In late January, Liberty Legal Foundation lead attorney Van Irion argued before Georgia Administrative Judge Michael Malihi that Barack Obama was constitutionally ineligible to hold the office of president because he did NOT satisfy the Article II requirement of being a “natural born citizen” of the United States. Irion’s argument was based on precedent derived from an 1875 Supreme Court ruling that stated:
“The Constitution does not in words say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their parents. As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first.”
On February 3rd, Judge Malihi ignored this precedent of the 1875 court along with the language of the Constitution itself, claiming in a stunningly iniquitous ruling that Obama was indeed a natural born citizen and therefore eligible for the presidency, regardless of the fact his father was never a citizen of the United States. The contempt the judge displayed for ethical legal and judicial standards in arriving at this decision has been discussed at length by attorneys and lay people.
But attorney Irion has put the reprehensible conduct displayed by Judge Malihi and a number of his colleagues on the bench in terms far more important than those that describe only the legal improprieties. For three years, judges faced with the Obama eligibility question have been frightened into lawless decisions by the threat of negative repercussions to their judicial careers.
Yet, as Irion writes, “when you consider how many Americans have suffered and died to protect our Constitution, it is amazing…that so many judges are so selfish that they are unwilling to simply uphold their oath of office and acknowledge the truth.”
Countless Americans have exhibited the extraordinary courage and honor necessary to sacrifice, even die, for their country and their heritage. But these qualities have become strangers to far too many in the American judiciary, causing citizens to lose all respect for both the meaning and rule of the law.
What a disgrace, that judges are too cowardly to defend with a pen the nation and Constitution so many have died defending with a gun.

Col. L akin was willing to get court martialed so that he could ask for “discovery” and see Obama’s proof he is the legal president. But, after the colonel was pointedly warned “consider the effect this is having on your family”, he took a plea, spent time in jail, and lost all of his benefits. Why did he do this?
Three men who were rumored to be sexually involved with Obama at Rev. Wright’s church are now dead. Two were murdered and one died of an “infectious disease”. Andrew Breitbart died of a “heart attack” on the day he was gong to reveal information about Obama. A morgue technical photographer on the case died suddenly. The witness who saw Breitbart collapse and reported Breitbart had a white band around his forehead and a bright red face, has disappeared. A witness in the passport file snooping was shot in the head. Obama is leaving a trail of death in his wake, Judges are either bribed or threatened to rule in his favor. They don’t want to die.

I agree totally. Every time a judge rules in favor of the pretender, I think, ‘what a low-life’, that so many have fought and died for his right to disagree with the pretender. The balls this country was built with fell out of those judges’ pants on their way to the bench. Since fox no longer allows comment, I went to the cnn site to comment on Trump’s remarks earlier today. They and msnbc are falling all over each other to discredit the Donald and Romney for even thinking ineligibility. I made a very respectful remark (I was in enemy territory) about how all blobama had to do to put the issue to bed was release the document for examination. If this election is going to be as close as thought, why wouldn’t he want clear up what may be a tipping point. cnn did not let my post on the board. But, if you want to criticize anything ‘birther’, you have a place. I was surprised but not after I read all the hateful comments. Boy, those libs got some dirty mouths.
I, too, am disenchanted with Fox. It’s all about where the $ is. Why do you think he spent so much time in CA and Hollywood? That’s where a good portion of the $ is and his silver (forked) tongue is akin to make-believe movie productions. I wouldn’t go see, purchase or rent a movie if ya paid me. Why give them the royalties so they can support this imposter-in-chief? The more $ he garners, the more people he can buy or threaten or make disappear. Corrupt $ now rules our country.

There is reasonable doubt that the Senate and House should look into having a more thurough investigation of Obama’s credentials! I can hardly wait when the Supremos rule on Obama care! If they rule in favor of it I would say the fix is in! These sleeper lower Federal judgeships were appointee’s from the Carter, Clinton,and Obama administrations and a few bad ones were appointed by Republican Administrations since Reagan! Liberalism is alive and well in the Judicial of this country!
As I have posted and commented many times I believe there are too many people who have been bought, bribed, blackmailed or threatened and more on the list. If this statement is not true this illegal, phony, lying POTUS would not be in office. Of course there are the people who worship at BHO’s feet and believes he will never do wrong.

