A Comprehensive List Of Obama’s Worst Executive Orders

(Editor’s correction: This is a list of executive orders in force that outline Emergency Powers. Some of these were signed by prior US Presidents going back all the way to JFK. Obama specifically has signed executive orders starting with the number EO-13489 and forward. But these all reference powers Obama could use to limit your freedoms. There have been over 900 Executive orders put forth from Obama, and he is not even through his first term yet. He is creating a martial law ‘Disney Land’ of control covering everything imaginable. Some of the executive orders he has signed recently have been exposed thanks to ‘Friends of Conservative Action Alerts.’ They have compiled a choice list of ‘Emergency Powers, Martial law executive orders’: Get your headache medication out while you still can without a prescription.
* Executive Order 10990 allows the Government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.
* Executive Order 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.
* Executive Order 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels, and minerals.
* Executive Order 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.
* Executive Order 11001 allows the government to take over all health education and welfare functions.
* Executive Order 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.
* Executive Order 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.
* Executive Order 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate and establish new locations for populations.
* Executive Order 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways, and public storage facilities.
* Executive Order 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issues over a fifteen-year period.
* Executive Order 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.
* Executive Order 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute Industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.
* Executive Order 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit, and the flow of money in U.S. financial institutions in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when the president declares a state of emergency, Congress cannot review the action for six months.
It is more than clear that Obama is planning for the total control and takeover of America via Martial Law. Food, energy, transportation, work, banking, and health…he has it covered.
While Obama is busy pulling executive orders out of the sky to control everything inside our country, he has been issuing executive orders to force us to submit to international regulations instead of our Constitution. Sher Zieve exposed this in one of her recent articles. Damn the U.S. Constitution, damn the American people and damn U.S. sovereignty.
We must send faxes, emails, and make calls to all congressman and demand they stop Obama’s perverted, extreme, and Unconstitutional abuse of Executive Orders. It is time to demand our elected leaders start protecting America, our sovereignty, and our Constitution. So far, they seem to be protecting the Obama – Marxist takeover plans…peppered with a little U.N. and Islam.

Alabama To Agenda 21: Get Lost

Any ideas the United Nations had about taking over the State of Alabama are gone. Both Houses of Alabama’s legislature unanimously passed Senate Bill 477 (SB 477), known around Montgomery as the “Due Process for Property Rights” Act and by doing so sent a loud and clear message to anyone wishing to impose United Nations control on Alabama to back off!
While almost no Democrat media cheerleader mentioned the bill, the law will likely become the model for get tough/push back efforts against the cowards on the Left who want the United Nations to do the “dirty work” of putting America under international socialist law.
Using strong and specific language, SB 477 orders all state agencies to refuse to cooperate in any UN scheme to subvert the sovereignty of Alabama. It says, “The State of Alabama and all political subdivisions may not adopt or implement policy recommendations that deliberately or inadvertently infringe or restrict private property rights without due process, as may be required by policy recommendations originating in, or traceable to ‘Agenda 21.’ ”
The insidious Agenda 21 has been using many non-governmental organizations to work at the grassroots toward forcing One-World Government on the people of many parts of the world.
Of course, as the law points out, the UN has enlisted a broad array of non-governmental and inter-governmental organizations in its effort to foist Agenda 21 on the world — most notably a Germany-based group called ICLEI, formerly known as the International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives. But the new measure takes direct aim at that problem, too: “the State of Alabama and all political subdivisions may not enter into any agreement, expend any sum of money, or receive funds contracting services, or giving financial aid to or from” any such entities, as defined in Agenda 21 documents.
Although Agenda 21 has not passed the United States Senate, passing S B 477 with complete bipartisan support makes it clear that Alabama doesn’t trust Senate Majority Leader Democrat Harry Reid not to ram it through a la Obamacare.
Alabamians are not fooled by Democrats’ deceptive “Smart Growth” or “Green jobs” schemes that insert federal funding tentacles into the sovereign State of Alabama’s affairs.

