May 20, 2013 TPATH- Everyone who watches Glenn Beck on his internet show knows, he begins  each broadcast by announcing, “Welcome to the Glenn Beck Show, the  network you are building.   Glenn may have been correct in that  statement since TPATH and many others have not only linked to his TV  Show, his radio show and his many publications and events, but also,  thousands of us have called cable and satellite companies in an effort  to get them to take Glenn Beck TV.

This past week, Mr. Beck, who has been called the “Conspiracy King”, and his two fawning boot lickers on the radio, decided to alienate 75% of  those “building his network”.  Beck, for some reason, only known to him, felt it necessary, once again, to take on the so called Birthers.  The  condescending, flippant sarcasm, the bunching together of those who have spent years reading and understanding the facts about Obama’s  ineligibility and then relegating them into a gaggle of fools and  idiots, would have made Saul Alinsky and Kieth Obermann proud.  (by the  way, where is Kiethy Boy theses days?)

It is important to point out that Beck does some good work, in fact some great work.  Most of which has been ridiculed by the very same people  he now appears to be aligning himself with.  The big question here  is…Why?

Its quite interesting that Glenn would choose this time, when Comrade  Obama and his cadre of leftist crooks, fabricators and liars are being  exposed for not only what they are, but for what they have been, to  attack those who are concerned that we have an illegal President.  Also, relating to this, Beck has been bedside himself when the mainstream  media either ignored or labeled him a conspiracy nut as he was putting  together evidence concerning the Saudi terrorist the State Department  secreted out of the country after the Marathon bombing.

Hey Glenn, welcome to the club, Buddy.

Over the years Glenn’s prognostications have been, while not always spot on, very close to what we are seeing today, throughout the world.  For  that work he needs to be complimented and praised.  But at the same  time, all of these many “theories” that he has investigated, organized  into cute little charts on the blackboard, can’t hold a candle to the  reams of information, proven facts, hidden and forged documents  relating  the mystery man occupying our White House.  Again, the  question screams…..Why?


Before I speculate on what could be behind Glenn’s seemingly intentional ignorance, purposeful antagonism and frankly, completely flabbergasting position he has taken on the eligibility and forgeries of Obama, the  following list of Obama Issues, most of which have been thoroughly  investigated by some very capable people and ignored by Beck, should  make one wonder why someone so into conspiracies would chose to not only evade and disdain but belittle those who are most likely to support  him.

  • Obama’s father was never an American citizen. 
  • Article II of our Constitution requires the President to be “Natural born”.  Obama is not.
  • Obama stated many times and wrote about his being Kenyan.
  • Anyone who can dial a phone could put a birth announcement in the paper in Hawaii.
  • No one, except a progressive Obama minion in Hawaii, has seen Obama’s original birth certificate. Not one person!
  • Obama’s passport has been hidden because  it may show he was listed as Kenyan during his trips to Pakistan during a time that American citizens were forbidden to travel there.
  • Federal records, in the form of  microfiche, which track every person coming into or leaving the country  have been altered and the two week period that would show if Obama’s  mother left the country with an infant are the only records missing over a forty year period.
  • The visitor’s log book from the hospital  where Obama was supposed to be born, has been concealed and removed from public view because it probably shows no visitors to Obama’s momma  before, during or after the supposed birth.  That would be pretty much  impossible unless, she wasn’t there.
  • Not any of the two Hawaiian hospitals where Obama claims he was born in will go on record as saying he was in fact, born there.
  • Obama’s mother’s passport has been found  for the period of her trips to Kenya around the time Obama was supposed  to be born.  If a guardian (parent) takes an infant out of the country,  that infant’s picture and information would have to be, by Federal Law,  added to the guardian’s passport.  His mother’s passport did not have  that information on it.  Clearly, this indicates she left before Obama  was born.
  • The birth certificate the Divider N Chief  posted on the internet is a forgery.  There is no doubt about that.   Even if one would overlook a President lying to the American people,  forging legal documents is a crime.
  • Obama has used several Social Security numbers including one issued in a state where he never lived.
  • There is no evidence that Obama ever  legally changed his name, but everyone knows he was called by several  names and enrolled in schools both in Africa and America under names not “Obama”.
  • Obama filled out election documents and  stated that he was never known by or did he ever use another name except Obama.  This is a crime.
  • The Selective Service required “citizens”  to sign up with them at the age of 18.  Obama clearly never did that.   Most likely he didn’t have to, since he was not a citizen.  When a  political career became apparent,  a Selective Service card for Obama  was fabricated.  This is also a crime.

There is more. Much more.  But considering the  penchant for conspiracies awash in Beck’s DNA, one must wonder why these things do not warrant just a bit of cogitation. 


