The former Honolulu elections clerk who says President Obama was “definitely” not born in Hawaii and has no birth certificate from any hospital in the Aloha State says he’s willing to testify in court to those facts.
“The things I’ve said, I don’t mind testifying in court,” Tim Adams, the senior elections clerk for the city and county of Honolulu in the 2008 campaign, told WND in an exclusive interview.
“I was working there, and this is what it was. I’m not a lawyer, just a civil servant. I know what I know. I know what I was told by the hospitals and by my supervisors.”

Again, the contradictions just keep accumulating and there is request for investigation by noted attorneys on the desk of Eric Holder but there is no intention of moving toward resolving these conflicts and allegations…..We need a body of people willing to enforce U.S. Law for all the questions that need to be legally answered by affidavidt or in a court of law. This man we call a POTUS is not above the law nor is he legally a qualified POTUS because of his neglect.
I hope LTC Lakin has been in touch with this man.

Oh, gee, Michele, hope that Tim doesn't end up like that! Then he'd better go see about the Witness Protection Program, if that's any help. I agree that there has to be something done, that the public has a legal and constitutional right to either get to this truth or start constitutional impeachment proceedings, as BHO has violated so many parts of the US Constitution, and I know he knows about the "Sestak offers" – being Emanuel, his "right hand man", was in on it and anything he does, is by permission of BHO, no matter what the dummy press secretary – Gibbs – said! Yes, maybe LTC Lakin should get with this Tim Adams guy. But both of them ought to get with the best lawyer who's working on the eligibility case, and still open, Mario Apuzzo – he's got all the right answers to this question.
I'm sure the dem party will keep him out iof washington so he can't talk there. I'm sure some of them up there know the score but for money will not talk.

Why would I believe that Goc. Abecrombie will come-up with as far as proving Obama's eligibility when he's rattling over and over that the AMERICAN people doubting his eligibility "is irrspectful to Obama and his parents"–b;ah-blah-blah! How about being disrespectful to WE THE PEOPLE who are TOTALLY ENTITLED from day one to know for a fact and not with false duplicities and fraudulent papers, WHERE our president-elect was REALLY-REALLY born? Give me a break! Abecrombie obviously is siding with Obama and making-up this "whether Obama wants it or not" thing to give it credibility when it really whatever he comes up with will have NONE as far as I'm concerned.