I recall wanting to read Mein Kampf as a young kid, although to this day I have only read excerpts. I wanted to know what made this guy tick, what his thoughts were. How could someone justify such horrific actions. As I have progressed into adulthood I have only become more and more convinced that books written by psychopath killer dictators should be required reading for every single human being on the planet. In a similar vein, I remember hearing the argument back in high school that people should not read Machiavelli’s The Prince. The argument was that if people read a manual on devious thoughts, and the application of ruthless behavior to achieve one’s selfish ends, that it would permeate society and lead us all into a darker place. As soon as I heard this, of course, the first thing I did was head to the book store to buy it. I recall my reaction to the treatise vividly.
I remember thinking how absolutely asinine the argument for shielding this book from society really was. The conclusion I came to was that anyone with a truly sick, sociopathic mind wouldn’t learn anything from this book. Their minds already intuitively thought that way. Those that could be persuaded to think in that manner as a result of reading such a book were just dangerous sheeple that would sell their souls to work with a sick system. They would end up doing so anyway. Those people don’t scare me so much as the naturally devious mind does. They can be easily outmaneuvered by smarter men and women. If I am correct, then the worst possible thing we can do as a society is to pretend that this extremely small percentage of the population doesn’t exist or pose a threat to us in our everyday lives (please read my related article here). I think that most of the population of the United States (aka Disneyland) has been duped into thinking that somehow the Hitler or Stalin personalities of the world no longer exist! That somehow they just disappeared from the earth after World War 2, or more importantly, if they exist they are in some remote African country or Middle Eastern nation that just conveniently happens to have oil!

How Whistle Blowers Flipped Boehner On Holder

Just days ago, House Speaker John Boehner shocked the conservative world by at last granting his long-awaited approval for next week’s contempt of Congress vote against Attorney General Eric Holder. But it wasn’t the thought of doing what’s right for the family of Brian Terry, Jaime Zapata, or others killed in the Regime’s Fast and Furious scheme that prompted the Speaker’s decision. After all, Mr. Boehner is hardly one to risk a loss of political advantage—or more importantly, anger the national media—just because a few hundred people have been killed by his Democrat friends.
No, the very cautious Congressman Boehner and other Republican leaders at last chose to take a stand because of reports that “…at least one and perhaps two sources within the Justice Department…have approached the Issa committee seeking whistle blower status.”
For weeks, it has been suggested that House and Senate committees investigating Eric Holder’s participation in Operation Fast and Furious were receiving vital information from a leak in the Department of Justice. An example of said information is the collection of wiretap applications produced by the House Judiciary Committee last week—documents proving that Attorney General Holder and others at the Department had been lying to Congress in claiming no knowledge of ATF tactics in its scheme of smuggling guns to Mexico.
In a letter to Holder, Darrell Issa made it clear, “…the wiretap applications amply demonstrate the immense detail documenting gun walking tactics that should have prompted senior officials in the (DOJ) Criminal Division to shut down the program immediately.” Yet for the past year, Holder and his DOJ minions had maintained that the Operation was not halted because the Department knew nothing of the ATF’s reckless and illegal tactics. That was a lie, and thanks to the DOJ employee or employees now seeking whistle blower protection, Holder and his colleagues are STUCK with it.
Yesterday, Congressman Issa wrote a second letter to Holder in response to a desire to meet expressed by the Deputy Attorney General, Holder’s second-in-command. Issa makes it clear he’ll stand for no further lies or delays by the DOJ. With the contempt vote already scheduled next week and the Speaker and other House leaders apparently on board, finally persuaded by the information provided by whistle blowers that they hold a winning hand, Issa is at last in position to dictate rather than cajole. “If the Department of Justice submits a serious proposal for how it intends to alter its refusal to produce critical documents subpoenaed by the Committee, I am ready and willing to meet and discuss your proposal.”
But if the DOJ wishes to continue its game of “delay and obfuscate”, the contempt vote will take place. Republicans unwilling to take the Attorney General to task will have to defend their decision to their constituents.
Eric Holder knows he is in a very tough spot. And it took the few remaining honest officials in the Justice Department to put him there. Of course, those very courageous individuals are also responsible for convincing the weak-kneed Speaker of the House to fulfill his obligations to the people of the United States. These DOJ employees may be among the very few heroes of Fast and Furious.
The Left Is Mad And Can’t Face The Truth

