    WELL WELL:: It must have been a TELEPROMPTER GLITCH, Every one knows the MUSLIM DICTATOR CAN-NOT SAY HELLO CORRECTLY UNLESS HE READS IT ON HIS TELEPROMPTER.SO THE PRIVATE SECTOR IS DOING FINE MUST HAVE BEEN TYPED ON HIS TELEPROMPTER WRONG.That is a reasonable explanation!!
