I have to agree lawyers will try to say it was the fault of the gun owners not having their gun secured. Lawyers will do and say anything to get their client aquitted.Then she mentions the serial number being able to trace the gun back to the criminal. If you buy a gun off of the black market you will never know the name of the seller or get a reciept.There is no way for the the gun to be traced back to the criminal.
The ones she defended were absolutly terrified of dogs!? There have been incidences where a burglar broke into a house with dogs and gave the dogs a treat and went about there task. There are also incidences where the dog was killed.
I am starttng to realize why she is no longer a lawyer. Lack of clients.
