We know that Obama, under Fast and Furious, ran guns to Mexican drug cartels in order to curtail the Second Amendment.
We know that Barack Obama was running weapons to Syria, using Benghazi as a base of operation and Ambassador Chris Stevens as his point man.
But what if there was a new scandal, something so horrendous that it would make Obama’s gunrunning escapades look like child’s play?
Obama has made no secret of the fact that he wants to depose Syrian dictator Bashar Assad. He would have ridden on the shoulders of NATO long ago, spurning Congress like he did when he conducted an illegal and unconstitutional war in toppling Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi.
But in Gaddafi’s case, Obama had the UN and NATO supporting him. In Syria’s case, Obama lacks global support.
There is only one way Obama has vowed he would get involved in the toppling of Assad: that is, if the so-called “red line” is passed, whereby there is evidence Assad used chemical weapons against his own people.
There is every indication that Assad would never deploy chemical weapons against his own people. And in fact, Syria has long feared that the Obama administration would manufacture a false flag chemical weapons attack perpetrated by the Syrian rebels and then blame it on Assad.
And that is what apparently has happened.
With a twist.
On January 26, Cyber War News reported on a huge cache of emails and documents hacked from the defense contractor giant Britam. The key document is an email between Britam director David Goulding and the company’s founder, Philip Doughty. They engage in a shocking discussion: a proposal is made whereby a chemical weapon would be launched on Syria, the blame would be placed on Assad, and delivery of the weapon would be blamed on the Russians. The proposal, per the email, was “approved by Washington”—that is, by Barack Hussein Obama. The email is as follows:
Phil, We’ve got a new offer. It’s about Syria again. Qataris propose an attractive deal and swear that the idea is approved by Washington. We’ll have to deliver a CW [chemical weapon] to Homs [city in western Syria], a Soviet origin g-shell [gas shell] from Libya similar to those that Assad should have. They want us to deploy our Ukrainian personnel that should speak Russian and make a video record. Frankly, I don’t think it’s a good idea but the sums proposed are enormous. Your opinion? Kind regards-David.
Along with this email, there is a huge cache of downloadable documents, including passports of the Ukrainian mercenaries whom it is presumed would be posing as the scapegoated Russians delivering the chemical weapons.
Lo and behold on January 15, the leftist magazine Foreign Policy comes out with an “exclusive” article on a secret cable showing that Assad used chemical weapons against his own people. According to the article:
An Obama administration official who reviewed the document, which was classified at the “secret” level, detailed its contents to The Cable. “We can’t definitely say 100 percent, but Syrian contacts made a compelling case that Agent 15 was used in Homs on Dec. 23,” the official said.
Exactly how Foreign Policy got access to a secret cable is unknown. What is known is that Barack Hussein Obama is probably gearing up to lead another invasion of an Arab country, leading to another Libya or another Egypt, where al-Qaeda-linked and Muslim Brotherhood Islamists take over the country.
But isn’t that what Barack Obama wants?
If Obama did in fact take part in the murder of the Libyan people with chemical weapons, impeachment would be just the beginning.
A global trial for war crimes would be in order.
America, however, would get first dibs on him. Then the world could do with him as they wished.

yes they are most likely using the attacks and domination of these smaller countries and regions to build up their arms and tactical knowledge base to eventually be able to take on the larger freedom loving Republics.
Brazil is a large country and the internationalists are already invading their sovereign nation to redistribute land and resources.

carkwk3, I honestly do not think that Assad would kill his own people, not unless they want to try and kill him. Assad belongs to a off-shoot of Shiite, and the majority of Syrian’s are Sunni, as was Obama Senior, and as is most if not all of the Muslim’s that Obama has placed into many key government positions throughout his dysfunctional Administration. His buddy in Egypt, president Mohammed Morsi is also a Sunni, and a Member of the Muslim Brotherhood.
