The Connecticut SS number was caused by a data entry error. SS numbers were generated by the zip code of the applicant’s address. Obama’s address in Hawaii was in zip code 96814, and the zip code for Danbury, CT. is 06814.

When The SCOTUS hears Orly Taitz case, being that John Roberts will be the deciding vote the vote, will favor Obama. It isn’t. All that it has done is to schedule an ordinary hearing on what cases to accept and what to reject, and Orly’s case is one of the forty or fifty that are on the list to be considered. That is all.
Re alleged threats. You are making them up. IF there really were threats, that would be evidence that Obama was illegal, and all that Roberts or anyone would have to do would be to go public with the threats, and there would be plenty of protection for him and his family and action taken against whomever threatened them. BUT you are simply making up the “threats.”
In fact, Obama really was born in Hawaii, as his birth certificate and the confirmation of the officials in Hawaii of both parties and the Index Data and the birth notices all show. And the US Supreme Court has already ruled in the Wong Kim Ark case that every child born in the USA except for the children of foreign diplomats is a Natural Born US Citizen. And, Orly’s case, like 99.9% of all cases appealed to the US Supreme Court, is not likely to be taken either.

What gave you that nutty idea? The meaning of Natural Born Citizen comes from the common law and refers to the place of birth. As noted above the US Supreme Court has already ruled in the Wong Kim Ark case that every child born in the USA except for the children of foreign diplomats is a Natural Born US Citizen.

You mention an Az ruling. Did they have the death certificate of the real Dad when she was @4 months pregnant and the marriage certificate to Obama Sr at 7 months pregnant and both in Toepka ks at Forbes air force base p=hospital for that hearing? US v Wong only verified that being born on US soil qualifies as being a US citizen. This is never denied by all the discussions here. The true question here is whether is a “Natural-Born” citizen. Now the constitution CLEARLY distinguishes the condition of Natural Born Citizen as opposed to merely a Citizen. This cannot be denied. That phrase has been there since about year 1790. It’s not an obscure fact or secret. Forty-odd men have been elected and re-elected under that tutelage. And our laws usually propagate on the principal of precedent. So shall we now investigate whether all the presidents elected since that early date had parents that were US citizens around the time of birth of their son that “made it”. I have heard or seen NO scholarly attempt at this subject. Court decisions in the latest years are suspect of prejudicial bias in favor of “Barry”, so said very recent decisions that ordinary “citizen” is “good enough” or qualifies (wink, wink) as being natural-born have any merit at all in this argument. I think they have no merit. Barry is not a natural-born citizen. He’s a fraud that needs to be thrown out of office and his works proscribed.

I was born in New York as were both my brother and both of my sister’s all with the same “zipe code. Our SSN di not match up with the beginning number whatsoever. That said, here’s the terue point on O(bama’s SSN. The person it was assigned to was born in 1890. He died in Hawaii in 1961. There were never any benifit’s paid out to this mana nd also no official ‘death certificate filed with the Dept of SS. Obama’s Grandmother worked in public records at the time and had access to these document’s, she borroed it for her grandson and no one was the wiser. The Obama birth Certificates offered for public viewing have been proven to be multi layered forgeries created on a computer. In case your a little slow here. Answer: Who told you that? It is wrong. Here are the actual words of the Wong Kim Ark ruling:

The above quotation quite clearly says that the meaning of Natural Born comes from the common law and refers to the place of birth and that every child born in the USA except for the children of foreign diplomats is Natural Born.

