Union heads of both the ICE and Border Patrol Councils have stated that Barack Hussein Obama has deliberately handed a “get out of jail free card” to illegal alien criminals.
In June, Obama bypassed Congress, issuing an unconstitutional executive order that requires Border Patrol agents to release illegal aliens who CLAIM to have: “come to the United States under the age of 16 and are not more than 30; lived in the U.S. for five straight years; are currently in school of have graduated high school; obtained a GED or been honorably discharged from the military; or have not been convicted of a felony or significant misdemeanor and are not a threat to public safety.”
And CLAIM is indeed the operative word in this, Obama’s latest betrayal of the American people; for upon being detained by ICE or Border Patrol agents, illegals need only assert their eligibility in order to be released under one of the many Dream Act stipulations manufactured by Obama. They are not required to produce any proof of their claims, and neither ICE nor Border Patrol agents are permitted to ask for it.
“Our orders are if an alien says they went to high school, then let them go; if they say they have a GED, then let them go,” said ICE Council president Chris Crane. “Officers have been told that there is no burden for the alien to prove anything.”
Not only is Obama deliberately purchasing illegal votes with the tax dollars of American citizens; he is exposing those citizens to violent criminals throughout the nation. A House Judiciary Committee report details “…the murder of 19 Americans and 142 sex crimes committed by illegal aliens.” The report also makes it clear that “all of these crimes could have been prevented” as each was committed by “illegal aliens who had previously been arrested for major criminal offenses” yet not prosecuted, “thanks to Obama and his win votes at all costs political campaign.”
Mitt Romney must make this disgraceful scheme of fabricating illegal votes a centerpiece of his campaign. Obama has consistently flouted the authority and will of Congress, and for once, every Republican in Washington must stand against him. Being the GOP nominee, Romney is at center stage. His every word will be reported by the liberal media, a circumstance that Republicans may depend upon only once every 4 years. It is imperative he take advantage of that opportunity and hammer Obama with his own incomparable arrogance and quest for power.
Romney MUST tell voters that Barack Obama is preventing dangerous, criminal illegals from being deported, deliberately allowing them to remain a real and documented threat to the public all for the purpose of obtaining fraudulent votes in November. The incontestable criminal evidence and accusations of Border Patrol agents are readily available to Romney and would make for devastating political attacks against Obama IF the GOP candidate has the guts to use them. The question is, does he?

It will be homeland security and a few others. Awhile back homeland security put in an order for 450 million rounds of .40 cal bulletts. By nov. the order will br filled. There was another order for millions of rifle bulletts. We have the guns but the government has the bullets. Since you’ve got this chance, take it. Stand up to this criminal in our oval office. The last time an election was handed to a Republican was in 1980 — Carter vs Reagan. Reagan took advantage of it and won by a landslide. If Romney doesn’t take this chance the people are going to be suffering because we’ll have four more years of criminal activity from our own government. Our government is, right now, our worst enemy and very dangerous. We need to stay locked and loaded and to keep our ammo dry and keep our eyes open.
The election in 1980 Carter/Reagan era the media was able to cover important issues without as much bias. Now we have a mainstream media such as ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC & CNN that can only present facts that are negative only to Romney. Every thing they say about Obama is positive. If Romney doesn’t win by a landslide, something should be done about the mainstream media, they are the ones that have become criminal.

Basically agree with NathanBickel. It’s obvious that the Obama campaign and its Chicago streetfighter backalley mentality will do ANYTHING to win this election–pretty clear that honesty isn’t and has never been high on the priority list of this Administration. Their main strategy is to keep attacking Romney with baseless accusations aimed at keeping him on the defensive, and more importantly preventing any focus on the real issues–i.e., the horrible performance of Obama and his minions.
Don’t understand why Romney is “taking the bait” by trying to provide defenses for things he didn’t do–that’s exactly how they want to bog him down. He should just summarily dismiss all these nonsensical unfounded accusations as such and go on the offensive against Obama immediately.
A good start is to respond to the next negative Obama campaign message is for Romney to say “That’s nonsense and you know it. Why hasn’t your campaign said ONE WORD about your record as President? Isn’t that what we should be talking about in this campaign?”
And Romney indeed should bring up any of the innumerable failures of both domestic and foreign policy of this Administration, to say nothing of their disgraceful lies, flip-flopping, trying to pad voter rolls by granting amnesty to illegals, etc. etc. Think this message incl. pointing out how negative Obama campaign has been would really resonate with most Americans,

He must also have made more than one application to several universities, with the same information. I am of the same feeling, that there isn’t going to be an election. Obama and his co-horts already have some things in place.