Of course, if like some others, Glenn has decided not to pursue any of  this because he believes the politicians, the judicial system and the  country have become so corrupt, these issues will never go anywhere and  there are other more viable things that need attention, he could be  forgiven for that.  But he has spent hours trashing those who believe  every aspect of our Constitution should be protected. This does not make sense.


Some of us who watch the information highway closely, have seen bitter  rivalries arise between between radio talk show hosts and internet  hosts.  One of the most unpleasant of these engagements has been  festering between Beck and Alex Jones of Info Wars.  Alex Jones, an  aggressive and ever vigilant watchdog of our runaway government has long accused Beck of purloining data and research from his website and not  giving credit to him.


Without being specific, I have noticed that Info Wars was in front on  issues that later Glenn did talk about.  Whether that constitutes theft  of services or not, I make no contention here.   But….. Since Alex  Jones is and has been on the issue of Obama’s forgeries, crimes and  ineligibility, the impetus for Beck’s attitude towards “Birthers” could  very well stem from this, even to the point where Glenn is willing to  disparage his own viewers and supporters.


There are a few more suppositions that can be made here.  I’ll list them. You decide.

  • Glenn does not want to go against his pal at FOX, Billy O’reilly.
  • Glenn is looking to expand his network to cable outlets owned and controlled by the left.
  • Glenn is stubborn and won’t admit that early on he was too hasty in attacking Birthers.
  • Glenn may not want to see or be a part of removing the first black President.
  • And last, but not least, aliens have invaded Glenn’s brain and are about to take over the world.

Having said all this, TPATH intends to continue to link to Beck’s network.  He is a valuable partner in our war against  Islam, Communists and World Order domination.   I only hope that Glenn  checks the overwhelming comments on the Blaze from his readers and  viewers who feel betrayed by him, and then sticks to the issues he feels are important and leaves those who fear our Constitution, every part of it, needs defending, at all costs, alone.

Voices from the past are ere haunting the halls of Congress, warning that we are about to suffer a fatal blow. None could be more vibrant, than the voice of Thomas Dewey, who ran for President during the New Deal.

Dewey blamed Roosevelt for the rise of communism in the United States. Dewey accused him of allowing the unions to seize control of the New Deal, and that their ultimate aim was to control the government of the United States.

It all makes perfect sense, if we consider how quickly the communist party formed a protective bubble around their favorite son. All this talk about job creation and rebuilding our infra-structure, would ultimately repeat the New Deal, and complete the communist plan. For Obama to deny the obvious, is quite a stretch.

For conspiracy buffs who think that 9/11 was a communist plot, they only have to know that the World Trade Center was a monument to Free Trade. Thomas Dewey was the Governor of New York, who approved the final plans to build it.

According to Dewey, “communism was a pagan philosophy which was sweeping through much of the world.” He also warned that a man named Earl Browder was one of the “highest bidders” for control of the Democratic Party. (New York Times Nov. 2, 1944)

Dewey declared “everyone knows that communism is for State ownership of all property, including your house, your farm and the factory, the shop, the office in which you work. It stands for absolute dictatorship, the abolition of civil rights and total political and economic bigotry.”

Browder’s communist upbringings started with his childhood in Kansas.
And we know who else came from Kansas, don’t we? Stanley Dunham was just an innocent furniture salesman, searching for a job. By the time he found work in Hawaii, he had formed a lot of close friendships with people who basically hated the United States.

After reading Dewey’s remarks, I realized that most of us were born into a secret war. I feel like my entire life has been a lie. I actually believed that the members of Congress had a sense of basic integrity. I volunteered my time and my money. I would actually like my money back. I don’t even know who is who. Everybody appears to be lying.

It’s just a little hard to swallow that people like Hillary and Bill, and Chuck Schumer, and Al Franken, and Drunk Uncle Joe, are complete hypocrites. If we think about what Dewey said, and compare it with what we already know, it’s not even safe to leave our homes.

If I had $375.00, I could file a Federal lawsuit for fraud. But then I would end up being beat up by communist courts, who would sabotage my efforts. And everybody knows its a complete waste of time to file a Federal lawsuit. Everybody is in on the joke, but you.

My only consolation is knowing that American communism is flawed. You can’t “inflict” communism on a Constitutional democracy. This is much different than overthrowing the Czar.

Communism belongs to Russia. It was a natural evolution of their own history. Of course, you can’t explain Russian communism to American communists. They’re all too busy driving their hybrids and loading up at Trader Joes.

I’ve known quite a few American communists. I barely gave them the time of day. If I compare them with their Russian counterparts, they look ignorant and weak. They’re an odd assortment of societies rejects, obese alcoholics, and pot heads, like Dennis Rodman, who scribbles on his body and drives hooks through his nose.

