Western Journalism contributor and author Tom Ballantyne, Jr. takes some time to explain in clear terms why true constitutional conservatives must look into ForgeryGate. If you have conservative friends who think that Sheriff Joe’s investigation into his birth Certificate and Selective Service Card is a waste of time, I would encourage you to take the time to watch this explanation a few times so that you can make an effective, constitutionalist argument for looking into this matter. He then asks Matt Salmon, a candidate for the 5th Congressional District of Arizona, what he thinks about this important issue. If anybody TRULY wants to get obama out, showing he’s a FRAUD is the most sure way to do it. THAT is why I figure the GOP doesn’t really want to get him out because they’re avoiding this MOST OBVIOUS path to outing barry
This is pure and simple cowardice. The onus is on Obama to prove his eligibility when challanged, and he has been challanged long before standing for election in 2008. What we have here is an obvious conspiracy by the courts and Congress. If my representatives refuse to cause an investigation of the truth about Obama’s eligibility, and so far they have, it is my intention to cause them the greatest discomfort possible when they next stand for election. If a recall were available in my state, I would be starting one immediately.
There are rumors on the internet that members of Congress have received death threats if they attempt to remove obama from office. I hope this is not true, but that would also explain a lack of action from Congress.
Little else makes any sense. I know there have to be some decent congressmen who would expose this if they could.
I would not be surprised if the Congress has been threat and the News Reporters also. My God look at the supreme court. The liberals on the court have no business being there

He said he couldn’t say that he would ??. That is the most important thing to do first. FIRST. Another scared one. No more cowards get elected anymore. Unbelievable.
There’s clearly an avoidance by the elected and would-be elected officials, of going down that path to oust Obama through an all out investigation by Congress. Apparently every one of them has been warned and threatened to stay away from this issue…….otherwise why hasn’t even one solitary Congressman came forth to publicly voice his intention to settle this once and for all.
It’s like there’s a monstrous conspiracy to hinder and deter all scrutiny of this usurper in the White House. Is there not one honest, courageous Congressman among them? Apparently there is not.
America we are doomed unless this is blown sky high and exposed for what it is and every single person involved in covering it up put in prison for life. I am sickened beyond words that this continues on unresolved.

Not all received threats. Just the ones with the most influence: The ones who can actually get something done on the matter. Remember, a threat does not have to be against the member of Congress. A threat could also be against a family member.
There are rumors that in 2008 Hillary Clinton had proof obama was not even a US citizen at all, much less a natural born citizen. When Bill was about to announce it, a close friend of the Clintons was murdered and a message sent to the Clintons telling them to stay quiet or Chelsea would be next. As I said, these are rumors, but rumors usually have some amount of fact in them somewhere.
I saw that video. We have some ruthless people in the WH and it would not surprise me. No doubt, Bill Clinton, the arrogant jerk ran into a more arrogant bastard and hates him.
Great work Tom! Where do we find a few candidates with ‘guts’? Flake won’t honor the Constitution! Kyl won’t honor the Constitution! McCain won’t honor the Constitution! And it looks like Salmon has the same problem! If this thing goes th wrong way on November 6th, there will be hell to pay!
Doesn’t sound like the right answer to me…..more and more evidence is appearing and still so many officials ignore it….they are afraid, is the only conclusion we can draw. The absolutely worst thing you could do to Obama is to vote him out by a landslide. He is an egotist and will not be able to handle it. Nobody wants him; not Chicago, not the Senate, not true Americans and most certainly not the US. Throw him out of office and I predict he will quietly disappear. I think his so called friends will get him for not living up to all his promises to destroy America. Personally, I would be glad to tell them where to find him.
So the voters in CD5 should be aware of what Salmon says but what about the other candidates that are running in that district? Do they have an opinion on this and have they stated they would do something once in Congress? Would you vote for a Democrat that states they would do something? I do not think you will find a progressive who would dare make a statement like that. I believe Salmon and all the others are not going to commit themselves to doing anything about this. I have more respect for his answer than for Flake, Kyl or McCain on this issue because they believe he has actually shown the real birth certificate or because as Kyl stated that FactCheck says it is true! My point is I would if I lived in the CD5 district vote for Salmon for his conservative views over anyone else because we at least get a conservative in office or I guess I should rectify that comment by he states strongly that he is but it is usually a wait and see if that statement is true after people who profess that statement have been elected.
Who was that guy who walked up asking them if it would be recorded it is none of his business because there is Freedom of Speech in this country whether Obama or Barry Soetoro likes or not.

