I rode from Jascksonville to the Keys and during the trip I saw maybe a small handfull of Obama Biden signs in peoples yards and a hole bunch of Romney , Ryan signs so I am realy of the opinion that this election was like the last one stolen , you remember the one where a person with a Muslem name and no record what so ever beat a Navel Officer who was a POW dureing a time when we were at war with a Muslem nation , The whole process is fixed and now I herar that most voteing sites were not even checking for a picture ID , where people came on busses and could not speak Engilsh and were permitter to have a translater in a voteing booth with them to “help” them vote. Not to mention how many dead people ACORN and the Black Panthers dug up to vote. We the proplr have got to take the Country back before Obama’s handlers have him destroy our nation from within !!!
Agreed on the sign thing. I make the trip from Gainesville to Sanford, via Orlando/ Apopka a lot, and saw very few Obama signs, even in a liberal university town like Gainesville. The ratio had to be more than 100 to 1. Some of the poll fraud has been exposed, yet nothing is done. One district with a mere 7 voters had 800 votes. 141% of the registered voters in St Lucie County got to vote. Districts in Miami-Dade staying open into the wee hours of the morning, long after state polls close, none requiring picture ID’s like they did in my county. Boxes of absentee ballots found in a warehouse. A majority of military absentee ballots not counted due to “accidents” getting them either to them or back. Districts in PA with 100% Obama votes, ZERO Romney votes. It just goes on & on, yet no repercussions. Yea, this election was stolen by the Fraud-in-Chief.

I always said, older people cannot be tossed around too much, so I tell the youth, they will shoot you to defend themselves. I know this is horrible for anyone to have to even think about, but most people are reasonable. Most of this “rioting” will be by Obama thugs if anything. There are many Christian blacks who know that obama is not fit to be where he is and is not even eligible. It will work out. They just need to stand up and use that Constitution and arrest those who are not abiding by it. That is right. From what was found in England it seems Obama Senior had to register a birth that is likely this Obama or who ever he ends up being. Even Russia and Israel says Obama is ineligible. Israel, unless I am mistaken, had technology to prove what was proven here as well.

If nothing can escape a black hole…how do rays get away? Can the gravitational pull of a black hole be measured? Is it possible that once the black holes eventually gather most of the matter together that their fields will become powerful enough to attract themselves to each other in the final phase of rebirth. That hasn’t been true since 1881. There was a Supreme Court ruling of Hapersett v. Minor in 1875. It defined a Natural Born Citizen as having both parents who are Natural Born Citizens. Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the US Constitution States: No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.” There is nothing in there that says anything about the parents. I have heard and read about the argument that, at the time the Founding Fathers wrote the Constitution, it was said that the definition of a Natural Born Citizen was a person born of two parents who are also Natural Born Citizens. Unfortunately, they did not add that definition in the Constitution. The US Supreme Court decision in Happersett v. Minor in 1875, became null and void on September 19, 1881 when Vice President Chester Arthur was allowed to take Office after the assassination of President Garfield. Chester Arthur’s father was not an American citizen at the time of his birth either, but his mother was. Obama’s father was not American but his mother was. I am no liberal by any stretch of the imagination. No one believes more than I do that Obama should not have been allowed to even run for President. A Supreme Court decision isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on if it isn’t enforced. The point remains that Chester Arthur should not have even been on that ticket as Garfield’s running mate. When the truth came out, Congress should have acted and had him removed from office. He would not have been able to claim racism as this President’s supporters are so quick to do. Even if Congress had the courage to enforce that Supreme Court decision now, the President’s supporters could claim racism, because that ruling wasn’t enforced by Congress in 1881. In my opinion, that could have set a precedent. This can be debated until the cows come home. Chester Arthur paved the way for Obama weather we like it or not. Unless someone can come up with evidence, that even the liberal media can’t ignore, that Obama was born in another country, we are stuck with him for another four years.

All smoke and mirrors – The Judge earlier threw out the case because technically Obama wasn’t nominated by the DNC to run for the 2012 election. Why did they wait until after he was re-elected to bring the case back up? Why didn’t they file the claim in Sept – Oct after Obama officially accepted the nomination in Charlotte by the DNC and prior to the election?
Seems to me they intentionally waited until after he was re-elected and the votes were canvassed. Were are all the lawsuits for the blatant voter fraud in so many districts? I suspect they will wait 3.5 yrs before they challenge his 2012 election results and claim in 2016 that fraud was committed in 2012

This sounds like another appeasement move to calm people down. The information has been known by members of the congress for many years. It is up to them to continue the bill for his impeachment, that got stalled before the election. I thik of all the uncles & fathers that gave their lives to protect us against Communist domination. Most of those who voted for him were people out of nursing home, really poor people who cannot even afford a sling shot. They cheated hundreds of thousands of votes, at least. Most people do not riot, it is not anything the national guard cannot handle. The Union people are many, but most of them do not really even want to be in unions. There is one there that was obviously written by someone versed in the history relating in a vice -president taking the office of President that had similar non-qualifications as Obama, that was added to the ballot as a vice-president. I think that Mr Obama was well aware of this having lectured in Harvard University concerning Constitutional Law and may have surmised that this could be his open door to election to the presidency and the path to destroy the country he had been trained to hate by the Communists and Muslim teachers and friends he had during his early years.