American communists want it both ways. They want the stuff that goes with democracy, but they’re not willing to work for it. They want your stuff, because they’re too stupid and lazy to figure out how to get it for themselves.

Will America Become A Bilingual Society?

How do you kill a country?  Answer: kill its language for starters.

The great philosopher Emanuel Kant said, “The two great dividers are: language and religion.”

Over the past 237 years, America struggled with its most burdensome problem: race relations.  Black versus White.  Not a week goes by where “racism” rears its ugly head somewhere in America.  In 2013, we see tremendous disparity among whites, blacks and Latinas. Wherever one ethnic group dominates an area, racism invariably becomes a contentious factor.

While white racism dominated this country for the past 237 years since the birth of this Constitutional Republic, today European-Americans barely hold parity with Hispanics.  By 2042, Caucasian America will become the new minority while Latinos will become the new majority. Middle Easterners with Arabic languages, Asians with multiple dialects, Indians, Africans of many countries and a hundred other languages will compete for dominance in their own communities where they enclave.  In the 21st century, immigrants no longer care to engage in the American culture or its language.

Once a particular ethnic group becomes dominate in numbers, it becomes dominate in language.  Once it becomes dominate in language, it presses for dominance in culture.

The current Senate Bill 744, giving complete amnesty to 12 to 20 million illegal aliens, assures that the United States of America will become a bilingual society if not trilingual with Arabic making greater and greater inroads into our society.  You can be assured that more and more Mexican immigrants will demand Spanish in educating their children. They will demand Spanish in books, movies, radio, TV and all aspects of social media. Same with Arabic speakers!

America faces becoming two or three different societies and cultures.  While it suffered and suffers from racism over the past two centuries, at least everyone spoke English.  Everyone communicated in one language that all understood no matter what their race.  The heralded “American Way of Life” faces deformation into “American Polyglot Chaos of Life.”

The one great falsity of S744 stems from the fact that Spanish speakers will gain such greater numbers that they will push for language equity with English speakers. Thus, we will see America fractured into two language groups.  Once contesting languages erupt, we will see cultural differences escalate.

Former Colorado Governor Richard D. Lamm, on October 3, 2003, said, “If you believe that America is too smug, too self-satisfied, too rich, then let’s destroy America.  It is not that hard to do.  No nation in history has survived the ravages of time.  Arnold Toynbee observed that all great civilizations rise and fall, and that, “An autopsy of history would show that all great nations commit suicide.”

“Here is how they destroyed their countries,” Lamm said. “First, turn America into a bilingual or multi lingual and bicultural country.  History shows that no nation can survive the tension, conflict and antagonism of two or more competing languages and cultures.  It is a blessing for an individual to be bilingual; however, it is a curse for a society to be bilingual.  The historical scholar Seymour Lipset put it this way, “The histories of bilingual and bicultural societies that do not assimilate are histories of turmoil, tension and tragedy.  Canada, Belgium, Malaysia, Lebanon—all face crises of national existence in which minorities press for autonomy, if not independence. Pakistan and Cyprus have divided. Nigeria suppressed an ethnic rebellion. France faces difficulties with Basques, Bretons and Corsicans.”

ProEnglish, the nation’s leading official English advocacy group, announced today it is launching a radio ad campaign in South Carolina to expose the fact that contrary to Sen. Lindsey Graham’s repeated claims, the comprehensive immigration bill he and the members of the “Gang of Eight” recently introduced in the Senate has no requirement that illegal immigrants learn English.

“The promise that Senator Graham made on repeated occasions to South Carolina voters to the effect ‘Don’t worry, they’ll have to learn English,’ is a lie,” said ProEnglish Executive Director, Bob Vandervoort.

“There is nothing in Sen. Graham’s immigration bill that requires illegal immigrants to demonstrate any knowledge of English to qualify for amnesty, or to retain their legal status throughout their entire lives,” said Vandervoort. “They only have to demonstrate knowledge of English if they decide to apply for an immigrant visa (“Green Card”) after living here ten years. And even then all they have to show is that they have enrolled in an English-as-a-second-language (ESL) class,” he said.

“For at least ten years and perhaps for their entire lives, this huge new group of predominantly non-English speaking, former illegal immigrants will create a huge new demand for costly government services in their native language, further exacerbating the dangerous and growing division of the United States into separate cultural and linguistic communities,” Vandervoort added. “This would be an unprecedented calamity for our nation’s unity,” he said.

The fact remains that America cannot withstand nor will it survive two or more major languages competing for dominance.  When languages compete so do cultures.  When cultures compete, a country cannot withstand the tension, conflict of misunderstanding, friction of different natures, anxiety of being misunderstood, dread of trying to make oneself clear and apprehension of differing world views. What happens ultimately?  A country’s language dies. Its identity dies. Its future dies.  One look at Norway, Sweden, France, United Kingdom, Belgium, Denmark and Holland should make that reality abundantly clear.

