Next Friday, at or before 11:30 a.m. CST, the decision on oral argument in the Barack Obama eligibility case now under deliberation in the Alabama Supreme Court could come down. Every Friday morning before noon Clerk Weller receives her Friday document release in cases in front of the nine member Alabama Supreme Court.
This case is being brought by high ranking, Alabama Republicans Hugh McInnish and Virgil Goode with the lead appellant L. Dean Johnson asking the court to determine if then Secretary of State Beth Chapman failed to properly verify that all candidates on the 2012 election ballots in Alabama were eligible to serve. The 2012 Constitution Party nominee Virgil Goode and AL Republican leader Hugh McInnish are seeking resolution and/or clarity on just who can appear on ballots given to Alabama voters. Beth Chapman quit her elected position at the end of July and former Secretary of State Jim Bennett, a long time political figure in Alabama, is now back as the state’s 52nd Sec of State as of 7-31-2013. Chapman, age 51, resigned and is now a political consultant with the AL Farmers Federation as a paid consultant seeking out political candidates for this organization’s backing.
Fraud Attorney W.L. Albert Moore, Jr., no relation to Alabama Supreme Court Justice Roy Moore, filed an Amicus Curiae brief in this case seeking clarity on whether or not sitting President Barack Hussein Obama in fact lost his US citizenship allegedly in or around 1980 when he failed to register with the Selective Service draft as required by U.S. law. Deliberations here in the Friend of the Court filing involve whether or not Barry Soetoro-Barack Hussein Obama repatriated after being adopted by Stanley Ann Dunham’s second husband, Indonesian Lolo Soetoro, sometime prior to the lost 1/2 year decade of 1980-1985. Islamic Indonesia required students enrolling in their school system to be citizens of that country according to web data which may or may not speak to what is going on here. As Attorney Moore told CiR, absent epithelial evidence ordered by a grand jury, we just may never know what is going on.
Now, a web reproduced Selective Service picture shows the following: ” Selective Service System small numbers 08, large numbers 970, small Cap S, then small 06, then large 32.” Other numbers on the form include “080161, Jul 29 80 with a crop at the top of letters 8 0.” Then we have July 30,”. .?? mumble, mumble. Some blogs state that Selective Service won’t release this form any more. Other commenters and posters say something may or may not come down from this federal agency.
Of course, the largest amount of online angst and conjecture has centered on what is meant by “natural born citizen.” But what if, as Attorney Moore’s brief submits, the citizenship issue is the real problem? What if the American people are just left to keep twisting in the wind as legal mumbo jumbo is equivocated. No member of Congress is willing to investigate and with SCOTUS tossing this hot potato out of their doors, where are the American people in all of it? A Georgia judge last year seemed willing to bring the case to courtroom definition, but abruptly he, too, tossed the case. CiR found out that within the week that he bunted, the long rejected nuclear facility in that state somehow was given the go ahead, freeing up huge amounts of federal construction dollars.

Throwing logic aside, a left-wing petition on the popular website Change.org has taken aim at popular preacher and radio personality Bradlee Dean and his participation in the Minnesota state fair recently.
The petition, started by St. Paul resident Michael Chergosky, claims that You Can Run But You Cannot Hide, Dean’s youth ministry, is “divisive” and should not be invited to the state fair. However, it ignored a multitude of praise from young people and school administrators over the years of YCR’s ministry. Chergosky merely made the oft-heard charge of being a “hate group” simply because Dean promotes a message that sex should be limited to within marriage between one man and one woman.
“It’s all a matter of viewpoint discrimination,” Dean said in reply. “When you uphold the truth of the Bible, you have enemies – Christ himself told us this.”
Dean said that they met scores of young people and others at the Labor Day fair with their positive message, as they have there for eight years. “We met lots of young people who truly appreciated our message of promoting the Constitutional and Biblical values that are at the very root of our country,” Dean said, adding that his rock group Junkyard Prophet is very popular in bringing YCR’s message to schools and public venues around the country.
Indeed, YCR organizers are noting that their ministry has reached out to more than 300 high schools in 36 states. Opposition to it, Dean said, seems to center on a few opponents from either the militant gay community or the left-leaning media.
The Minnesota CBS TV affiliate also took up the claims, citing unnamed critics of YCR’s booth at the fair.
In response to the news report, Dean said, “Are we to believe that it is ‘hate’ to stand up for God’s Word, the laws of our Constitutional republic, for marriage, and for the protection of our children? When does hate ever tell the truth? Love does that.”
“The petition quoted as our critics the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) and MSNBC host Rachel Maddow. Quoting these as authorities is nothing but laughable,” Dean said.
The SPLC has long been a critic of conservative causes and persons, including some of the most popular ministers in the country. And yet the SPLC is unabashed about its attack on these people, Dean said. Mark Potoc of the SPLC said that “Sometimes the press will describe us as monitoring hate crimes and so on… I want to say plainly that our aim in life is to destroy these groups, to completely destroy them.”
“It’s true that conservative Americans who really believe in the Constitution and the Bible are being found guilty of ‘thought crimes,’ and their detractors won’t stop until they are completely silenced,” Dean said in reply. “But we won’t stop, because we must preach the truth without compromise.”
SPLC’s tarnished beginnings
The Southern Poverty Law Center has as its mission making money while working hand in glove with the mainstream media to attack America’s foundation using a Communist/Marxist agenda.
The SPLC’s history is tarnished from its beginning. Its founder, lawyer Morris Dees, earned money in 1961 by doing legal work for the Ku Klux Klan. That information alone brings enough red flags to expose SPLC as an illegitimate and anti-American organization.
Dees founded the SPLC in 1971, after the civil rights battle had been won and there was no money left in representing KKK-like groups. He then jumped to the other side of the fence, masquerading as a “civil rights organization dedicated to fighting hate and bigotry, and seeking justice for the most vulnerable members of society.”
In 1986, the SPLC’s entire staff quit in protest of Dees’ refusal to “address issues such as homelessness, voter registration and affirmative action – that they considered far more pertinent to poor minorities ….” (Harper’s Magazine).
Change.org dominated by liberals
Change.org, which was started in 2007 as an advocacy group and has been funded by liberal activist George Soros, has 20 million subscribers and has long been pushing liberal causes. Although it changed its policy to allow conservative advertising a year ago, it is still largely filled with liberal-leaning causes.
Chergosky, who says on his Facebook page that he was born in 1953, got only a few comments when he said that he started the petition.
Dean started his full-time ministry, You Can Run But You Cannot Hide, after his conversion to Christianity in 1995. He has since dedicated himself to reaching the young to help them find a purpose in life, and to educate them in the Constitution and America’s biblically-based foundation.