in Congress now. Marco Rubio is no more eligible than Obama and every time That one of these losers
mentions his name for VP I remind them that he is not a Natural Born Citizen. His parents imigrated from
Cuba after Castro came to power and Marco was born in the U.S. This makes him a citizen but not Natural
Born, because his parents didn’t become citizens until 4 years after he was born. So he was born to no
citizen parents. When the Constitution was written, it was an accepted fact that a Natural Born Citizen
was a person born of two citizen parents on U.S. territory. This was confirmed by the Supreme Court
in 1875 in Minor vs. Happersett. I emailed both Hannity and O’Reilly on Fox and they still tout Rubio for V.P. They know damn well that he is not elligible and they would also like to ignor any clause that they do not agree with. I think it is Monkey See Monkey Do. Some times I think there is only one party now and the GOP is just the other side of the same coin. Matt will be no different that the cowards already sitting doing
nothing in D.C. and becoming millionaires will doing it.
It was not a fact but what’s called “de facto” law. That’s something accepted as legal even though not actually included in written law.
In the case of natural born citizen the governing principle is called The Vatter Doctrine. It was accepted as the definition of natural born by almost every country in the world at that time. Some countries incorporated it into written law. Others, like the US, did not because they saw no need to do so. The Vattel Doctrine was just the “accepted” definition of natural born.
JerWin, I too write to all those supporting Rubio and remind them of his ineligibility. I, a super conservative, will not vote for Romney, if he has Rubio or Jindal on his ticket. I like Rubio and Jindal…they just aren’t constitutionally eligible. But, it would be just like the GOP to throw a ticket at me that I can’t vote for.
Matt Salmon looks just like every cowardly GOP congressman I’ve met…what does he think the oath of office is for…a photo op for his family?
This will probably come down to the same argument again if BO is elected; you should have brougth that up before the election. Now that BO is reelected, you cannot do this to someone duly elected by the people. Move on, there is nothing to see here. You birthers need to find something else to do with your time.
I assune that people in the Media are afraid of what BO might do to them or their network, if they speak out against his ineligibility. Republicans are afraid to speak out because of what the higher ups in the party are telling them to do. It is not what he will do in the short term, it is what BO will do if he gets reelcted? He will probably establish himself as dictator to prevent his prosecution.
Actually, there is legal precedent for removing someone from office, even if elected a landslide.
One other thing. I prefer the term “Constitutionalist.” We believe the Constitution should be obeyed at all levels, especially the president and Congress.

It is not just the President, It’s Congress and the Senate. Never in my life would I beleive the phony, cutless, actions I have seen in the last 12 years but these last three have been unforgiveable. We need to clean out the whole mess. This guy is crayfishing too. Another gutless wonder. They have all broken their oath of office and all should be impeached, recalled and arrested for treason.

Obama ; Just release your records and prove your American born

Our Republican Party is a pitful joke. I am a resident of Arizona and we do not have one Republican that is willing to go after Obama. We have seen Senator Jon Kyl and Rep. Jeff Flake publicly defend Obama. I have personally also sent letters to Sen. McCain, Rep Gosar, Rep. Quayle, Rep. Schweikert, and Rep. Franks. None have responded to this issue. This proves to me that Republicans have as much respect for our laws and our constitution as the democrats which is squat. Lawlessness in Washington will prevail no matter which party is in control. WE NEED A NEW PARTY THAT RESPECTS OUR CONSTITUTION. We need men and women serving in government that are strong, honest and take their oath of office seriously. Unfortunately, it seems that there is no one with those characteristics currently in office or running for office.
Ron Paul is the man.
Thank you Tom for another wonderful “awakening” as to who we should and should not vote for in the coming elections. Matt Salmon seems to talk the talk, but doesn’t seem to want to walk the walk. Sounded encouraging in the beginning, but by the end of the interview, we could see where he truly stands on the issue of the potus eligibility. If he truly were sincere in wanting to get this fraudulent President out of office, he would have jumped at the chance to bring forth the facts about the fraudulent birth certificate, selective service card, and not passing E-Verify. Instead, he walked backwards. Too bad. Another wannabe bites the dust. But another great interview Tom, thank you! Now…..was that a lawn mower in the background, or a chainsaw running?

I have written my Rep, Senator Inhofe, of Oklahoma, asking him if he will act on Sheriff Arpaio’s evidence that Obama’s BC is forged. All I get back is a thank you letter for supporting him, no mention of what I asked. So, when he is up for election, and has not acted, then he will not get my vote again. This has to be brought to the front because it is the biggest Fraud in American History!
I agree. We need to vote out about 93% of the congress and senate. We need new blood with balls.