Answer: Well, duh. Obama’s short form birth certificate, the Certification of Live Birth, which is the official birth certificate of Hawaii, was created on a computer. That is because it is SUPPOSED TO BE CREATED ON A COMPUTER. It is not an old document, it is a modern document created in Obama’s case in 2007. It is done by a clerk looking into the file and seeing the original document and entering the facts from it onto a computer form which generates the short-form birth certificate. (That means of course, that there has to be a document in the files.) The officials in Hawaii have repeatedly stated that they sent the Certification of Live Birth to Obama and that the facts on it are the same as on the document in the files. The Certification of Live Birth is now the official birth certificate of Hawaii.
HOWEVER, Obama’s long-form birth certificate is NOT a computer creation. It is a photocopy onto security paper of the original BC in the files and with the contemporary seal and signature of the current official. The web IMAGE of the long form is a computer image and probably to some extent enhanced, but the officials in Hawaii have repeatedly confirmed that all the facts on it are exactly the same as on the one in the files. Obama has shown both the web image of that document, to the public, and the actual physical copies of it to the press (and the same with the short form). ONLY birther “experts” have claimed that there is anything wrong with Obama’s birth certificate, and they have not shown that they are even experts, much less fair and impartial. Those are two reasons why they are not believed by such conservative leaders as Ann Coulter and the National Review, nor by Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan. And the birther sites that claim that the BC is forged have not shown you the numerous experts who say that it is NOT forged.

Answer: That claim was made up by birther sites. Abernathy never said any such thing, and three Republican and several Democrat officials have repeatedly certified in writing that it DOES exist and that it says that Obama was born in Hawaii, and that the facts on it MATCH the facts on the image of the long-form birth certificate that the White House published.

Answer: The “born in Kenya” story is the nuttiest of birther tales. The “birth certificate” you are referring to was shown by Lucas D. Smith, a convicted felon, one of whose crimes was forgery, and he claimed that he got it in Kenya—but has constantly refused to show any evidence that he went to Kenya. And only 21 people came to the USA from Kenya in 1961, and the Kenyan government said that it investigated, and that Obama was not one of them.

Answer. The meaning of Natural Born Citizen does not refer to the citizenship of the parents, not two parents and not even one. It comes from the common law and refers to the PLACE of birth, and Obama was born in Hawaii.
No person of DUAL citizenship is eligible to be POTUS. Obama SR was a British citizen and his mother was a U.S. Citizen–by his own admission. Therefore, he is inelibgible PERIOD!

Who told you that? It is wrong. In fact, James Madison was a dual citizen when he was president, having been made a full voting citizen of France by the French National Assembly. Woodrow Wilson was a dual citizen of the USA and Britain at his birth since although his mother became a US citizen on marrying his father she never renounced her British citizen status and so Woodrow inherited her British nationality at birth.
There is no mention of dual citizenship affecting Natural Born status either in the common law or in the Wong Kim Ark Supreme Court ruling which ruled that EVERY child born in the USA, regardless of the citizenship of the parents and regardless of dual nationality (or triple nationality if that is possible) is a Natural Born US Citizen.
And, if dual citizenship could affect Natural Born Citizen status, and fortunately, it cannot, a foreign country could just pass a law making someone a citizen of that country and hence making her or him not eligible.
Mexico could pass a law saying that anyone born in, Texas, were also Mexican citizens at birth. So, IF dual citizenship made those children not Natural Born Citizens, then all those children born in Texas would not be eligible. We cannot, and in fact, do not allow foreign citizenship laws to affect either our citizenship laws or our rule on Natural Born status.
In any case dual citizenship has no effect on Natural Born Citizen status, and if the writers of the Constitution had wanted to have dual citizens barred, or for that matter the US-born children of foreign parents barred, they would have told us.

Answer. He isn’t. When is SS number was published, he had it cancelled and got a new one, as the E-Verify search showed. They searched for his old SS number, the one that had been published, and it did not exist because it was cancelled. So he is no longer using the old one; he is using a new one.
Ellen, that data error should be very easy to check out. Look up the social security number with the Hawaiian zip code. I am sure that you will find that the social security number is STILL that of a citizen born in 1890 as they are not recycled. Try changing the SS # with the Hawaiian zip code. Cannot be done.

In any case, there have been millions of data entry errors in the SS administration, and the CT SS number was caused by a data entry error—and it is not possible for you to prove that Obama’s CT number (Bounel’s) was caused by anything other than a data entry error, and the similarity of the two zip codes, which generated the ss number, indicates that it was a data entry error. Zip code is irrelevant as at the time ssn issued the first three numbers were the office that took in the app. until later years the cards were actually typed i=up in the local offices after verified through Baltimore where many clerks double checked to make sure no one had the number, etc. This could never have legally happened inside SSA. . Please forget the zip code, its irrelevant at time the San issued, had nothing to do with anything except original owner applied in CT. When he didn’t know where he was born, he was not able to produce anything but a notice of birth in Hawaii and due to the problems on those records, SSA would have asked for something else, and his school records etc weren’t; going to be helpful even the 1970 census was when he was in Indonesia, etc. so he was floundering, How could ones immediate family do this to someone? What was the fear still in 1979 or later? How, not the first time in this extended family, but in this case, they were not very smart about it and a new era had come in where ones records had to be in order.