And when we do break through and get coverage in the mainstream press the left goes wild with anger, bitterness and vile. Such as in this piece I ran across this morning from the Pierce County Herald.
Michael Cole’s “list” of supposed Obama “firsts” is a collection of idiotic falsehoods, misrepresentations and outright foolishness repeating the latest lies from the Obama-hater industry.
I wouldn’t waste anyone’s time debunking claims as stupid as the “Obama is a foreigner” canard, or the one about states issuing Social Security cards. An informed third-grader would know better.
The debt downgrade he refers to is a direct result of the Tea Party Republican Congress refusing to pay for debt, three-fourths of which was incurred under Republican Administrations, thanks to their trillion dollar wars, billionaire tax cuts and trillion dollar pharmaceutical subsidies charged to Medicare. This is a little like going on a six-month drunk, and then blaming your wife when she pays off the credit card bill.
The so-called “Western Center for Journalism” cited as his “source” is a sham operation run by a right-wing con artist named Floyd Brown who makes his living peddling conspiracy theories and other lies to the gullible. These date back to his ridiculous, de-bunked Vince Foster “murder” claims during the Clinton years, and the debunked, discredited “birther” nonsense under President Obama.
We are proud of our record and we are willing to measure our integrity and our facts against the left any day. And we are tired of the left claiming we are hateful. You can easily read the hatred raging in the heart of this passionate Obama lover.