Senate Bill 744, if it passes, will become the death knell of the United States of America.

Upon the convergence of three evolving and daunting scandals, and in the teeth of repeated policy failures of unusually repetitive and desultory consistency, let’s make a humble request of Barack. If it must be an unending litany of failure, broken promises and unfulfilled visions—might we not try a different tack?

Why not use the theory of decision making detailed in the novel, The Dice Man, to mix up the experience? In this novel, the purported author and protagonist Luke Rhinehart—a psychologist, decides to upend his boring life by making all decisions by the cast of dice.

If failure is predetermined by choosing failed policy ideas, does this not take all of the drama and adventure out of government activity? Instead, why don’t we break up the sheer monotony of perpetual failure with an occasional lucky strike of success? If all of the current administration’s decisions are ill-fated and doomed upon arrival, the addition of decisions by lot or chance into the equation can only bring the occasional, or even spectacular result. And certainly this would do much to cheer up the dreary mood in America after 5 years of unmitigated mediocrity.

It now seems clear that the Department of Homeland Security’s stockpiling of ammunition and other warfare supplies can no longer be dismissed as “conspiracy theory,” but is a very real development in the actions of an overreaching federal government.

Many have suggested and assumed that the ammo and gun shortage experienced across the country is the result of private citizens’ unprecedented purchases, in recent years, in preparation for impending gun control measures. While this is true in part, it is only half of the logical explanation that can be assessed based upon available facts.

This phenomenon has been described as creating a perfect storm for private gun owners when paired with the reality that the DHS and other federal agencies are buying up once-available guns and ammunition like never before. Mainstream news sources such as Rawstory and Media Matters have attacked Fox News’ Lou Dobbs and others for their statements affirming that the government has indeed purchased at least 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition (especially including hollow points), 7000 fully automatic assault rifles, and 2700 new light armored vehicles, as well as riot gear including body armor. DHS has also invested $2 million with a contractor that recently apologized for its production of shooting targets depicting elderly gun owners and even pregnant women and children in residential settings, after photos and publicity of the targets recently gained widespread exposure.

As it turned out, these claims have proven to be very accurate, as even Media Matters admitted that DHS officials made the 1.6 billion rounds purchase as they were also busy denying it. The organization also insisted that “the order for 2717 new light armored vehicles [came] from the United States Marine Corps – not the Department of Homeland Security.” This claim seems baseless, as all photos have clearly shown the DHS emblem emblazoned on the tanks in question.

All these dismissive reports against the supposedly “misleading” claim of the DHS stockpiling effort can be traced back to a February 14 Associated Press report, lacking any investigative basis, that simply repeated the statement from DHS official Peggy Dixon, who claimed the bulk ammo purchases to have been made in order to save money, and that the bullets were solely intended for military and federal law enforcement training purposes. This claim becomes weaker upon consideration that hollow-point ammunition is significantly more expensive than standard rounds, and military spokesmen and ammunition experts contend that such bullets are unsuitable for training purposes and have never been used for such a purpose.

Seemingly, at the very least, even if the government isn’t preparing to make war against its own people, they are preparing for civil unrest, which is suspect enough for the warranted concern of the American people. The government may well be, however, deliberately attempting to restrict the supply of ammunition, thus the functionality of firearms, from the American people. It has never been a well-kept secret that the Obama administration is no big fan of the Second Amendment. The longstanding fears of many have begun to be shared by several of our elected officials who are increasingly becoming more vocal in their concerns about the government’s attempt to strip citizens of their right to keep and bear arms. Recently, as a guest on Aaron Klein’s radio show, Oklahoma Republican Sen. James Inholfe accused the Obama administration of buying up unprecedented levels of ammunitions as a means to intentionally bypass the Second Amendment until law-abiding citizens “can’t even buy ammunition because government is purchasing so much.” Inholfe cited last month’s testimony from DHS Chief Procurement Officer Nick Nayak who said DHS has the right to buy up as much ammunition as it deems necessary. He mentioned that the ammo grab is an ongoing concern, as even still “they’re planning to buy 750 million rounds. Well, that is more than three times the amount that our soldiers are using for training to defend our nation. So, it’s just another effort to restrict gun activity and ownership.” The senator is in the process of introducing the Ammunition Management for More Obtainability (AMMO) bill that will limit “non-defense, armed federal agencies to pre-Obama levels of ammunition.”

