Wonder what the male cop after his dyke friend got to feel up two innocent women. I`ll bet the two cops went behind the nearest billboard for some more touchie feelie. I hope their nuts and boobs are sued off.
That is one cop who is headed for a world of hurt if he tries that with the wrong person. Any person should be the wrong person.
What’s gonna happen when someone gets so fed up with such assaults, that they go ballistic and shoot the LE who tries to conduct such a search? I would not blame anyone for shooting another who is assaulting them in such a manner… Meaning I wouldn’t find them guilty of anything but protecting themselves.
Don’t need a warrant these days. That’s why they got away with it…. That wasn’t the contention of the suit either. It’s not right though, what they are doing.
You absolutely don’t live in a free country, yet you support the government that votes to make you slaves. If any of you had any sense you would know that your Inalienable Rights are not up for debate and for voting on. Meaning EVERY last person in congress, president and Court Justice that partakes in justifying such is guilty of treason. (They are making war upon the people.) This also means no matter who you vote for in congress or for president, it is not gonna make one bit of difference as the system has already been corrupted to the point it can’t be reversed through votes in Washington DC. The government must be changed, starting with the states seceding. You owe your allegiance to your states and community, NOT your Federal DICTATOR!

I agree, we have the right to change tyhe whol congress and Goiv. and start over according to the constitution, same holds tru for the Supreme court if thye dont’ do their job, and they don’t. This does not feel like America to me anymore.

can these sonsabitches search like this without a warrant now? usta be they had to have a warrant in order to search even the car. this should be illegal for something as minor as marijuana espeecially.

They can use the excuse probable cause in justifying an instant search.
Reasoning is, the person, if given time in waiting for a warrant, may be able to cover up the crime. In the video, SMELL, is probable cause. To which I sat KMA to LE! That’ll give’em something to smell!
I know of similar instances of this happening over a headlight where I live a few years back. State Patrol wanted to check someone that was showing any cause while driving. He was told to be creative. He radioed back he seen a tail light flickering on and off. My brother and I actually heard this over the scanner. I also know of a couple or three people who has been on the receiving end of such treatment.
btw, a police dog acting funny can be a signal for probable cause also. This is how far these fruitcakes have deviated from reasonable searches.. If they find any drugs in oyur vehicle, they take your vehicle and you don’t get it back.

Not to worry, it’s under “investigation.” That’s the standard reponse to any wrong doing by any government agency. Glad they’re being sued and hope the women get a million dollar settlement. This Nazi type policing should not be part of our law enforcement.

These are NOT law enforcement officers, these two are both CRIMINALS of the worst kind! Fondeling and assualting citizens under color of law, it is a crime and should be dealt with as a worst case scenario of felony charge! The entire dept. of these criminals are obviously complicit in this type of crime or crimes and should all be charged, fired, sent to jail, and sued for every dime in their entire budget for the next ten years! This is the PROTECTION taxpayers are paying for? This is beyond disgusting and should be dealt with in the harshest manner possible, and if that doesn’t happen?, well then it’s time we take the law into our own hands and see how they like it!

Unfortunately people don’t understand this occurrence is now common practice happening every day. Little by little, bit by bit, the government is wearing you down until you accept it as normal routine behavior that is to be expected from LE upon the people whom it is over-seer in accordance to governmental wishes. (Meaning you’re stuck!)

Thats right, I hope she comes to this site and reads every word I just said. If that had been my wife she groped, she’d be in the ER with a boot hangin outta her big, nasty, stankin, fat, friggin, fat, nasty, sorry ass.
What this amounted to was rape. The overweight, overwide cop should be brought up on rape charges, convicted and her big cotton sack, Omar the tent maker, ass sent to the pen.
