Rep. Darrell Issa is aiming to launch investigations on everything from WikiLeaks to Fannie Mae to corruption in Afghanistan in the first few months of what promises to be a high-profile chairmanship of the top oversight committee in Congress.
According to an outline of hearing topics obtained by POLITICO, the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee is also planning to investigate how regulation affects job creation, the roles of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in the foreclosure crisis, recalls at the Food and Drug Administration and the failure of the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission to agree on the causes of the market meltdown.
The sweeping and specific hearing agenda shows that Issa plans to cut a wide swath as chairman, latching onto hot-button issues that could make his committee the center of attention in the opening months of the 112th Congress. By grabbing such a wide portfolio — especially in national security matters — Issa is also laying down a marker of sorts, which could cement his panel as the go-to place for investigations.
An order for hearings has not been set and witnesses have not yet been notified. The committee staff is still moving offices, and subcommittees are currently being organized. Hearings aren’t likely to begin until late January or early February.
Issa’s broad portfolio of investigations — some of which could target the Obama administration — harks back to the days of Rep. Henry Waxman (D-Calif.), who squared off against the Bush administration, and Rep. Dan Burton (R-Ind.), who picked fights with former President Bill Clinton’s White House.

I would hope that he investigates Obama himself. He is illegally occupying the office of president and there are many questions about his past that have not be answered, ie his lack of a birth certificate, his travel to Pakistan in 1980, his many social security numbers, his education at Columbia University and the fact that no one remembers him being there, his applying for and receiving financial aid as a foreign student. He is a fraud and is out to destroy America. Someone needs to have the guts to stand up to him and his one-world government bosses.
I hope this is a real honest to goodness comeuppance where evil men (read liberals) are bloodied. Conservatives – who wimp out or play politics – do not deserve to be in office.

Where to begin investigating? We need to go all the way back to Franklin Delano Roosevelt and his New Deal where we took a tangent to our Constitution. There is nothing in this New Deal that was compatible with our Constitution and that is the foundation for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac which set the course for the Mortgage meltdown. These two entities are also posited on the template of the Tennessee Valley Authority and the Rural Electric Administration.

These rules and mandates, such as Liability Insurance closed down many opportunities because the cost of the insurance was too high to manage. Along with that there have been health regulations that is strangling the dairy industry, has put local butcher shops out of business, concentrated the meat packing industry into too few hand and set the course for massive meat recalls. It all boils down to Roosevelt believing we could prosper by scarcity. Reduce farm output, reduce business output by restricting the use of machinery so more people would be hired and in many other way set the course that we are on today with the devastating results we are now observing. there is no government agenda that can solve this problem for there is no way for the government to create the necessary energy to make it work.
I hope that Congressman Darrel Issa will subpoena Obama;s birth documents along with all of his closed records when Congress convenes next week. If Obama is proved to be ineligible then all of his bills are nil and void therfore saving alot of money to investigate every illegal thing he has done then go after the rest of them. Will he do this No because noone wants to touch the subject and Issa must also go when he is up for re-election. The only way to save this country is to remove Obama as he will continue his agenda by going around Congress.

There is absolutely no question that Obama is not eligible to be president, start with he isn't a natural born citizen as required by article 2 section 1 of the Constitution, follow that up with massive evidence he was born in Kenya, and no proof he was born in Hawaii, then move on to the FACT that he used the name Barry Soetoro, was almost certainly adopted by his step-father Lolo Soetoro and became an Indonesian citizen, and as far as can be determined never legally changed his name back to Barack Obama when he returned to the U.S.A., most likely as an illegal alien.
What most people know is that the Associated Press (AP) is one of the largest, internationally recognized, syndicated news services. What most people don’t know that is in 2004, the AP was a “birther” news organization.
How so? Because in a syndicated report, published Sunday, June 27, 2004, by the Kenyan Standard Times, and which was, as of this report, available online.
The AP reporter stated the following:
Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barrack Obama, appeared set to take over the Illinois Senate seat after his main rival, Jack Ryan, dropped out of the race on Friday night amid a furor over lurid sex club allegations.
This report explains the context of the oft cited debate, between Obama and Keyes in the following Fall, in which Keyes faulted Obama for not being a “natural born citizen”, and in which Obama, by his quick retort, “So what? I am running for Illinois Senator, not the presidency”, self-admitted that he was not eligible for the office. The inference seems inescapable: Obama himself was putting out in 2004, that he was born in Kenya.
The difficulty in finding this gem of a story is hampered by Google, which is running flak for Obama: because if you search for “Kenyan-born US Senate” you wont find it, but if you search for the phrase without quotes you will find links which talk about it.

This is great news. We the people always knew Obama decided he was the elected Dictator and to hopefully keep his hands clean,directed all these heavy handed regulations to variious departments of Government, so he could control us, but could not be blamed. Please look into the FDA to see why they are regulating the veternarian drugs – especially vetsulin for our pets. This is really hurtful to clients as well as their pets. It now costs me more for the vetsulin and my Vet has little control over it. He has some patients who have been taken off the vetsulin and placed on people insulin, which is expensive and some of the animals are not able to live because of the cost. Also, I read that the Health Care Bill (Obamacare) contains a clause that requires home owners to pay a 3.8% tax to the government of healthcare every time they sell a home. Please let the public be aware of this. This is highway robbery and unconstitutional!!
