Weary of defending in court the Constitutional eligibility of their man at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, the Democrat Party has finally admitted Barack Obama is not qualified to be president of the United States– and that it doesn’t matter.
According to a motion filed by Party attorneys in a Tennessee eligibility lawsuit, “…Defendants [the Tennessee Democrat Party and the Democrat National Committee] assert that the Tennessee Democrat Party has the right to nominate whoever it chooses to run as a candidate, including someone who is not qualified for the office.”
In numerous previous lawsuits questioning the Constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama, Democrats have maintained that voters, not the Constitution, should be the final arbiters of presidential eligibility. Though a disgraceful assertion on its face, such mindless rambling was about all that desperate Democrat attorneys had in their arsenals, apart from the perpetually employed “plaintiffs lack standing” defense.
But now, the cat is out of the bag, and the true sentiments of Democrat Party officials have finally been aired. It seems that, according to the left, as long as the acting president has the requisite contempt for the United States, is willing to work tirelessly to destroy the national economy, and will ignore both the rule of law and his Constitutional duty to enforce it, he is eminently qualified to hold the country’s top job.
In February, Georgia Administrative Judge Michael Malihi ignored Supreme Court precedent, made a shambles of case law, and distorted the rulings of other courts in a pathetically obvious mission to find Barack Obama eligible for the Georgia presidential ballot. Although the first judge to decide an Obama eligibility case on the merits, his contempt for an honest judicial process certainly did nothing to mend the rapidly deteriorating reputation of the American legal system.
On Wednesday, United States District Judge S. Thomas Anderson joined a long list of robed colleagues, ruling that plaintiffs in the Tennessee case “lacked standing” to point out Obama’s Constitutional ineligibility for the presidency. That is, plaintiffs could not claim sufficient personal harm should the Manchurian Candidate remain in or be re-elected to the White House.
Strange how the law works. After 3 ½ years of cynical disregard for the borders, language, and culture of the United States, one would think that some 240 million people have suffered “sufficient personal harm” to claim legal standing for a crack at His Royal Highness in a court of law! There are only 30 million illegals currently residing in the United States, and those the Attorney General refers to as “his people” might actually lack legal standing in the eyes of an honest arbiter.
At any rate, Democrats have finally admitted what the rest of us have known for quite some time. Barack Obama is NOT qualified to hold the job won for him by the national media in 2008. But it seems only the voters will have the authority to reclaim it from him. God willing, the vast majority who exercise that authority in November will be both American and alive.

The National Democratic Party has a Charter with rules and by-laws and in the Preamble it clearly states:
“Bound by the United States Constitution, aware that a party must be responsive to be worthy of responsibility, we pledge ourselves to open, honest endeavor and to the conduct of public affairs in a manner worthy of a society of free people.”
Where in the world did they get an idea like that. I believe this would be a federal matter asnd not a state matter. Perhaps within the state of Tennessee that is true.

Every state has its own election laws and rules. The presidential election is NOT a federal election and there are no federal elections.
The election for president consists of 50 state elections that are tabulated according to a set of rules to suggest who should become president.
The Electorial College makes the final choice which usually complies with the voting results.

It’s not a 10th amendment issue, the federal role is Congress has to right to alter state regulations on congressional elections, and can set the date for presidential elections–period. That’s why the U.S. Supreme Court justices were lying through their teeth in striking down state-imposed term limits for congressmen, why the Florida Supreme Court’s explicit admission it was setting aside state law to force a recount of George Bush’s 2000 vote total was so outrageous, and why a Senate elected with a majority of true constiutionalists will seat Joe Miller as Alaska’s legitimate senator (again, state law was set aside by unelected bureaucrats in the vote count). Clearly, the Democrats and their RINO allies are working on a long-term trend when election results can be manipulated to engineer any desired outcome by making up the rules after the fact, protecting incumbents from any grass-roots revolts like the Tea Party.
And yes, legally electors are independent, a danger which James A. Michener urgently warned against in his classic “Presidential Lottery” book decades ago. While I think people are dead right to oppose the recent Democratic efforts to subvert and undermine the traditional way of distributing electoral votes, I think one has to distinguish the electoral SYSTEM (which Michener leaned toward keeping) from the Electoral College. Democratic elector Michener and other of his colleagues were willing to contemplate voting for Richard Nixon to keep George Wallace from stealing the election by making a deal with electors, but the Democrats (and ruling class in general) of today are willing to twist and manipulate any law and process that stands in the way of their lust for power. That makes the continuing existence of the Electoral College instead of a system of automatic electoral votes too great a peril to keeping our republican government.