Obama’s birth in Hawaii has been shown by:
(1) his Hawaii birth certificate, short form and long form; (2) the confirmation of the officials of BOTH parties; (3) the confirmation by the public Index data file; (4) the confirmation by the birth notices sent to the Hawaii newspapers by the DOH of Hawaii in 1961 (and only the DOH could send those notices to that section of the paper, and it only did so for births IN Hawaii); (5) The Hawaii teacher who wrote home to her father, named Stanley, after hearing of the birth in Hawaii of a child to a woman named Stanley; (6) the fact that Obama’s Kenyan relatives NEVER said that he was born in Kenya and, instead, said repeatedly that Obama was born in Hawaii, and the fact that the Kenyan government investigated the “born in Kenya” story and found it false; (7) The fact that Hawaii is thousands of miles away from the nearest foreign country and women rarely traveled late in pregnancy in 1961. And neither Obama’s parents nor his grandparents at the time were rich enough to send their daughter on a long, expensive and risky trip to a foreign country when there were perfectly good hospitals in Hawaii.
Nevertheless, Obama was born in Hawaii, and he has a Hawaii birth certificate, confirmed by the officials of BOTH parties in Hawaii that confirms it.

I worked in data entry for 30 years beginning in 1961. Everything that was entered by a data entry machine (024 or 026) was then verified by another person on a verifiing machine. So the chances are very slim that there were that many errors. It just didn’t work like that. Granted no one is perfect but the number of errors occuring when someone else in verifing you work is slim and none.
What I’d like to see is his Selective Service registration and the date on it. If he was a US citizen, he was required, by law, to register when he turned 18. Makes NO difference if in the country or not. That’s what embassies and consulates are far.
No president or presidential candidate has ever shown his Selective Service registration, and Romney and McCain and Bush certainly did not do so.

A sitting President, real or imagined, cannot be prosecuted. He must be removed from office first. The House has the constitutional duty to inpeach a President (or any other federally elected official). They decide if there is any or enough eveidence to do do so. Once impeached successfully, the trial phase is the responsibility of the Senate. Anyone who lived through Watergate, might remember how lengthy that process is. Although it could be watched on TV then. Now, the MSM would do all they could to ignore, downplay, and outright play against any trial. The military, while sworn to uphold and protect the Constitution, is NOT the instigator of Impeachment. Unless they receive orders to the contrary, or are blatantly ordered to act upon American citizens, they will not do a thing. This has been drilled into the fabric of our military training since day 1. SCOTUS would never act unless an actual case was brought before them for deliberation. This is a law we must get changed. To me, what it says is that a sitting president can commit murder (there are rumors he was involved in a few) and not get prosecuted. Any president should be subject to the same laws as the people. It’s just common sense. If a president can’t be prosecuted until he leaves office, then time for the removal process to begin and swiftly. And his birth in Hawaii is further confirmed by the public Index Data file and by the birth notices sent to the Hawaii newspapers in 1961 by the DOH of Hawaii (and ONLY the DOH could send notices to the Health Bureau Statistics section of the papers, and it only did so for births in Hawaii).
Birthers’ claim that Obama’s birth certificate is false is well understood to be caused by their own motives—they hate Obama and would like to harm him.
Moreover, for Obama not to be a Natural Born Citizen, Obama would have had to have been born in some country other than in the USA, and that—considering how far Hawaii is from the nearest foreign country and the fact that pregnant women seldom traveled long distances late in pregnancy in 1961 AND that the officials in Hawaii and the birth certificate and the birth notices in Hawaii say that he was born in Hawaii—is not very likely at all.