Assad’s father threw the Brotherhood and kept them out of Syria over the past 40 years. If Assad wanted to kill them, why would he not have done it a long time ago? The Syrian’s that are being slaughtered in Syria are first Christian’s and them Shiite’s and they I believe are being slaughtered by the Sunni radical Muslim’s and al-Queda members that are all being supplied high-grade military weapons by Bozo.
That my friend is what I believe is happening in Syria, if and when Assad is removed from power, the Sunni’s and the Muslim Brotherhood will step into power as they are doing in Libya, and as they tried to do in Egypt.

All of the talk of impeachment is drama. Impeachment proceedings will not be forthcoming. Boehner and McConnell are both on Our Fearless Golfer’s side. It won’t happen, though it should.
It is now time for us to ‘man up’ and demand that our State Legislators do their job and exercise the powers reserved to them and all of them, by the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution FOR the United States of America. Obama will do whatever he has to do to get Assad out of power in Syria. Assad belongs to an offshoot of Shiite and the majority of Syrian citizen’s, are Sunni, I believe that Obama is what his father was, which was also a Sunni. I would put nothing past Obama trying to get what he wants, including arranging a chemical attack on innocent people, so that he can blame it on Assad, and his Administration.

Impeach? How can you impeach someone who is a fake public official? He would have to be eligible to be there before he could be impeached. He is a thug-criminal committing a fraud and should be arrested NOW.
An impeachment is a trial, which is used to find out facts before firing a president. Now that would be about like them trying to impeach any person being in the White House without proper ID, credentials, playing president who is not even eligible. Someone like a person coming across the border from Mexico and being put in the office by hook or crook. He is a fraud that should be able to be arrested by any and all states of this country. Sadly, and I hate to say it but I don’t think even if this treasonous action happens (which would be just another in a long list of treason) the gutless, wastes of space in Wash.d.c. would take any action except to bitch and moan while letting Obama once again continue destroying America while simultaneously turning the entire middle east into a Muslim Caliphate for the muslim brotherhood. to the fraud called zero? Sheriff Joe Arpaia is the only Law Enforcement Official that I’m aware of who’s dared to mention that Obama has broken the law and should be investigated by Congress.
Some Sheriffs in other states are finally speaking out about zero’s attacks of the second amendment, but stil,l none of them have joined with Arpaio on the fraudulent documents/stolen identity case, which has proven with evidence, that a crime has taken place.
So, I think there’s a better chance of the ICC prosecuting zero for something than there is for him to be charged with anything in this country. But not much, because the ICC knows that zero is their best chance ever for eliminating the USA as a road block in their march to a UN controlled world government.
So, zero can use chemical weapons as an excuse to get rid of Assad, and since it’ll present an excuse to the UN for supporting the removal of Assad, they’ll go along with it as long as the plot is never exposed.

Firstly: Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s volunteer Cold Case Posse is about to release information which has never been released before which lead detective Mike Zullo says is irrefutable; on Carl Gallups’ radio show ‘Freedom Friday” on Jan. 27th posted on obamareleaseyourrecords.com, Detective Zullo said, “…new found evidence that we have never made public at any point in time, and we are not going to make public until we have the right opportunity, will convince even the greatest skeptic that this document is 100% a forgery.”
Secondly: The Supreme Court shall be holding a Conference on Feb. 15th at which Atty. Orly Taitz’ case shall be considered along with many others as to whether the court will hear the case which challenges the constitutional eligibility of Mr. Obama to have ever run for president and maintains that he was in the commission of crimes against the Constitution when he did campaign for president.
The big question at Orly Taitz’ hearing is whether or not the Chief Justice will insist that the two Supreme Court justices appointed by Mr. Obama while in the commission of his crimes will voluntarily recuse themselves from participating in any way, shape, or form in deliberation on Orly Taitz’ case. The obvious conflict of interest of those two justices appointed by Mr. Obama could not be greater. Their very appointments would necessarily have to be retro-actively abrogated–effectively annulled–as having been made by a criminal in the commission of a crime.
