Actually, I would agree (at least partially) with Democrat gun-grabber/Congresswoman Gwen Moore of Wisconsin. There are absolutely no restrictions in the Second Amendment against citizens owning things like nukes, submarines, drones, and tanks. Of course, she talks about that like it’s a bad thing; that’s where she and I disagree.

What part of “the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed” do Democrats, Progressives, Socialists and Neo-Communi9st Liberals NOT understand.
The Second states clearly that it is the PEOPLE who have that Right NOT the government bureaucracy, the National Guard, the Reserves or some cocked up letter series created by Congress. The NG and Reserves are part of the regular military, they are NOT the citizen’s militia.
But you know? Why should anyone own a nuclear weapon? Why would anyone want a submarine parked at the marina dock? But an M-60 tank fully armed or something like it parked in my stall? Who’s going to cut you off in traffic or hang around the dark corners of a parking lot after dark when one of THOSE rumbles through?
Of course I’m being facetious. But I do think we should be able to own anything we can hook to the trailer hitch and tow away. Imagine the look on the Legal Thieves faces when they go to confiscate (STEAL) some guys guns and find themselves looking down the 4 loaded barrels of a Quad Fifty A-A mount.

If Obama can get 110% of a states votes, when realistically he only got maybe 2%, then don’t count on a FAIR VOTE to get them out. VOTE FRAUD IS REAL. If you still think the Vote can make a difference, your deceiving yourself.
Since the second amendment was put there for citizens to protect themselves from government, then
citizens should be allowed to own any kind of guns the government is allowed to own and that is also why
there were no restrictions placed there-in the 2nd amendment..

Assault Weapons: (guns, knives, bats, scissors, scalpels, etc)… high power, or low power, are tools used by criminals: i.e. individuals, gangs, government, etc to commit illegal, un-constitutional, or immoral activities.
Defense Weapons: are the same weapons as above, but are used by law abiding patriots, to defend against the above criminals!
(This should be the way we define the terms so we’re all on the same page.)