The claim that Obama’s father is Davis has as many facts to back it up as my claim that Mitt Romney’s real father was Harpo Marx. The Hawaii records were filed by his maternal grandmother is what I was told as she set up the fake bio. And the laxity in Hawaii is well known and hospitals had pads o blank forms laying around with no real security on them is what I;ve been made aware of. That is what you were told by BIRTHERS, but it is not true. It is not even possible. Hawaii insisted on witnesses whenever there was a claim of a birth outside of a hospital. Obama’s birth INSIDE a hospital, Kapiolani, is attested to by the signature of the doctor on his birth certificate. Hawaii remains thousands of miles from the nearest foreign country and a child born in a foreign country requires to be on his mother’s US passport or get a US visa to be carried into the USA. Unless Obama was carried across the Mexican border (and Hawaii does not have a border with Mexico), that would have had to have been the case with him as well, and yet no such document or application for one has been found. The records show that he was born in Hawaii and there is no record of him being born in any other place or any other country, and if he were born in another country there would have to be the application to add him to his mother’s US passport or for a US visa issued in a US consulate in that place, and there isn’t any.

Obama won every single one of the 332 Electoral Votes that he won in the general election. Not one single elector changed her or his vote from Obama to Romney. Not one single elector refused to vote or voted for a candidate other than Obama and Romney. The same thing happened in the 2008 election and in the 2012 election. Not one single elector in the 532 electors in the country changed her or his vote because of the claims of birthers.
The reason is that: (1) not one of them believes the nutty idea that Obama was born in a foreign country; and (2) not one of them believe the crazy birther theory that two citizen parents are required to make a Natural Born US Citizen since the US Supreme Court ruled in the Wong Kim Ark case that the meaning comes from the common law and refers to the place of birth.

I just found the 1940 US Census pictured at the beginning of this video listing Harrison J. Bounel as a boarder in the Julius home. The record pictured in the video was from the 1940 Census for “The Bronx” in New York City, not Chicago. Census records do not contain Social Security numbers. So, I also did a Social Security Death Index search for Harrison aka Harry J. Bounel. No record was found. Perhaps I’m not following the breadcrumbs in this story correctly, but what was said in the video does not correlate with what I found thus far.

Harrison J. Bounel later retired to Hawaii and died there. But before the Honolulu Co. That volunteer worker was Madelyn Dunham, who provided that stolen SSN to her grandson, Barack Obama II, a.k.a. Barry Soetoro, who has continued to use it to this day, along with many other SSNs.
Why would she do that, when she could have legitimately obtained a valid SSN with the Hawaii Certificate of Birth ending in “061″? Either there was something incriminating about the original, pre-modified Certificate of Birth, or it was just easier for her to boost a deceased person’s SSN.

If you do not believe these facts, and still believe that Obama could have been born in a foreign country, then you can answer the following questions:
I’ll bet that you know (but you may have forgotten) that the US government requires, and has long required, that a child being carried into the USA requires some kind of official travel document to be admitted. This is usually a US passport for the child. Or, it could be the fact that the child is entered on the mother’s US passport. Or, it could be a US visa for the child on a foreign passport. Without one of those, we would not let the child into the country.
(Sure, a child could be carried across the Mexican border, but Hawaii does not have a border with Mexico, so that can be eliminated as a possiblity.)
So, IF Obama really had been born in Kenya (or in any country other than the USA), he would have had to have one of those documents–wouldn’t he? His family would have had to show the passport, wouldn’t they? To show the passport, they would have had to have applied for the passport or the visa for Obama. And, if Obama really were born in Kenya (or another country), they would have had to have applied for it in the US consulate or embassy in that country, wouldn’t they?
Such applications are FILED by the US government. The documents exist in multiple files, the actual application itself, communication about it with Washington, entries in the passport file, entries in the application file, entries in the places where the child is carried into the USA. The Bush Administration was in charge of the State Department and the INS for eight years before Obama was elected. Don’t you think that they would have checked the claim that he was born outside the USA?
All they had to do was find one of those files and McCain would win the election.