The “Fair Share” Mantra Debunked

In another of our economics-in-pictures series, we have the facts on who actually pays taxes in this nation and refutes the “fair share” mantra we hear so often from Obama and the Democrats. Since 2008, when Barry and the Democrats won the White House, they have administered over a train wreck of an economy that has been in a holding pattern for at least four years waiting for better times to appear on the horizon. This has been encouraged by Obama, as he is a firm believer in the Democrats’ ever-flourishing government “Money Tree” that provides for all wants from the uneducated or indifferent electorate. Democrats embrace this principal so wholeheartedly that it has been in their election playbook since the time of Roosevelt.
So all they can now do is propose one tax, spend, and give away program after another in a vain attempt to alleviate any economic pains that follow natural business cycles. Governance is simply not in the equation when there are votes to be bought and the Democrats hegemony is on the line. It makes no difference if these policies create or exacerbate and extend the recession; it is just a natural consequence of their economic malfeasance and abrogation of leadership, which is the hallmark of Democrats in general. Detroit, Michigan is a case study in the economic realities of their disastrous “tax the other guy” policies and perspective.
Case in point: the ever-harkening cry of Obama, Democrats, and the OWS crowd is that the so-called “rich” are not paying their fair share; so let us look at who actually pays taxes:
The above graph shows that individual working stiffs that include the “rich” that Obama is constantly droning on about pay 83% of all taxes consumed by the Federal Government. The United States now has the highest corporate taxes in the world (this should give some pleasure to the OSW crowd.) This is only stifling investment and growth in this country; corporations paid only 7.9% of all tax revenues.
The remaining 9.1% of revenue comes from customs duties, excise, estate, and gift taxes. It is starkly obvious that working people of all income brackets float the government’s revenue ship by the fruits of their labors. So now, let us look at how much each income bracket actually pays as a function of collected tax revenues:
Already, we have a picture that the rich are paying a lion’s share of all federal taxes; the top 1% is paying 37% of all income taxes, the greatest proportion of income taxes. Wonder what the 99% of the OWS crowd will say about this? Next group from the graph is the top 2% to 5% who pay another 22%; when the top 1% is included, these folks are paying 59% of all federal income taxes. We have not broken out of the top 10% yet, and the so-called “rich” are paying a huge share. If we factor in the remaining 5% to bring the nation’s top 10% of earners into the picture ,we have them paying another 12% for a total tax debt load of 71%.
The remaining 90% of the nation’s taxpayers are paying only 29% of the federal government’s voracious hunger for tax dollars.
Of that amount, 40% of the top-earning taxpayers are paying only 27% of all taxes to Uncle Sam with the bottom 50% paying only a pitiful 2%. While Obama, Democrats, Marxists, Socialists, and the OWS scream “tax the rich” and “fair share,” they literally “gave at the office.” They were working hard to provide for the majority of Americans a home; two cars; cable or satellite TV; several cell phones for themselves, their spouse, and children; a dog or cat or two; a decent income; and a standard of living unrivaled in the entire world.
The bottom 50% pay only 2% of federal income taxes. It should be mentioned that it is only the top earners in this tier that pay, so 48% to 49% of Americans are getting a “free ride” from Uncle Sam in the taxpaying department. Our next graph shows the progressive nature of our current tax structure and the shifting of tax responsibility onto the rich:
This is the way it stacks up for the so-called “rich” in this nation; they can expect to pay an inordinate proportion of the amount of taxes collected by the IRS as a function of amounts they earned to taxes actually paid. The smoothed curve shows how collection practices of current tax law works. What the graph illustrates is a comparable amount of income (17% of all money earned by the 1% compared to the 13% earned by the bottom 50%) and how the amounts are taxed at rates that are so disparate that it should be illegal.
What is not shown are the 48% to 49% that do not pay any taxes since their obligation has been shifted on to wealthy taxpayers already and how our progressive tax structure is abusing these wealthy taxpayers. If we look even deeper into this data, the top 1% pay an amount of taxes that is 18.5 times (or 1850%) greater than the entire bottom 50% of taxpayers, so how much is enough and what exactly should their fair share be, Barry?
(Note: to calculate this value, divide the 37%/2% and the value is 18.5, or to put it in another context, the Bottom 50% of the people pay income taxes at a rate that is only 5% of the Top 1%’s tax rate burden.)
Is it any wonder that so many Americans are renouncing their citizenship and fleeing this nation for more sunny climates that appreciate the ability of these hard-working individuals and the revenue they can give to their government coffers? This is in stark contrast to Senator Chuck Schumer’s senate bill to strip as much wealth and dignity from Facebook co-founder Eduardo Saverin as they can since he wants to leave this nation for better treatment by his own government.
Apparently, Chuck has not read his Constitution lately as Congress is forbidden to pass or entertain any legislation that creates a “Bill of Attainder.”
We have not heard of treatment like this since the Nazis implemented this type of confiscation and extortion of wealth from the Jews in Germany when they wanted to immigrate to more friendly nations that would show them religious tolerance, that is, when they were not grabbing their wealth anyway.
This may be comparable to the wretched treatment that the despicable Nazi regime perpetrated upon them as a people prior to the “final solution” they implemented years later. This is simply a ruling class of elitists that believes they have the power to decide that they can re-direct the fruits of the hard work of these citizens to better use than they can utilize themselves. Barry’s policies are simply bringing misery to everyone equally, regardless of income or status. The success of these entrepreneurs is all around us with the highest standard of living, economic choice, and freedom in the world. Obama and his elitist snobs think they can do better; they have simply failed to show any prowess or success in their economic delusions as they stifle and snuff out the desire for anyone to entertain becoming an honest entrepreneur.
What Obama has actually done is kill the “Goose that lays the Golden Egg” as these citizens see that they are being made the scapegoat of Obama and the Democrats’ lack of governance and leadership. Their economic policies are being laid bare like open wounds hemorrhaging public debt for all to see the abject failure of any kind of cohesive strategy for economic recovery other than the vilification of anyone they deem is standing in the way of their utopian pipe dreams. Meanwhile, our economy circles the drain of their imprudently created public debt.