There now seems to be ample evidence that our federal government, namely the Obama administration, is up to no good when it comes to the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding American citizens. Historically speaking, this is a very alarming cause for concern. Hopefully, this concern then will continue to be shared by more elected officials in our local, state, and federal governments, as well as among our military and law enforcement communities. Lou Dobbs likely said it best with the following statement: “It’s like I tell anyone who brushes off what I try to tell them as simple ‘conspiracy theory.’ At some point it stops being a theory, and is in fact a conspiracy. I also remind them that we’re not talking about science fiction or aliens here. We’re talking about the very REAL potential of government misconduct towards its own people; something that has happened time and time again in history.”

“What do you expect when you target the President?” This is what an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) agent allegedly said to the head of a conservative organization that was being audited after calling for the impeachment of then-President Clinton. Recent revelations that IRS agents gave “special scrutiny” to organizations opposed to the current administration’s policies suggest that many in the IRS still believe harassing the President’s opponents is part of their job.

As troubling as these recent reports are, it would be a grave mistake to think that IRS harassment of opponents of the incumbent President is a modern, or a partisan, phenomenon. As scholar Burton Folsom pointed out in his book New Deal or Raw Deal, IRS agents in the 1930s where essentially “hit squads” against opponents of the New Deal. It is well-known that the administrations of John F. Kennedy and Lyndon Johnson used the IRS to silence their critics. One of the articles of impeachment drawn up against Richard Nixon dealt with his use of the IRS to harass his political enemies. Allegations of IRS abuses were common during the Clinton administration, and just this week some of the current administration’s defenders recalled that antiwar and progressive groups alleged harassment by the IRS during the Bush presidency.

The bipartisan tradition of using the IRS as a tool to harass political opponents suggests that the problem is deeper than just a few “rogue” IRS agents—or even corruption within one, two, three or many administrations. Instead, the problem lays in the extraordinary power the tax system grants the IRS.

The IRS routinely obtains information about how we earn a living, what investments we make, what we spend on ourselves and our families, and even what charitable and religious organizations we support. Starting next year, the IRS will be collecting personally identifiable health insurance information in order to ensure we are complying with Obamacare’s mandates.

The current tax laws even give the IRS power to marginalize any educational, political, or even religious organizations whose goals, beliefs, and values are not favored by the current regime by denying those organizations “tax-free” status. This is the root of the latest scandal involving the IRS.

Considering the type of power the IRS excises over the American people, and the propensity of those who hold power to violate liberty, it is surprising we do not hear about more cases of politically-motivated IRS harassment. As the first US Supreme Court Chief Justice John Marshall said, “The power to tax is the power to destroy” — and who better to destroy than one’s political enemies?

The US flourished for over 120 years without an income tax, and our liberty and prosperity will only benefit from getting rid of the current tax system. The federal government will get along just fine without its immoral claim on the fruits of our labor, particularly if the elimination of federal income taxes are accompanied by serious reduction in all areas of spending, starting with the military spending beloved by so many who claim to be opponents of high taxes and big government.

While it is important for Congress to investigate the most recent scandal and ensure all involved are held accountable, we cannot pretend that the problem is a few bad actors. The very purpose of the IRS is to transfer wealth from one group to another while violating our liberties in the process, thus the only way Congress can protect our freedoms is to repeal the income tax and shutter the doors of the IRS once and for all.

Under President Obama, “justice” is anything but blind. Neither is it deaf. In fact, based on recent revelations, it appears to be watching your every move and listening to your every word. Still, if you happen to be a federal employee, now it’s even listening for your silence.

The only thing this Obama White House seems to generate is scandal. Well, here’s yet another to add to the growing list. In addition to the Benghazi cover-up, IRS targeting of political dissenters and the illegal seizure of media phone records, whistleblowers within DOJ have contacted Liberty Counsel to express grave concerns over this administration’s latest attack on freedom.

Our sources have provided Liberty Counsel an internal DOJ document titled: “LGBT Inclusion at Work: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Managers.” It was emailed to DOJ managers in advance of the left’s so-called “Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Pride Month.”

The document is chilling. It’s riddled with directives that grossly violate – prima facie –employees’ First Amendment liberties.

Following are excerpts from the “DOJ Pride” decree. When it comes to “LGBT” employees, managers are instructed:

  • “DON’T judge or remain silent. Silence will be interpreted as disapproval.” (Italics mine)

That’s a threat.

And not even a subtle one.

Got it? For Christians and other morals-minded federal employees, it’s no longer enough to just shut up and “stay in the closet” – to live your life in silent recognition of biblical principles (which, by itself, is unlawful constraint). When it comes to mandatory celebration of homosexual and cross-dressing behaviors, “silence will be interpreted as disapproval.”

This lawless administration is now bullying federal employees – against their will – to affirm sexual behaviors that every major world religion, thousands of years of history and uncompromising human biology reject.