Do you think that the files, the documents, the application for the documents, the communications about the documents were all lost or hidden? I’ve worked for Social Security since 1968 and have worked all parts of SSN process, except in Baltimore.At the time in question one was issued the number for the office in which one applied, nothing more than that. All this speculation is not helping the main issue of real birth records in Toprka ks. Also when I went to work for SSA , my training included problems in Hawaii with birth records. There was also a pad of blank for s to file with the county stolen and I now wonder if this occurred, If so there should be a police report in Hawaii on this from the time. This individual who calls himself an investigator is only partially correct. The SSN is a stolen SSN from a Connecticut man born in 1890. It has been investigated and verified by multiple private investigators. Obamas names appear on 128 different residences not 50 something. These addresses were used during the 08 election to funnel illegal campaign finance money from overseas sources. They together also claim about an equal number of different job titles to include the President of Yale, the President and CEO of Fox News and other universities, colleges and major corporations. I was able and you may be able as well verify much of the same information by searching the public records of Cook County. Keep in mind that when someone identifies something the records are expunged almost immediately. Four years ago you could find both Obama’s bar license records online, you could find the information on the stolen SSN by simply going to the Social Security website. I did both. Today the information no longer exists.
Today, the US Supreme Court is scheduled for a full court hearing on these issues in February. Who knows how that will turn out. In response to what are we waiting for. To date over 30 separate law suits have been filed by at least six attorneys both individually and collectively. The courts have tossed every single one without a hearing on the merits or in a couple of cases even after they heard the evidence they tossed the case without a valid explanation. Obama is not a natural born citizen, may not be even a naturalized citizen. He is not Christian, he is Muslim. He uses Christianity as a cover. He is also a Communist and follows both the Stalinist and Hitler approach to overthrow the US. He has one goal to destroy us from within, to include our currency, economy and military. But he did need a SSN to get a job at Baskin-Robbins in 1977, which might have brought his post-birth registration in Hawaii into question. His grandmother, Madelyn (or Madlyn) Dunham, registered his birth in absentia as a non-hospital birth on Aug. 7, 1961, and she fraudulently claimed that he was born at Kapi’olani M&G Hospital in Honolulu, even though he was actually born in the Lady Grigg Maternity Unit of Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya, with James O.W. I cannot prove the following in court, but it is the simplest, non-contrived explanation which corresponds to the known facts, motive, and opportunity. There is no known evidence to disprove it, except the proven-fabricated documents behind the Barack Obama II birth myth.
In 1977, Madelyn Dunham had to provide young Barry with a fake SSN to avoid any Social Security Administration cross-checking of the non-hospital birth registration of a birth at Kapi’olani Hospital against the birth records at Kapi’olani, which has denied having any record of Stanley Ann (Dunham) Obama ever being a patient there. With the ready advice of Communist Frank Marshall Davis on how to create a fake identity, Mrs. Dunham used her volunteer position at the Honolulu Probate Judge’s office to lift from the records of the deceased a SSN which had not yet been filed as deceased with the SSA. That deceased person was Harrison J. Bounel of Connecticut and New York, who had just recently died in Hawaii.
Years later, after Mr. Obama acquired from Tony Rezko the 5046 S. Greenwood property in southside Chicago, that address was recorded along with Mr. Obama’s assumed SSN beginning with “042″. Thus Harrison J. Bounel (deceased), the true owner of that SSN beginning with “042″, posthumously acquired an address of 5046 S. Greenwood in Chicago.
Madelyn Dunham worked in a bank at the time and did not start her volunteer work in the probate office until 1986. which was after she retired.

Obama’s long-form birth certificate has the name of a hospital on it, Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital (which by the way did exist at the time) and it has the signature of a doctor of that hospital right on it, and the officials in Hawaii have stated in legal filings that the birth certificate that the White House published has EXACTLY the same facts on it as the document in the files, meaning that the document in the files also says that he was born at Kapiolani Hospital too.
The bottom line REMAINS that it is not rational to believe the combination of these two things occurred (and BOTH of them would have to happen for Obama to have been born in a foreign country:
(1) Obama’s relatives would have to be rich enough (and his grandfather was a furniture salesman at the time, and in 1961 his grandmother was only a low-level employee in a bank) and stupid enough to send Obama’s mother on that long, risky (the incidence of stillbirths were high at the time) and expensive trip alone (Obama’s father has been shown with a FOI Act request to have stayed in Hawaii throughout 1961)—-when there were perfectly good hospitals in Honolulu, Hawaii;
and (2) the birth certificate, and the officials of BOTH parties, and the Index Data and the birth notices in the Hawaii newspapers and the teacher who wrote home are ALL lying. Both of those would have to be true for Obama to have been born in a foreign country. BOTH of them.
And, btw, Obama’s Kenyan grandmother NEVER said that he as born in Kenya (that was made up just the way the “Lawyer admitted” claim was made up and the “Hawaii official admits that they don’t have the files” claim was made up), and the Kenyan government has said that it investigated, and that Obama certainly was NOT born there.

