Another lawsuit has been filed asking state officials to remove Barack Obama’s name from the 2012 election ballot because he has not documented that he is eligible for the office, but this case in Florida has a twist: It was brought by a Democrat.
The case was filed by Larry Klayman of Freedom Watch USA on behalf of Democrat Michael Voeltz, “a registered member of the Democrat Party, voter, and taxpayer in Broward County, who was an eligible elector for the Florida Primary of Jan. 31, 2012.”
As part of his responsibilities, the lawsuit explains, Voeltz took “an oath to ‘protect and defend’ the U.S. Constitution.”
The complaint cites widely reported suspicions that Obama might not have been born in the United States and the fact that his father never was a U.S. citizen. It contends that because of those circumstances, Obama is not a “natural-born citizen” as the Constitution demands of the president.
Named as defendants are Florida Secretary of State Ken Detzner and the state Elections Canvassing Commission.

No honest judges could be found in Georgia. Maybe this Floridian will run into one!
Do you think there are any honest judges left? I would love to see this happen – it needs to happen all over the country. Obama is making a laughing stock of our country.
If you want to really hurt Obama then Vote Him out of Office. He will have no place to go – no community wants him, the Senate doesn’t want him back and he no longer has a law license. This is a position I would like to see him in.

He and Pelosi haves been dipping for their own pockets deep and several of her in-laws companies got stimulas and she isn’t done yet, and neither is he, he said he needs 5 more years to finish his job, well America won’t be here to see it in 5 years. I pray every night to get him out of there NOW some way I don’t care how, hope these law suits take effect.

It would be nice if this works, but I no longer have any faith in our judiciary system. Mainly because it is dominated by Democrats who will lie, cheat, and commit fraud to stay in power. Look at the judges in Georgia and Indiana. They either were threatened by the Obama Administration with an IRS audit or something because they made some lame excuse to justify their not following the law to allow Obama’s name to remain on the ballot in these states. The former employee who worked in the Hawaii Dept of Health testified there was no birth certificate on Obama in Hawaii. If there was a birth certificate it would have surfaced before now. For this reason, I believe there is no US birth certificate on file for Obama. He is a usurper president and please everyone do not listen to the Democrat lies this election year. All Democrats need to be voted out of office as they are all corrupt for not doing something about our illegal president. Remember, Bill and Hillary Clinton are the original “birthers.” Remember also the famous words of Obama, “the only people who do not want to tell the truth, are the ones with something to hide.”
