One of the interesting points made at the last and most important of the Obama eligibility hearings that occurred on May 2, 2011 (which was of course buried by the mainstream media) was that Americans don’t have a normal recourse to remove Obama from office through impeachment.
That is, because it has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt that Obama’s birth certificate and Selective Service forms are forgeries, he was therefore never eligible to run for President; that he was then never never legally sworn in, so impeachment is not in order.
What to do with a President who is not actually President is a question the American people must address and it must be addressed soon—before Obama is sworn in for his second term.

Yes, Mister Obama can be impeached for not being a “natural born citizen” and other charges.
However, it is the House of Representatives that draws up the Impeachment papers.
The Senate conducts the trial and decides the fate of Mister Obama.
There is no way this U.S. Senate loaded with partisan Democrats would ever do harm to Obama.
However give Obama the rope, and he will hang himself. That demand from Obama to have full authorization to raise the National Debt when ever he wants probably had some Democrats wrinkling their noses, and moving nervously in their chairs.
Remember though, if Impeachment goes serious in the House and Democrats join in the House, and in the Senate they are in a tizzy, Obama goes BLACK and RACIST.

Gabor, I have been reading your comments for some time now. Most times I tend to agree with you, however, this time I offer some advice. Dont hold your breath on this one.
Gabor (and others), please stop and think: The Republicans are not going to do for the American people this righting of the terrible wrong that has been done to the Republic; The People are going to have to do it for themselves. The reason being, because the Repubs were, by and large, obviously in on the scam from the git go. Recall that the Senate passed a resolution declaring that it was the sense of the Senate that McCain was a natural born citizen, and thus eligible to run for the office in the ’08 elections. It’s obvious that a quid pro quo was decided between the two main parties: We won’t say anything about your candidate if you won’t say anything about ours in the future; we’ll just slip this business by the American public, and, with our control between us of the MSM, we will get away with it. The tipoff: both sides of the aisle tried a total of 8 times between 2003 and 2008 to get an amendment to the Constitution started through Congress on this very NBC issue; and all the attempts failed even to get out of committee. So these, The People’s representatives, just decided to do an end-around of the Constitution. Why else would all the Republican members of Congress stonewall to their constituents on this issue time and time again over these years?? Reality check: The fix was in.
So they can’t be looked to. And the two parties appointed the judges who have been stonewalling on this issue in their courts of so-called law for years now (in some cases, so obviously a fraudulent decision as to be laughable if it weren’t so serious). So a coup has taken place. The Republic is hanging by a slender thread. The answer? The Usurper will have to be deposed, by a nonviolent, civil disobedient uprising of The People, Assembled; a march on Washington that will draw the attention of the entire country to this issue, that the majority is pretending not to see, in an update of the story of the emperor’s new clothes. They need to be MADE to see it. By citizens who will now stand up and say to power: Not on MY watch you won’t.
That is, if there are enough patriots left in the country.

What’s also interesting is that both Hilary Clinton, and Barack Obama, tried slipping an amendment through to modify the Constitution, as it pertained to the “Natural Born Citizen” clause, a number of times, and each time it failed.
In the end, Pelosi certified that Obama was eligible to hold office, when the world knew that he was not. As Obama has said in his own words, “Only people that are afraid to tell the truth are people that have something to hide,” those were the only honest words that have ever come out of Obama’s Marxist mouth.

If the people dont file their taxes in 2012 the government won’t be losing much because with so many out of work, with the illegals that have jobs and claim 12 and then get the earned income credit which is far more than they pay in say 2 years the government isnt going to be hurt because they take the taxes before you get your check so they have that money and so many that do file taxes get a refund unless you make $250 thousand dollars a year and I am sure you remember the ones Obama appointed into different posts that had not paid their taxes. I have two things to say about “impeaching” Obama if indeed he were to be impeached and the Senate would convict. 1) Would Biden be any better’ and, 2) prepare for civil war, blacks vs. whites. The black community would rise up in revoluton similar to what happened in Los Angeles back in the 60′s, but this time it would be led by the New Black Panthers and Farrikhan’s (sic) group. If Obama stumbles really bad soon, then he’d have to be removed from Office before the Electoral College in the 2nd week of January 2013. If the conviction forbade him from ever holding the Office in the future, the Electoral College could only vote for Mitt Romney.
If the Electoral College members knew they were knowingly or unknowingly voting for someone who is Ineligible, then there is a Dilemma. What do they Do? By the Constitution, Obama can not hold the Office for lack of being a “natural born citizen”.

The very big mistake Obama and Democrats are making is on the Fiscal Cliff. They have dramatically increased Government hiring, but the private sector jobs are lacking. Without Private Sector Jobs, there are no additional sources of Individual or Business Income.
It was in years past that Individual Income created about $2 Trillion to maybe $2.3 Trillion in Tax Revenues. Businesses have been hurting, and Unemployment counting those that gave up looking for jobs for any reasons can not make up the difference between what Obama and Democrats want to SPEND each year.

Money is just an exchange medium. Bartering is the only true way to get what is fair. What we have now is nothing less than legalized theft!

The only legal obstacle here to dealing witha travesty of Constitutional law is the hesitant courts, they do not want to deal with this unless the ill equipped congress is willing to involve themselves and review and verify all the evidence accumulated by those bringing forth the allegations. The congress composed mostly of slackers and a majority of left leaning deemers are not about to allow this involvement to take place and are more than a obstacle. in other words WTP have no representation or means of forcing this issue to the forefront, because the two entities that claim jusridiction and can instigate action are at odds and make the evidence impotent and moot .
WTP again are paying far to much for diminishing representation, this can be remedied by reorganizing the way we allow elected and appointed officials to hold office, reforming the size and scope of government and paring the funding and powers of all government agencies. I believe that impeachment applies to someone who has legitimately obtained office. He should be charged with fraud (his fake records), sedition and treason and after being found guilty, experience sentencing (of course being removed from his ill-gotten post).