Actually, if your state does NOT have “ballot eligibility laws”, then it is VERY possible to have an ineligible candidate appear on the ballot, and there’s not a damn thing you can do about… except to CHANGE THE LAWS in your state! But if you’re wanting to do that, you should have tried four years ago. Or SIX years ago, really. Here in Texas, we DO have ballot eligibility laws, but we’re discovering that our laws are not being carried out the way they were intended by our legislature. If BHO is ineligible then anything he did while in the position he gained through fraudulent means would have to be struck down and/or repealed. He also should have to stand trial for treason. I feel your pain Sylvia, albeit, from the other side. I am a conservaconstitutilibertarian registered under the R brand. I don’t feel a need to change the registration but I can no longer pull the lever for someone because I don’t like the other guy/gal. I think I actually vomited in my mouth a little as I voted for McCain. I am leery of the TEA Party simply because it is a youngster and, IMHO, susceptible to infiltration. I think our best bet may be a conservative controlled congress and a liberal president. I would advise against simply switching parties unless you truly believe in their ideals, it just plays right into the R vs D and their use of that system to divide the people on one or two issues while they rob us blind anyway. If we as a people will start finding our similarities and working from there we could truly take back our country.

Not true! The State of Tennessee has a State Constitution for a reason! If it puts conditions on eligibility for State offices, the people of Tennessee must follow their Constitution – it provides the basis for their State law – it’s not just a novel someone wrote on a wim! I believe the Liberals are deliberately trying to herd the country towards another civil war. They have pushed the people for several years, boldly since obama stole the White House; or is that the White Mosque!! The people have had enough and are ready to push back. 1. Orders for 450 million rounds of ammunition by Homeland Security, NOT the DoD. Two things about that ammo are interesting. First, most of the ammo is for use in weapons used by UN troops, not the US military. Second, it is hollow point ammo. Hollow point is specifically forbidden by the Geneva Concention in war between different countries, but perfectly legal during civil war.
2. FEMA camps. Look at one of those camps on the internet. They look like POW camps, not emergency shelters. Why is each camp designed to prevent people from breaking OUT, instead of in? Why does each camp have thousands of empty caskets?
3. Repeated attempts to limit or eliminate 2nd amendment rights. (Fast & Furious was one of those attempts, but it backfired on the administration.)
4. Repeated attempts to turn over US sovereignity to the UN. The SALT treaty is one of those attempts.
5. Seeking new places overseas to deploy US military troops. Liberals know the US military will NOT fire on American civilians.
7. UN troops practicing door-to-door invasions of US homes for the purpose of confiscating all firearms. UN troops practicing “joint emergency exercises” with police and emergency personnel on American soil. ( Videos of both can be found on various websites.) Liberals know UN troops WILL fire on American citizens.

Replying to what “Daniel from Tennesee” said about FEMA Camps. You are correct in showing that FEMA is NOT concerned with PROTECTING the public. Barbed (razor wire) to prevent people from getting OUT. Tens of thousands of (multiple body) caskets stored. Approximately 80 of the camps around the country ready to INCARCERATE people (protecting the inmates from who?). This appears ominously like Hitler’s death camps.
We did the sam thing to the Jaanese-Americans in this coutnry during WW 2. We placed them in camps they were not allowed to leave util the war was over.
Here’s a little known tidbit of info about the WW II Japanese-American internment camps. After the war, the camps were declared unconstitutional and the US government quietly made restitution to some of them, but not all. Also, a few of the Japanese-Americans refused to go to the camps; and they were not forced to go. Even then the military knew they would be obeying an unlawful order, a courtmartial offense, if they forced anyone to go. You won’t find this is in many history books. I came across it several years ago when I was researching info for a term paper in college.

