  1. Bad teachers is a LOCAL MATTER. Parents NEED to go to their LOCAL district and DEMAND “change”.

    I’m a teacher and don’t like the way “my union” takes my dues and uses it for Liberal causes so I take advantage of the ability to get part of my dues back. Before teacher unions, some principals thought they were kings and the teachers their servants and it’s well documented how some “kings” don’t rule very well over their servants.

  2. Teachers work 9 months, the countries economics have changed , and they’re going to have to conform with growing lower wages in every workforce. Teachers should hae to recertify minimum every 2 years, they work for the taxpayers, most teachers are great, then you have the ones with bad attitudes, could care less about kids, just there for a paycheck, they have to go. Abolish Tenure, you recirtify, work in accordance with policies, you keep your job, your junk, your fired even if you’ve been there 20 yrs. Teachers Work For The Taxpayer, The I’m God Syndrome ends, your fired.
