I DO NOT AGREE with him at all !!! Our FOREFATHERS KNEW WHAT THEY WERE SPEAKING ABOUT BECAUSE OF THE KIND OF GOVERNMENT THEY RAN AWAY FROM ! Doesn’t he know anything about our history !??!!?
We have the same problem today that our fore fathers had against England. I can see no difference at all in what is going on today that was going on in their day. They had a tyrannical government ruling them, and we have a tyrannical government ruling us,,,,Plain and simple…So with all that is going on, like taking the AR15 away from us and all the guns like it, why would the law abiding legal people of the US let the tyrannical government take the one thing that makes the playing field even and actually it doesn’t because they police and military have the M16 that is fully automatic and our AR15s are only semi automatic so they still have the upper hand with those M16s. So the only reason to take the guns from the law abiding legal citizens is a power play to make us weaker than we would be and that is the only reason to take the guns from the legal law abiding people. They just want more power over us and that just can’t be allowed to happen ..Thank GOD for the 2nd, Amendment and it just has to stay there for us and can not be taken away. And if anyone can tell me that it will save any kids by taking the AR15 away from us, then by all means take it away, but no one can win that argument because taking the AR15 away will just give the criminals and the nut jobs a easier target where there are no guns to protect our children..So leave our guns and our rights alone and we can maybe get along better…Period…
And it is of my opinion that we should buy this guy a one way ticket to Pakistan, Iraq or Iran and never allowed back into the United States.
Ship all the brain dead Liberals to China they can work them in their labor camps, cleaning Toilets.

It is one thing when the average man or woman expresses an opinion on any issue. But when a man of letters, as this professor is, his position adds weight to the argument. He gets national attention with his well reasoned opinion, while the average man or woman does not.
The learned idiot skips over the history between the founding of this nation, and the 200 million unarmed men, women and children that were murdered by their own governments. Our natural right to a method of self defense is unalienable. It was also the natural right of the unarmed that were murdered. Professor Seidman has a right to his opinion. I however, disagree with him. Our Founding Fathers had more common sense in their little finger than all of DC. The Constitution is an old docuement, but it is a very sound guide to base our laws on. It gives us a starting point and understanding of why our Founding Fathers felt strongly about giving the people the right to decide what is best to preserve a strong, prosperous, free America for the people.Yes we have a lot of lawyers in our government, however, not because we wanted them. Our election process has become crooked and fraudulent over the years. Especially in the past 6 years, money has become the real elector of our government. Also, the guides for an acceptable eligible candidate have been ignored, due to promises and deals with pay off’s of money and positions. This is why our Constitution is so very important, because foreign interests and money have been making decisions on who is elected, not We The People, as is legally stated in our Constitution. If We The People do not take control of our own country, as the Founding Fathers set up and did themselves, we will be in the servitude of the foreign interest and monied people that our Founding Fathers faught against. How do I know this, look around you!!! We are pushing the God of Fathers out of our lives, changing sacred laws set up for us to live by so we would be a strong, properous, free nation with God’s blessing. We have greatly angered God and unless we follow our Constitution and God’s word we are lost. God promised in 2 Chronicles 7:14 ” If my people called by my name will humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land”. That is the same promise He gave our Founding Fathers and look what He did for them when they obeyed Him. Are we going to be the generation that destroys this great nation and gives our Founding Fathers and our God the finger?
What a mindless and foolish thing to ever say….Myself and millions of American would rather die than give up our Constitution or any freedom rights we have and have become used to….Bring it on corrupt govt…..we’re waiting….

We’re not afraid of Obama and his offices of morons and the money hungry power greed’s… we’re just sick of all the crap going down in the name of “HIS” prosperity…. We Americans pay the taxes for the illegals as they have jobs and do not pay taxes and they probably pay about 15ct to about $1.50 a month for rent depending on how many occupy the dwelling….We have had enough……