Somewhere, right now, George Orwell is smiling.

The directive includes a quote from a “gay” federal employee to rationalize justification: “Ideally, I’d love to hear and see support from supervisors, so it’s clear that there aren’t just policies on paper. Silence seems like disapproval. There’s still an atmosphere of LGBT issues not being appropriate for the workplace (particularly for transgender people), or that people who bring it up are trying to rock the boat.”

Of course there’s “still an atmosphere of LGBT issues not being appropriate for the workplace.” When well over half of federal employees, half the country and most of the world still acknowledge objective sexual morality (and immorality), “the workplace,”  especially the federal workplace, should, at the very least, remain neutral on these highly controversial and behavior-centric issues.

Still, to borrow from self-styled “queer activist,” anti-Christian bigot and Obama buddy Dan Savage, “it gets better”:

  • “DO assume that LGBT employees and their allies are listening to what you’re saying (whether in a meeting or around the proverbial water cooler) and will read what you’re writing (whether in a casual email or in a formal document), and make sure the language you use is inclusive and respectful.”

Is this the DOJ or the KGB? “[A]ssume that LGBT employees are listening …”? And what are “LGBT allies”? If you disagree with the homosexual activist political agenda, does that make you the enemy?

Yes, in any workplace, language should remain professional, but who defines what’s “inclusive”? Who decides what’s “respectful”? If asked about “LGBT issues,” for instance, can a Christian employee answer honestly: “I believe the Bible. I believe that God designed sex to be shared between husband and wife within the bonds of marriage”? Or is that grounds for termination?

Here are some more DOs:

  • DO “Attend LGBT events sponsored by DOJ Pride and/or the Department, and invite (but don’t require) others to join you.”
  • DO “Display a symbol in your office (DOJ Pride sticker, copy of this brochure, etc.) indicating that it is a ‘safe space.’”

Are you kidding? Does this administration really think it’s legal to induce managers to “attend LGBT events,” or to “display pride stickers” against their will? That’s compulsory expression. That’s viewpoint discrimination.

That’s unconstitutional.

But there’s more:

  • “DO use inclusive words like ‘partner,’ ‘significant other’ or ‘spouse’ rather than gender-specific terms like ‘husband’ and ‘wife’ (for example, in invitations to office parties or when asking a new employee about his/her home life).”

Oh, brother.

Sorry. Oh, gender-neutral sibling.

  • “DO use a transgender person’s chosen name and the pronoun that is consistent with the person’s self-identified gender.”

In other words, lie. Engage in corporate delusion.

  • “DO deal with offensive jokes and comments forcefully and swiftly when presented with evidence that they have occurred in the workplace.”
  • “DO communicate a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate jokes and comments, including those pertaining to a person’s sexual orientation and gender identity or expression.”

Who gets to decide what’s an “inappropriate joke [or] comment”? I thought we had a Constitution for that. It sure ain’t Big Brother Barack. Sure, I get it, it’s probably better not to start your work day with: “A lesbian, a tranny and two gays walk into a bath house …” but still, “no law … abridging the freedom of speech,” means no law. No matter how much Obama wishes it so, we don’t leave our constitutional rights at the federal workplace door.

The DOJ edict even addresses cross-dressing man woes:

“As a transgender woman [that’s a man in a skirt], I want people to understand that I’m real. I want to be recognized as the gender I really am [again, you’re a man in a skirt]. Yes, there was awkwardness with pronouns at first for folks who knew me before the transition. But it hurts when several years later people still use the wrong pronouns. And just imagine if people were constantly debating YOUR bathroom privileges. Imagine how humiliating that would be.”

Tell you what, buddy: I won’t “debate YOUR bathroom privileges” if you return to this planet. You’d better stay the heck out of the ladies room while my wife or two daughters are in there; otherwise, we have a problem. Women have an absolute right not be sexually harassed in the workplace – a right to privacy when using the facilities. To constantly worry whether a gender-confused, cross-dressing man is going to invade her privacy creates a hostile work environment.

This “DOJ Pride” directive is but the latest example of the “progressive” climate of fear and intimidation this radical Obama regime has created for Christians, conservatives and other values-oriented folks, both within and without the workplace.

I’m just glad the wheels are finally coming off.

During the 2008 campaign, President Obama declared, “It’s time to fundamentally change the way that we do business in Washington.” And change it, he has done! It’s been transformed into even more of a brash, thuggish, and coercive environment than it ever was before. The current IRS scandal of politically motivated discrimination against conservative non-profit groups perfectly characterizes the disturbing ends-justify-the-means “Chicago-style politics” that Obama and his comrades have brought to Washington.

