Retired Army Lt. Gen. William G. Boykin–formerly commander of U.S. Special Forces Command and deputy undersecretary of defense for intelligence—told CNSNews.com that, if it had been asked, the Defense Department could have sent a plane to Libya on Sept. 11, 2012, to transport a rescue team of U.S. security personnel that instead ended up taking a chartered private plane from Tripoli to Benghazi that night.
“There is no question that we could have moved an airplane in there and we could have also put boots on the ground at the embassy,” Gen. Boykin told CNSNews.com.
“State should have coordinated with DOD and said: We’ve got to have an airplane,” said Gen. Boykin. “The Department of Defense could have provided an airplane in there. All they had to do was ask.”

Wake up folks, rescue was not sent because the plan was blown by Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty when they would not obey BO’s three stand down orders. The plan was to kidnap the Ambassador and swap him for the blind Sheikh, and guess what BO was in on the plan, that’s why he gave those three stand down orders to the two ex-navy Seals.
Will the truth ever come out, probably not, but I am convinced that was indeed the plan.
It is as anyone with half a brain knew.
Gabor, as long as “they” are not talking about Benghazi, we can assume “they” have something to hide. Panetta said at the hearings yesterday that the army was not a 911 operation. Can you believe he would downplay the inaction of the military to intervene in an embassy attack and save lives? Obama, like most Muslims, are very vengeful and intolerant of those who dare challenge him.
obumma acted very strange at the first presidebtial debate which was shortly after the benghazi mess…..no doubt he knew all about the situation. but here is a problem….the 60 bad guys that were killed during the fight have families that are really upset because obumma was not expected to kill any bad guys……the ex-navy seals changed to planned conspriacy to a mess for obummA@HITLERY….what is libya telling the families of the bad guys that got killed ? are they getting compensation from obummaq ?
