No hearings into Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility to hold the office of President of the United States will be held nor or any even scheduled, a spokeswoman for House Majority Leader Eric Cantor said on Wednesday, March 21, at 1:04 p.m. “NO,” she answered in curt reply to the question, “Do You Have Any Hearings Scheduled?” even though Obama does not pass an E-verify check and the Arpaio investigation by seasoned law enforcement and legal personnel turned up very credible evidence of “fraud and forgery” in birth certificate and selective service documents on file for the sitting president!
Attorney Larry Klayman, founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch USA, filed a lawsuit in Broward Country Florida on behalf of Democrat Michael Voeltz, on March 20, citing suspicions that Obama might not have been born in the U.S. and the fact that his father never was a U.S. citizen.”
Florida is unique because the state “has a policy of not printing presidential candidates’ names on the general election ballot if the candidate does not meet the constitutional qualifications.”
The Klayman lawsuit, according to World Net Daily, contends that “the requirement for natural-born citizenship, which is found in the U.S. Constitution, was intended to prevent foreign influences from influencing an American President.” As Klayman filed his lawsuit in an attempt to keep Obama off of the Florida presidential election ballot, he expressed concerns that sympathizing with and taking actions that benefit foreign interests, and not interests of the United States and her citizens, have been “WITNESSED by the American people during President Obama’s term in office!”
Sheriff Joe Arpaio feels the media are covering up the results of his investigation in spite of the fact that the man who has charge of America’s nuclear arsenal cannot even get his social security number to pass an E-verify check! “The laws and courts are a sham…this is worse than anarchy,” says another attorney challenging Obama’s NBC status, Van Irion of Liberty Legal Foundation.
The pitiful display in Georgia courts only was made worse when word came out that two days after Judge Michael Malihi decided on behalf of Obama and his attorney, neither of whom even bothered to show up to a court ordered appearance, the state received an $8.5 billion guaranteed loan to build a nuclear plant with a two year history of design challenges.
America is in serious trouble, perhaps the worst since it fought its own Revolution.
When Congress is refusing to hold hearings into this grave matter and the U.S. judicial system is just tossing this political hot potato around the country’s courtrooms using one technicality after another as a dodge, the questions must be asked: “What will happen to America? Will she survive under our Constitution? Will we survive? Will our children, our grandchildren?” And where are those foreign interests driving this Constitutional crisis?

I have written to both senators and my representative about the compelling evidence submitted by Sheriff Arpaio, asking for their opinion and requesting their support for an investigation. NONE of them has even bothered to reply – absolute silence. After waiting 3 weeks, I no longer expect a reply. The subject is just too toxic for them – republicans as well as dems.
I also wrote to Limbaugh, O’Reilly and Hannity, and again – silence. All 3 are bright conservatives and well-informed, so how can they ignore the evidence? I am left with the conclusion that they, their networks, and possibly advertisers have been threatened and intimidated into silence. Very scarey!
As concerned citizens, we have to keep the pressure on ourselves, and support only those who insist on a complete investigation of this forgery. Don’t give up – it’s too important to the future of our country.
Ditto!! I even called in to our local radio show when our Congressman was on LIVE!! The topic was Arpaio”s press conference. He stone-walled, said he supported Boehner, etc. I asked him what Congress was prepared to do in light of the PROVEN forged records. “Well, first we have to take back the Senate and the Presidency….” I cut him off and let him have it! I told him if we would have had men like Congress back in 1776, we would still be British subjects.

Neither Rep. Frank Lucas (R-OK) nor Senators Inhofe (R-OK) and Coburn (R-OK) will do anything about this matter. I have personally addressed Lucas at town hall meetings on the issue and he very impatiently let me know that this is a non-issue. For the life of me I can’t understand why they’re all covering up for the Kenyan. I just don’t know. I do know that time is running out for Conservative Americans to be able to put a stop to the loss of their freedoms and rights. The only chance we have to fix this mess is to vote Obama and his followers out of office and get some people with some integrity (preferably no lawyers). URStrange – you may be on to something regarding Rubio and Jindahl. Makes sense anyhow, more than any other possible explanation for why the RNC and Republican congressmen are refusing to even talk about Obama’s elibibility. I’ve said the same thing about Rubio to my friends – if Obama is not a natural born citizen, neither is Rubio, which is one reason I feel he is a terrible choice for VP. At least Rubio and Jindahl are clearly citizens, while there is grave doubt about Obama.
Clearly our elected officials are not representing our interests. Sheriff Arpaio is a law enforcement officer with approximately 50 years of experience. His appointed cold case posse (unpaid) was hand picked for their skills that they possess. These hand picked volunteers invested 6 months of their lives attempting to clear up the cloud of suspicion around the President, instead however, they found evidence of fraud. If congress questions the Sheriff’s findings, then maybe they should hold their own investigation and not sweep this under the rug. Congress not holding their own investigation only makes them complicit if any crimes have been committed. If Sheriff Arpaio completes his investigation within another 6 months, and if his investigation reveals that in fact crimes have been committed, then we either have a lot of fish to fry, or our country will dissolve. A travesty for America either way.