Dear Linda. Unless you can show a birth certificate from Topeka Kanas, no one will believe you. I certainly won’t. I believe the birth certificate from Hawaii, and the confirmation of the officials of BOTH parties in Hawaii and the Index Data and the birth notices sent to the HAWAII newspaper by the DOH of Hawaii (and only the DOH could send notices to the “Health Bureau Statistics” section of the papers). Topeka is a lovely town; there’s just no evidence that Obama was born there.

When the GOP picked McCain to run against Obama it seemed to me at that point the GOP did not want to wni. Then when they chose Romney I knew then they did not want to win. TWO SEOARTE ISUES: 1. Eligibility which is met if any one would bother to get the real records form Toepka ks and verify if President Obama has ever known the truth of where he was born, which I know as of 1/71, he was not to be told and the fake bio put in place by Fall pf 1963. And unfortunately, that mixed in with everything else that there are real questions about.
2. How could Social security not have known this and prosecuted or decided not before statute of limitations ran out; to prosecute a long time ago. As an employee of SSA since 1963, its just not plausible that one could use a fake number this long and work, etc. Married women who forget to change their name on their SSN , find themselves with tax refunds held up all the time until they get it changed. And even before computer files. a lot pf employees at SSA did a lot of checking to make sure someone is not issued the wrong number. I know Ive worked the process. And getting a CT number was as simple as applying in a .Ct SSA office in those years. I don;t think we know what SSN he is currently using as SSA has alerts on the system if even an employee tries to access the records of a famous person. and one can be subject to disciplinary action for doing so i the person is not present asking for their records to be checked. So some of the other issues seem ludicrous to me, knowing the system as well as I do form the inside over the years in question.
Maybe, a congressional investigation needs to be as to whether the CIA, or other intelligence communities and currently is the Witness protection programs have been using SSN;’s of dead people and just not a change of name on the original one. etc. ? A weakness in the way things were done at the beginning of a program to save witnesses lives and a big breach in really protection, which was present early on in the program and I became aware of it and hopefully someone up the line line at SSA took care of?

He Topeka Paper may have some pictures, but he was a class mate of mine at Boswell Jr HS and at Topeka HS Many probably have pics. Obama was never adopted, which requires the action of a district court in Indonesia, and no such court papers have ever been shown, and he certainly was never an Indonesian citizen, as a call to the Indonesian Embassy will confirm.

A child born on US soil, is a US Citizen, regardless of who the parents are, hence why we have so many illegals who obtain gov’t benefit assistance. The mother comes here, has her baby, and her baby is entitled to benefits and thus benefiting the mother as well, food stamps, money, medical and housing.
Any baby born on US bases around the world, are US citizens, since it is considered US soil. If they happen to have a child off US soil abroad they have to obtain documentation to bring that baby back to the USA. Obama has a Hawaii birth certificate that says that he was born in Hawaii, in Kapiolani Hospital, and the officials of both parties in Hawaii have confirmed that fact. It is also confirmed by the birth announcement in the Hawaii newspapers in 1961, which were sent to the papers only by the DOH of Hawaii.
Obama’s birth announcement appeared in a section of the newspapers called Health Bureau Statistics. As the name indicates, and as the papers and the DOH also say, ONLY the DOH of Hawaii could send birth notices to the Health Bureau Statistics section of the paper. And the DOH only sent out those notices for children that it had issued birth certificates for, and in 1961 the DOH was not allowed to register the births of children who were not born in Hawaii.