As admitted by an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) official last week, and confirmed this week by the Inspector General’s (IG) special report on IRS abuses, the IRS, arguably the most onerous and oppressive government agency in the country, was discriminating against conservative, religious, and pro-Israel non-profit groups seeking 503(c) designation. What would normally take 6-12 months for such a ruling was taking up to three years. In addition, the filing requirements of such groups went far beyond the requirements specified for such applications.

To make matters even worse, IRS employees were releasing the confidential filings for such groups to the George Soros-backed liberal propaganda organization ProPublica. They admitted earlier this week, “In response to a request for the applications for 67 different nonprofits last November, the Cincinnati office of the IRS sent ProPublica applications or documentation for 31 groups. Nine of those applications had not yet been approved — meaning they were not supposed to be made public.  “We made six of those public, after redacting their financial information, deeming that they were newsworthy”, according to ProPublica.

There are clearly five improprieties or crimes under one scandalous umbrella here. First, the systemic targeting of groups thought to be critical of the administration; second the demand for information that was irrelevant to the tax status filing; third, obfuscation and outright lying by IRS officials to Congress and the public about those abuses; fourth, sharing those confidential filings with an opposing political group, ProPublica; and fifth, intentional withholding of information until after the election.

And lest we think these abuses were perpetrated by just a couple of rogue employees, all requests for 503(c) status go through the Cincinnati office. The Inspector General’s Report indicated it was the entire division, referred to within the IRS as the “Advocacy Group.” The IG’s report clearly documents that Washington was aware of what the “Advocacy Group” was doing.

So what’s happening to those involved? Not much. Acting IRS Commissioner Steven Miller, has resigned, even though he was already planning on leaving the agency. And Sarah Hall Ingram, who had been serving as commissioner of the Tax-Exempt and Government Entities Division from 2009 to 2012, the “Advocacy Group,” is now serving as director of the IRS’ Affordable Care Act division. That is the unit that’s responsible for enforcing Obamacare. Now isn’t that comforting?

Although this has been going on for at least three years, if we’re to believe White House Spokesman Jay Carney, Obama only found out about it from press reports, though the IG’s report reveals that Treasury Secretary Geithner’s office knew last summer.

The President seems to know nothing about what’s happening in his administration. From the Fast and Furious gunrunning, to the IRS and the AP phone records scandals, the president knows nothing until he hears “from news reports.” Whether he knows personally about these scandalous activities of his administration or not, it seems clear that since he’s surrounded himself with compatible ideologues and sycophants, that the entire atmosphere of Washington has become an extension of his Chicago-style politics of suppressing dissent, colluding against groups opposed to his agenda, intimidating the opposition, and suppressing damaging news.

Charles Krauthammer said this week, “Obama ran as a man who would not only change Washington but change the essence of politics itself in America as a kind of Olympian historic figure. He can’t even run the bureaucracy, that’s what we’re seeing. There’s arrogance here, of course, but there is incompetence of the highest order. He poses as the bystander. ‘I learned about it in the press.’ This is an indictment of people who believe in big government, want to expand it, have it control healthcare and cannot run the minimal essence of the duties of government.”

Harry Truman famously kept a plaque on his desk that said, “The Buck Stops Here.” If Obama had a plaque on his desk along the same lines, it would likely read, “The Buck Never Gets Here.” It could also include an additional qualifier, “And if it does, I don’t know anything about it.”

On March 7, 2010, Obama famously declared, “Ultimately, the buck stops with me.” On Sept. 23, 2012, in a 60 Minutes appearance, he said, “As president, I bear responsibility for everything, to some degree.” Yet still we have Jay Carney denying the president is responsible for anything. Obama has said of the Benghazi scandal that it’s merely “a side show.” If that is the case, this entire administration is a scandal-ridden three-ring circus, and the president is the ringleader.

Even Commissioner Miller understands the idea of accountability. In his testimony on Friday before Congress, he said, “I resigned, because as the acting commissioner, whatever happens in the IRS, whether I was personally involved or not, stops at my desk. So, I should be held accountable for what happened.” It’s too bad the head of the country hasn’t come to that same realization.

Just two weeks ago at the Ohio State University commencement, President Obama said, “Unfortunately, you’ve grown up hearing voices that incessantly warn of government as nothing more than some separate, sinister entity that’s at the root of all our problems; some of these same voices also doing their best to gum up the works. They’ll warn that tyranny is always lurking just around the corner. You should reject these voices. Because what they suggest is that our brave and creative and unique experiment in self-rule is somehow just a sham with which we can’t be trusted.”

How ironic that we’ve seen so much of his administration unmasked by his adulating media so soon after that statement, for the first definition of tyranny is,  “arbitrary or unrestrained exercise of power; despotic abuse of authority.” And that’s precisely what we’re seeing as the Oz curtain is pulled away revealing the tyranny of the Obama administration.