The Japanese were manipulated into attacking Pearl Harbor similar to the Confederates were manipulated into firing on Fort Sumter. The japanese actually wanted peace with the US and had actually given in to US demands, but under orders from FDR, the ambassador and representatives were told to NEVER agree to any settlement. There were always new requirements being proposed which baffled the Japanese until the figured in 1940 that the US really did not want an agreement. This was when the plans were drawn up for an attack. The Japanese had held out hope until the night of the attack that the Americans would accept something as final, most anything to save face and avert a war. It was not to be because FDR had ALL intentions of saving his bankers, his real employers in Great Britain. It was ALL staged….. There has even been documentaries on this on the History Channel, not mention the books wrote on it. Yet most all of you here will believe unto your deaths that the Japanese were solely responsible..

Before the attack on Pearl Harbor the people did not want war. Congress did not want war. Only FDR wanted war. He ordered the coverup so the shock of the attack would immediately change the minds of everyone, especially Congress. However, a few members of Congress (Less than a dozen, if my memory is correct) did vote against the declaration of war, but they were branded as anti-American and unpatriotic and were voted out of office the next election.

EXACTLY! FDR wanted the shock value to catch people off guard before they had to realize what was really going on, that they were being played. This is EXACTLY what Lincoln done with his conspiracy in forcing South Carolina to attack Fort Sumter. And believe it or not, this was the ploy also used to get the US into WWI, but they managed that with scare tactics and the sinking of the Lusitania, which was actually carrying munitions as was a passenger ship. The other scare tactic was *fake* telegrams originating overseas to Mexico that made it look as if the Mexican Government was befriending the Germans and was conspiring with them to attack the US. (Much much more to this…) All of a sudden it seems the US Government can do nothing right and their past is coming back to haunt them!

The German government discovered that war supplies were being transported on the passenger ship Lusitania, a clear violation of the Geneva Convention. The German government bought ads in several US newspapers informing the public of this and warned the people that this made the Lusitania a legitimate military target, and passengers who boarded the ship did so at their own peril. When the states were formed, they were sovereign entities, just as any country like England, Germany, etc. The states subsequently formed the federal government to perform certain specified and limited functions for the states, leaving all remaining functions to the states and to the people. Under these circumstances, the issue of who the state citizens vote for IS a state responsibility.

Yes, but now more than half the states certify canidates by “being known in the media”. They no longer need to swear and sign under oath that they qualify. So there is no recourse, if they are found ineligible.

That is patently false. When the Constitution was ratified, the States gave up certain powers and responsibilities. One of the terms to which they agreed said that the “Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof;. . .shall be the supreme law of the land .. . .any Thing in the Constitution of Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding”. –Art VI, Paragraph 3
The Constitution says that a presidential candidate must be a ‘natural born citizen’ and the States do not have the right to support anyone for that office that does not meet that standard. Said differently, the States have an obligation under the Constitution to ensure that anyone who appears on their ballot is eligible.

I just don’t want to guess how many that will be. Remember, states are not legally obligated to accept the party officials’ word that a nominee is eligible. duif100 – The states do indeed have the right to vett presidential candidates, but I do not blame any state for not doing so in 2008. Until then there was no need to vett because the parties simply did not nominate anyone who was not constitutionally eligible to be president. 2008 was the first time an ineligible person was nominated. The states were caught off guard and did not become aware of the situation until it was too late to do anything about it.

