One of the attorneys who argued before a Georgia judge today that Barack Obama is ineligible to have his name on the state’s 2012 presidential ballot says the president’s decision to snub the court system and ignore the hearing is a dangerous precedent that threatens the foundation of the United States.
“We have a president who has openly refused to comply with a legal order of the judicial branch,” Van Irion told WND after today’s hearing before Administrative Law Judge Michael Malihi concluded in Atlanta.
Malihi’s recommendation on the issue, whether Obama’s name should be on the ballot or not, is expected later and eventually will end up before state Secretary of State Brian Kemp.

Van Irion was the only attorney at the hearing to ague Obama is NOT Constitutionally eligible to be president because he does not meet the Article II, Section 1 requirement of being a “natural born” citizen. It was clearly understood by the founders that a natural born citizen had two American citizen parents. Obama’s father was born in Kenya.
The GHeorgia thing went wrong, when the Democratic National Committee TOLD the judge that they had CERTIFIED Obama….They believed it, but should have asked to see the certification…It was Peloski’s job…she did two documents on it, yet DID NOT CERTIFY Obama…she knew it would be fraud to do so, as he is not eligible!! The DNC needs to look at the certificate and they will KNOW he is not certified!!! Peloski used a bunc of legalese and said she thought he was eligible…but not CERTIFIED!!!

The Founders likely understood that to mean the offspring of two citizen parents and an 1875 Supreme Court decision suggested the same. But Obama, by his own admission, could not qualify under those circumstances because his father never was an American citizen. As our Founding Fathers intended, it is the states which protect us from all out tyranny. The federal election in 2012 and the constitutional eligibility of the candidates is no different. In the end, our states are responsible for ensuring the eligibility of candidates and our states will protect us from the tyranny of a presidential usurper.

How can you impeach a person who is not legally the President of the United States? You simply arrest him and the people that put him there (Soros) and try them for treason.

Larry, you and I are of like mind. Where are those (of congress) that take the oath to protect and defend the Constitution? AWOL! I of the Constitution and understand the statement requiring the president to be a natural born citizen. How can one go to law school for three years and not understand this fundamental requirement, but wait, I forgot, in law school today, they study what the definition of “is” is. Lawyers! Fifteen years ago I had a disagreement with the State of Kansas over a tax issue I decided to represent my self before the Board of Tax Appeals. As my case progressed I requested a Subpoena Duces Decum be presened the State demanding the production of all of my tax records. Long story short, wen we went back to court the State admitted that they SHREDDED all my tax records.
I beat the State of Kansas, they appealed and I beat them again. So much for lawyers, most of them do not know what they are doing. So he appealed to th State Court (all lawyers) where they reversed every single decision made by the Board of Tax Appeals including a Supreme Court ruling tht was used to support my argument.
People are under the mistaken impression that lawyers are smart and nothing could be further from the truth.
Lawyers are taught PROCEEDURE and paper chasing NOT the law.
Think about it they are Officers of the Court, and the Judge is appointed by the Government. How can we possibly get a fair hearing? Add to this the fact that they have eliminated Constitutional Common Law and we are left without a Constitutional Republic.