No greater offense to the American people could be made by the Supreme Court than to permit the two justices appointed by Mr. Obama to participate in the decision making process as to whether or not the case against Mr. Obama should be heard before the Supreme Court.
If Chief Justice Roberts permits the two justices appointed by Mr. Obama to participate then those Americans who would like to see the criminal usurpation of the presidency and conspiracy to contravene the Constitution resolved peacefully shall be sorely disappointed. At that point the defense of the Constitution shall fall squarely on the shoulders of ‘We the People.’ Fortunately the Founders of this nation have recognized that ‘We the People’ have a God-given right to keep and bear arms for just such a time.

The Judge said in an interview with worldnetdaily.com, that, Lt. Colonel “Lakin “not only has a right to follow his personal convictions under the Constitution, he has a duty,” Moore said. “And if the authority running the efforts of the war is not a citizen in violation of the Constitution, the order is unlawful.”
“The highest law in this country is not the order of the Supreme Court of the U.S., not the order of the commander in chief, or any subordinate officer,” he said. Instead, it is the Constitution, which in this particular case demands that the president be a “natural born citizen,” a requirement not imposed on other officers.
There have been dozens of lawsuits and challenges over the factthat Obama’s eligibility never has been documented. The “Certification of Live Birth” his campaign posted online is a document that Hawaii has made available to those not born in the state.
“Lt. Col. Lakin has every right to question the lawfulness of the orders of the commander in chief. He’s not only the commander in chief, he dictates the whole war effort, as shown by the recent firing of [Gen. Stanley McChrystal],” Moore said.
It doesn’t matter, he said, that orders come from a colonel, or a general or even the Pentagon.
“The same thing applies in the military as in the judicial system,” he explained. “The Constitution is the supreme law of the land, not the order of a higher officer, not the order of a judge.”
His comments came today in an interview with WND about Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, who yesterday was denied permission by Army Col. Denise R. Lind to obtain evidence that could document Obama is not eligible to occupy the Oval Office.
Col. Denise Lind found that since Congress allocates money for the war effort and the Pentagon was created, an order tracing back to the military hierarchy should have been sufficient for Lakin.
“That’s wrong,” Moore said. “They’re not the commander in chief.
“No order in the military can be issued without the authority that backs the order. The president didn’t give the order, but he is the authority that backs the order,” he said.
With the current protocol to simply follow orders, Moore warned, the U.S. will develop more incidents like that involving Lt. William Calley in Vietnam. The atrocities of My Lai were carried out under the guise of “following orders,” Moore noted.
Lakin “not only has a right to follow his personal convictions under the Constitution, he has a duty,” Moore said. “And if the authority running the efforts of the war is not a citizen in violation of the Constitution, the order is unlawful.”
Moore said he’s seen no convincing evidence that Obama is a “natural born citizen” and a lot of evidence that suggests he is not.
“This is the strangest thing indeed. The president has never produced [evidence] in the face of substantial evidence he was not born in our country. People are accepting it blindly based on their feelings, not on the law,” he said.

Obama’s camp is clearly concerned. Colin Powell weighs every word that comes out of his mouth. His disparaging remarks about “Birthers” recently were a ‘getting out in front’ of the issue–a preparatory attack aimed at discrediting the about to be released information by Sheriff Joe’s volunteer Cold Case Posse. Lead detective Mike Zullo publicly invited Colin Powell to take a look at the evidence. At this time there has been no report that Colin Powell has accepted the invitation.
