Obama is ineligible to be president since he has one parent that was never a U.S. citizen – even if he was born in Hawaii (which I doubt) he is still ineligible. However, he has never been able to produce a legitimate birth certificate and there has been information that has surfaced that may support the theory that he was born in Kenya – if that is true then it would be just one more reason for him to be ineligible. Sheriff Arpaio’s posse has also showed us that Obama’s selective service card is an obvious forgery. Forging a selective service card is a federal crime punishable by a maximum fine of $250,000 and a maximum of 5 years in prison. Obama’s social security card was originally issued to someone else and has failed E-Verify testing. This would be another federal crime of identity theft using a federal document which carries the same penalty as the selective service card fraud mentioned above. New evidence regarding his social security card is now coming to light from a private investigator. The question is when are the RINO’s in Congress and the RINO presidential candidates going to stop covering for Obama and start honoring their oaths of office. Obama should not only be impeached and removed from office he should be charged with the federal crimes mentioned above and I am sure that any decent lawyer could do a good job with charges of treason also. On 4-14-12 in a New Jersey court Alexandria Hill, (BO’s lawyer ) openly admitted that the posted birth certificate was a forgery and therefore, couldn’t be used as evidence to confirm natural born citizenship status. Sadly, I think Hill stole Arpaio’s thunder unless he is willing to charge someone with a crime. Even then BO’s lawyer(s) will come up with some flim-flam that states, “Of course everyone knew it was a fruad. It was never intended to be real.” BO believes he does not need to prove anything. He was duly elected, period. All a bunch of hawg wash for anyone who loves our country and constitution.
If there was any bit of good that came out of the court proceedings was the lawyer acknowledging two of the three necessary components of determining natural born citizenship as being place of birth and citizenship status of both parents. The third component is ‘maintenance of natural born citizenship status’ from birth to election without interruption, involuntarily or voluntarily, due to expatriation, extradition, renouncement or foreign adoption. Poor Sheriff Joe’s big reveal on the 17th is going to fall flat again I’m afraid.

I wanted to clarify the admission. This admission was done by stipulation. Mr. Wilcox, the expert witness offering testimony, was waived from appearance by Ms. Hill’s stipulation to Mr. Apuzzo’s demand that the White House birth certificate could not be used as any evidence as to Obama’s record of birth.
Upon inquiry by the judge, Ms. Hill so stipulated.
Bottomline, there is absolutely NO REASON to stipulate to the assertion that the White House birth certificate is anything other than authentic, and therefore admissible, if it is in fact, legitimate. There would have been NO NEED for her to stipulate thereto if there was not indeed, something very wrong with that document.
I am not a lawyer, but my guess is they did not want to discuss the authenticy of the document in court. I guess we will see in about 10 days.

I can’t imagine that if someone actually was responsible for forging the Obama birth certificate, that once the document was created, that the individual or the individuals responsible for creating it were left alive. If this whole farce is ever proven to be what it must be which is a conspiracy, one that spans over twenty years, leaving the forger or forger’s alive would be a risk that one would not be willing to take. I guess we will all learn more of what the Cold Case Posse has been able to uncover, however I highly doubt that they found the forger alive. I hope that I am wrong and that the truth about Barry will soon come out and he will be removed from office along with his Administration.

God I hope this isn’t a scam. I am so sick and tired of hearing how they find all these things about Obama and nothing gets done. If this is true then it should be plastered on every tv station so the world knows that he is a fraud. Maybe they are waiting to share this big news right before the election so Obama loses? I don’t understand what they are waiting for. And let’s say they actually do post this big news. Who is going to do anything about it? Obama seems to get away with murder all the time.