Every Candidate for president is elected by the electors of each state separately, in fact the power to elect the president in found no where in the constitution or the bill of rights except that it is not an enumerated power of the Federal government the 10th amendment takes precedence in that this power is in fact reserved to the people and to the separate states. and not the Federal Government. That is factually WRONG! The letters to which you allude were written by Nancy Pelosi, then the Chairman of the Democratic National Convention (DNC). She wrote two different letters one of which indicated Obama’s constitutional eligibility and went to 49 states (a lie) and one which left out the constitutional eligibility wording which was sent to Hawaii. At best, she’s guilty of perjury and at worst conspiracy to defraud the American voters.

An Impeachment shall not extend further that removal from office and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor. After that the convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment according to the law. So either way, why isn’t the house screaming impeachment daily? Also, why can’t Obama be arrested? It has been proven to everyone with a brain that he was born in Kenya and his long form birth certificate is a fraud

Actually, Obama IS a citizen, but not qualified to hold the office in which he resides. For that point only, he CAN be tried for treason as a citizen of the USA. His father may not have been a citizen and his birth might not have been in the USA, but by assuming a Federal office, he declared himself a citizen. His commission of crimes of fraud, perjury and misrepresentation can therefore be tried as a citizen.
The other option is to convict him as a spy and shoot him.

Incorrect, in part. The process of impeachment and removal from office of the President or any member of his cabinet involves both the House and the Senate. Impeachment is the first part of the process and it occurs in the House of Representatives. Impeachment being successful in the House (by simple majority vote) amounts to the equivalent of an indictment in a court.
The “indictment”, or the charges against the official approved in the House are referred to the Senate for trial by the full Senate with members of the House acting as prosecutors and the Chief justice of the Supreme court presiding. The official’s lawyers defend in the Senate, and all 100 Senators act as jury.
Once the case has been presented, the Senators deliberate in private prior to a public vote. It takes a 2/3 majority vote in the Senate to convict, then they must vote by simple majority to remove the official from office.
You are correct though that with Harry Reid as leader of the Senate, a trial will likely not be convened regardless of action in the House. Still, it would be good for the GOP in the House to go through the Impeachment so that the evidence is part of the public record and the citizens will have the right to read about it. Then if the Senate does nothing, we can hold them accountable next election.

Not entirely correct. Regarding more than 30 bills passed by the GOP House, it is inaction in the Senate that is holding things up and this is due entirely to Reid. However, with regard to Impeachment, it is in fact the House that must act first. They have not even begun such a process. It would no doubt go nowhere in the Senate due to the Democrats led by Reid, but if the House went through the process, then the charges and the supporting evidence would become public record for all to read.
How each member of the House votes during an impeachment would also tell the people of the country where their representatives stand on the issue of eliginility. This is another reason why there will probably never be an impeachment trial in the House.

If there is evidence that Reid, Pelosi or any other Senator is acting in a treasonous manner (obstruction of due process), then they should be impeached, then tried for their acts.
One thing to keep in mind: They are NOT ‘diplomats’, as they are in their own country. Diplomats are couriors of information from one government to another, and when they are on the hosting government’s soil, they are afforded protection against prosecution of local crimes. You are correct about TEA Party candidates not having the proper power of influence, for now. The TEA Party is slowly increasing its numbers in Congress with each election. This is the same tactic Liberals use from the late-50s to the mid-70s to take control of the Democratic Party. It may take a few more years but eventually the TEA Party will BE the Republican Party.
Hear! Hear! This is one of the strongest arguments for voting for Romney and as many Tea Party Congressmen and Senators as possible. With a substantial percentage of Tea Party and Conservatives in both houses, we the people and they have our best chance in hal a century to get this country turned around by holding Romney to his pledges to repeal Obamacare, reign in spending, make the Bush tax cuts permanent across the income spectrum, and secure the bloody d-a-m-n-e-d borders.
Those 4 alone would be an excellent first term and there is much more to do. Make certain Kyoto is never ratified, beginning the process for a balanced budget amendment, and actually working the Ryan plan in the mean time to get to a balanced budget. And put an end to the Iranian nuclear threat once and for all, either directly or by fully and publicly supporting Israel’s right to take preemptive action as they did in Iraq about 20 years ago. There are many more good things that need to be done, but given how bad things are in this country today, the above would be a mighty fine start!
The Tea Party should focus on defeating and replacing the Democrats. The Republicans are already infected with the leftist mantra and are being very sloppy in combating the Democrat movement. It is better to have two parties fighting the Democrats than three parties fighting each other. They may publicly claim so but I know it is not true. I know because not only did I used to be a member of the NRA, I was also a state regional coordinator. I made more than a couple of trips to Fairfax, VA. I eventually got so disgusted from arguing over their continued compromises over the 2nd A I eventually resigned. I have been told, point blank, that the 2nd Amendment is open to interpretation by them. They called me a purist for being hard nosed on no compromise. They thought they were making me feel guilty and making fun of me, but I took it as a compliment which made them even angrier.
You mite try the 2nd Amendment Foundation, they used to be a pretty straight org. But NOT the NRA.

