Attorney Larry Klayman has warned Robert Bauer, the General Council to the Democrat National Committee, that members of the “Democrat Party or state elections officials certifying Obama’s eligibility for the 2012 election could become the targets of election-fraud charges.”
Klayman–the founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch–bases his warning on the fact that Hawaii State Registrar Alvin Onaka refused to verify to Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett “the birth facts for Barack Hussein Obama that are claimed on the birth certificate posted on the White House website…” In addition, Onaka “undeniably failed to verify that the [birth certificate] image posted at whitehouse.gov ‘is a true and accurate representation of the original record in [the DOH] files.’”
On March 30th, Secretary Bennett filled out a standard request form, asking that Onaka “verify as true” that Barack Hussein Obama was born on August 4th, 1961; that he was born in Honolulu, Oahu; that his mother was Stanley Ann Dunham and his father Barack Hussein Obama. Two months later, Onaka wrote back that “a birth certificate is on file with the Department of Health indicating that Barack Hussein Obama II was born in Honolulu, Hawaii.” But the Secretary refused to verify the date of birth, the name of the mother or father, or even the gender of the baby!
Why would Onaka admit that a birth certificate is indeed on file, yet refuse to verify much of the information that certificate ostensibly contains? According to Klayman, “…the only legal reason for Onaka to not verify those facts is if he can’t legally do so.” That is, “… the record itself must not have ‘probative value.’”
And as for the long-form posted on the White House website, Klayman says, “…the only legal reason for not verifying that the posted long-form ‘is a true and accurate representation of the original record in [the DOH] files’ is if it is not.” “There is no other plausible explanation.”
What does all of this mean? Klayman explains that “the only Hawaii statute rendering completed (and therefore numbered) birth certificates to be non-legally binding…applies to ALTERED or LATE birth certificates.” According to Onaka’s written response to Bennett, Obama’s birth certificate is indeed numbered. Therefore, as Onaka refused to legally verify the “facts” contained in the certificate or verify that the long-form “is a true and accurate representation of the original record,” it can only mean the Obama birth certificate is either altered or late, as defined by Hawaii statute.
Altered or late birth certificates cannot “stand on their own” as evidence of anything! They have no legally probative value and can therefore not be used as proof even of an individual’s age, never mind the natural born citizen status of a candidate for the nation’s highest office! Moreover, altered and late Hawaii birth certificates and copies have the word ALTERED or LATE prominently stamped on them. It’s altogether possible that Obama “created” his birth certificate online in order to hide such an obvious and troublesome imprint from the American public.
According to Hawaii statue, Obama could only correct the situation by presenting the totality of his birth records along with all existing corroboration to a proper judicial or administrative body. Such a body would then weigh all existing evidence according to “legal evidentiary standards.” Needless to say, Obama has no intention of following such a procedure.
Four years ago, the Democrat National Committee refused to certify that Barack Obama was “legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution.” This year, Larry Klayman is strongly advising Democrat attorneys to disavow Obama altogether! It will be interesting to see what Robert Bauer and Co decide.

Nothing will happen unless Romney wins and decides to pursue this, and I don’t think he will choose to do that if he does win. What would happen if this could be proven? Would all of the bills and executive orders he signed be vacated? Yesterday, I e-mailed and mailed a letter to Larry Klayman about my being an eye witness to the birth of President Obama in Topeka ks and various other matters I was privy to then and in more recent times as part of his extended family on his paternal grandparents side. I also raised the question that in the adoption of him by his step father, Mr Soetoro n Indonesia if the Kansas birth records was presented for the adoption Even Indonesia surely had laws regarding adoption that would need to have been followed prior to 1/71 when he was re introduced to me s Barry Soetoro having just returned from Indonesia and was at my cousin;s home near Mercer island Washington with his grandmother “Toot” who stopped me from revealing anything to him about his birth in Topeka Ks where I had seen him shortly after birth with my second cousin his mothr ,Ann. The question raised was the KS birth record used and then sealed with the new name of Barry Soetoro on it . Part of the background to all this is the horrible racial hate crime that occurred before his birth and one of the victims is the alleged father according to converstions overheard between my parents and Ann did confide in my mother, Flroence Hardy who was presnt at the birth. The marriage to Obama Sr was arranged and performed by my Dad, Rev. Tracy Hardy at McVicar Chapel on washburn Univiersity campus a couple of months befoe birth. with the Black sorotiy participating who helped arrange this,in secret in broad daylight.. The real Stanley Dunham was able to inform them that a teenager had stolen hs wallet several year sbefore and knew paternal grandparents in Hoyloke, Colorado ( I’m not certian if he was a relaitve of my Uncle or not?) The paternal grandmother was was my Dad;s sister andt hey were contacted to take charge. Due to all the hared and frenzy in the community and eventually the whole state was gossiping, they did not bring her to our home..S he had a job and room to live at the Catholic text book store in downtown Topeka, and that is where she bourght her newborn after birth. i still received back lash’ from those who were fighting integration. and abject fear of too many that their son or daughter would end up pregnant by one of a ‘colored’ race. It has been so difficult for the eye witnesses to get throgh to the birther grups that are collecting money in order to investigate and flie court papers. Whether President Obama is such for 4 months or 4 years, i pray that he will be set free from all this subtrefuge so he can do the job he took the oath of office to do, to uphold the constittuion and serve the peopel of this country. Yes, there was discrimination at the beginning of the 60′s but by 62 laws changed for the blacks which freed me from discrimination as a Jew (obviously, even then, we were not too important). The way I see it, the best outcome from this election that we can end up with will be a greater number of conservative Republicans who will stand solidly on conservative principles in the House, like Alan West, Marco Rubio, and Rand Paul who came in two years ago, bringing with them new life and a resurgence of strongly American values, and to win the majority in the Senate.
Those two items being accomplished, having a strongly conservative Congress and taking the majority in the Senate are going to be more important than what Romney does or says, as far as the good of the country is concerned, I believe, and Romney’s main function in all this is simply to be someone who will allow us to finally replace this Marxist, Fraud, and Deceiver, get him out of there and be rid of him at long last.
Romney’s now saying he want’s to keep parts of Obamacare rather than fully repealing it. Perhaps he’s doing this as a ploy to garner some of those undecided’s votes, but this is typical Romney, having seem him in action as Governor previously. We’re going to have a lot of heartburn with Romney over the next 4 years, as well, I believe, but In any case, we need to get Obama out of there, take the majority in the Senate, and increase our strength and the conservative will in the House come Nov 6th, and Romney is our only way to get that done.

Of course birther lunatics use the fact that Obama’s official birth certificate (first released in 2008 during the campaign) says something other than “birth certificate” at the top as a reason for it not to be a “real birth certificate.” (Seriously, some of them have actually said this – that’s how crazy they are.)
#2 It wasn’t officially witnessed and verified until 1942 when Ronald Reagan was 31 years old. Why didn’t President Reagan have a birth certificate for the first 31 years of his life? Can you imagine if President Obama didn’t get his birth certificate verified until he was 31 (in 1992)?

Don’t expect the Federal Courts to do anything, anyone who has ever seen a Fed Court process would know that they operate as if they are in another world and have total control over this one. I doubt they will even hear the case of the Kenya Birth Certificate sincve in 2008 they already took the payoff to let foreigners run for any office they desire including grand and glorious leader of the people’s democratic republic of America.
