President Barack Obama won’t apologize for Teamsters Union President James Hoffa’s maligning tea party members as SOBs, says White House spokesman Jay Carney.
Carney’s rejection of demands for the White House to address the brouhaha follows an outcry from tea party leaders, as well as radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh and former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, over Hoffa’s inflammatory introduction of the president at a Labor Day rally in Detroit on Monday.
“President Obama, this is your army. We are ready to march,” Hoffa proclaimed before Obama spoke.
“Let’s take these son of a bitches out and give America back to America where we belong,” he said, referring to the tea party.
Carney spurned demands that Obama and the White House denounce the comments, saying, “Those weren’t comments by the president. The president . . . wasn’t on stage. He didn’t speak for another 20 minutes. He didn’t hear it.”

I don't expect an apology from Obama. He didn't say anything inflammatory. I would expect him to disavow the rhetoric, considering how he counseled all Americans to engage in civil debate after the Giffords shooting. That would be prudent for any politician who has publicly taken a stance against such antagonistic remarks. But Obama onlt wants those who disagree with him to do as he says, and doesn't necessarily care if his cadre practices what he preaches. Rules are for everyone but Obama and his circle of allies. How much more proof of that pathological behavior do we need to witness?

You see, we now have a separator value to determine who in Congress (House or Senate) is in the Obama Camp and complicit in all of the Obama crimes. The ones that stand up and say they are Patriots automatically acknowledge that they are "Sons of Bitches". No holds barred. Is that all Mr. Carney can give us — the President did not hear it? I'm sure he heard about it after the event! This blatant militant language is a very poor reflection on Big Labor and their president (both of them). They are essentially declaring war on middle America who are the ones who pay for most of the bills corruptly forged in Washington.

All who support Hoffa's demagoguery and vicious calls to obliterate the opposition should know that Hoffa's Teamster Union has a long history of their leadership self promotion and enrichment through theft of pension and other benefit funds. The opposition needs to point this out with facts easily obtained.
