The Environmental Protection Agency’s Inspector General issued the following press release today on the flawed procedures used by the EPA on the regulation of greenhouse gases. According to the EPA’s IG, the EPA Administrator, Lisa Jackson has not taken any steps to correct the flawed procedures used in issuing her “findings” on greenhouse gases. Her decision to regulate greenhouse gases is clearly based on her leftist political views, not on sound science or the law.

EPA has a pattern of issuing unscientific reports to satisfy their soecial interest, 1993 Report on Environmental Secondhand Smoke which was invalidated by Judge Osteen and several studies generated or participated in by UCLA and Stanton Glantz for grant money from Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the marketing arm Johnson and Johnson Pharmaceuticles. It's all a fraud with the intent of screwing the public which destroys numerous jobs within the food service and energy industries.
We have CARB here in California which indeed is a junior version of EPA as they attempt to mimic their bigger brother in Washington. They had some real tough rules set up, then it was discovered that their lead scientist a PHD had a phony diploma from a New York College. Anyway they found out that he had really screwed up concerning greenhouse gases and they had to really back off. EPA needs to be totally shut down ASAP before they destroy the economy!!! Let's toss the Demos in 2012 and flush out this whole Democrat designed sewage lagoon before it overruns the entire nation!

Just asking this, but is there some lawsuit potential from this report?
I suppose the EPA was founded with good intentions. However, the years since they were founded, they have caused nothing but problems for the people in this country. Who is in charge of the EPA & how do we let this person know that we know longer believe what they have to say any longer?