You can’t impeach a faux POTUS, the act of removal by office through impeachment is for eligible, legitimate, constitutionally qualified presidents committing fraudulent acts aka high crimes and misdemeanors. O.fraudster needs to be investigated, indicted and incarcerated like any other illegal alien committing fraud to instigate a criminal act, such as forgery, identity theft, using aliases, false applications, and being unqualified under the Constitution to be POTUS. His next term needs to be in jail.

Even if he is shown to be ineligible for office, if he gets reelected then the only Constitutional remedy for his high crime of sedition remains Impeachment in the House and trial/conviction/removal in the Senate. There is no separate remedy set forth in the Constitution to address what to do if an ineligible person sneaks into office.
Sidebar, if he turns out to be not even a legal citizen of the USA, then I do not know if what he has done is Treason by the legal definition, perhaps sedition and espionage. I think it is only Treason when the person is a citizen. Depending upon what happened with the whole move to Indonesia and back, he may never have regained his US citizenship legally and may not even be a legal USA citizen of any kind, natural-born or otherwise. We may never know the whole truth of it.
A US citizen would be charged with treason or high treason. A non-citizen would be charged with espionage.
And, in the scenario where he is reelected and later impeached/tried/convicted/removed from office, there would then have to be a separate federal court trial to bring federal criminal charges against him that would result in incarceration (or deportation to Indonesia if that is where he remains a citizen). It could take a year or more to see full justice done in this matter.
Maybe the biggest problem of all is the fact that practically all of the judges have been carefully appointed by the leftists. This has created a perfect instance of protection for Obama et all.

Obama has prevented access to the documentation of his past with Executive Order 13489, which he signed within 4 hours of his inauguration.
It made it very difficult (if not impossible) to get the information and documents to prove anything.
The one thing that appears to be working in some states is demanding elligibility proof to get on the ballot and bypassing the “legal standing” issue.
It has become obvious that Obama cannot provide that proof which normally would be very easy to do and prevent the need for all the court battles.

There is at least a rumor out of Hawaii that there are officials working on obtaining paper, typewriter, etc of the 1961 period to forge a new LFBC that will match the fraudulent one on the White House website and that they plan its release as an October Surprise right before the election. If this is true, then it will become even harder to prove what he has perpetrated against this great nation. Given the timing of his executive order, how could any thinking person believe anything other than that he has something of great relevance and significance to hide? It is based on the definition of natural born. obama’s lawyers are in absolute panic mode. They know that if just ONE state declares obama ineligible to be on that state’s ballot then other states can use that as a legal precedent to keep him off the ballot in those states as well, starting a domino effect against obama’s re-election campaign.

wolverine45, the act of impeachment is reserved for legitimate elected officials. Since obama is a usurper, as was Chester Arthur, he cannot be impeached – he does not have that protection. obama must be merely arrested and tried for his crimes.