Independently – I read about the generals being “relieved of duty” right & left. I think some started asking the wrong questions and got canned for it. The House Judiciary Committee decides whether or not to proceed with an impeachment. The Chairman will propose a Resolution (H. CON. RES. 107 on Mar 7, 2012) to begin a formal inquiry into the issue of impeachment. This has 12 sponsors and has been in Judicial Committee since March. This shows who they are http://judiciary.house.gov/about/members.html. The New Congress gets sworn in Jan 2013. This is a good time to contact them & tell them H. CON RES. 107 needs to be their 1st order of business. Remind them, THEY work for YOU. Based on their inquiry, the Committee will send another Resolution to the full House stating that impeachment is warranted. The Full House will debate and vote on each Article of Impeachment. Should any one of the Articles of Impeachment be approved by a simple majority vote, the President will be “impeached.” A trial will be held in the Senate. A select group of House members will serve as “prosecutors.” The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court will preside with all 100 Senators acting as the jury. The Senate will meet in private session to debate a verdict, then in open session, will vote on a verdict. A 2/3 vote of the Senate will result in a conviction. The Senate will vote to remove the President from office. The Senate may also vote (by a simple majority) to prohibit the President from holding any public office in the future. Back to basics! Did anyone take a close up view of the planes that flew into the twin towers on 9-11? What kind of aircraft were they? What did the MSM say they were? Did they have windows? How many engines? Who were the people that died on those aircraft? Where is the manifest? What were the “tank” shaped objects on the bottom of both aircraft? Where are the videos of the plane that flew into the Pentagon, since the Pentagon has cameras mounted all over the outside of the building? The original hole in the Pentagon after the “aircraft” hit, was on’y 25 ft wide. If anyone has legitimate answers to these questions, post them here and back it up!

I’m blaming no one! If those aircraft would have landed in the heart of NYC, more than 3000 people would have been killed! Did you actually see close ups of the aircraft that hit the buildings? How did you see the windows in those aircraft when only the bottoms of the aircraft were visable, not the sides. I am anything but liberal. Where are the videos of the aircraft that hit the Pentagon? Did you see them? Where are all the parts of the aircraft that hit the Pentagon? Don’t trust the MSM or the government to be honest. If Obama is not a legitimate president and cannot be impeached, then it seems to me that the only alternative is for him to be charged with forgery, fraud, and usurpation of office and be arrested by law enforcement. Since Sheriff Joe Arpaio conducted the investigation of Obama’s birth certificate and Selective Service registration and has concluded that they are fraudulent, he should arrest him, incarcerate him and make him wear pink underwear like all the other illegal aliens there!

SHOULD Obama be impeached? Definitely. If his fraud in gaining the presidency doesn’t amount to high crimes and misdemeanors, I don’t know what does. If his shredding of the Constitution doesn’t qualify him for impeachment, I don’t know what does. If his secretly arming Syrian rebels, among which there are many Islamists, with weapons from Libya doesn’t amount to aiding and abetting the enemy, I don’t know what does. If his constant refusals to call terrorist attacks what they are, instead of workplace violence or, even worse, man-made disasters, isn’t aiding and abetting our enemies, I don’t know what is.
But CAN Obama be impeached, as this article asks? Not as long as Democrats control the Senate.
If Obama can’t be Impeached he should be prosecuted and thrown in Prison where he belongs those old a.. judges don’t even seem like they care to judge this case.

Here’s what I think about Obama being impeached: just do it! I know he’s most likely not an NBC, but he wants everyone to think that he is a natural-born citizen. So just let him think that while he’s being impeached and kicked out of office.
When you realize what Nixon and Clinton were impeached for, Obama’s conduct with regard to Benghazi makes those events sound trivial: 1. For starters, Obama et. al refused to provide the REQUESTED security help for our embassy in Benghazi. 2. During the attack, nearby U.S. military was told not to come and to “stand down”. Who told them that is now mysteriously shrouded. 3. And of course after the whole appalling episode, Obama and his band of liar/Chicago street thugs led by Axelturd went into Big Lie mode, desperate to prevent a problem with Obama’s (fraudulent) re-election. The official party line was that the attack was in response to some stupid Youtube video months before, when the Administration knew perfectly well that it wasn’t, having received a detailed report from the CIA about the planned nature of the attacks within 24 hours.
So Obama sends his minions including Susan Rice who was on 5 different talk TV shows, to promote the “Big Lie” about Benghazi. Obama himself was still pushing this deliberate distortion 2 weeks after the attacks when he pushed it in a U.N. speech.
And now of course it’s all “Deny, obfuscate, confuse, point the finger in multiple directions e.g. CIA, State Department,” etc. Everyone’ fault except guess who! And the White House still refused to say exactly what Obama was doing during the hours of the attack.
So you have here base incompetence, compounded by brazen lying and a monstrous cover-up–and 4 dead Americans. Unbelievably horrible performance.
Just remember– no one died @ Watergate or in Bill Clinton’s Oval Office!
We need to push our Congressmen to get past their fear of being called “racist” or some other nonsense and “do the right thing” here. If Obama doesn’t deserve impeachment after all this, no one ever could!
