A column on a “right wing” website suggesting an Islamic motivation for last week’s Fort Hood shooting massacre may help generate a backlash against American Muslim soldiers, according to CNN.
On CNN’s American Morning show yesterday, reporter Carol Costello quoted the mother of a Muslim U.S. soldier as fearing “a backlash against Muslim American soldiers.”
“She knows some are already reaching conclusions as to why Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan allegedly opened fire on his fellow soldiers,” Costello stated.
Continued Costello: “The right-wing website, Pajamas Media, is an example. Phyllis Chesler writing, ‘I knew in my bones that the shooter or shooters were Muslim. We must connect the dots before it’s too late.’”
Costello was referring to a Pajamas Media column entitled “The Jihadist is always the victim,” in which Chesler quoted from widespread reports of Hasan’s ties to militant Islam.
Chesler wrote, “The only answer most people want to hear is that a lone, psychiatrically deranged shooter did it. All by himself, on his own.”
“They may be right. Sometimes. And yet…The same Instant Personal Jihad Syndrome once led another Palestinian, Sirhan Sirhan, to shoot Robert Kennedy in cold blood.”

Where’s the outcry from Obama when this man mowed down upteen American soldiers sometime ago… at For hood – and as yet to be tried – what’s Obama waiting for… is he hoping it will all blow away and forgotten? Yet Obama comes unglued with a derranged man shoots and kills a room full of children and now WANTS to ban guns….. Why wasn’t Obama just as upset over those American soldiers as he was this recent happening espcially after he’s pressing for new gun laws… Where was he THEN…. ? And where is is NOW? He speaks with a ‘forked’ tongue…. you know.. like snakes have.

Comment: And who, pray tell, would initiate this 'backlash' General? Are you so afraid of an imaginary response that you are deliberately avoiding the REAL threat that people like Major Hasan pose? What kind of a ‘soldier’ are you, who worries more about imagined retaliation, which has never occurred, more than the documented threats which occur every day. Islamists announce their intentions to destroy us every day of the week, but you say NOTHING about their threats! You are sick and so is everyone who suffers from the disease of political correctness. It scares me to think that our security is in the hands of an idiot like you!

The explanations of Major Hasan's killing spree in Fort Hood as due to "mental stress" or "Islamic jihadism" are not incompatible when one realizes that all radicals Islamists who believe and practice the Koranic admonition to kill infidels are by definition mentally deranged. It was his religion that caused the Major to go over to the dark side, not any 'mistreatment' by the US Army. "There are moderate Muslims, but there is no moderate Islam" the courageous Geert Wilders has said.
It galls me, makes me want to puke, I am sick and tired of politically correct "americans" kowtowing to the "Muslims" "Islam", and painting them as always the "VICTIM". Do they not hear what the "Muslims" speak, like in New York Dawah 2 days ago, that it is okay to kill americans. It's okay, they attacked a military base and no civilians were killed as in Iraq and Afganistan. They don't target "civilians", only Infidals, kufars, Jews and Christians. They are hateful and full of arrogance when they rant about killing us. Hate speech not by the Hate Crimes Bill signed into law by the obamanation last saturday, but protected religious speech! Can you follow that? Free speech cause its their religion, its their right under the constitution! If I pratted the same words against them, I would be charged with committing a "hate crime" because God Forbid, I've offended them!! Are you catching this? If a "Muslim" reads the quran, they read the same "quran" that the "radicals" read. If they are not attending the mosque 5 times a day, for prayer they are an apostate and the same reckoning that applies to me as a non-believer should be perpetuated against them as well! Now that's logical isn't it?