One of the great mis-conceptions of the US Constitution is that ALL people have a right to a vote. It was NEVER meant to be such a way as it was understood that this would create a full democracy concerning the vote. Actually only a limited number of people was eligible to vote. The requirement in some form supposed to have been that one have a vested interest in the country such as property or wealth, because it was these people who mainly financed the government. But as with all things the US Constitution being interpreted as a Living Document, the Republican party which was the liberal party in its’ day decided that in order to gain votes, too buy votes, it would be wise to include as many people as possible into the system, thus gaining them favor at the polls. This is very similar to what the Democrat Party is doing today with the black, Hispanic, illegals and other minority groups in order for them to secure more votes.

There’s no IQ test for voting qualification and no voter ID because the bottom 45% of Americans would find it a severe financial impediment to obtaina drivers licence or state picture ID. (and in WI. the State ID would be free)
If they lived in the state of VIRGINIA they would. we have had VOTER ID PICTURE ID and PICTURE DRIVERS LIC. for YEARS the Voter id is FREE, what is so hard to do. the pic.ID is for those that do not have a driving Permit. Our state is one of the best around.

IDs are needed for so many different things today that it’s an inconvenience and/or nuisance NOT to have one. Showing it to vote is just one more place to show an ID that people probably ALREADY HAVE. Here in Tennessee if you are one of the few people who do not have a picture ID, you can go to any driver’s license station and get one FREE.

Actually, the title of the article appears to me to be misleading. Based only on the text of the article and the quotes therein, it looks like the Democrat Party said it would not matter if a candidate they nominate was constitutionally ineligible (general and perhaps hypothetical statement). You may want to infer from that statement that they have admitted that BHO is not, but I see no actual direct admission within the quotes of this article.
And as far as suggesting as some have that Romney or others should use the “proof” that BHO is ineligible, as yet there is no definitive proof that I have seen. The Cold Case Posse which has done more work on this than almost any other person or group has said there is “probable cause” supporting that certain documents may be fraudulent. Probable cause is a far cry from proof positive in my opinion

It does not matter if it is a case in Tennessee, Georgia, Arizona, Florida, or some other state. The GOOD news is the case currently under consideration by Florida judge Terry cannot BE thrown out due to :lack of standing.’ It is the right of any voter in that state to challenge someone on the ballot. His ruling should be coming very soon.

I have not heard about this event in Iceland. If it is true then I applaud the people of Iceland for this action. However, I do not believe this type of “revolution” will ever occur in the US. Here’s my reasons.
1. Iceland is much smaller than the US, both physically and in population.
2. The military of Iceland is much smaller proportionally than in the US.
3. Too many people in America want the entitlements to continue, which means they want the government to remain just the way it is.
4. Too many people in power and with influence benefit from Bilderberg control.
5. There are too many places ti hide things in the US, both physically and electronically.
6. The mainstream media, the public relations department for Democrats/Liberals, will not report on these matters because it exposes the unpleasant and illegal truth about Liberals.
Don’t misunderstand what I am saying. I hope similar action like that in Iceland occurs in the US. I’m just not going to hold my breath waiting for it.

Two weeks before the election, even Wolf on CNN said “If Obama is found ineligible, can Hilary win on a 2-week run?” The heat was on all the way to the end.
Reid and Pelosi were reluctant on Obama as the Dem candidate and knew joining on the Obama bandwagon could end in prison like Colson got after Watergate. That’s why Pelosi distanced herself as best she could by not certifying, at least for Hawaii, that Obama was Constitutionally eligible. She knew he wasn’t.
Yes Bush and Cheney most likely knew Obama was ineligible, so did Governor Lingle, so did Howard Dean, so did Aunt Bea and Andy Griffith. Everyone had to bend for two reasons: too many secrets, and to avoid national and international race and religious riots.
For crying out loud, Howard Dean created the largest super majority in a half century and then just a few days after the 2008 election resigns as DNC chair. Why? Answer: Separation. Space. Distance. From what? Ending up like those tangled up in Watergate. Even Blago got his foot tangled in the 2008 grab-bag net.