Whether the president is explicitly complicit in all of these scandals or not, his politics and leadership style have created, and are conducive with, the pattern and atmosphere of corruption and abuse now in full display by the administration.

Rush Limbaugh is taking a “whistling past the graveyard” approach to Barack Obama’s scandals. He is being very cautious about allowing himself to feel that some damage will be done to Obama when the dust from these scandals clears.

Rush even quotes James Carville’s liberal wishful thinking about this lasting “only 30 days” to help convince himself he’s right.  Nevertheless, Rush is wrong.

While there is no doubt that Obama won’t be impeached, as Rush allows that isn’t important. Saying there won’t be any damage to Obama his Party and their dangerous agenda is simply wrong.

These scandals will do the following:

When Rush is proved “right” and nothing “seems” to change, the fuse of a renewed TEA party revolution will be lit.

People will be reminded America isn’t supposed to be this way.

Democrats will remain on defense through the mid-term election cycle – you’re not winning when you are on defense.

More whistleblowers will come forward because those already out will be insulated from reprisals.  Fast and Furious can be revisited.  “He’s not a citizen” will get new life.  Conservative state legislatures will be embolden to pass more conservative laws and repeal  more liberal ones. Photo id to vote – think Boston bombing.  More sheriffs will sue Obama over gun control.  The IRS will be neutered.

It will force House Republicans to finally do their jobs or face an angry constituency willing to throw them out in many districts.  This will shift the leadership of Congressional GOP from RINOs to more conservative leaders.  It will set new standards for GOP candidates – collaborators need not apply.

This makes it far more likely the GOP will hold the House and regains the Senate.

It weakens Obama’s leverage to ram through his socialist programs.

It weakens Obamacare’s grip on us.

It will further infuriate average Americans being disadvantaged by Obama’s sequestration.

It will end gun control and immigration “reform efforts”.

It will make bringing the needed 5% of conservatives back to vote easier.

When most of Obama’s rank and file DO NOT turn on him the “us versus them” mindset needed for conservatives to stop pandering to Hispanics and Blacks, who will never vote Republican, will grow.

This will encourage “Atlas Shrugged” type passive resistance to government and more willingness to sue and fight the IRS giving rise to appeals of court losses to the IRS.

The coupling of the Gosnell case with the IRS attacks on pro-lifers on behalf of Planned Parenthood will cause these groups to redouble their efforts to stop abortions and enjoy previously unattainable successes in the courts and in public opinion.

These things will make having Obama around worth the trade.

Life is all a game to Obama. Like playing chess. The game is politics–above all else–at any cost.

Too often, he checkmates his opponents–the Republican leaders. He appears to have about all the cards–so far. But how much longer before his “House of Cards” falls? There are already cracks in his armor, just into his second term–the ones where he could ace out all the Republicans and be in complete control again as he was in the first two years of his first term. He bet on the Republicans folding over the sequestration, but they did not.

He bet that Benghazi’s mistakes would take little notice, as the Republicans would not pursue that, especially after he reportedly “stole” the 2012 election (by only 2.8%–large margin).

He bet they wouldn’t pursue the IRS scandal and the Dept. of Justice AP scandal. After all, he knew nothing about any of these scandals.  But now the liberal reporters are bristling. They are even asking questions (finally) about Benghazi, as it appears it will not go away. He loses the liberal media on his side, and he loses all.

He has bet that winding the war down in Afghanistan and bringing all the troops home at once in 2014 will ignite his base and be a part of his legacy–that he won the war (but with no forethought of how they will get jobs or even medical care, let alone the mess this leaves Afghanistan in.)

He’s bet  that the economy will turn around to make him look good, if they just tax the rich some more–yet we are facing even higher oil prices and possibly high inflation (and still high unemployment.)

He’s bet on amnesty for illegal aliens–11 million of them, and more and more will come then–buying votes in his bid to remake America (so he will have millions more indebted to him and to the liberals.)  He’s stopped deporting aliens and stopped the border fence.  However, Sen. Marco Rubio is working on a path to citizenship for these illegals.  Maybe someday, Hispanics and other illegals will realize that it is not the land of the free and that the Republicans represent their family values (and the liberals don’t really care for them, just for their votes.)

He’s bet that the liberal media will continue to cover up his scandals, his birthplace, and past. But the ‘chickens may come home to roost’ as the media are catching on now and may turn on him so that he could end up his second term either early–after impeachment– or be booted out at the end of his failed Presidency, going down as one of the worst and least experienced Presidents who tried to bring down America (the greatest nation there ever has been.)

All bets are off, Obama! We’ve come back from worse than what we’ve been experiencing today. It’s karma, and right will prevail!
