Absolutely correct. The Senate has to vote on it and that will not happen for at least two years. That will depend on two things. The republicans keep a majority in the house and the Democrats loose their control of the Senate. I don’t see that happening as long as the freeloaders that vote for a living outnumber the voters that work for a living and there is no change in apathy.

Understanding Article II should convince anyone that all having patriotic trust in the constitution would be behind any applicable method of removing from office all that refuse to honor their sworn oath. The PRESIDENT has the power to kill anyone he chooses, by any means he chooses. Ted Bundy, Jeffrey, Dahmer, Adam Lanza, Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, and others like them, also had the power. The difference is that this President, has no RIGHT to do so. Neither did any of the others mentioned above.

Yes, it is true that there is a difference between “Right and Power.” A right is something you gain at birth, your birth-right which cannot be taken away. Power is authority which is either granted or claimed, legally or illegally. The difference between legal power and illegal power is legal power is the authority which is granted and illegal power is authority which was never granted, but merely claimed. Both legal and illegal power can be taken away. Legal powers or authority are clearly defined, as are the powers of a President. The powers or authority of the President are clearly defined in the Constitution, and nowhere in the Constitution are powers or authority to kill indiscriminately granted to the President. For the President to claim he has the power to kill American citizens or anyone else without due process is a lie and nothing more than a claim to have illegal power or authority..
It has recently been reported by Freedom Outpost and others like Fox news, the Department of Justice has declared it does not need clear evidence (of wrong doing) to kill Americans with drones. How, may I ask, does congress accept such a declaration without a response. Does not our constitution guarantee due process of law? Is this not in direct violation of our constitution? Can our members of congress not see what is happening to this once great nation?
It is becoming obvious the executive branch of the government is expanding its power exponentially. Furthermore, our constitution it seems has become inconsequential and useless in restricting government. Which is exactly what it is meant to do. If congress does not act to quell this power grab we will be lost as a free nation perhaps forever.
It is unthinkable the liberal progressives could be ignoring what this president is doing, whether citizens or members of congress. How may I ask is it constitutional for the president to legally give the order to murder a United States of America citizen without due process of the law. Not long ago these same people (liberal progressives) were complaining about George Bush and the patriot act. That, by the way, was a legitimate complaint and it did destroy some of Americans civil rights. However, there is now total and absolute silence regarding the protection of other rights and freedoms being destroyed by this government. Unless congress moves to curtail this and other power grabs by the executive branch we will descend into an abyss from which, we as a nation, cannot possibly recover.
Have we, as a nation, become so mesmerized by this usurper (Barack Obama) we can no longer comprehend what this government is doing. Has the main stream media influenced the nation as a whole to ignore what this administration is doing? Can we survive as a nation if we continue to ignore the actions of this president?
How, may I ask, can congress, our duly elected officials, not see what is happening? How can they not care what is happening? Making an assumption the president does not mean to break the laws can only lead to problems for everyone including congress. Does anyone in congress know history? Government, this government, is rapidly systematically intentionally self-destructing while congress, the Senate and House of Representatives, incoherently watches.
There is no acceptable excuse for any member of congress to not be adamant about correcting this action. We the citizens, if congress refuses to act, must act in whatever way necessary to curtail what is going on with these drones or we may as well just give up and accept our fate as our destiny.
In the final analysis I have but one question for congress Is the United States of America’s constitution still the law of the land or do you and your colleagues no longer deem it relevant?
Just keep in mind that only few privy to closed door orders are aware of anything other than the government approved lies broadcast by TV media in pretense of truth. Does this not designate priority of responsibility for any peaceful system change to be directly on the backs of media? “Does Obama Have The Power To Kill Indiscriminately?” Why even ask this question? Everyone knows the answer, even Obama. Of course Obama does not have the power to kill indiscriminately.