Why Is The “Blame Bush” Strategy Working Again?
I heard about (and then saw) a poll the other day that said 60% of those surveyed believe President Obama’s mantra of “it’s all Bush’s fault” for our current national mess. Really? Obama has put this country, in less than four years, in more debt than we had accumulated from our founding until now (236 years), and it’s Bush’s fault? Are we Americans that easily deceived? Two things account for where our country is today: The Neighborhood Reinvestment Act signed into law by President Jimmy Carter and the complete abdication of oversight with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Oh yeah, their is a third thing: an artifical housing bubble caused by the SOCIALIST PROGRESSIVE agenda pushing an artificial “level playing field” for housing.
When Bush proposed the TARP program (an enormous bailout plan for financial institutions caught in the housing scheme perpetuated by Congress), one Senator Barack Obama supported the idea, but now, it’s all Bush’s fault? Instead of cutting back on spending to buy votes and repay political cronies, Obama opened up the spigots of the United States Treasury and tried to buy financial ability. Obama basically screwed private investors in both Chrysler and General Motors in order to turn over both entities to the unions. It cost thousands of jobs to do that, but remember, it was Bush’s fault!
Obama spent tens of BILLIONS of taxpayer dollars to “jumpstart green energy”, only to see most of these companies go out of business and take our money with them….but it’s Bush’s fault? Obama’s Environmental Protection Agency is shutting down coal plants left and right, causing energy prices to “necessarily skyrocket” and hurting the people in this country who can least afford it. It will cause a lot more unemployment….but it’s Bush’s fault. Obama has placed a halt to oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico because of the BP oil spill and in spite of a federal judge’s order to resume drilling. This action has caused hundreds of thousands of layoffs in the Gulf coast region and the loss of billions in oil revenue and lost wages……but it’s Bush’s fault? Oh yeah, Obama’s decision NOT to allow the Canadians to pump their oil to us through the Keystone Pipeline has initially cost America about 20,000 good paying jobs. Obama’s decision made even the unions angry…..but it’s Bush’s fault? These energy decisions hve made us MORE dependent on the Middle East countries that really don’t like us……but again, it’s Bush’s fault!
We are borrowing 40 cents of every dollar we spend in this country because Obama and the SOCIALIST PROGRESSIVES refuse to stop spending money we don’t have. Obama refuses to put forth a workable budget (as does the Democratic Senate) because they don’t want to be held accountable for the limits on spending that a budget would impose….but that too, is Bush’s fault.
Obama and his progressive minions in Congress are pushing their power grab of our economy…er sorry, their Obamacare health plan that scars the bejesus out of businesses because of what it will eventually cost them. Contrary to what the President and progressive boosters have told the public, their health care plan will cost EVERYONE more money and add a TRILLION dollars or so to our deficit…….but it’s Bush’s fault?
Obama keeps pushing for his “jobs plan”, citing over and over again the country’s “need to hire more teachers, police, and firefighters” (which isn’t even a federal concern.) It is a local issue since it is the local municipality that has to determine its own individual personnel levels and be able to pay for the extra employees. It is NOT a federal concern unless you’re a politician concerned about the union vote……but that too is Bush’s fault?
This man, Obama, ran for the presidency of this country promising hope and change. He told everyone who would listen that HE was capable of changing the way Washington D. C. does business, but now, after failing to live up to his rhetoric, it’s Bush’s fault? It seems that Mr. Obama is not willing to take the blame for any of his failed policies but is more than willing to try and take the credit for what others have done. Obama denigrates the wealthy as some kind of slimy evil incarnate, yet thinks nothing of running to them with his hand out for campaign cash. He wants to level the”playing field”, but it costs on average about $35,000 to attend one of his fundraisers. Seems like the wealthy pay MORE than their fair share just to get a picture taken with him. His insatiable appetite for campaign cash is Bush’s fault, somehow? Personally, I’d rather have someone in the White House who doesn’t keep blaming other people for his failures to both listen to sound advice and act in the best interest of the American people instead of a few special interest groups. Obama says the economy is fine, so why then doesn’t Bush get some of the credit for that?
My solution is simple. Why doesn’t Mr. Obama take up running , get away from the White House, and find out what’s really going on in the real world……like Bush did? If the American people are going to believe this BS and let Obama get away with taking absolutely NO responsibility for his presidency and it’s policies, what are they going to do if he gets re-elected and really doesn’t care? Or is that Bush’s fault too?