Few have any hope in Chief Justice Roberts actually taking up Orly Taitz’ case, or should Atty. Larry Klayman’s case succeed in Alabama before Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court Ray Moore, taking up that case with any hope of ruling in favor of the evidence, but I would remind the reader of Mr. Obama’s condescending insults aimed at the very institution of the Supreme Court, the ‘Empty Chair’s’ open disdain displayed towards the Supreme Court at a State of the Union presidential address to the full Congress. I used to like Powell, but he has fallen and fallen hard for the line Obama has put out. People like him are using their (once) popularity to farther mislead the black people into thinking Obama is a real President. Powell used to be one of my heros, but now he is in the wrong army. He has become an enemy to America and does not even seem to know it. I at least am going to give him the benefit of a doubt to say he must be duped. How can you dupe a general with a darker skin color who led troops of different ethnics? What amazes me is that as a Four Star General, retired, he receives a significant pension and he is willing to throw America under the bus by supporting Bozo, hard to try and figure out why people would do what he is doing, other than he is simply supporting blacks, period.
Obama’s birth in Hawaii is shown by:
(1) the birth certificate, short form and long form; (2) the confirmation of the officials of BOTH parties; (3) the confirmation by the public Index data file; (4) the confirmation by the birth notices sent to the Hawaii newspapers by the DOH of Hawaii in 1961 (and only the DOH could send those notices to that section of the paper, and it only did so for births IN Hawaii); (5) The Hawaii teacher who wrote home to her father, named Stanley, after hearing of the birth in Hawaii of a child to a woman named Stanley; (6) the fact that Obama’s Kenyan relatives NEVER said that he was born in Kenya and, instead, said repeatedly that Obama was born in Hawaii, and the fact that the Kenyan government investigated the “born in Kenya” story and found it false; (7) The fact that Hawaii is thousands of miles away from the nearest foreign country and women rarely traveled late in pregnancy in 1961. And neither Obama’s parents nor his grandparents at the time were rich enough to send their daughter on a long, expensive and risky trip to a foreign country when there were perfectly good hospitals in Hawaii.
And the meaning of Natural Born Citizen does not refer to the citizenship of parents, not two, not even one. It comes from the common law and refers to the place of birth.
“Under the longstanding English common-law principle of jus soli, persons born within the territory of the sovereign (other than children of enemy aliens or foreign diplomats) are citizens from birth. Thus, those persons born within the United States are “natural born citizens” and eligible to be President. Much less certain, however, is whether children born abroad of United States citizens are “natural born citizens” eligible to serve as President …”—- Edwin Meese, et al, THE HERITAGE GUIDE TO THE CONSTITUTION (2005) [Edwin Meese was Ronald Reagan’s attorney general, and the Heritage Foundation is a well-known Conservative organization.]
Here is the ruling of the US Supreme Court in the Wong Kim Ark case (which btw was after Minor v. Happersett) that says that the meaning of Natural Born comes from the common law and refers to the place of birth and that every child in the USA with the exception of children born to foreign diplomats is a Natural Born US citizen.
“It thus clearly appears that, by the law of England for the last three centuries, beginning before the settlement of this country and continuing to the present day, aliens, while residing in the dominions possessed by the Crown of England, were within the allegiance, the obedience, the faith or loyalty, the protection, the power, the jurisdiction of the English Sovereign, and therefore every child born in England of alien parents was a natural-born subject unless the child of an ambassador or other diplomatic agent of a foreign State or of an alien enemy in hostile occupation of the place where the child was born.
III. The same rule was in force in all the English Colonies upon this continent down to the time of the Declaration of Independence, and in the United States afterwards, and continued to prevail under the Constitution as originally established.”
As you can see, it says that the meaning of Natural Born comes from the common law and refers to the place of birth and that every child born in the country except for the children of foreign diplomats is a Natural Born US Citizen.