The only mistake that I believe attorney Irion made was to limit his comments towards Judges, he should have included absolutely every single Member of Congress since not one of them will honor their oath of office, which was “to protect the American people from enemies both foreign and domestic.” I wonder if any of our illustrious elitists Members of Congress read any of these blog’s? I suspect not they are having too much fun traveling around the world first class on the tax payers dime, is that not right Congressman Jeff Flake and Matt Salmon, let’s not forget to include Arizona’s finest RINO, Senator John McCain who has been at the public trough for over twenty-two years. I suspect his career as a Senator will soon end and all that I can say when it does, is good riddance.
Harleyguy, you are 100% correct. Every Member of Congress is guilty of treason for failing to uphold their Oath of Office and the Constitution.
Sen. John McCain should be recalled and if I thought there was any chance of that happening in AZ, I would be leading the efforts. He, and every Congressional Member who voted for McCain’s NDAA should resign their elected office immediately.
Rep. Jeff Flake has been in Congress for 5 or 6 terms after promising he would serve only 2. He laughed this year when asked about it and said, “I lied.” He may be one of the most fiscally responsible Representatives, but he doesn’t respect the Constitution. Time he is also not returned to office–in any capacity. The last thing we need is another Senator who doesn’t respect the Constitution. I had high hopes for Wil Cardon to fill Jon Kyl’s Senate seat, but Cardon’s interview at ‘Hot Spot’ showed he also doesn’t think he has any responsibility to uphold the Constitution.
Gov. Brewer and SOS Ken Bennett have caved to political correctness and a complete failure to support and defend the Constitution. I think Sheriff Arpaio and past AZ Senator Russell Pearce are the only 2 elected officials from Arizona who actually do support the Constitution. I hope Pearce is elected from his new District. I wish he would run for Governor of AZ–or would have run for Kyl’s Senate seat.
Judge Malihi is without doubt intellectually dishonest in his ruling and is little more than a political hack. He is unable to lift himself above paretisan politics and defend the truth as his oath demanded. Therefore Judge Malihi is really himself disqualified to sit on the bench. He should be impeached! Barack Obama is not constitutionally qualified to hold the office of President of the United States of America. He is a fraud and a pretender! His own grandmother said he was born in what is now Kenya, and that she was there! Obama has gone out of his way to hide documents of his past, and because of his behavior, it is the feeling of most honest Americans that he is attempting to hide evidence of his crime. But, God knows, and Obama will face judgment! There is no doubt of that!
Do not lose respect for both the meaning and the rule of the law. We are fighting invisible enemies: international bankers and globalists. International bankers first appeared in the XI century as the Templar, and from them they have evolved into secret societies international bankers and now globalists. The Trilateral commission , Council for Forgein Affairs and the Bilderberger, to name a few there are a lot more, are but a few examples of who is controling the world. These cabals have been placing communists in the midst of our government for the longest; getting ready of the Fed would be one way to clip their wings, it’s going to take a while to get rid of them, take heart, be strong and unrelenting.
Judges, you can never tell. Remeber Antonin Scalia a Circuit judge who squeezed into the Supreme Court by looking the other way in an election stealing case, perk granted by the RNC no less. Read “Votescam” by Collier & Collier before November.
I feel Hawaii is hiding the the truth from the world… so they would be just as guilty as Obama for not forcing the issue out in the open. What happened is she was in Kenya when she had Obama… She told Obama’s granny she needed to get back to the states… but the granny said she couldnt leave or she would have the baby on the plane… so she had the baby there… and as soon as she had him… she called her Mother in Hawaii to tell of his birth… which Granny immediately gave to the hospital and to the Newspaper… that’s how that birth certificate got in there.. His mother wanted to make sure he had an american birth certificate… and that’s the reason he has no foot print on that birth certificate in Hawaii.. ( his Mother did the same thing with his half sister who was born in Indonesia… she told them on HER birth certificate.. she was born in Honolulu cause she wanted her to be an american citizen too. So Hawaii is being dishonest when it says he was born there when they knew he was not…
In Arpaio’s film… he went there to look on all births 3 days before Obama’s birth and 3 days after his birth… there were NO births shown at that time.. those days were OPEN…. none… then they checked the flights from Kenya.. England, Germany, and elsewhere… to see how many American citizens had flights during that time from out of those countries to the USA.. there were NONE. So she couldnt have had him in Hawaii or even come home soon enough … cause there were no flights coming in. Besides that.. it had something to do with her schooling.. that was also mentioned…but it was Obama’s Granny in Hawaii who had them put that in the paper and at the hospitals records too.. but when Arpaio saw there were NO births for 7 days duing that timespan… that told him volumes…. Obama KNOWS he was not born here… and even his BEST buddy Bill Ayres’ Mother told the Postman she had a foreign exchange student living with her.. which was OBAMA… the Postman told this himself… and what reason would he have for lying. NONE. Cause Obama was a foreign exchange student from Indonesia…. but he will lie, lie, lie, lie, with the straightest face ever… cause his whole life has been nothing but a lie… he’s used to it. He was NOT born here in the USA…now all you die hard Obama fans can say other wise… then ask yourself how come he has a Connecticut Social Security Card and Number when he never lived there??? You can only get a card if you live in that state.
His Birth Certificate is a forgery. He knows it and everyone else knows it….. and the Hospital knows it too… but they want him to be born there… so they will cover for him… they are just as guilty as he is…. so is Michelle… She slipped one time when she went to Kenya.. and said… to her kids or someone .. this is Obama’s home country. or something to that affect.