Even if Davis is obama’s biological father it will have no bearing on obama’s eligibility for office. The law is only interested in his LEGAL father, the name of the father on his birth certificate. This is true of anyone, not just obama.

I have seen that video over a dozen times. IT IS A FAKE!!! The camera is on obama’s face at all times as he speaks EXCEPT when he states he was born in Kenya. At that moment the camera is suddenly on the back of his head. A few seconds later, when obama is supposedly repeating the statement he is from Kenya, the camera is looking at him from a distance. You really can’t tell if he is speaking at all but the sound continues. A few minutes later when Michelle is speaking you will notice that her lip movements and the sound are in perfect sync EXCEPT when she states obama was born in Kenya. Look close and you will see her lips are moving in slow motion but the sound is still normal speed. This occurs only for a split second. You will have to watch the video several times, as I did, to notice these errors, but you will notice them.

I’ve never read or heard of a political party claiming it has the authority to nominate literally ANYONE to run for the White House, Constitutionally qualified or not. Does this mean we can now toss Article II of the Constitution? And if so, who will decide which parts should be kept?

The members of the Tennesse Democratic Party have figuratively, literally, and legally put their foot DEEP in their mouth. Part of the by-laws of the DNC state that only a constitutionally eligible candidate will be nominated for president. Each state level of the Democratic Party must agree to abide by national by-laws before being chartered as a state party. This includes Tennessee. By admitting to nominating someone who is ineligible then they have also admitted to violating state and national Democratic Party by-laws. They have also confessed to commiting voter fraud and possibly treason against the United States.

In short the bankers controls the military, ALL the government agencies and they have military alliances with other countries that insure that the people does not present any grave danger to the government regardless to what they do to the civilians. Want proof? Look no further than Lincoln’s War again! Many Northerners and states such as New York, Maryland, Ohio, Kansas, even Wisconsin to a point, as well as others protested Lincoln’s actions. Lincoln even had a sitting US Representative from Ohio deported/banished from the country. All those states had to have union troops in their states quell the riots and protests against fighting the South. It is documented in the Official Records of Rebellion that over 3 million men were in the union army at the height of the war, compared to not quiet 1 million men in all of the CSA. Of those 3 million men app. 1/2 were needed in the Northern States to quell the riots and protests, maintaining order under martial law! And guess what folks? Guess who prevailed? And you think you’re gonna do something today? The odds then were far far more closer than what it would be today. They have everything and you have NOTHING! Cept maybe what the Southern boys had, a lot of guts and a worthy cause…. I’m sorry the lesson has been learned well in the South, you can’t beat what isn’t meant to be, regardless to how right you are! That, Being right doesn’t make right, but MITE does always make RIGHT! Or, to the victors goes the spoils of war, and they write the history…
I also have kept a close eye on the Icelandic money problem and it’s been interesting. But it’s far from over….. Already signs are appearing that the International still ready and trying to do business with Iceland. It’s only a matter of time, or at worst, force!

I am not trying to boast of anything… But I do want all of you to know I speak with genuine authority, from both an education standpoint and actually living a common man’s life. That being said I got a lot of my information and understanding honestly from my relatives and ancestors. For I am descendant of Andrew Jackson, specifically from one of his adopted children which was related to him and Rachel. From this aspect I have been privy to what I consider a true desire to carry on the same ideals and goals that they saw for people then. Sadly I have learned to much of a good thing used wrongly can destroy not only countries but entire worlds. Therefore the one change I deviate from Andrew Jackson, is that I do favor a breakup of the USA, because it is too big to manage effectively with corruption such as what we see today. The USA has become what it claimed to most despise, an EMPIRE! Plus the people have become too disjointed and too different, morally, culturally, and in heritage in different parts of the country to truly feel to be a part of another part of the country… But Andrew Jackson the III also saw the same thing a little later…

I have a similiar situation. My relative was one of the first settlers to the Maryland Colony, Edward Darcy/Dorsey, The Immigrant. His son, the Honorable John Dorsey was Judge of the High Court Chancery and Keeper of the Great Seal of the Province. The ironic thing is, the keeper of the same seal today is the Secretary of state, who just happens to be the person I am suing to remove Obama from the ballot.

