Everyone must go on to the Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership website and order the book, “Gun Control: Gateway to Tyranny” ($20). It fully details how U.S. Gun Control Acts, specifically the 1968 Gun Control Act was lifted, verbatim, directly from the 1938 Nazi Weapons Act for total gun ban. It explains that Thomas Dodd, former US Senator Christopher Dodd’s (D-CT.) father was able to obtain the written version of the Nazi gun control laws after the Nuremburg Trials which he participated in.
Why would anyone want to obtain original papers for Nazi gun control and bring it to the U.S.? Because there was NO template for gun control in the United States and any attempts would be unconstitutional. It is unconstitutional anyway that a U.S. law was co-opted from a Nazi law.
Any U.S. politician, whether Congress or state legislator, who has proposed or signed on to any gun control or gun ban laws is in direct violation of his Constitutional Oath of Office to uphold, support & defend the U.S. Constitution. This support of a Nazi gun control law that has been adopted verbatim by US gun control law is in a continuous state of Treason & Sedition and must be removed from office/impeached and tried for Treason & Sedition.
What is interesting is that many Democrat Congresspeople supporting Senator Diane Feinstein’s gun ban bill, including Chuck Schumer, Jerold Nadler, Frank Lautenberg, etc., and even NYC Mayor Bloomberg are Jews. I guess they never read their history lessons about Nazi Germany. Wouldn’t it be grand if these Jewish Congresscritters were charged, tried and convicted of Treason & Sedition for trying to impose an adopted Nazi gun control/gun ban law against We the People?????

I know Megan Kelly says she is only playing devil’s advocate but that is a ridiculous way to try to set up an argument. Nevertheless, he is the answer to the question about it being legal and a “law” that the names have to provided.

I’m still of the opinion that the newspaper opened themselves up to lawsuits from anybody that is harmed by their actions.
Now, this is the type of person we need in Congress to represent “We the People”. He uses common sense over a ridiculously written law to ensure protection of those that he is representing. I would like to see everyone of those people that this Journal News has placed in danger by their actions to file a lawsuit against this newspaper. Someone in a position to make the right decision will do so, and will stop senseless sensationalism by these media, who would rather put lives in danger than report true facts and situations like what the White House is doing to our Country. Shame on you, Journal News, and may God redirect your chosen path of destruction into a positive path that brings good to our Country. As far as I am concerned, the Journal News is no better than the young man who murdered those innocent children; actually, they are much worse as they know they are putting lives in danger and harms way and do not have the excuse of mental incapacity to fall back on.
Don’t these people get any guidance, anything that involves a persons SSN is covere by the privacy act, and yes you have to put your SSN on the form, any and all information then is to be viewed only by the people required to perform their job or the job being done and by law they cannot give out that information. So the paper has no legal right to the information.
This information is primarily for President Obama for when he plans of rushing homes of Americans to confinscate all firearms. Obama will have Marshall law in the furture if we do not get rid of Obama soon. It is proven that homes with guns are safer than homes without guns.
