The economic report released last week by Health and Human Services, which indicated that President Barack Obama’s health care “reform” law would actually increase the cost of health care and impose higher costs on consumers, had been submitted to the office of HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius more than a week before the Congressional votes on the bill, according to career HHS sources, who added that Sebelius’s staff refused to review the document before the vote was taken.
“The reason we were given was that they did not want to influence the vote,” says an HHS source. “Which is actually the point of having a review like this, you would think.”
The analysis, performed by Medicare’s Office of the Actuary, which in the past has been identified as a “nonpolitical” office, set off alarm bells when submitted. “We know a copy was sent to the White House via their legislative affairs staff,” says the HHS staffer, “and there were a number of meetings here almost right after the analysis was submitted to the secretary’s office. Everyone went into lockdown, and people here were too scared to go public with the report.”
In the end, the report was released several weeks after the vote — the review by the secretary’s office reportedly took less than three days — and bore a note that the analysis was not the official position of the Obama administration.

So what's new in DC? The obama administration (so transparent, don't you know) hides all important facts and the media is complicit with them. There is a Turkish proverb that says "He who tells the truth is chased out of nine villages." In other words, people in the position to lead our country do not want to know the truth, and they certainly spurn it when they hear it. I cut no slack here–this applies to all of the crooks in Congress; very few have retained any integrity. The longer they are re-elected, the less intregity they have. Doing what they were elected to do has morphed into "getting what they can while they can" before the country goes down the tubes. Bottom line is, they don't care what they vote on just so it lines their own pockets. Yes, I'm a little cynical. It comes from observing what goes on.
The anonymous source needs to come forward. I know it would take a lot of courage, but even FOX after reporting this story, then reported the "official administration" response that there was no report before the bill because there was no bill until just before the vote… therefore the only report was on the Senate bill. Now do you understand why the "shell bills" are so dangerous?? I believe this report, but we have to be able to refute the Obama lies with hard facts and eye witnesses.
I wonder if DHIMMITUDE was noticed and thought best not to mention such a lovely gift to all the exemptions such as Scientologists, Amish, Christian Scientists nd Muslims will be exempt from some of the requirements of Obamas Health Care Bill. Obamacare is just another huge LIE. The CBO was not given all of the information it needed to accurately figure the cost of that program. Obama did not want the public to know the real cost. In spite of collecting taxes for four years before it takes effect.
Many small county hospitals will close to avoid bankruptcy. Hospitals at present get paid by Medicare
about 65% of the actual coat of treatment—-Medicaid pays about 35% of the actual cost. I've been on the Board of Trustees of a county 40 bed hospital for many years. Our "doors stay open" only by charging private payers and insurance payers more than their treatment costs. Obamacare will be a

National healthcare in England (population 50,000,000) employs 440,000 people to rum the program.

For the very ill elderly Obamacare will be a death sentence because of the cost of treatment. In England women with breast cancer do NOT get chemotherapy because of the cost. Many doctors will retire and there will be WAITING and WAITING. Even the Americans who want Obamacare will very soon be VERY unhappy and bitching will common place.

. News last night here in Austin – local law makers are preparing a new law similar to Arizona…GOD BLESS THEM! These people are taking jobs from our Unemployeed Americans! Its refreshing to read the interest of my comments, This deal on Sebelius shouldn't surprise anyone. In Kansasseveral bills came up to promote Coal as energy and she vetoed them while Govenor. This could be tied to her better half who was a judge or attorney with the state. More ego and bigger $$$$ took her away from us. Best thing that ever happened to this state.