I’ve been doing this mostly on my own anyways but there are others also. Enuff so that I do believe more people are seeing the things I’ve been stating. (I make sure I am able to back up and cite everything I say if need be.)
This country is political system is now actually based on the concepts of “Federal Democratic Union”. This being done under Lincoln and his war. (Quote on saving the union, destroying the republic.) This concept is the real but a myth was created into tricking the people into believing the US was still a republic. This happened so slow people did not realize it. Now it’s probably too late.
However, if this myth is destroyed people may come around in their senses enuff, that enuff of them can force crucial changes in many other areas that affects government. Proving the public educational system is a hoax is just one example. The media bias another, and the banking system still another.
This process destroys the credibility of all things associated with the continued myth of the republic. Destroy this and you leave people with a sense of helplessness and a determination to restore what was broke and wronged.
But before you can fully accomplish this the myth has to be TOTALLY destroyed that caused the myth about the republic. This is the myth of Abraham Lincoln. Destroy him and the clay legs of the myth of the republic will come tumbling down.
There is this show coming out, “Lincoln the Vampire Hunter” or Slayer, whichever. Lincoln is is hunting the vampires out to destroy the union. Nothing but more feeble attempts to glorify a demon who is a vampire himself, who sucked the life out of a whole country. No 2 whole countries. Drive a stake through Lincoln’s heart and we will see who the real vampire is.
Kill the myth of Lincoln by driving a stake through his heart and you will destroy all the precedents he set and all those precedents which have led us to this point today, including the bankers.
Learn all you can about him. (I have hundreds of tidbits on him some of which are incredible and all true.) Of course what you learn will be totally different than what you have been taught, so it is up to each of you to satisfy your own selves, that you are right in doing such with the proper and truthful information.

If the Court accepts the premise of the DNC, et al, and they admit/confirm that President Obama does not meet constitutional eligibility requirements . . . and that the DNC et al have the right to have anyone (or thing) they want to have on the ballot . . . then legally they are further required to make known that the individual(s) is/are ineligible according to the constitution . . . otherwise they commit felonious fraud, and as such, if that individual is ultimately elected, and discovered their ineligibility was kept from the public, their election to office has to be null and void . . . by their own admission and by their own rules . . . they admit in Court to a felony!

That places him in US jurisdiction at the time of John’s birth, meaning John IS a natural born citizen. The Constitution states that a person must be born within US jurisdiction to be considered natural born, but does not limit that to mean only the states proper.

What do these examples have in common? None CHOSE to be what they are or had to work to become them. They simply are by birth. Natural born.
It is the same with a natural born citizen. They neither choose their citizenship or have to do anything for it. They simply are by birth.

Any mixture of non-citizen parents, or out of country birth gives a choice of what citizenship that child may want to keep or have to work for thus making him or her not natural born.

Is everyone forgetting the most critical point of all. So what if Obama is an illegal president, Reid and Pelosi are breaking every law in the book supporting him, Most of the Rino’s looking the other way are aiding and abetting. Who Cares? if all this illegality is going on. DoJ is selling guns to mexican drug dealers. Who Cares? Millions of people care across the USA, Who cares? Action needed to tackle all he above problems comes under the control of Eric Holder, who works for Obama, who also sold the guns to Mexico. So America is powerless to get any action. And as for voting him out, if 10% of the electorate of Nevada could elect Harry Reid, the voting machines are run by SEIU, one of Obama’s biggest supportes. Or maybe he will put out an executive order saying there is unrest in the country, suspend the elections for another year or five. Why should we be afraid of Obama becoming a Dictator, he already is. America we need a miracle.

All the founders of our constitution owned and had read Vattels Law of Nations, they were so familiar with it that they didnt feel any explanation of the term natural born Citizen be explained.
