At this point, there is less and less pretense about Barack Obama. Who Obama is and what he wants to do to our country are no longer mysteries. He mocks achievement because “You didn’t do that by yourself”, and he is taking an increasingly “in your face” attitude toward his arch-enemy Christianity.
Pushing aside the facts once again, Obama recently tried to grab credit for taking good care of America’s veterans while implying that Mitt Romney would not deliver a proper level of support and care to these great men and women.
After patting himself on the back for the wonderful job he is doing on our economy, the Bottom Feeder in Chief added, “That’s the difference between myself and my opponent: As long as I’m commander in chief we’re going to make sure that our veterans are properly cared for. And we have [sic] expand our funding and improved how we are working with our veterans. But we’ve got more work to do, and that requires resources. We’re sure not going to spend that money better on tax cuts for me. I want to make sure that a young man or woman who has served our country, who has fought for us they shouldn’t have to fight for a job or a roof over their heads when they come home.”
If the shortages in Veteran’s Administration funding weren’t so serious, this would be a joke. Unfortunately, the underfunding of the VA is very real and very painful for the men and women who have literally given body parts to the fight to keep us safe.
Time for the truth
According to Democrat Congressman Bob Filner, the level of service being delivered to our veterans is an insulting disgrace. And why should it be anything else? We need look no further than the V.A. Secretary Eric Shinseki, a Hawaiian Democrat and retired Army General, to understand why the VA is a mess. Shinseki knows nothing about running an organization of the size and scope of the Veterans’ Administration, and it shows.
Because Obama chose to appoint a typical Democrat hack to an important position such as Secretary of Veteran’s Administration, the number of backlogged VA disability claims can be counted in the hundreds of thousands, with some estimates putting the number of cases that stand unresolved after 125 days at over 900,000. This is the truth about how Obama treats our Veterans. Why would anyone think he would do better in a second term?

Get the Unions out of the VA System and put a Veteran in charge of our system who has been active in running a business. Put a Veteran in Charge of Administration at each VA and clean out the lazy idiots who don’t do anything but draw a pay check. There are some VA Hospitals that need to be reopened to take a load off of the busy Hospitals that are over loaded and the care is so slow that it takes for ever to get things accomplished for those that have a real major problem.
Obama is a trader, what would he know about Veterens.
I hope obozo broke his arm patting himself on the back. As a veteran myself, I haven’t got ‘jack’ off of the VA. I believe he needs to get out of office. I don’t know if Romney will do any better. But, we have to give him a chance anyway. In other words, anybody but Obama. If hitlery gets into office she’ll pardon obozo if he gets impeached. This is looking like Nixon and Watergate. It’s far worst than Watergate. It’s a takeover of our country. They’ve taken us over. What the veterans need to do is unite and take this country back. And I volunteer. We can’t believe the Liar-in-Cheat about Romney not taking “care of veterans.” obozo’s a liar and there’s evidence that he’s not taking care of our veterans. “Actions speak louder than words.” If I have to I’ll LOCK and LOAD. My husband was a WW 2 veteran and had absolutely no use for the VA.
Watergate was nothing compared to what Obama is doing. Eatergatr dealt with men breakinginto the democreatic campaign headquarters and thaqt’s all. People went to prison over that and a president resigned. Watergate did not affect the country nor the people in any way.
As a Veteran,I wouldn’t trust Obama to shine my shoes! Democrats and Obama in particular hates the Military and Veterans,And has gone out of his way to make sure we weren’t provided for.He wants to cut benefits and charge for medical treatment even for those on active duty.Allowed thousands to be killed with his rules of engagement .
People should not believe half of what Obama says. He simply can’t tell the truth. There is no level to which w won’t stoop to get re-elected. It is important to finishing us off, his hope and change thing.

I expect him to be 500% better than Obama. I heard Romney on Mike Huckabee’s show one weekend talking with a dad of a wounded warrior that needed round the clock care. After hearing him talk with this father turned my thinking about him. The man is a workaholic and I can see him working 24/7.

I called the VA local office for my twice a year checkup, I have 2 service connected disabilities and was informed I had to wait till until Oct that is little over 2 months beyond my Normal Aug checkup. They had to extend my meds SCRIPT because I need them IN MID Aug. Extra work and expense for VA and myself.
“O” tried to Court Marshall some Seal Team 6 members because a prisoner they captured “said” they HIT him. Not even a bruise on him but “O” went after the black ops people anyway.
The med co-pays are going up, “O” wants to charge retired military MUCH higher fees. They are being FORCED to get meds via MAIL local drug stores have been cut off. I know someone who lives 200 miles from VA hosp and now he is stuck with the mail, if something goes wrong or delayed he will not have meds.
That’s because that’s when the new fiscal year starts and there is probably no money for your medicine budgeted since t here is no budget and hasn’t been one for 3 years.
Adding to Atilla – It’s been our (Vietnam Veteran husband) experience that the VA doctors only look at you, take a couple tests and prescribe something. No consultation w/the patient. THEN, when they mail you the wrong prescript, you have to pay for it, anyways. There is ALLOT of waste within the VA Medical System. I, research EVERY decision and make my own recommendations as to treatments. My Hubby had 1 DR who quit after he and I had a “heated” discussion about bad prescripts and his kick-backs from pharma companies.
If you remember, Obama tried to make wounded Veterans pay for their own healthcare. He said no one made them join the military and that they knew the risks when they enlisted.

We wil never get anyone that will take care of Veterans till we can find someone(and getting like hens teeth) that has walked a mile in our shoes.(twenty four years Navy. Speak Vietnames fluently And spent 2.5 yrs riding boats inVietnam. I am a brown water sailor) But then that doesnt always work. McCain, and Kerry although Vetrans have openly spit on them one through lying, and the other by voting for veterans paying more for benifits. Allan West my be this man…..Will have to watch his [political rise…….Bring back the draft for girls and boys……No deferments. If Parents and schools are not going to foster a Patriotic attitude at home maybe a stint in the Military will do it.Myself I believe it has to start in the home when young and be fostered by the whole society like you see in the South. (No I am From New York)….Civilians have no idea what the Military does only that they arnt Going….

Wouldn’t have lasted five minutes in boot camp? He would never have been allowed to have enlisted.First because of his know communist and homosexual friends and lovers. And second because of his self avowed drug use.And somehow he weaseled his way into being commander and chief? Just how low can qualifications go? Even with affirmative action there should be some restrictions on how unqualified someone can be and still get the job..Sort of like a quadriplegic being appointed as a lifeguard .
