Arizona’s Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio told WND he has assigned a five-member “Cold Case Posse” to investigate the authenticity of Barack Obama’s birth certificate.
The decision, he says, is simply a matter of doing his duty.
“This investigation does not involve politics,” Arpaio told WND. “I listen to all the residents of Maricopa County who come to my office with complaints, regardless what their politics are.
“My door is open to everyone, and I don’t kick them out. If a complaint is legitimate, I don’t dump it into the wastebasket,” he continued. “When I get allegations brought to me by the citizens of Maricopa County, I look into the allegations, just like I am doing here.”
Arpaio explained to WND that there are over 3,000 people who participate in his office’s volunteer posse program.

It stands on merit alone, unlike the point of view you present which only stands because it's merits are denied the true test of a jury in a court of law unbiased, unpoisoned by fear and untainted by preconceptions. Your ideas will soon be tested despite your cries and writhing about. However, it is obvious you intend to disrespect the outcome since you know it must be contrary to your interest. That alone makes you an indignant little shrew fit for nothing more than poisoning lowly worms and sucking their life in the shadows.
Why would I don't trust anyone who doesn't have the guts to use his own name, Apey? For all I know, many of those who pretend to be birthers are simply pretending to be, hoping to keep people distracted from the many, many things that are more relevant–and which might actually keep Obama from being re-elected.

That might make sense if we had the time and ability to fully judge all of the facts and arguments on any issue. Most people don't–so they rely on the "authority" of nimrods such as Rush Limbaugh or Keith Olbermann. I'd rather rely on someone who actually knows something–and far too many of the comments here are shrewish ad hominems substituting for logic or reason, or simple calls for those whose arguments they can't counter to "go away."

Actually, as a usually dissenting voice I'm one of the few folks here who actually is putting his ideas to a test–unlike the mindless, anonymous sheep who are here simply to regurgitate the same old crap in a forum where other anonymous sheep will agree with them. I'm not a fan of any politician. I look at who we have to choose from and hope one of them is American, can be trusted and has a grip on why we keep our government in a box, or at least did until it decided it wanted out.

No , The sheriff is going to investigate, period. Got a problem with that? Got a problem with a grand jury looking at evidence that suggests a crime might have been committed? Toss your media pundit opinions aside for a moment and allow due process to determine if a law has been violated. The sheriff was clear, he is providing an official INVESTIGATION. IF he decides the evidence warrants further action he can present it to a grand jury to act on as they may. I bet if I tried to run for president they'd be checking every inch of my background, so why is Obama any better than anyone else to have to provide documentation of his status. Thank you for your loyal service and your present crusade against the diabolical usurpation. We may have to settle for the smaller victory of keeping Obama off next years ballot . The larger matter of his repudiation will eventually come. History is the final judge and there is plenty of evidence locked away from view that will eventually be made known.
There is a way to do our best to get Obama off the ballot and make everything that he has signed NULL. I've been putting a package together to do exactly that. When I have all my ducks in a row I will submit the information to the proper authorities and let the chips fly.
I want to also include the Queen in the Congressional house for her complicity in this fraud for signing and sending FALSE documents to 49 states. If you're interested in viewing the documents then let me know. It's going to take a week or so to put everything together and a few days for a Constitutional Attorney to be sure that I have every i dotted and t crossed.

I think we have already shredded the Constitution because we have allowed Congress to ignore it for years, and the judicial branch of government ignores it as well when it comes to matters like the eligibility of Obama. That is why it is so very important that we not let the anti-gun crowd take away the second amendment because when we are all disarmed they will blatantly ignore the Constitution and laugh in our faces.