A parent in Towson, Md. was arrested Thursday night at a public forum after vocally expressing his concerns about the Baltimore County School District’s plan to use Common Core standards in its curriculum.
Robert Small, a concerned father, was forcefully removed from the meeting by a police officer after he interrupted Baltimore County Schools Superintendent Dallas Dance during the question-and-answer portion of the forum.
“I’m less concerned about style points. I’m much more concerned with getting the policy right…” – Barack Obama
This statement he made in an interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos is something that has stuck with me the past few days. This president is so obsessed with style over substance that “style” has been considered his only strong suit. This is why his “likability” has been so high with people – he’s a nice guy. That is how he has gotten to where he is today without accomplishing anything of substance.
Obama’s first foray onto the national stage happened at the 2004 Democratic Convention when he made such an electrifying speech that people were starstruck. It was the style points of that speech that catapulted him from an obscure Senatorial candidate to a future president.
However, when you compare the style of that speech to the substance of his presidency, you will see an entirely different picture.
“…summed up in a declaration made over two hundred years ago: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness…”
“…that we can say what we think, write what we think, without hearing a sudden knock on the door…”
Yet, Obama has signed the NDAA into law (allowing for the indefinite detention of Americans based on who he decides is a terrorist, which would include those who speak out against his policies.) He wants to decide who is a journalist under the protection of the First Amendment and who is not.

“…they don’t expect government to solve all of their problems…” and “…They know they have to work hard to get a head …”
I’ll wait for you to stop laughing.
“…They don’t want their tax money wasted by a welfare agency…”
Yet, the number of people on food stamps has never been higher. Obama even advertised it as your right to be on it. The number of people on disability would constitute the eighth most populous state in the union.
“…where hard work is rewarded…”
Obama reminded everyone who believed that hard work would pay off that they “didn’t build that. It was someone else.”
“…all Americans can afford the same health coverage our politicians in Washington have for themselves…”
Yet, Obama exempted himself and members of Congress from Obamacare.
Obama halted the Keystone Pipeline, halted offshore drilling in America for five years while paying for it in Brazil, and paid for failure after failure in the green energy industry with taxpayer money.
“…ever go to war without enough troops to win the war, secure the peace …”
McChrystal did not get the number of troops he needed to win in Afghanistan. Libya, Egypt, and Syria are all consumed with violence as Obama chooses to support the Muslim Brotherhood and the rebels with known ties to al Qaeda.
“…and earn the respect of the world…”
Ahmadinejad called him an “amateur politician”, Putin declared him “pathetic”, and Assad has already missed the first deadline in the proposed chemical weapons deal. This is Obama’s reputation on the world stage.
“…These enemies must be found. They must be pursued. And they must be defeated…”
Benghazi – Nothing else needs to be said.
“…there’s not a liberal America and a conservative America; there’s the United States of America…”
That Obama wants to fundamentally transform into something it is not.
“…There’s not a black America and white America and Latino America and Asian America…”
Obama will go down in history as the most racially divisive president in history.
“…We worship an awesome God…”
While Obama declares that the U.S. is not a Christian nation.
“…pledging allegiance to the stars and stripes…”
Whereas Obama’s supporters have said that everyone should pledge allegiance to him – not the flag.
“…I’m talking about something more substantial…”
Exactly what accomplishment of substance has he done?