And that is what Senators Hatch and Graham say too, and Black’s Law Dictionary, and former Senator Fred Thompson, and nine state and federal courts that have ruled on Obama and McCain, all of which said that the Wong Kim Ark ruling was the key ruling, and none of which, and in fact NO court has said that the Minor v. Happersett ruling is relevant, or that it even required two citizen parents (and, in fact, it doesn’t). Here are a couple of the rulings:
Allen v. Obama (Arizona 2012) ruling: “Most importantly, Arizona courts are bound by United States Supreme Court precedent in construing the United States Constitution, Arizona v. Jay J. Garfield Bldg. Co. , 39 Ariz. 45, 54, 3 P.2d 983, 986(1931), and this precedent fully supports that President Obama is a natural born citizen under the Constitution and thus qualified to hold the office of President. … Contrary to Plaintiff’s assertion, Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162 (1874), does not hold otherwise”
Hollander v. McCain (New Hampshire 2008) ruling: “Those born “in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof,” U.S. Const., amend. XIV, have been considered American citizens under American law in effect since the time of the founding, United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649, 674-75 (1898), and thus eligible for the presidency…”
Obama is helping the Muslim Brotherhood overthrow Muslim countries in order to unite them under one leadership. This is part of the caliphate that is taking place. Make no bones about it, obama is a Muslim and he is taking their side. He helped overthrow Libya and Egypt and he is working behind the scenes to topple Syria. Obama’s loyalties are not with America. Do you think he is so bad as to state this chemical usage against people? I am still trying to wrap my head around this. My head does not wrap that easy. I can’t stand Obama, but that is about the worst think I can imagine that he or any person doing sitting in the White House would attempt to do or think they can get away with.
I have called Obama a lot of names, which he deserves, but I find this a bit far fetched. I am going to have to have more on this to digest it. If this man did this he is a war criminal and never sought approval from Congress for any of this, of course. I do not know what to think if this is just more crap to confuse the American people. Surely, even he would not do something like that. If he has, he deserves to be hailed as the worst criminal in the world, acting on behalf of this country without even being a real president. Those people hindering justice in the Justice Department and Homeland security should be arrested immediately and a special committe appointed individual to head them up until we can get a real President in who will appoint someone in those positions who is NOT political. This country is in peril.
We need to get non political persons in the FCC and Transportation departments who will insure that any media will not be blacked out as we have now. Media is destroying this country by not reporting facts and problems this country is having. There are too many cowards who are out for themselves in these jobs. The news media is using our airways, supposedly overseen by such as the FCC, etc., paid by our taxes to destroy us. They should be sued and a restraining order put on them. There have been instances of out and out altering of images on TV for purposes of inciting riots down to false reporting. These are criminal acts against the public. The airways are being used to falsify information and deceive the public for the sole purpose of keeping a criminal and thug in office. They are breaking state and federal laws.
Americans should not have to be subjected to false information, especially in places where they have limited communication with news outlets who are controlling what is seen, heard and read by the public. All news should be objective, or not be allowed to be in existence. The public is paying taxes for these agencies to make sure that rules and laws are enforced that does not allow for confusing and limiting the Truth. The states are going to have to step up and do this too. People should not be paying taxes that is destroying them and this nation. This country is going to have to act and act soon in order to stop this. We are running out of time.
Judge Moore is a real man, a man who has travelled a road many people will never travel. He has stood for the Truth against a hoard of evil people wanting to take the “Under God” out of our lives and the Constitution. This man, as well as Orly Taitz, Joe Apario, Susan Daniels and all those investigators have endured the mockery of the hoards and have withstood the heat of psychological battles that include threats, mockery and many attempts by the left to humiliate them. Thank God for those who are standing in front, recognized and not allowing the mockery of fools to deter them from the Truth. God will reward those who are standing in these times. We love and think them all. Those who do not are not Americans in their hearts and many do not even know what this great nation has stood and still stands for.

He has occupied the most powerful political office in the world for over 4 years now, right? If he has plans to destroy this country, what do you suppose he is wating for? Oh, that’s right. He doesn’t want anyone to catch on to his “evil plan”, so he’s going to wait until the last day of his second term to unleash his wrath upon us all. The sad thing is that, once Obama is gone and nothing ever happened, all you conspiracy theorists will simply forget and move on.