That writer’s comments said it was unfortunate that the requirement for both parents to be born in America as well as the child, to comply with the understood meaning by ‘years of observance’ (my accent), was not explained in writing in the constitution. Well, I read and understood by reading that there was a special meaning to the term “natural born citizen,” as the Constitutional writers added an exception to the term by allowing any already born, at the time of signing the constitution to be eligible to offer themselves to run for the office of president, meaning, any other born after that date had to meet the term, which had been approved in a meeting of nations, where the term was defined, understood and approved as BOTH parents MUST HAVE been born in their native country, (no exceptions included). Back to the writer’s comments.
The fact that the Congress, in session, following the assassination only then learned of Arthur’s father not being an American citizen, at the time of Arthur’s birth, did not overrule the original “natural born citizen” requirement, through that act, or even the action of the Supreme Court decision, that obviously did not understand the founders intent, as wide spread information, that we enjoy today, was obviously lacking. In this case,thus two wrongs must not be allowed to rewrite our Constitution. Especially when the usurper himself ignores the Constitution in all his elected office actions, yet will demand observance of mid term errors allowing his election.
Next, let me end with this. Political correctness can not be allowed to be the opening door to the destruction of our Constitution. Obama is not a true Black ‘American,’ as we do not know of any attempt to gain, or regain any American citizenship following his becoming a Citizen of Indonesia, which by law, requires that to be able to attend an Indonesian educational school, YOU MUST BE AN INDONESIAN CITIZEN AND OBAMA WAS ENROLLED AS AN INDONESIAN CITIZEN AND DID ATTEND PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN INDONESIA for a period of time. PERIOD. He is not eligible to be our president, even with proof of regaining his citizenship. There was an unlawful ‘patch’ installed in the ES&S system allowing real-time tabulation of the vote prior to poll closings. This is a fact. There is an article in Salon.com and a congressional hearing in front of congresswoman Tubb-Jones, and others documenting such a ‘hack’ was possible. Yes, one of the Secretaries of State was a Republican, but he may have been bamboozled into signing off, or complicit as a RINO.
With that tabulation information, election fraud would be possible using the real-time tabulation to calculate ‘flipping’ just the right number of Romney votes to Obama to change the electoral votes. For instance, flipping 8% of Romney votes in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Florida would give Obama a 130 electoral vote lead. Votes could also be deleted outright, and variances between presidential and congressional votes would be proof.
Indeed, there is NO WAY Romney got fewer votes than McCain in 2008. I call it the Chick-fil-A vote, and radio pundit Bill Cunningham adopted the term from me. There were just too many Hot Button issues, such as 43 months of record unemployment, Obamacare, taxes, business closings, Eric Holder’s Justice Department, Supreme Court appointments!
Yet, poll observers were blocked . . . suspect machines are now outside the chain of custody of evidence . . . hacks in electronic programs may have ‘effervesced.’
The Time to Attack is While Obama is on Vacation

The way to attack Obama is utilizing USC Title 3 § 15, the January 6 challenge to Certification of the Electoral Votes. The last time it was employed was by Barbara Boxer and Stephanie Tubbs-Jones in 2000. It is difficult to do, only because the Certification is now a staged event. However, the one-page signed complaint just has to be served to the Vice President.
And that is all it takes, one Senator and one House Member filing a one-page protest and congress must convene to debate the issues.
We have incontrovertible evidence that an Obama born in 1790, through 1898, would not even be a U.S. citizen let alone a natural born citizen eligible to the presidency. We have Supreme Court precedent, maybe not stare decisis but definitely Judicial Notice, that a natural born citizen is the child of two U.S. citizens.
We have evidence of voter fraud and ‘malfunctioning’ machines, and forensic evidence of precinct-by-precinct turnouts overwhelmingly for Obama exceeding registered voters. The ‘patch’ of ES&S machines is prima facie evidence of potential fraud. We have drivers license abuses, New Mexico issuing 82,000 to illegal aliens who if voting would be 10% of the state’s electorate! We have a forged long form birth certificate posted on whitehouse.gov and a SS# that is kicked out by e-VERIFY.
Unfortunately, those congressmen facing the Electoral College will have to be of such stern stuff that St. George would turn pale, but they have the armor of truth and we should feel emboldened to face the devil himself.
The United States will not survive another Obama presidency, economically or through lifetime appointments to the Supreme Court.
We do not have to accept an Obama presidency. Yes, the cities will riot, just as they participated in rampant fraud. But we cannot be kowtowed by lawbreakers and violence.
