WASHINGTON – Congressman Steve Stockman (R-Texas 36) released the following statement Friday after a federal appeals court ruled President Obama’s three recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board violated constitutional restrictions on recess appointments. The three appointments were ruled invalid, and the NRLB no longer has a quorum to conduct business.
“I am not surprised a federal court has ruled President Obama abused his power and engaged in unlawful executive actions. President Obama sees the rule of law as a curious antiquity. Millions of Americans gave President Obama this historic opportunity at the Presidency. Rather than focus on the economy, President Obama has so far squandered their trust on reckless power grabs. I hope this strong judicial rebuke will humble President Obama and cause him to reconsider his ill-guided actions and agenda.
“No matter their party affiliation or political opinions, all members of Congress should be concerned when the executive branch assumes for itself unchecked, unlawful and unconstitutional new powers. Each of have a moral duty to consider the long-term impact of our actions, instead of the immediate partisan political benefits.
“That is why I and Senator Paul have introduced legislation restoring executive actions to their constitutional boundaries. H.R. 410, the “Restore the Constitution Act,” is an important first step toward restoring our constitutional system of separation of powers, which is necessary for a healthy and secure republic.”

Next it will be global warming, then it will turn to gay rights. Let me say something about gay rights. This is an issue that is repulsive because gays have the same rights as anyone else. What Obama and his handlers want is to make gays, like blacks, and give them priority over everyone else in getting an education, housing, and anything else the government is involved in. We need leaders to oppose Obama at every turn because without opposition, he will violate the constitution every day. John Boehner and McConnell need to enforce the constitution; not cave to every Democrat whelm. So far, we have not seen them do this. One issue that needs resolved is voting fraud by Democrats.
Great move gentlemen as it has been awhile since I have really felt some faith in America’s system. Don’t stop now but rein this outlaw Obama in and put him on trial for his treasoness activities that he has tried to rammed down our throats. Hopefully what goes around, comes around.

Obama has been trashing it and taking an end run around Congress for the past 4 years. So we as citizens have to depend on our elected representatives to Congress to be aware and keep obama “in his place”. We didn’t intentionally elect a dictator, but that’s what we have. Word is via Carney that Obama thinks they are wrong. IN addtion word is that the NRLB is continuing business as usual and laughing off this rulling. Anybody surprised?
Not that Obama will pay any attention to the Appeal Court, but they finally got something right.
The Constitution states the President has the power to appoint only if the vacancy, itself, occurs during a congressional (Senate) recess–which did not happen for any of these appointments or the NRLB appointment. And IF the vacancy occurs during a congressional recess, any Presidential appointment is only good through the close of the next congressional (Senate) session–where presumably, the Senate has a chance to either confirm or deny the appointment. If no Senate confirmation of the appointment is made, the appointment ends, the position again becomes vacant while the Senate has been in session, and the President still has no constitutional authority to make a ‘vacancy’ appointment.
The only solution to eliminate this problem is to remove the terrorist from office. All is talk at this point and it is just like the saying goes. When all is said and done, more will be said than done ! The time is right for the removal of Obama from office because he is now getting heat on everything he is attempting to do. Myself, i am anticipating that he will brazenly trample on the 2nd Amendment and there will be hugely strong grounds for impeachment immediately. One thing that has to be constantly established is that Barack Hussein Obama is not playing with a full deck. Look at his past that consists of a bizarre complexity of sordid perversion, mentally and physically. Obama has a past of radical, Communist ,Muslim influence as well as perverted homosexual experiences along with a crack cocaine drug addiction. Obamas mind is chemically imbalanced in every aspect of his thought process. Case in point, what normal individual would derive pleasure from killing innocent children and women by predator drones ? What normal individual would openly speak about drone killings in an open forum with a statement like this ; I HAVE TWO WORDS FOR YOU, PREDATOR DRONES. YOU WILL NEVER SEE THEM COMING ! If Rep. Stockman and Sen. Paul believe this, why haven’t they fought against the usurper’s occupation of the Presidency, itself. Why does Obama even have the opportunity to continue abusing the Constitution? Have either one of these Members representing both Houses of Congress ever stated for the record that Obama is NOT a natural born citizen and therefore, NOT a constitutional president? Has either one stated for the record that EVERY Bill, Action, Order, Appointment, etc. that Obama has made is unconstitutional and that the Americans should not have to rely on an activist Judiciary to occasionally support the Constitution?
Hopefully, Rep Stockman and Senator Paul are not ike Colin Powell and think the Republican Party has moved too far to the right. Just yesterday, Powell questioned why some people in the Republican Party are pursuing Obama’s eligibility to be president. Powell used the term “birthers” to describe these patriots. It would be nice if someone stepped up and held Obama accountable for his fraudulant birth certificate, his selective service registration papers, his attending college as a foreign student, and his traveling to Pakistan when American Citizens were restricted from traveling there in the early 80′s. Since Obama’s political Party is so corrupt they never vetted him properly, we are stuck with a usurper occupying the White House. The next four years are going to be turbulent and Colin Powell needs to stop his attack on everything Republicans try to accomplish. He should be supporting the Party instead of being a racist and supporting Obama simply because they are both black. He will never agree, but this is the reason he voted for Obama in 2008 and 2012. Republican leaders like Reagan and Bush Sr plucked him from the ranks and gave him special priviledges. That, and only that, is why he succeeded in the military.

32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture–education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.
33. Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere with the operation of the Communist apparatus.
34. Eliminate the House Committee on Un-American Activities.
35. Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI.
36. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions.

38. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand [or treat].

Shortly after announcing her list of over 150 weapons that Diane “Pistol Packin’” Feinstein proposes to ban in the United States, she called her longtime friend and confidante Hugh Betcha for an exclusive interview. Hugh, winner of the 2013 Most Trusted Reporter in America Award by MSNBC—a man who walks with kings and princes and has equal access to all branches of government—hopped in the Stoos Views corporate jet and arrived in California where he met with the Senator in her office.
As she finished cleaning her MAC 10 machine pistol, Feinstein, clad in desert BDUs, turned to greet her guest.
“I suppose you heard about the proposed legislation,” she said to her friend, wasting no time getting to the point.
“Yeah, seems a little extreme to me,” said Hugh, “’specially since you’ve been packin’ for awhile yourself.”

“Yes but banning every type of rifle and pistol known to man seems overkill to me,” Hugh suggested. “What about the Second Amendment?”

“Guess I did not read the fine print on your proposed bill,” Hugh replied.
“Well the footnote is important. We are proposing to ban the 150 weapons on my list—sent forth in the proposed bill—but not for everyone.”
“Meaning?”
“Well there are exceptions,” the Senator replied.
“Such as…”
“Well, the proposed act provides for certain important exceptions for folks in critical categories to wit: Mayor Bloomberg’s bodyguards, Bob Costas’ NBC body guards, any bodyguards while protecting newspapers who “out” all law abiding citizens who possess guns in their private homes, all guards who protect President Obama’s children at school, and liberal Senators.”
“That sounds unfair…”
“Well, we are not opposed to gun ownership per se; rather we are just concerned about those right wing NRA types, Tea Partyers, Bitter Clingers and deer hunters who need more than two shots to kill a deer—all of whom might someday use one of these banned weapons to commit a crime. You can never tell.”
“Where does it all end? Aren’t you headed down a slippery slope here when you start to ban anything that might conceivably be used to injure or maim?”
“Well, funny you should mention this. That is already in the works.”

“Only when anything which might, in the hands of the wrong person, conceivably injure someone else is regulated. We, the Government, have the obligation and the right to ensure the public safety. And we know what’s best for the citizens of the country.”