Facebook, Twitter, friends neighbors, etc I have a feeling that voter fraud will place the Democrats in power after the 2014 election. Then Obama will appoint his Supreme Court Justices and that will be the last nail the Ajmericans coffin.

If you try to use bogus charges and fabricated evidence, we, the 65 million voters who voted for Obama will find it out and reveal it. Birthers have tried for the last four years to use to bogus charge that Obama was not born in the USA, and they also even fabricated “evidence”—such as the forged “Kenyan birth certificate” and the claim that Obama’s Kenyan grandmother said that he was born in Kenya (when she said right on the taped interview that he was born IN HAWAII, and their claims that Obama’s birth certificate was forged are bogus as well. And all of this has not worked. In fact, it has boomeranged and hurt conservative candidates, who get the reputation of being as nutty and as willing to use bogus charges as the birthers.
It will turn out that Obama is a legitimate American-born US citizen. In fact, it has ALREADY been shown overwhelmingly that he is a legitimate American-born US citizen. That is because he really and truly was born in Hawaii, as his birth certificate and the confirmation of the officials of BOTH parties in Hawaii shows.
For Obama to have been born outside of the USA, Obama’s parents would have had to have:
(1) traveled to Kenya or some other country late in pregnancy at high risk and high expense (particularly to Kenya); (And the government of Kenya now says that it has investigated, and that it never happened.)
(2) got the child back to the USA without either a visa or his being entered on his mother’s US passport (which would have had to have happened in Kenya or any other country, and would be easy to find) and slipped the child past the US immigration officials who check documents or somehow had the files of the document and the applications for the document all sealed. And since there were few direct flights from foreign countries to Hawaii, those records would be in the INS files in New York or some other city—and they have not been lost;
(3) lied about the place of birth (which is also unlikely because when you have done something interesting like give birth in a foreign country you generally boast about it. And it is also unnecessary to lie since for all purposes but the presidency a naturalized child is as good as a natural born one);
(4) gotten away with the lie despite evidence that Hawaii demanded witness statements whenever there was a claim of a birth outside of a hospital;
(5) or, if not (4) then got three Republican officials and several Democrat officials in Hawaii to lie about the fact that the original birth certificate in Obama’s files verified that he was born in Hawaii. And the same for the public Index Data file and the same in 1961 for the birth notices sent to the papers by the DOH (and only the DOH could send those notices) or in 2008 or before forged all of the several microfilm versions of those notices and inserted them into the separate files for the two newspapers in the exact right order with all the other stories—and in 2008 Obama was only a junior senator from Illinois.
(6) gotten the teacher who claims to have been told about “Stanley had a baby” to her father, named Stanley, and writing home about it to make up that lie—and in fact found a teacher with a father named Stanley to do it.
ALL of that would have had to have happened for Obama to have been born outside of the USA.

There is a simple reason why Obama’s SS number failed E-Verify. When someone publishes your SS number, it is normal to cancel it and get a new one because someone else could use that number. So, when the check on E-Verify was made, the SS number had already been cancelled. That is all.

Obama is not eligible to get into the FBI nor the CIA. but can be POTUS. In fact I do not think he could not pass a back ground check to get into the Military or any job that requires a back ground check. Of course he could get a job in the agriculture fields picking fruit, planting, pulling weeds etc. I seriously doubt he would last a week, because he has never had earn money, because he has been taken care of all his life. Never had to worry about getting a job or doing any physical labor. Even if he was born in the US he is still not eligible to be POTUS!

And that alone is sufficient to make him a Natural Born US citizen because the meaning comes from the common law and refers to the PLACE of birth–not to the citizenship of the parents of a US-born citizen.

If this is all true, and the face of the evidence out there is that this did happen, then there has to be an investigative file , If Afiflaited computer servicese, govt contractor hasn’t destroyed it along with my personnel files and hearing files.. Initially when the Office of inspector general system was set up as a repsonse to Watergate in 1974, each agency had an office to investigate cirmes, but there was also an office in the US justice dept that they could go to if there was obstruciion by or if they were having to invesitigate high level officials or needed to coordinate with OIG’s in other federal agencies.
