawaii, as he insists. If he was born out of the country, Obama's American mother, the suits contend, was too young at the time of his birth to confer American citizenship to her son under the law at the time.
Other challenges have focused on Obama's citizenship through his father, a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of his birth, thus making him a dual citizen. The cases contend the framers of the Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born.
Complicating the situation is Obama's decision to spend sums exceeding $1.7 million to avoid releasing an original long-form state birth certificate that would put to rest the questions.
WND also has reported that among the documentation not yet available for Obama includes his kindergarten records, Punahou school records, Occidental College records, Columbia University records, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, passport, medical records, files from his years as an Illinois state senator, his Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records and his adoption records.

Obama has already shown the Certification of Live Birth, which is the official birth certificate of Hawaii, and the facts on it were confirmed by the officials in Hawaii. Since no other president has shown college records, school records, passports, Obama doesn't either. Some presidents have not shown their medical records (McCain showed his but did not allow reporters to take notes) and Obama did show a short statement from his doctor saying that he was in excellent health. No president has shown baptism records, and adoption records do not exist because he was not adopted.

(Part 1)The birth certificate controversy is a slight of hand. It distracts attention from the more serious issues with the charlatan. Ayers and Wright fall into the same category.
Obama's grandfather was probably a spy and certainly a Communist. His FBI records were destroyed after Obama took office. Grandma was probably a Communist as well. The family moved from Kansas to Seattle in 1955, when the mother was in Junior High. She was then placed in a high school run by acknowledged Communists. In high school, was known as a radical beyond her years, bragging that she didn't need a man to have a baby. Shortly before Obama's birth date, the entire family left for Hawaii, probably to cover the tracks. Wherever the birth occurred, mother was soon reported back in Washington State acting as a single mom (of 18) and going to college there.
Obama's official father, a registered Communist in Kenya, never lived with the family. Nobody even remembers seeing him with the mother. He abandoned Hawaii for Harvard in 1962, after the mother had been to Washington state and back. He had virtually no contact with the boy throughout their lives.
(Part 2) When Obama was 6, the mother took him to Indonesia, which was in turmoil at the time, after marrying an Indonesian native she met in Hawaii. Indonesia would have been an ideal place to indoctrinate a child just reaching the age where he could be taught to hate a country. Communists were rampant in Indonesia. Much of that country’s woes were blamed on the US.____Four years later, the mother brought him back to Hawaii and dropped him off to begin wandering the globe. He had already been abandoned by a father he never knew
(Part 3) now he was abandoned by his mother while still a child. What mother does that to a child? What a basis for boiling hatred in a child.
In Hawaii he came under the influence of Frank Davis, the famous Chicago Communist who had fled the states in 1948 for Hawaii, a hotbed of Communism at the time, and a cauldron of racial tensions. Davis was also a child molester and probably molested Obama. There are veiled references to that in some of the Obama writings. Davis was designated as the mentor to carry Obama through adolescence. He apparently was quite successful because Obama himself admits that he entered college as a Marxist, and filled with hatred of white people.
(Part 4) He chose Occidental as his first college, a strange choice since it was thousands of miles from Hawaii. The ex leader of the Marxist student group has recently stated that he had contacts with Obama at Occidental, and Obama was clearly a Marxist…and a rigid one to boot. He also suspected Obama of being a homosexual. Note that the single instance of Obama having contact with any female prior to Michelle was in his own autobiography, and the story has many parallels to one of William Ayers romances. It is now well established that Ayers completed "Dreams of My Father" and wrote large portions of it. There is also ample evidence that Obama is a homosexual. Not coincidentally, the angriest people in the country today are homosexuals, Barney Frank, Rosie O’Donnell, and Perez Hilton. It is also generally understood that molestation as a child is a trigger for psychopaths and homosexuals.
(Part 5) From there, the story is better known. At every stage, Obama was immersed in Marxist / Alinsky /radical associations and thought. The open communist associations are in the dozens. It's not just Ayers and Wright. In addition, the path crossings with Ayers are many. They actually shared an office in Chicago for years. Ayers is probably the mentor designated to control Obama in his early adulthood.
By 1992, Fife, an American systems analyst, heard a detailed account in Russia that Obama was a communist mole who was being trained to be President. There is certainly plenty of anecdotal evidence to support that….evidence that precedes his birth.
So the issue of the birth certificate is minor. It just distracts attention from the man’s roots and the real issue, which is what his mission really is, and who put him up to it.
